Filmmaker and left-wing activist Rob Reiner has declared that all supporters of President Donald Trump are racist, claiming that Trump has made it “abundantly clear” his re-election [campaign] is based on white nationalism.
Posting on his Twitter feed, which is almost entirely dedicated to attacking Trump and the current administration, Reiner explained that voting for Trump means there is no distinction between “being a racist and a racist enabler. ”
“The President of the United States is a racist. He’s made it abundantly clear his re-election is based on white nationalism,” Reiner said. “If you support him, there can be no distinction between you being a racist and a racist enabler. They are the same.”

Maryland Governor to Trump, Democrats: "Let's stop the tweeting"
After a weekend of social media attacks by President Donald Trump on Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) and the city of Baltimore, the Republican Governor of Maryland on Monday told the White House and Democrats in Congress to quit their social media jabs, and figure out a way to help reduce crime in the biggest city in the Old Line State.
"I say, let's stop the tweeting and let's get to work," Governor Larry Hogan (R-MD) told the C4 Show on WBAL Radio in Baltimore.
"Why are we not focused on solving the problems and getting to work - instead of who is tweeting what and who is calling who what kind of names," added Hogan, who had once considered a primary challenge to President Trump.

Barack Obama shares op-ed signed by 149 black members of his administration calling President Trump 'un-American' and criticizing him for the 'poisoning of our democracy'
Former President Barack Obama tweeted a link to a scathing op-ed denouncing current President Donald Trump as wielding 'racism, sexism, homophobia and xenophobia.'
Under the headline, 'We are African Americans, we are patriots, and we refuse to sit idly by,' 149 African American members of the Obama administration proclaimed that they 'refuse to sit idly by' during 'the poisoning of our democracy,' and Obama seemingly signaled his agreement.
The op-ed, published on Friday by The Washington Post, was written in response to Trump writing that four progressive women of color currently serving in Congress - three of whom were born in the US - should 'go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came,' a phrase which many have likened to the racist trope, 'go back where you came from.'
Sharing the link to the story, Obama tweeted on Saturday: 'I’ve always been proud of what this team accomplished during my administration. But more than what we did, I’m proud of how they’re continuing to fight for an America that’s better.'

Elijah Cummings addresses break-in, saying he yelled to scare off intruder
Rep. Elijah Cummings released a statement Friday saying he shouted at an intruder who had attempted to gain entry into his Baltimore home.
The incident at the Maryland congressman’s home occurred early last Saturday, prior to the highly-public feuding between him and President Trump.
“An individual attempted to gain entry into my residence at approximately 3:40 AM on Saturday, July 27,” Cummings said. “I was notified of the intrusion by my security system, and I scared the intruder away by yelling before the person gained entry into the residential portion of the house.

WATCH: Democrat Baltimore Mayor Caught On Camera Complaining About ‘Rats, Dead Animals’ Last Year
As the media and Democratic Party tries to portray President Donald Trump's tweets about Baltimore as racist, a resurfaced clip from last year shows Democratic Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh complaining about the poor conditions in part of the city, specifically "rats" and "dead animals."
Pugh made the remarks during a Fox 45 segment while touring a Baltimore neighborhood that was supposed to highlight her "violence-reduction initiative."
As Pugh toured the neighborhood, she said: "What the hell? We should just take all this sh*t down. ... Whoa, you can smell the rats. ... Whew, Jesus. ... Oh, my God, you can smell the dead animals."

NEWS FROM CONCERNED CITIZEN
Please note we Do Not live in a Flood Zone here in the County , yet for the past 3 years we and three other houses have been flooded under neath . The first flooding occurred in 2016, costing us $3,000.00, out of pocket, to have water removed from under the house , dryed out , sprayed, and insulation removed /replaced.
After this occurance we obtained Flood Insurance , through "FEMA ". We had a claim of over $5,000 in 2017 , of which only Three hundred some dollars was obtained, and another in 2018 of $14,000.00, water entering and destroying items in our Garage and Shed. This Insurance is $1,000.00 deductible , with depreciation cost applied .
We received notice from our Insurance Company this past week "OUR FLOOD INSURANCE HAS BEEN CANCELED" due to considering us A High Risk , of Two claims in the past 2 years !!!!
There have been many mails transpired between us, Public Works and the Council . We are
told the County can do nothing since these properties were developed prior to
Storm Water Management went into effect . Through the several years of the back/forth with
the County, the Public Works Department and doing our own research , we learn the following:
5,000 acres of drainage is going into Parker Pond , there's the problem of not having pipes wide enough to take larger amounts of water out to the Pond , the pipes don't have enough of a downward slope to the Pond, the Pond fills up and closes the flap to the pipe that takes the water from the Private Drainage Easement behind these houses to the Pond , and a Building Permit granted to adjoining neighbors property from Planning and Zoning Dept. , many years ago, approved a garage to be built over the Private Drainage Easement, which is illegal. ie; this told to us this past year when the properties were surveyed. An Easement that's to help take water off the properties to the main drain . We are told this is not a County problem , rather the Homeowners . So, now we are without Flood Insurance & sit on Property we cannot get fair Market Value for IF it can even be sold .
Several months ago, I ask that the County Council to put forth an amendment concerning Private Drainage Easements so the owner is responsible for keeping them cleared / clean, or be fined by the County & having to pay if the County comes in to clear them . Nothing has been done by them at this time . Newer developments are having to abide by the restrictions mentioned above , why not the older developments of tax paying citizens ? By not doing so , I view the County as causing unnecessary problems citizens should not have to deal with plus allowing / causing more flooding of properties when water cannot flow freely off the lands .
Our following questions have been sent to the County and Mr. Culver this past Friday:
Will the Council bring an amendment forth and pass , concerning Private Drainage Easements having to abide by the same restrictions / laws of Newer Developments in the County ?
What will the County be doing ----knowing Planning / Zoning Department granted a permit for a garage to be built over a 20 ft. wide Drainage Easement ? In place of the 20 ft. wide Drainage easement , an 8 " pipe was put under asphalt to take water to the main drain by the property owner , thus restricting water to drain off the adjoining properties .
(Property with the Private drainage easement / over which the garage is built is to be put up for sale due to the owners recent death. )
Will the County lower property taxes on homes that flood in areas and are no longer valued at Market Value ?

Stop Getting Screwed By Other Local Restaurants
When you buy a taco slightly bigger then your own thumb and then get charged for a normal sized taco, you're getting screwed.
Last week I went to another local Mexican joint and ordered 3 beef tacos. The meat was completely dry, no lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, NOTHING and they were $14.95.
Stop getting screwed and come to Caribbean Joe's where everything is not only FRESH, I buy NOTHING from Sysco and the portions are HUGE and loaded without an additional charge.
I open the doors Wednesday at 12:00 PM. The pool opens at 1:00 PM.

Gillette Loses Billions after Shaming Men in Ad Campaign
Earlier this year, Gillette embarked on a bold new advertising campaign. For decades, the company had celebrated masculinity, telling us that being a man is good. But what this new campaign presupposes is: Maybe it isn't?
OUT: The Best a Man Can Get
IN: Aren't Men Just the Worst?
It's a bold idea, expressly shaming the very market for your product. As I noted at the time:

IN: Aren't Men Just the Worst?
It's a bold idea, expressly shaming the very market for your product. As I noted at the time:
Gillette has learned that in [current year], it's not enough for a company to make a product that people want. It's not enough to make them feel inadequate about themselves, and then sell them the supposed cure for that inadequacy. Consumers, men in particular, must be made to feel worthless. They have to be reminded that their needs and desires are wrong under any circumstances, that their instincts are loathsome, that their very existence is a malignancy, and that they're responsible for all the world's ills whether they want to admit it or not.
Now give them your money, you piece of garbage. But hey, maybe I was wrong. Maybe this was a good idea. How is it working out for Gillette?

George Soros Sets Up 2020 Super PAC
Leftwing mega-donor George Soros is reportedly launching a super PAC as his spending hub for the 2020 presidential election.
Paperwork filed with Federal Election Commission (FEC) on Wednesday shows Soros has already funneled $5.1 million into the PAC — the single largest amount from any mega-donor in the 2020 cycle and more than double the $2.1 million he spent in the 2016 race, Politico notes. The publication states the mega-donor’s son, Alex Soros, who has previously supported rising progressive stars like Stacy Abrams and Andrew Gillum, may also give money to the PAC.
“He has, unlike Tom Steyer or [Michael] Bloomberg, funded things like Senate Majority PAC and Priorities USA and EMILY’s List and Planned Parenthood and expects to continue to do so,” an unnamed source told Politico.

EXCLUSIVE: Where HAS all the money gone? The truth is Baltimore can't account for millions
It is 2:25 in the afternoon as EMTs struggle to help the writhing man, facedown in the dirt on the sidewalk.
They strap him onto a stretcher. His head lolls, his T-shirt rides up exposing his belly and white foam crusts around his mouth. It is hardly a rare occurrence, according to one bystander.
'This is high drugs run,' he explains, gesturing up and down W North Avenue, 'They OD and fall out all the time.'
Within the next three hours and as many blocks there will be three shootings in this pocket of West Baltimore alone.
It is home to some of the most dangerous housing projects in the country, where homicide is an epidemic; drugs are on every corner and rats root around in the mounds of trash strewn in side alley

Gilroy Shooting Suspect Santino William Legan Too Young to Buy Rifle in CA
Gilroy Garlic Festival shooting suspect Santino William Legan was too young to legally buy a rifle in California.
CNN reported Gilroy Police Chief Scot Smithee identifying Legan as the shooting suspect, noting that he was 19-years-old. He allegedly used an “assault style rifle” and fired at random.
On July 29, the Guardian reported that the suspect, now identified as Legan, entered the Garlic Festival through a hole in the fence in order to avoid security, which included metal detectors. The festival was an otherwise self-declared gun-free zone.
Legan allegedly shot and killed three people and wounded at least 12 others before being killed by police. ABC News reported that Gilroy Chief Smithee indicated officers engaged the suspect “within a minute of the shooting and killed him.”

FACT CHECK: Al Sharpton’s History of Racism, Antisemitism, Anti-Police Rhetoric
Al Sharpton has a long history of bigotry that includes anti-white racism, antisemitism, and demonization of law enforcement.
His record has become relevant for two reasons. First, Democratic presidential candidates have been courting his support — with no criticism of his past.
Second, President Donald Trump tweeted Monday morning that Al Sharpton is a “con man” who “Hates Whites & Cops.”

Ex-RNC chairman invites Trump: Come to Baltimore, 'streets are ready for you'
Former Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele invited President Trump to visit the streets of Baltimore, a city the president has admonished as "rat infested" and out of control with violent crime.
"Mr. President, come on down [to Baltimore]. The streets are ready for you. The neighborhoods are ready for you," Steele said. "Folks want to talk to you. So just show up. Put the tweet down, brother, and show up."
Steele's comments came during a National Action Network event in the city featuring various minority pundits and politicians, including the Rev. Al Sharpton.

Baltimore Is Spending $66M in Federal Grants This Year
Baltimore Mayor Bernard “Jack” Young (D) said Monday that President Donald Trump should send federal assistance to the troubled Maryland city instead of criticizing its management — though the mayor’s budget is already spending $66 million in federal grants this year alone.
“If he really wants to, he needs to send us the federal assistance — not only to Baltimore, to cities around this country that are in the same situation that Baltimore is in — but he’s so interested in childish tweets,” Young (pictured) said in an interview with CNN New Dayco-host John Berman.
Young’s remarks follow a string of fierce criticisms from President Donald Trump directed at Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD), whose district encompasses Baltimore. Over the weekend, the president blasted the 13-term congressman for the Maryland city’s worsening conditions, calling it a “disgusting, rat and rodent infested mess” and a “very dangerous & filthy place.” He also said conditions in the city are “far worse” and than those at the U.S.-Mexico border detention centers.
