President Obama is throwing his weight behind a plan that would lead to competition in the market for set-top cable and satellite TV boxes. Most viewers now rent the boxes from their TV providers. The Federal Communications Commission wants to make it easier for viewers to buy the devices.
The FCC estimates it costs subscribers $231 a year on average to rent the bulky boxes that enable them to watch cable or satellite TV. Earlier this year the agency proposed a way to make it easier for viewers to buy the boxes outright.
In essence it would require TV channels to sell their content to third-party groups, like Google and others who would sell their own devices. In an interview with Yahoo News, President Obama says a little competition is a good idea:
"The cable or satellite box is just one example of an area where because it's been tied to the provider and you rent it and consumers spend billions of dollars on this every single year, there hasn't been much innovation. And so the FCC is looking, independently of anything we do here at the White House, at whether it makes sense to open that up to competition."

TRUMP CHALKING BY COLLEGE REPUBLICANS IS A ‘HATE CRIME,’ BLACK STUDENTS CLAIM
Chalking threatens our tax-exempt status, DePaul warns.
Chalk messages triggered not just students but faculty and staff at the nation’s largest Catholic university.
DePaul University’s Black Student Union accused its College Republicans (CRs) of a hate crime because they organized the April 4 chalking outside the Student Center, with messages that alluded to Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump and praised police and Israel.
Though BSU representative Michael Lynch told The College Fix that he filed a hate-crime report against the CRs, both the DePaul administration and Public Safety department toldThe Fix they had not received any such report from Lynch.

Insurers warn losses from ObamaCare are unsustainable
Health insurance companies are amplifying their warnings about the financial sustainability of the ObamaCare marketplaces as they seek approval for premium increases next year.
Insurers say they are losing money on their ObamaCare plans at a rapid rate, and some have begun to talk about dropping out of the marketplaces altogether.
“Something has to give,” said Larry Levitt, an expert on the health law at the Kaiser Family Foundation. “Either insurers will drop out or insurers will raise premiums.”
While analysts expect the market to stabilize once premiums rise and more young, healthy people sign up, some observers have not ruled out the possibility of a collapse of the market, known in insurance parlance as a “death spiral.”
In the short term, there is a growing likelihood that insurers will push for substantial premium increases, creating a political problem for Democrats in an election year.
Insurers have been pounding the drum about problems with ObamaCare pricing.

The four major pro sports leagues allow corporate logos on practice gear.

Make America Sane Again
Make America Sane Again has been a call to arms for many of us during this 2016 election cycle. After watching the near decimation of our Constitution over the past 8 years, this was supposed to be a time of resurgence, a time for America to return to her roots, to her founding principles and guiding beliefs.
Instead, this election cycle has become a reality T.V. show. Since Donald Trump announced his candidacy in mid-2015, he has had his run of the field, nearly unlimited press coverage, and an unmistakable ability to take any story no matter how negative and turn it to his advantage. In fact, a long-standing joke in regards to his campaign was that he could shoot someone and still would lead in the polls. The question is why?
It is said that the political will of the people ebbs and flows similar to the tide. This seems to be true today. The American people are angry and they feel betrayed by those they send to Washington. This was first evident in 2008 when a relatively unknown quantity came on to the scene: a junior senator from Illinois, Barack Obama. Despite no one knowing who he was and what he stood for, he was able to sway the American people, to make them believe he alone was their best chance to make real change in DC. Despite his rhetoric, there has been little change and what has changed has not been for the better according to public opinion. With the Tea Party movement bursting onto the scene in 2010, the momentum seemed to be shifting. In that midterm election cycle, the Republican Party retook the house but were unable to take the Senate. Still with these changes, those of us of conservative leanings assumed 2012 was our year to retake The White House. In fact, that was around the time that I began speaking out against this administration first on a political Facebook page and then eventually on an Internet-based radio talk show. For over five years, I have lent my voice to trying to show the American public clear differences between the new brand of liberalism and political conservatism. Again, we thought 2012 was our time to shine and we were told Mitt Romney was the man to get it done. Now while Romney embodied many of the qualities we were looking for in a candidate, he was practically no one’s first choice. Many of us did what we felt was our duty and rallied behind the nominee however. We picked up our banner and marched off to do battle in the name of saving the republic. The Romney camp, however, seemed to not hold the same fire in their belly. Despite clear advantages after the first debate and catching President Obama in a flat out lie in the second debate, Candidate Romney refused to press the advantage and went on to lose the 2012 election, despite the terrible state of the nation from 2008-2012.

Traffic Stop Yields Criminal Arrest On Eastern Shore
(Centreville, MD) – A Maryland state trooper, working a special distracted driving enforcement initiative, made a traffic stop yesterday resulting in a criminal arrest.
The accused is identified as Darin March, Jr., 20, of the 1200 block of Ashleigh Station Court in Bowie. March was charged with illegal possession of firearms, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute and numerous other criminal charges. He was also issued a traffic citation for using a hand held cell phone while driving. March was arrested without incident and transported to the Queen Anne’s County Detention Center where he was held on a $100,000 bond.
Yesterday around 6:00pm, a state trooper from the Centreville Barrack was working a special traffic enforcement initiative, designed to target distracted drivers. While on patrol on eastbound Route 50 in Grasonville, March was observed driving his Pontiac Grand Am while simultaneously using his hand held cell phone. An immediate traffic stop was initiated.
While on the traffic stop, the trooper detected a strong odor of raw marijuana. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed two ounces of marijuana, packaged for distribution, along with several items of drug paraphernalia and over $10,000 in United States currency. A furthe
Mayor Announces Delivery of FY17 Budget
Salisbury – Mayor Jake Day is pleased to announce the successful completion and delivery to Council of the Mayor’s Proposed Budget for FY 2017. Mayor Day will give an overview of the proposed budget at a press conference tomorrow, April 19, at 2 p.m. on the Riverwalk outside of the Riverview Commons building. The presentation will outline the budget’s effort to reflect both the Mayor’s and the City’s many goals for the future of Salisbury, and the fiscal roadmap needed to get there.
“This budget is a plan for how we will begin to proactively serve and uplift the parts of this community that will carry it forward: our children, our culture, our downtown, our parks, our economy, our neighborhoods and those most in need of our assistance,” said the Mayor. “From the first days of articulating our goals together, to this plan that begins to make them a reality, I have come to believe these are Salisbury’s brightest days and that this team can achieve great things for our community.”

Hillary Clinton Faces a Liberal War Against the 1990s
Hillary Clinton has long literally and figuratively stood beside Bill Clinton, fully embracing his policy moves to make the Democratic Party more centrist in the 1990s and defending him after his affair with a White House intern and subsequent impeachment.
But even as she remains a strong favorite to win the Democratic nomination, the 2016 campaign is forcing the former secretary of state to distance herself from her husband's record.
Ahead of Tuesday's critical New York primary, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders is waging in effect a political war on 90s-era policies — a tactic aimed at hitting Hillary Clinton where it hurts: her husband's presidential legacy.
Sanders' latest target is the controversial welfare reform law Bill Clinton signed while president, which Sanders opposed as a congressman and said this week was unfairly targeted at the poor.

US Army Approves First Female Officers for Ground Combat
The U.S. Army has approved the first female officers for ground combat missions, following new rules that open all military combat positions to women.
The 22 women have almost finished their officer training and must complete training in specialty schools to enter either the armor branch or infantry branch. Previously, women had been barred from joining frontline combat roles in the U.S. military, including the infantry.
An Army statement Friday said the women must complete the remaining training and physical requirements before they can qualify as combat officers.
In December, U.S. Secretary of Defense Ash Carter announced the military would open all occupations to women this year, saying America's all-volunteer fighting force cannot afford to ignore half of the population in the 21st century that requires "drawing strength from the broadest possible pool," including women.

What Is Hillary Clinton Hiding? Why Won't She Release Transcripts of Her Wall Street Speeches?
In one of the better moments of an otherwise predictable Democratic debatelast night, CNN moderator Dana Bash asked Hillary Clinton three timeswhy the candidate won't release transcripts of her speeches to Wall Street banks—speeches for which she was paid a total of $2.9 million and that her own staff scrupulously documented—if there's nothing that she's trying to hide from voters.
Clinton wouldn't answer the question. Instead, she tried to deflect by claiming she has stood up to Wall Street, by attacking Bernie Sanders' record on financial deregulation, by calling for "everyone" to release transcripts, and by calling for the release of Sanders' tax returns. Watch:

Kasich: We shouldn't interfere in Israel-PA conflict
The United States should not interfere in the Israeli-Palestinian Authority (PA) peace efforts unless both sides invite it to participate, Republican presidential candidate John Kasich told Haaretz in an interview on Thursday.
“I don’t think that’s our job,” Kasich said. “[PA chairman Mahmoud] Abbas is 80 years old. [Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin] Netanyahu is trying to figure out what he wants to do in light of the constant violence. They have to figure out when the time is right. And then if the time is right and they ask us to be a mediator, we’re there. But I’m not going over there trying to pressure people to the table because it’ll fail.”
Kasich, who spoke to Haaretz following a televised Town Hall event at the historic Milleridge Cottage in Jericho, New York, confirmed his support for Israel and elaborated on points he made last month in a speech to AIPAC, including comments about supplying Israel with military equipment.
“I think they ought to have military superiority in every way,” Kasich told the newspaper. “Whatever they need. Aircraft. More opportunity to intercept, whatever it is.”

IRS and Tax Bureaucracy Cost Tax Payers $431 Billion a Year - Five Years Ago
Tax compliance employs more workers than Wal-Mart, UPS, McDonald’s, IBM and Citigroup combined.
There is a lot more to taxes than simply paying the bill. Taxpayers must spend significantly more than $1 in order to provide $1 of income-tax revenue to the federal government (*and do so under duress and threat of violence).
To start with, individuals and businesses must pay the government the $1 in revenue plus the costs of their own time spent filing and complying with the tax code; plus the tax collection costs of the IRS; plus the tax compliance outlays that individuals and businesses pay to help them file their taxes.
In a study published last week by the Laffer Center, my colleagues Wayne Winegarden, John Childs and I estimate that these costs alone are a staggering $431 billion annually. This is a cost markup of 30 cents on every dollar paid in taxes. And this is not even a complete accounting of the costs of tax complexity.
Like taxes themselves, tax-compliance costs change people’s behavior. Taxpayers, whether individuals or businesses, respond to taxes and tax-compliance costs by changing the composition of their income, the location of their income, the timing of their income, and the volume of their income. So long as the cost of changing one’s income is lower than the taxes saved, the taxpayer will engage in these types of tax-avoidance activities.

Saudi warns of economic fallout if Congress passes 911 bill
Saudi Arabia has told the Obama administration and members of Congress that it will sell off hundreds of billions of dollars' worth of American assets held by the kingdom if Congress passes a bill that would allow the Saudi government to be held responsible in American courts for any role in the september 11, 2001, attacks.
The Obama administration has lobbied Congress to block the bill's passage, according to administration officials and congressional aides from both parties, and the Saudi threats have been the subject of intense discussions in recent weeks between lawmakers and officials from the State Department and the Pentagon. The officials have warned senators of diplomatic and economic fallout from the legislation.
Adel al-Jubeir, the Saudi foreign minister, delivered the kingdom's message personally last month during a trip to Washington, telling lawmakers that Saudi Arabia would be forced to sell up to USD 750 billion in treasury securities and other assets in the United States before they could be in danger of being frozen by American courts.
Several outside economists are skeptical that the Saudis will follow through, saying that such a sell-off would be difficult to execute and would end up crippling the kingdom's economy. But the threat is another sign of the escalating tensions between Saudi Arabia and the United States.

Poll: Vast majority of Americans don't trust the news media
WASHINGTON (AP) — Trust in the news media is being eroded by perceptions of inaccuracy and bias, fueled in part by Americans' skepticism about what they read on social media.
Just 6 percent of people say they have a lot of confidence in the media, putting the news industry about equal to Congress and well below the public's view of other institutions. In this presidential campaign year, Democrats were more likely to trust the news media than Republicans or independents.
But trust today also goes beyond the traditional journalistic principles of accuracy, balance and fairness.
Faced with ever-increasing sources of information, Americans also are more likely to rely on news that is up-to-date, concise and cites expert sources or documents, according to a study by the Media Insight Project, a partnership of The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research and the American Press Institute.

Subject: Windows Users Should Delete QuickTime Due to Hacking Vulnerability
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has sent out an urgent alert telling Windows customers to uninstall Apple’s QuickTime program.
Apple has pulled support for QuickTime on Windows, the video and audio software that had once been widely used to play movie trailers and other Internet media clips.
The company decided this week not to issue any more security updates for QuickTime on Windows, despite two major vulnerabilities in the software that can allow hackers into people’s computers.
Apple’s last QuickTime update for Windows came in late January, and the company had been periodically fixing bugs over the past several years.

Anthony Brown Lends Nearly $400,000 To Campaign For Congress
WASHINGTON (AP) — Maryland’s former lieutenant governor lent nearly $400,000 to his bid for Congress but still has less money to spend than his rivals in the final days of the Democratic primary campaign, finance records show.
Democrat Anthony Brown made the loan in March, and without it, his campaign would have run out of money, according to a report filed late Thursday. Donors gave less than half that amount to his campaign during the first three months of 2016.
Attempting to bounce back after his surprising loss in the 2014 race for governor, Brown is running for a safely Democratic seat in Maryland’s 4th District in the Washington suburbs. The incumbent, Donna Edwards, is running for Senate.

How Obama is bankrolling a nonstop protest against invented outrage
Barack Obama’s presidency has been pockmarked by rioting, looting and protests. That’s no coincidence. It’s what the former community organizer sought from Day One. And it’s just going to get worse before he leaves office.
The senseless protests we’re seeing break out on the campuses of the University of Missouri, Yale and other colleges, as well as on bridges and highway overpasses and outside police stations, are precisely the kind of thing Obama was trained to organize while attending leftist agitation schools founded by Chicago communist Saul Alinsky. He learned to a fare-thee-well how to “rub raw the sores of discontent.”
Now Obama is returning the favor of his Alinsky masters, training and cloning an army of social justice bullies to carry on his revolution to “fundamentally transform America.” He’s doing it mainly through a little-known but well-funded group called Organizing for Action, or OFA, which will outlast his administration.
OFA, formerly Obama for America, has trained more than 10,000 leftist organizers, who, in turn, are training more than 2 million youths in Alinsky street tactics.
The leftist group, which recently registered as a 501c4 nonprofit eligible for unlimited contributions, holds regular “organizing summits” on college campuses.

Five Socialist Billionaires Who Want to Raise Your Taxes and Steal Your Freedom
Socialist Billionaire: George Soros
Socialist billionaire George Soros is a far left supporter of the Democratic Party, donating millions of dollars to their causes. But these donations from Soros are not to advance policy on what he believes is right, but rather a business investment into the political system. In fact, since Obama has been elected, Soros's hedge fund jumped from 9 billion to 24 billion. Soros is also the main contributor to the funding of the "Occupy" movement.

Hollywood Liberal Runs for Congress, This INSANE Statement Should Haunt Her
Democratic congressional candidate Melissa Gilbert on Wednesday disavowed televised comments she made in 2009 that attempts to sentence filmmaker Roman Polanski for the 1977 rape of a 13-year-old girl were “excessive.”
The Hollywood actress who relocated to Howell to run for Congress in Michigan’s 8th District discussed Polanski’s sentence on “The View” talk show in 2009 as U.S. authorities were trying to get him extradited from Switzerland to serve prison time he evaded three decades earlier.
“I think the punishment at this point may be excessive — I don’t know, that’s just my opinion,” Gilbert said.
Gilbert was part of “The View” panel debating Polanski’s conviction for drugging, raping and sodomizing Samantha Geimer after the 13-year-old girl posed for Polanski during a magazine photo shoot her mother allowed inside the Los Angles home of actor Jack Nicholson.

Subject: George Washington’s greatest sniper was an Irish marksman Timothy Murphy
Timothy Murphy was a rifleman and expert sniper in the American Revolutionary War. Some say he changed the course of the critical battle of Saratoga when he gunned down two British generals, at 300 yards.
At the Battle of Bemis Heights, the second Battle of Saratoga, on October 7, 1777, Murphy is reputed to have shot and killed Sir Francis Clerke and General Simon Fraser.
Relatively few details of Murphy's early life are known. He was born in 1751 near the Delaware Water Gap. His parents were Presbyterians from County Donegal, Ireland, who moved to Shamokin Flats (now Sunbury, PA) in 1759, when Murphy was eight years old, according to Wikipedia. A few years later, Murphy became an apprentice to a Mr. van Campen, and moved with the van Campen family to the Wyoming Valley, which was then the frontier.

Groomers from all over Delmarva arrived at 8:00 a.m. this morning with their own tables, clippers, dryers, etc. When I arrived at 8:45, they were in full clip-off mode. Many local groomers were hard at it and the groomers that have stand-alone mobile units were parked and hard at work. All dogs are properly tagged and all being done in a very orderly fashion.
$300,000 Spent DAILY In Taxpayer Money – To Send Illegals Home On Personal Jets
This is outrageous. American taxpayers are forking over $300,000 a day to taxi illegal immigrants home, just so they can come right back and do it again. They are flown on private-freaking-jets people. In the lap of luxury, we are ferrying people back and forth that break our laws and rape our entitlement system. Have you ever been on a private jet? I haven’t. But my money is paying for this crap. It just makes your head explode. Special privileges for people who break the law… as long as they aren’t real Americans. Almost half of these people are convicted criminals. ICE once hired a Boeing 767-300 to take an immigrant back to Nigeria. Just for one immigrant. They also hired Gulfstream IV executive jets for so-called ‘high-risk charters’ on at least 34 occasions. This just ticks me off.
From Young Conservatives:
American taxpayers are forking out more than $300,000 every day to deport illegal immigrants on commercial flights and even on private jets, Daily Mail Online can exclusively reveal.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) spent $116m in 2015 to transport 235,413 people in the United States illegally back to their home countries.
More than 40 per cent of those who had violated visa restrictions were convicted criminals while more than 1,000 were identified as gang members.

White House Gives PATHETIC Excuse For Military Budget Cuts
The U.S. military was once, very recently, the most devastating military force in the history of the world. Our strong military kept the wolves at bay from the Kaiser to the Japanese to the Soviets. Now, it has been decimated in Obama’s America and those paying the price for our weakened military are the very brave young men and women who have picked up a rifle in defense of this nation. Now they say that they’re at the breaking point.
From TheBlaze:
A majority of Marine Corps aircraft can’t fly, prompting Marine officials to warn that the aviation corps is reaching a “breaking point,” Fox News reported.
Years of airstrikes in Afghanistan, Iraq and battling the Islamic State have taken its toll on the aircraft
“Quite honestly, it is coming on the backs of our young Marines,” Lt. Col. Matthew “Pablo” Brown, commanding officer of VMFA (AW)-533, a Hornet squadron based at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort in South Carolina. “They can do it, and they are doing it, but it is certainly not easy.”
Fewer than one-third of the 276 F/A-18 Hornet strike fighters are ready to fly, Fox reported. Meanwhile, just 42 of 147 heavy-lift CH-53E Super Stallion helicopters are ready to fly.
Defense spending in 2010 was $691 billion, but in 2015, that dropped to $560 billion.
White House press secretary Josh Earnest blamed much of this on Republicans in Congress.
“I can’t provide an update for you in terms of the current condition of the air wing of the Marine corps, what I will say generally is we’ve been quite concerned about the approach that Congress has taken to funding our defense priorities,” Earnest told TheBlaze. “There has been a willingness on the part of Republicans to champion the sequester that has had a negative impact on the ability to fund our core defense programs.”

Maryland is tops in the U.S. for job gains in March
Maryland gained nearly 20,000 jobs in March, outpacing the rest of the country and holding the state's unemployment rate at 4.7 percent even as more workers joined the labor force.
The state added 19,300 jobs between February and March of this year, according to data out Friday from the U.S. Department of Labor. It was the largest month-to-month gain of any state in the country.
Maryland has now added 62,400 jobs since March of last year. The state's unemployment rate is down from 5.3 percent a year ago.
"It's a very positive report today," said Andrew Bauer, a senior regional economist at the Baltimore branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. "We had more people coming into the labor force. Those people were able to find jobs."

Obama Administration Should Not Apologize for Hiroshima
Secretary of State John Kerry toured the Hiroshima Peace Memorial and Museum in Japan this week, a month before he and President Obama will meet foreign ministers at the G-7 Summit. Reuters reported that he witnessed “haunting displays [of] photographs of badly burned victims, the tattered and stained clothes they wore and statues depicting them with flesh melting from their limbs.”
“It is a stunning display. It is a gut-wrenching display,” explained Kerry. “It is a reminder of the depth of the obligation every one of us in public life carries … to create and pursue a world free from nuclear weapons.” Iran would exempt itself, of course. But is this really the lesson of Hiroshima? That those in public life have an obligation to do away with nuclear weapons? A lot of people might argue that the existence of those weapons has saved lives from broader world conflicts and conventional warfare. That includes ending World War II sooner.
Last week, The Washington Post dutifully reported, “In Hiroshima, Kerry won’t apologize for atomic bombs dropped on Japan.” Technically, he didn’t. What we witnessed was one of the administration’s inverted non-apology apologies.
There’s a lot of speculation Obama will visit Hiroshima during the summit and offer some sort of apology. (If we’re to believe WikiLeaks, U.S. officials have been wrestling with the idea of having Obama apologize for the Hiroshima attacks for a while now.) Doing so would comport well with his history, but it would not be a great leap for Obama. Having a high-ranking American official visit the museum already lends credence to the Japanese notion that the U.S. bombing was gratuitous. On top of that, Kerry blames nuclear weapons — rather than Japan’s fanaticism and nihilism — for Hiroshima.

VA Has 'Systemic' Problem of Shredding Benefit Claims
The Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Inspector General says the VA is improperly shredding documents related to veterans benefits claims, and says the problem is "systemic" throughout the VA.
The OIG released a report Thursday that said the controls put in place by the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) are "not effective," and aren't stopping VA regional offices, or VAROs, from "potentially destroying claims-related documents."
The report was done after complaints that VA officials in Los Angeles were shredding mail related to claims. After making recommendations to the Los Angeles office, the OIG examined 10 VA offices around the country to see if there were similar problems.
"VBA's controls were not fully effective in preventing VARO staff from destroying claims-related documents at six of the 10 VAROs, where we performed unannounced inspections," it said. "We found that 69 of 155 claims-related documents (45 percent) — which VARO staff had not matched to veterans' claims folders — were improperly scheduled for destruction."
The OIG said that of the 69 claims documents that were about to be shredded, 11 either affected or had the potential to affect benefits claims. While the rest didn't, the report said those documents were still required to be included in veterans' claims folders.
The OIG said the problem shouldn't be underestimated.

Obama Wants to Flood U.S. With THIS Many New Muslim ‘Refugees’ Per Month
The State Department is planning to bring an average of nearly 1,500 Syrian refugees to the United States per month in order to meet President Obama’s ridiculous target of settling 10,000 refugees in the country by this September.
From The Hill:
About 1,300 refugees have already been placed in the United States since Obama first made the commitment in September.
That’s far fewer than those taken in by European countries such as Germany, who has dealt with an unprecedented wave of migrants fleeing Syria’s civil war, as well as the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.
Yet the settlement has provoked a significant backlash, mostly from Republicans, who argue it puts the U.S. at risk from terrorism.

Sandwich Sicko Child Predator Went to Prison. Here's What Happened to Him.
Jared Fogle first gained fame as former fat slob who lost hundreds of pounds eating Subway sandwiches. The popular pitch man parlayed this into a multi year, multi million dollar career as spokesman for the brand, until last year, when it was discovered that he was a degenerate child predator.
Fogel is currently in prison serving out a 16 year sentence for his crimes, which include the sexual molestation of 14 (known) victims, an engagement with a child prostitute, and the possession of over 400 images that are considered child pornography. Those who considered this sentence way too light got a bit of good news this month, as another inmate delivered Fogel a knuckle sandwich. As Fox news reports:
Pedophile sandwich pitchman Jared Fogle was pummeled by a fellow inmate in a prison smackdown, according to a report.
The former Subway hawker, who is serving a 16-year sentence at Colorado’s Englewood FCI, was tackled and punched in the face by a 60-year-old armed robber, TMZ reported.
Steven Nigg, 60, who is serving time on gun charges, left Fogle with a bloody nose, swollen face and scratches on his neck after the recreation yard beatdown on Jan. 29, the site reported.
Nigg, who suffered a small cut on his hand, unleashed his barrage after reaching his boiling point over the number of child sex predators housed in the low-security facility, his relatives told TMZ.
He was punished for his vigilante vengeance with a stint in solitary.
We don't know anything about Mr. Nigg, but it seems like for once in his life he did the right thing.

Harvard and the Muslim Brotherhood in Cahoots?
Harvard University Law School served as the venue for a Muslim Brotherhood-organized conference billed as a “human rights” forum on Egypt and the Middle East.
The April 13 event, titled “As Goes Egypt, So Goes the Middle East: Changes Begin with Me,” was organized by Egyptians Abroad for Democracy, the overseas branch of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood, which Egypt’s current government and many other governments consider to be a violent Islamist movement intent on implementing Shariah law.
The conference featured four panels discussing Egypt’s role in the Middle East and “human rights violations” in Egypt today under President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, whose government kicked out the previous Muslim Brotherhood-backed regime of Mohammad Morsi, who was supported by President Obama.
Dr. Mark Christian, executive director of the Global Faith Institute and a former imam who left Egypt and his Muslim Brotherhood-connected family 11 years ago to live in America, told WND that Harvard long ago sold its soul to the Brotherhood.

Great News For Donald Trump in the State That Could Decide Everything
Donald Trump may be having a tough time in the more conservative caucus states, but he's doing just fine in large, liberal states. He's about to sweep New York's delegates, but one state looms even larger on the ballot- California. How's the Donald doing there? As CBS reports:
Whether that convention is wide open or not likely comes down to California, the last, largest remaining state to vote, on June 7. There, Trump leads Cruz and Kasich as the CBS News Battleground Tracker begins looking at the contest, 49 percent to 31 percent for Cruz and 16 percent for Kasich. At the race's current pace, Trump would need a sizable win there -- as well as strong performances in between -- to clinch the nomination outright.
This is huge news. In the last few weeks, Cruz had closed the gap on Trump, making a California delegate sweep, and the nomination, less likely. But if Trump can win clean sweeps in New York, California, and Pennsylvania, all of Cruz's savvy delegate wrangling and hard work might be for naught.

This Limousine Liberal Just Compared Trump to Hitler
Actress Sharon Stone admits that she’s ready for Hillary, but is afraid for America’s future if White House hopeful Donald Trump is elected president — which she says could lead to another Holocaust.
“We have leaders and people who are trying to be leaders who are running campaigns based on fear, and that’s a contagion. It’s horrible. Holocausts have occurred when that fire catches loose,” the 58-year-old actress said in a Thursday interview with the Hollywood Reporter.
Stone, as Breitbart News reported, announced this week that she is backing out of production for a short film in Mississippi because of the state’s religious liberty bill.
“I will not work in any state that holds or is actively creating laws to legally support discrimination against American citizens whether due to their race, religion, gender or sexual orientation, nor where those laws are passed or approved by the government of said state,” Stone said in a statement.
