WHAT HAPPENS IF THEY IMPEACH PRESIDENT TRUMP?

I wish I could have written this. This professor has it all figured out. Again, if you don't want this type of email, just tell me to take your name off my list. Now to continue...

WELL, LET THEM GO AHEAD AND IMPEACH TRUMP.... HERE'S WHAT HAPPENS THEN......

By: Hyram F. Suddfluffel, PhD, (Political Science)

I have a degree in Political Science, and I am a card-carrying Libertarian. I've been studying politics and political history for the past 30 years. My specialty is U.S. Presidents. That said, I hope that the House of Representatives impeaches Trump. Let me tell you what will happen next!

1. The House can pass articles of impeachment over the objections of the Republicans, and refer to the Senate for trial.

2. The Senate will conduct a trial. There will be a vote, and the Republicans will vote unanimously, along with a small number of Democrats, to not convict the President. Legally, it will all be over at that point.

3. However, during the trial, and this is what no one is thinking about right now, the President's attorneys will have the right to subpoena and question ANYONE THEY WANT.. That is different than the special counsel investigation, which was very one-sided. So, during the impeachment trial, we will be hearing testimony from James Comey, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Bruce Ohr, Glenn Simpson, Donna Brazile, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, Christopher Steele, Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, James Clapper, and a whole host of other participants in this whole sordid affair and the ensuing cover up activities.

A lot of dirt will be dug up; a lot of truth will be unveiled. Finger pointing will occur. Deals will start being made, and suddenly, a lot of democrats will start being charged and going to prison.

All this, because, remember, the President's team will now, for the first time, have the RIGHT to question all of these people under oath – and they will turn on each other. That is already starting.

4. Lastly, one more thing will happen, the Senate will not convict the President. Nothing will happen to Trump. Most Americans are clueless about political processes, the law, and the Constitution. Most Americans believe that being impeached results in removal from office. They don't understand that phase 2 is a trial in and by the Senate, where he has zero chance of conviction. Remember, the Senate is controlled by Republicans; they will determine what testimony is allowed -- and **everything** will be allowed, including: Democratic National Committee, collusion with the Clinton campaign to fix the election in favor of Hillary, the creation of the Trump dossier, the cover up and destruction of emails that very likely included incriminating information.

They will incriminate each other for lying to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act court, for spying and wiretapping the Trump campaign, and for colluding with foreign political actors, especially George Soros. After the Senate declines to convict the President, we will have an election, and Trump will win. It will be a backlash against Democrat petulance, temper tantrums, hypocrisy and dishonesty.

Even minorities will vote for Trump, because, for the first time, they will see that Democrats have spent 2+ years focused on maintaining their own power, and not doing anything at all about black murders in Chicago, homelessness, opioids, and other important issues that are actually killing people. And, we will spend the following four years listening to politicians and pundits claim that the whole impeachment was rigged.

So let's move on to impeachment.

Delaware CBP Intercepts Stolen SUV Destined for West Africa

CBP recovered nearly half a million dollars in stolen vehicles this year

WILMINGTON, Del. – U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers seized a stolen 2018 Cadillac Escalade, valued at more than $57,000 at the Port of Wilmington, Del, September 25.
This recovery was one of a record 16 stolen vehicles that CBP officers at the Port of Wilmington seized during fiscal year 2019, which ended on September 30. The combined value of the stolen vehicles is $454,007, also a CBP Port record.
CBP officers routinely examine outbound vehicle shipments and encountered the Escalade destined for Togo in West Africa on September 1. Officers discovered that the Escalade’s visible vehicle identification number (VIN) belonged to a 2018 Mercedes Benz and detained the vehicle for a thorough examination.
Officers were able to trace the Escalade’s true VIN to a stolen vehicle report from Charlotte, N.C. Additionally, Officers confirmed with Minnesota authorities that the vehicle’s state title that was presented with the export documents was fraudulent.
CBP routinely inspects imported and exported international cargo to search for weapons, illicit narcotics, bulk currency, counterfeit consumer products, and other prohibited items, and to ensure that new and used vehicles, boats, campers and farm machinery comply with existing U.S. laws. See CBP guidance for Exporting a Motor Vehicle.
“Export examinations are a critical component of Customs and Border Protection’s trade enforcement and border security missions because we know that transnational criminal organizations use stolen vehicles as currency and hide other illicit financial proceeds in outbound cargo,” said Casey Durst, Director of Field Operations for CBP’s Baltimore Field Office.  “CBP officers remain committed to intercepting these illegal exports and striking back financially against criminal groups who hurt U.S. consumers through auto theft and other unlawful practices.”
The 16 recovered stolen vehicles eclipsed the Port’s previous high of seven stolen vehicle recoveries from 2012. All but two of these stolen vehicles were being shipped to nations in West Africa.
Among the more notable recoveries:
  • 2016 Lexus LX 570, valued at nearly $70,000, which was stolen in Georgia and destined for Nigeria when officers seized it September 23;

  • 2017 Audi R8, valued at about $163,000, which was stolen in Maryland and destined to Togo when officers seized it October 28, 2018;

  • 2017 Mercedes Benz S550, valued at about $59,000, which was stolen in Washington, D.C., and destined to Togo when officers seized it October 28, 2018;
CBP officers turned all seized stolen vehicles over to local police.
CBP's border security mission is led at ports of entry by CBP officers from the Office of Field Operations.  Please visit CBP Ports of Entry to learn more about how CBP’s Office of Field Operations secures our nation’s borders. 9-year-old charged with 5 counts of murder over Illinois house fire

A 9-year-old from Illinois was charged with murder on Tuesday in connection with a fire at a mobile home earlier this year that killed five people, including three children.

State prosecutors charged the child with five counts of first-degree murder, two counts of arson and one count of aggravated arson, accusing the juvenile of intentionally setting the deadly April fire in Goodfield, the Woodford County State’s Attorney Office told local news outlets.

The fire's youngest victim was just 1 year old

Hillary Clinton Spotted at Gala Opening of Tyler Perry Studios Wrapped in Last Year’s Curtains Amid Rumors of 2020 Run

Bill and Hillary Clinton attended the gala opening of Tyler Perry studios in Atlanta on Sunday evening amid rumors Hillary may launch a 2020 bid for the White House.

Hillary Clinton always cozies up to the rich and famous elites — especially when she’s making a run for the White House.

People.com reported: The 330-acre space in Atlanta — the first studio exclusively owned by an African-American — features 12 soundstages named for black entertainment icons, and sits on a former Confederate Army base.

Hillary Clinton was spotted at the event wrapped in a gold and white muumuu.

This woman wanted (wants) to be president of the United States. Let that sink in.

One Year of Mandatory National Service For Every American?

Seventy-three years ago, The Times reported that the United States Army demobilized its seven millionth soldier after the end of World War II. When I unearthed this clip several months ago, I thought I was misreading the number. It’s hard to imagine a single service ballooning to more than eight million people (the Army’s peak strength by V-E Day in 1945) and then releasing 6.5 million soldiers in just over a year. The draft certainly made it easier to fill the ranks, but nearly 40 percent of World War II-era service members across all branches volunteered for duty. By comparison, in today’s all-volunteer force approximately 475,000 service members make up the active-duty Army — a fraction of the overall adult population in the United States.

Hourly Parking Rate Hikes Could Be Balanced With Free Shoulder Season Periods

OCEAN CITY — While no firm decisions have been made much more work to be done, the resort’s parking task force appears poised to recommend a plan that would hike the rates during the peak times, but throw a bone to residents and visitors in the shoulder season.

The parking task force reconvened on Thursday after a summer hiatus, during which City Engineer Terry McGean and his staff along with consultant Dan Kupferman collected data, took aerial pictures and crunched numbers to come up with a series of options for increasing parking revenue while making it equitable and affordable for residents and visitors. Thursday’s first task force meeting after the summer break focused on the fee structure in existing paid-parking areas including the Inlet lot, the various municipal lots and on the street in certain areas downtown.

“We took the opportunity over the summer to collect some data and compile some suggestions from the committee,” said McGean. “My feeling is we got what we needed from the consultant. Now, it’s time for the committee to go to work and start forming some recommendations to the Mayor and Council. At this meeting, we’re going to review some alternatives for existing paid parking. We’re starting off with the easy one.”

Ukraine 'Anti-Corruption' Director Bragged About Helping Hillary Clinton In 2016: Leaked Audio

After a multi-year investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 US election that resulted in sanctions and a handful of indictments, the fact that Ukraine meddled in the same election been largely ignored.

Veteran Democratic operative Alexandra Chalupa worked directly with the Ukrainian Embassy in the United States, and investigative reporter Michael Isikoff to target Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort, according to a Politico report.

"They were coordinating an investigation with the Hillary team on Paul Manafort with Alexandra Chalupa," said Andrii Telizhenko, who worked in the embassy at the time, adding "the embassy worked very closely with" Chalupa.

"If we can get enough information on Paul [Manafort] or Trump’s involvement with Russia, she can get a hearing in Congress by September," Telizhenko recalls Chalupa saying.

Ocean View man wins $25,000 a year for life

(DOVER, Del.) — A 59-year-old Ocean View man purchased a $25,000 a year for life winning LUCKY FOR LIFE® ticket from Wawa #856 in Delmar. The man, who wished to remain anonymous, typically buys $10 worth of LUCKY FOR LIFE® tickets when he plays the Lottery, but on this occasion, he decided to buy $20 worth of tickets.

“I usually have a ten-dollar bill with me when I play,” the man said. “When I purchased the winning ticket, I only had a twenty, so I thought, why not?”

The man played the Quick Pick option on the September 30 drawing and matched five numbers. He decided to take the lump sum payout of $390,004 before taxes. After taxes, the man will take home $296,403.

When asked what he was planning to do with his winnings, the man said he is going to start his retirement a little earlier than expected.

The man claimed his prize from Lottery Headquarters on October 4, 2019.

There Is A Lot Of Speculation That John Bolton Is The "Second Whistleblower"

I knew that John Bolton was going to be trouble the moment President Trump hired him. Nothing good was ever going to come from having John Bolton as National Security Advisor, and fortunately Trump rejected almost every major recommendation that Bolton made during his entire tenure. If Trump had gone along with Bolton’s agenda, we would probably be at war right now.

Being so close to the levers of power and being unable to move his agenda forward time after time was very frustrating for Bolton, and since he was fired by Trump he has been on a “revenge tour”. But would Bolton go so far as to completely betray Trump by becoming the “second whistleblower” regarding the controversial phone call with the president of Ukraine? There is now a lot of speculation among conservatives that this could be the case, and so far Bolton has not publicly denied being the “”second whistleblower”. That doesn’t mean that Bolton is guilty, but if I was President Trump he would be the number one suspect on my list.

Let’s start with the facts as we have them at this hour. It is being reported that a “second whistleblower” has come forward, and that he is being represented by the same legal team that is representing the “first whistleblower”. The following comes from Breitbart

Baltimore Plots Raid on Education’s “Casino Lockbox”

Less than a year after Maryland voters overwhelmingly passed “Question 1: The Gambling Revenue Dedicated to Education Lockbox Amendment,” Baltimore politicians are proposing to divert money from it to pay for the reconstruction of the Pimlico Racetrack.

The plan is part of an agreement to give still more public money to the owners of Pimlico for facilities renovation. The arrangement is intended to keep the Preakness Stakes at the northwest Baltimore track. Yet, from 2010 through 2018, Maryland’s horse racing industry, including breeders and the harness racing tracks, have already received $415 million in state financial support. Of that about $66 million has gone to racetrack facilities.

According to the Baltimore Sun: “Crucial to the plan is convincing lawmakers to extend the life of a subsidy for the tracks called the “Racetrack Facilities Renewal Account.” The state’s casinos each pay a certain percentage of their slot machine profits into the fund, which is used for upgrades at the tracks.

Cherokee Professor Says Warren Campaign Disrespected Him

A Cherokee Nation member who has been critical of Sen. Elizabeth Warren's (D., Mass.) claims of Native American heritage said he was disrespected by the senator's presidential campaign.

Joseph Pierce, an associate professor at Stony Brook University in New York, tweeted Saturday that a Warren team member had tried to convince him to vote for Warren during a campaign drive earlier that day. Pierce said the Massachusetts senator had not done enough to "right the harm she has caused," referring to the decades of claims of Cherokee heritage for which Warren apologized only this year.

The Warren staffer took Pierce to another team member, who, Pierce wrote, promised to make "real time" for him. Pierce said the staffer was dismissive when Pierce said he was "pissed" about Warren's claims.

"I mean, bro, just one second earlier you were willing to ‘make real time for me,' and when you saw that I actually have thoughts about this, you no longer have that willingness or that time. That, my friend, is exactly the problem," Pierce tweeted.

According to Pierce, the staffer also told him that not voting for Warren would help President Donald Trump win re-election. Pierce called that posture "profoundly colonial."

Biden Campaign Spox: Hunter Had Permission to Serve on Ukrainian Gas Company's Board

Former Vice President Joe Biden's Deputy Campaign Manager, Kate Bedingfield, appeared on MSNBC to talk about the veep's opinion piece in the Washington Post. During the interview she made a rather shocking admission: Hunter Biden received permission from the Obama White House to sit on the Ukrainian oil company's board of directors. Remember: Hunter was being paid $50,000 a month even though he had no natural energy experience and his father was working on foreign relations with Ukraine at the time.

“There were unfounded claims against him. For example, in this Washington Post report he writes, and we read it, he talks about ‘He will not go after my family, he will not take down my family or destroy my family. But he doesn’t get explicit about Hunter himself. Why is that, Kate?” host Hallie Jackson asked.

WATCH: First Lady’s visit ‘made their day’

First Lady Melania Trump traveled to Wyoming last week as part of her signature Be Best initiative, which focuses on childhood well-being and the crucial fights against cyberbullying and drug abuse. While there, she encouraged children to spend more time outdoors and learn more about America’s beautiful National Parks.

Arriving in the town of Jackson, Mrs. Trump joined some of the Jackson District Boy Scouts under the town’s iconic elk antler arches, where they told her about their ongoing conservation efforts. The Scouts have a longstanding relationship with the National Elk Refuge dating back to the 1950s: They go out and collect antlers on the refuge, sell them at auction, and donate a majority of the proceeds to the refuge in support of elk management and habitat enhancement. The remaining funds stay with the local Scout troop.

Later that day, aboard a river raft, the First Lady explored Wyoming’s scenic Snake River with a group of fourth graders from the Teton County School District.

Friday morning, dozens of second and fourth graders waited for the First Lady’s arrival inside the Grand Teton National Park’s Craig Thomas Discovery and Visitor Center. The young students were at various stations set up around the room, each with an activity designed to help children learn more about the outdoors. While there, Mrs. Trump distributed “Every Kid Outdoors” passes to provide students with free access to amazing National Park Services lands and waters across the country.

“Spending time outdoors with children and learning more about our incredible and complex surroundings was a very meaningful experience for me,” the First Lady said.

“I want to thank the people of Wyoming for making me feel so welcomed.”

While Congress wastes time, the Trump Economy makes history

When President Trump was elected, the left’s most famous economist-turned-newspaper-columnist predicted “a global recession, with no end in sight.”

Instead, the Trump Economy has delivered month after month of job creation and wage growth, even as the Beltway Pundit Circus foams at the mouth for either a recession or an impeachment coup to bail out their busted prophesies.

Friday’s historic jobs report won’t help matters for them, but it will help millions of American workers who are being pulled off the sidelines—and up the income ladder:
  • The big headline: America’s unemployment rate dropped to 3.5 percent, its lowest level in 50 years

  • African-American unemployment is now at the lowest level ever recorded
  • Hispanic-American unemployment is also at a historic low

  • For those without a high school diploma, the unemployment rate fell to its lowest level in nearly 3 decades
🎬 Watch the reactions to Friday’s incredible jobs numbers.

Stephen Moore: Democrats are wrong. Middle-class incomes are surging.

Maryland MS-13 members, illegal immigrants plead guilty to 2 grisly murders

Four MS-13 members—in the U.S. illegally—have pleaded guilty in Maryland to participating in the murders of a 21-year-old woman and a 17-year-old teenager two years ago.

Police said the woman, Jennifer Rivera-Lopez, was lured to her death in June 2017 in an Anne Arundel County park where her killers, armed with knives and machetes, chopped her head off and buried her in a secret grave, the Capital Gazette reported Monday.

Ronald Mendez-Sosa, 21, Brenda Argueta, 20, Ervin Arrue-Figueroa, 20, and Francisco Ramirez-Pena, 24, all of Maryland, copped to the murder last week in federal court, the paper reported.

BARR: I Worked On The Clinton Impeachment — And Trump Is Not Impeachable

Speaking as a former federal prosecutor and impeachment manager in the Senate trial of former President Clinton, and after having reviewed carefully the content and context of the Ukraine call and what we have learned about it subsequently, it is clear that no federal laws were broken and nothing close to an impeachable offense took place.

In fact, in that call the president of the United States was doing precisely what a president should have been doing. In the July 25 call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Trump emphasized that his administration was serious about getting to the bottom of corruption in Ukraine that had affected and had been affected by the United States. Our president made clear he was referring to evidence that Ukrainian interests had been involved corruptly in our 2016 election, and that a high government official in our country — former Vice President Joe Biden — had improperly interfered with that country’s effort to discover and prosecute corrupt acts.

In considering whether the president’s conduct rises to the level of an impeachable or criminal offense, it’s easy to dismiss the rantings of Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters. The fiery congresswoman has been calling for Trump’s impeachment since he became president, and she is itching for a piece of the impeachment action for the Financial Services Committee she chairs. In Waters’ opinion, Trump has engaged in actions that not only are impeachable in nature, but so highly and criminally offensive as to warrant a sentence in “solitary confinement.”

Dems Expand Ukraine Charade With Second 'Whistleblower'

As the Ukraine charade enters its third week, a second “whistleblower” has come forward according to Mark Zaid, attorney for the first “whistleblower.” This second whistleblower, also an intelligence official, claims to have first-hand information corroborating some of the initial complaint. It is likely, since this new whistleblower is not offering a new complaint but is rather supporting the original complaint, that this second individual is seeking protection to prevent himself from being exposed as a source for the first whistleblower.

Indeed, Zaid seemingly confirmed this, stating that the second individual “made a protection disclosure under the law and cannot be retaliated against.” Furthermore, Zaid claimed that “there are definitely multiple whistleblowers,” so it’s looking like everyone behind this complaint is seeking cover.

However, there may be another reason why more “whistleblowers” are now suddenly coming forward, claiming to have first-hand knowledge that allegedly corroborates the original complaint.

Meet TQ - The High School Football Player Who's Inspiring Everyone

A photo of a high school football is making the rounds on social media and his story is inspiring people all over the world.

This is Taquarius Wair.

Janaye Johnson of Janaye Johnson Photography met Wair while working a football game. She was so inspired by his story she asked if she could photograph him and share his story with the world.

This is what she wrote:

"Taquarius Wair (TQ) is a senior at North high school. When he was 4 years old he woke up to his mothers voice yelling to him and trying to guide him through a smoke and fire-filled bedroom.

He made it out of the house to safety, but he then went back into the burning house. Although he can't quite remember why he went back, he believes he may have been trying to help save his older sister.

TQ, his mother and two siblings made it out, but the fire claimed the life of his older sister that night.

TQ suffered 3rd degree burns over 55% of his body, with some of the burns going to the bone. The doctors gave him a 20% chance of survival. He spent over 4 months in the hospital, one of which he was comatose. He endured countless surgeries and skin grafts and ended up losing much of his left hand and foot in the fire - but he's never let that slow him down.

New York Times Kavanaugh book bombs, just 3,120 sold, Amazon rank #6,795

The latest book on Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh, a critical biography from two New York Times reporters that made new sexual assault charges that were immediately undermined, has suffered an epic sales crash, according to publishing insiders.

Expected to sell at least 10,000-12,000 in the first two weeks and propel The Education of Brett Kavanaugh: An Investigation onto the newspaper’s bestseller hardcover list, it has sold about a third of that in the first two weeks.

A publishing source provided the latest BookScan numbers, which can account for about 80% of sales. That number is 3,120. “If you add in ebooks — they may have sold a total of 4,000. That's one of the most epic bombs in political publishing over the past decade,” said the source.

Detroit Police Chief Says Rep. Rashida Tlaib's Statements Are 'Racist'

Detroit Police Chief James Craig refuted assertions that only black analysts can identify black people in pictures.

Detroit, MI – The Detroit police chief on Thursday batted down U.S. Representative Rashida Tlaib’s (D-Michigan) assertions that only African Americans can confirm the identities of other African Americans when analyzing hits on facial recognition software.

Detroit Police Chief James Craig called Tlaib’s suggestion that she only hire black people to be analysts appalling, FOX News reported.

"It's a software. It's biometrics," Chief Craig, who is African American, said. "And, to put race in it... we're talking about trained professionals. My staff goes through intense training with the FBI, and so they're not looking at race but it's measurements. We were appalled when she made this statement."

McConnell Turning Tables on Democrat Impeachers

“In point of fact, the House has no impeachment inquiry; congressional Democrats have an impeachment political campaign,” argues National Review’s Andrew McCarthy. And so long as impeachment remains nothing more than the Democrats’ second attempt at a coup — a narrative meant solely to boost their election prospects in 2020 — it will plainly be political theater at its cheapest and most craven.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell sees it for what it is, and the upper chamber of Congress, which will try President Donald Trump if and when the House ever gets around to impeaching him, will prove to be the sane chamber. In a campaign video, McConnell says that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is “in the clutches of a left-wing mob that finally convinced her to impeach the president.” However, he adds. “The way that impeachment stops is with a Senate majority with me as majority leader.”

McConnell must firmly believe that there is not enough evidence to oust Trump or he wouldn’t assert this far in advance that the Senate will kill the effort. He’s also clearly hanging this political charade around Democrat necks.

Trump Threatens to ‘Destroy’ Turkey’s Economy if It Does Anything ‘Off Limits’ in Syria

President Donald Trump on Monday defended his administration’s decision to withdraw U.S. troops out of northern Syria and warned Turkey that he will “totally destroy and obliterate” if it engages in activities deemed “off limits” in the war-torn country.

On Sunday, the White House announced it will pull U.S troops out of northern Syria ahead of a Turkish military advance to expel Kurdish forces from the area.

In a statement after a telephone call between President Trump and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the White House stated it would neither support nor interfere with the operation.

“Turkey will soon be moving forward with its long-planned operation into Northern Syria,” read the statement. “The United States forces, having defeated the ISIS territorial ‘Caliphate,’ will no longer be in the immediate area.”
