Christian Teacher Sues School After He’s Suspended For ‘Misgendering’ Transgender Student

A Christian teacher, suspended for “misgendering” a student is now taking his argument to court, saying that he shouldn’t be forced into accepting the new transgender ideology.

In November, Joshua Sutcliffe was summoned to a formal disciplinary hearing for misconduct after he accidentally misgendered a student. He wanted to praised a group of hard working students and said, “Good job, girls!” but one of the students, who identifies as transgender, took offence. When he was corrected by the student, Sutcliffe apologized to the student who wanted to be referred to as a male. The student later told his mother, who went on to file the a complaint.

Sutcliffe, who in addition to being a teacher is also an evangelical pastor, said that his resultant suspension from the English school in Oxfordshire is “political correctness gone mad.”

NC mom gets no prison time she passed out on METH and left 3 year old son to freeze to death

It looks like North Carolina is the new New Mexico. A drug-addled North Carolina woman passed out, high on methamphetamine. She left her three year old son on the front porch, which exposed him to extreme temperatures. He died of hypothermia on March 15th.

The boy, Landyn Melton of Morgantown, NC, had celebrated his 3rd birthday the day before his tragic death. A distraught neighbor discovered his freezing body the morning after and called the police.

The methed-up mother, Jamie Lyn Basinger, 24, pleaded guilty Monday to involuntary manslaughter. She accepted a plea deal that would see her get a suspended sentence along with three years of supervised probation. The district attorney’s office in Burke County Superior Court confirmed that the judge also ordered her to do 72 hours of community service because, you know, nothing says “I’m sorry for freezing my three year old to death” like picking up trash on the highway for a few days.

CNN Reporter Brings Up Trump’s “Sexual Innuendo” – Sanders SHUTS HER UP IMMEDIATELY!

The media has their panties in a twist over President Trump smacking Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) on Twitter yesterday. He tweeted, “Lightweight Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, a total flunky for Chuck Schumer and someone who would come to my office “begging” for campaign contributions not so long ago (and would do anything for them), is now in the ring fighting against Trump. Very disloyal to Bill & Crooked-USED!” Then social media blew up and every liberal out there had their minds go immediately to the gutter and come up with that Trump was saying that Gillibrand would offer sexual favors for contributions. Get real.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders was having none of it during her press conference. After a literal meltdown by Mika on Morning Joe over this and Elizabeth Warren going on about slut-shaming Gillibrand by Trump (whereby she hysterically called Gillibrand a slut inadvertently), Sanders wasn’t about to get mired in this nonsense. Gillibrand and a long line of Democrats are now demanding that Trump resign in the wake of Senator Al Franken stepping down over sexual misconduct allegations. The difference here is that Franken has evidence against him doing those deeds, Trump does not and has not done what they accuse him of.

When Your Commute Costs $40 For The Toll

How much would you pay to avoid traffic jams on your daily commute? $10? $20? How about $40?

That's how much a tollway in the Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C., charged for a short time last week. Outraged commuters call it highway robbery.

But transportation officials say the high-priced toll is less about money and more about changing commuter behavior and reducing congestion, and commuters all across the country might soon see more tolls in the future.

The 10-mile stretch of Interstate 66 from the Northern Virginia suburbs into the District of Columbia is like no other road in the country. It was built in the early 1980s for carpools and buses to use during rush hour. Over the years, officials have opened it up to hybrids and a few other exemptions, and in recent years, scofflaw single drivers violating the high-occupancy-vehicle-only law helped choke the road with gridlock.

Human Feet Still Washing Up In Pacific Northwest, But Don't Panic

Last week, another human foot washed ashore near Sooke, Canada, on Vancouver Island — the 13th foot found in British Columbia in the last decade.

Human feet have also had a tendency to wash ashore in Washington state.

The most recent foot (with lower leg bones tibia and fibula attached) was encountered by a man walking his dogs in the town of Jordan River, the CBC reports.

The man picked up the foot and took it home before calling police. For the record, the authorities say, if you find a foot on the shore, you should call the authorities and they'll retrieve it — no need to hand-carry the foot home.

You might have some questions about why Canadian police would be calmly advising citizens of proper foot-spotting protocol.

Basically, feet washing up in the Pacific Northwest — while not an everyday occurrence — is not particularly unusual, let alone a sign of something sinister.

The Mysterious Death Of A D.C. Punk And The $10,000 Reward That May Never Be Claimed

It was just another sad story on the Los Angeles evening news: a homeless man in his mid-50s, found stabbed to death in a park in the San Fernando Valley, his body in a pool of blood behind the softball fields. It took several days for him to be identified as Frederick Smith, a musician known to friends, fans and colleagues as "Freak," someone who had left an indelible mark on the epochal '80s hardcore punk scene of Washington, D.C.

Smith died on Aug. 8 in Las Palmas Park in the city of San Fernando, a northwestern suburb of Los Angeles in the valley of the same name. Four months later, the circumstances of his death remain unclear. A spokesperson for the L.A. County Sheriff's Department confirmed that his death is being treated as a homicide and remains the subject of an ongoing investigation. What is also unclear is how a talented and beloved guitarist, active in numerous bands until just a few years before his death, came to die alone and homeless, his life upended by addiction, mental illness or both. It's a question those who knew Fred "Freak" Smith from his D.C. days are still grappling with.

"Fred didn't fit in the world," says Ian MacKaye, founder of Dischord Records, the label that released the music of Smith's first and best-known band, Beefeater. "He lived the way he wanted to live."

More College Presidents Join The Millionaires' Club

The chief executives of 59 private colleges and seven public universities took home more than $1 million in total compensation in 2015, according to an analysis released this week by The Chronicle of Higher Education.

Besides being eye-popping — and a record — the figure is notable for another reason: Congressional Republicans are trying to target this millionaires' club with a special tax. Under proposals in both the U.S. House and Senate, tax-exempt organizations would pay a 20 percent excise tax on the salaries of their five top earners, provided those employees earn in excess of, you guessed it, $1 million.

Six of the Chronicle's top 10 list are one-offs: presidents who earned large retirement, severance or deferred-compensation packages. Deferred compensation means money that is put aside each year and is vested, or paid in full, after a certain number of years of service.

For example, Nathan Hatch of Wake Forest University tops the list after receiving more than $4 million in 2015, though this includes the vesting of 10 years' worth of deferred compensation, the school's press office confirmed to NPR. In 2014, Hatch received just over $1 million.

Rock Hall To Induct Nina Simone, Bon Jovi, The Cars, Dire Straits And Moody Blues

Nina Simone, Bon Jovi, The Moody Blues, The Cars and Dire Straits — along with guitar pioneer Sister Rosetta Tharpe, with an award for early influence — have been named as next year's inductees to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland.

From a field of 19 nominees that included Radiohead — in its first year of eligibility — Kate Bush, Depeche Mode and The MC5, the inductees were chosen through a mix of 900 votes from members of the music industry as well as fan votes tallied in aggregate "alongside the other ballots," as the hall explains. Artists can be nominated 25 years after the release of their first commercial recording.

"I wasn't surprised, but I was pleased," Jon Bon Jovi told The New York Times of his eponymous band's induction.

The hall has held annual inductions since 1986.

A Disney Deal for Fox is coming within Days

Walt Disney Co. may announce a deal as soon as this week to acquire a large piece of 21st Century Fox Inc., according to a person familiar with the matter, transferring legendary Hollywood properties to new owners.

Comcast Corp., the other major contender for the Fox assets, said Monday it’s no longer in the running.

A trust belonging to Fox Executive Chairman Rupert Murdoch and his family would end up with a small stake in Disney in the transaction, said the person, who asked not to be identified because the discussions are private. Disney would acquire Fox’s movie and TV studio, networks including FX and National Geographic, and international assets including Star India’s TV channels and a 39 percent stake in European satellite provider Sky Plc. Disney would also get Fox’s stake in U.S. streaming-video provider Hulu, doubling its ownership to 60 percent.

UConn President’s Reaction To Outrageous Behavior Is Even More Outrageous Than The Offense

Why is it that every time there’s a free-speech outrage on campus college administrators learn the wrong lessons?

State authorities in Connecticut have determined that Gateway Pundit correspondent Lucian Wintrich did nothing illegal when he tried to retrieve his lecture notes from a social justice warrior who stole them from the lectern during a contentious talk at the University of Connecticut last month. Instead, the woman who took the papers is being charged with larceny and disorderly conduct.

For some reason, Wintrich was arrested by police officers when the woman used a lull in the proceedings during an extended walk-out to grab the papers and make for an exit. Video shows that Wintrich caught up to her and made contact with her to get his papers back. Prosecutors made the right call to drop charges against him Monday.

But while the arrest grabbed the headlines, the real story of the event is the behavior of dozens of left-wing students – and the behavior of school administrators afterward.

The Ballad of Roy Moore

Ironically, the pro-morality candidate in Alabama lost because so many voters there still care about morality.

Roy Moore’s loss in Alabama on Tuesday stems from the allegations of misconduct against him by several women when they were teen-agers. But the problem really came down to one accuser: Leigh Corfman. Her lurid story (albeit from 38 years ago), specific details, corroborators, and presentation were hard to dismiss and hard to shake, despite Moore’s denials.

The result is a liberal Democrat who is an extremist supporter of abortion will be pro-life Alabama’s next U.S. senator.

But while it’s a victory for the Democrats, it’s also a victory for establishment Republicans, who were against Moore long before The Washington Post struck.

Judge Moore is an embarrassment to establishment Republicans largely because he believes in the principles they claim to stand for and he has been willing to fight for them. Washington Republicans who want no major changes in the way things are done are probably quietly celebrating.

Baltimore power plant, incinerator linked to health problems for nearby residents

BALTIMORE (WJZ)– The RESCO plant sits at the end of Russell Street, near Baltimore’s two sports stadiums.

Basically it’s a combination of an incinerator and a power plant, it burns Baltimore’s trash to make steam and generate electricity, but that isn’t all it makes.

“The plant emits nitrous oxide, ozone and fine particulate matter,” said Alison Prost of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.

Prost says for people with asthma, COPD and heart disease, it makes it harder for them to breath.

“This just makes it that much harder to breathe and all the impacts that come from that,” she said. “Emergency room visits, heart attacks.”

FAQ: What you need to know about medical marijuana in Maryland

Medical marijuana is now available in Maryland, more than four years after the General Assembly passed a law legalizing it.

Standing up the industry — with growers, processors, dispensaries and doctors — took longer than expected. The law needed to be tweaked, rules to needed to written and legal battles fought over who won licenses.

Here’s what prospective users need to know about medical marijuana.

Who is eligible to get a prescription for medical marijuana in Maryland?

State law says the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission “is encouraged to approve” medical marijuana prescriptions for:

Patients with chronic or debilitating diseases or medical conditions who have been admitted to hospice or are receiving palliative care;
Patients with a chronic or debilitating disease whose symptoms include (or for which the treatment produces side effects that include) cachexia, anorexia, or wasting syndrome; severe or chronic pain; severe nausea; seizures; or severe or persistent muscle spasms; and Patients who are diagnosed with any condition that is severe, for which other medical treatments have been ineffective, and for which the symptoms “reasonably can be expected to be relieved” by the medical use of marijuana.

The commission specifically lists glaucoma and post-traumatic stress disorder as qualifying conditions.

Montgomery County Council to pass resolution to protect undocumented immigrants

Though the legislation may be largely symbolic, members of the Montgomery County Council are expected to take a stand Tuesday in favor of county residents who under the Trump administration could lose the deportation protections they have enjoyed for years.

The administration has indicated that it will end temporary protected status (TPS) for some immigrants who fled war or natural disaster to find a haven in the United States. The administration also plans to end the Obama-era program known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, that allows undocumented immigrants brought to the country as children to legally remain in the United States. Both groups could face deportation if their status is revoked.

The all-Democratic council is expected to unanimously pass a resolution to urge the federal government to allow the immigrants — thousands of whom live in Montgomery County — to remain in the country.

Maryland legislature to start tracking harassment complaints

Maryland’s legislature is set to start tracking sexual harassment complaints against lawmakers and their staff members, as statehouses across the country confront mounting allegations of sexual misconduct and examine their policies for dealing with them.

The General Assembly plans to update its sexual harassment policy to require the legislature’s human resources director to keep track of the number and type of complaints and how they were resolved. Lawmakers would be briefed on this information every year — but would not be given the identities of the alleged harassers.

The changes are expected to win approval from a legislative policy committee meeting Tuesday, said Alexandra Hughes, chief of staff to Speaker Michael E. Busch (D-Anne Arundel). The committee sets rules for the General Assembly.

“The speaker and the Senate president have tried to be ahead of the curve and have tried to make sure we have as professional of a workplace as we can,” Hughes said. “They felt this is an important step forward.”

Alabama Voter Fraud? Say it ain't so....

Is Jeff Sessions being blackmailed?

Let's begin with some accusations. They are well founded and as credible as any against Roy Moore – perhaps more so. The FBI's first director, J. Edgar Hoover, was reputed to have compiled incriminating dossiers on just about every top office-holder in Washington, D.C., up to and including the presidents, under several of whose tenures Hoover served. Whenever there was talk of firing him, Hoover reportedly met with the contemporary chief of state and persuaded him to retain him (Hoover) in his post. Regarding President Kennedy, there was surely a great deal in the dossier, especially as concerned his scandalous relationship with Marilyn Monroe. Kennedy, who had been rumored to be planning to replace Hoover, quickly changed his mind after one of those meetings. So much for the accusations. Let's talk current events. Jeff Sessions, as senator, had a long history of being a staunch conservative. As such, he favors small...

The Painful Truth About The Anthem and the NFL

Time for some real talk about NFL players vs. our nation’s warriors who are being disrespected by them.

These players protest inequality while making $10 million a year throwing a ball in a country protected by men and women who make $35k a year and risk their lives for these players to be able to do so. All they are doing is showing fans what hypocrisy looks like. Taking a knee does nothing. Contributing your paycheck does something. Stand up and man up, whiners. You aren’t making a point. You’re making a fool of yourselves.

Players sprain their wrist — they take a month off. Warriors lose a limb … they fight to go back to battle.

Players have a bad day … they get a concussion. Those who serve have a GOOD day and they don’t die. Let’s not forget that.

And the hypocrisy … oh, the hypocrisy. Players get fined for demonstrations of faith in the end zone or altering uniforms to show unity with those who hold the thin blue line or protect our country. So why would we give these men who are apparently “role models” a soapbox with which to disrespect our nation?

Public Enemy No. 1: Walls Closing In On Peter Strzok As Questions Arise Over His Involvement In FISA Application

Over the past 10 days we've learned a lot about FBI agent Peter Strzok, a man who very likely would have lived the remainder of his life in relative obscurity as an FBI counterintelligence agent but for his sudden dismissal from Special Counsel Mueller's "Russian Collusion" investigation.

As we noted on December 2nd (see: Mueller's Top FBI Agent Probing Clinton Emails, Russian-Collusion "Removed" After Anti-Trump Texts Found), Strzok's life became far more complicated when it was revealed that his dismissal from Mueller's team was linked to the discovery of multiple "anti-Trump text messages" shared with a colleague...a colleague with whom he happened to be having an extramarital affair.

Of course, like most twisted Washington D.C. scandals, his overt political bias and anti-Trump text messages were only the tip of the iceberg as it was subsequently discovered that Strzok not only held a leading role in the Hillary email investigation but potentially single-handedly saved her from prosecution by making the now-infamous change in Comey's final statement to describe her email abuses as "extremely careless" rather than the original language of "grossly negligent."

Of course, as we noted a month ago (see: First Comey Memo Concluded Hillary Was "Grossly Negligent," Punishable By Jail), the change in language was significant since federal law states that "gross negligence" in handling the nation’s intelligence can be punished criminally with prison time or fines whereas "extreme carelessness" has no such legal definition and/or ramifications.

Historic Berlin Home Badly Damaged In Fire; Community Rallies Support For Salvage Effort

BERLIN – A historic South Main Street home suffered significant damage during a fire Tuesday afternoon.

Five fire companies responded to 414 S. Main St. shortly after 1 p.m. Tuesday as smoke poured from the two story structure. Though the fire was quickly brought under control, the home — known locally as the Harvey P. Pruitt House, built in 1914 — suffered significant damage. Residents Julie and Henry Koenig were not home at the time of the fire.

“They don’t know yet if the house is salvageable,” said Linda Walls, Julie Koenig’s sister.

Walls said the family was devastated to lose two of their three cats in the fire. They’re also worried about the fate of the many family heirlooms in the home, which they’ve lived in for nearly 30 years, that were likely damaged in the fire.

Mueller's 'Right Hand Man' Represented Hillary Clinton IT Staffer Who Installed Her Illegal Server

In a trend which should surprise exactly nobody, another member of the Mueller team has been found to have deep ties to Trump's opponents.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson has obtained documents which reveal Aaron Zebley, considered to be Special Counsel Robert Mueller's "right hand man," defended Hillary Clinton IT staffer Justin Cooper - a Bill Clinton aide that installed the "private, illegal" server in the Clintons' Chappaqua home described by Politico as "jerry-rigged."

Zebley, a former WilmerHale partner who defended Cooper in 2015 in front of the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee, was specifically called out by in a letter to Cooper for stonewalling the investigation, and his "complete refusal to engage the committee in a discussion about how to further assuage your concerns."

Carlson points out that Zebley's history as an attorney linked to Hillary Clinton is a compromised position.

Take that in for a minute. A lawyer who played a defense role in the federal investigation into Hillary Clinton is now playing an offensive role in the federal investigation into President Trump. -Tucker Carlson

Ricky Pollitt is the son for former Wicomico County Executive and he is a paid employee of Gannett and The Daily Times. I just went to his Twitter account and saw that he proudly posted 10, that's right 10 pro-Doug Jones re-Tweets all from Liberal Main Stream Media Twitter accounts. This proves that Ricky Pollitt is a Liberal working for a Liberal news rag who claims to be fair and balanced. Nothing from a conservative site did he post. Nothing positive about Judge Roy Moore, all negative comments pretty much accusing the Judge of being a child molester. The icing on the cake is Ricky Pollitt's final re-Tweet of the Pedophile-in-Chief Bill Clinton himself.

Ricky Pollitt your job is to post fair and balanced news or sports, but you spoon feed your liberal politics down everyones throats. You are constantly Tweeting about or re-Tweeting Obama, Hillary and Bill Clinton.

Ricky Pollitt you and your politics are a disgrace to America and that is why your Daddy was Spanked in the County election.

Ricky Pollitt you are a disgrace and you need to be fired immediately. There is a difference in being "accused" and being found guilty. You and your ilk constantly pushed that "accused" agenda until the brain dead idiots you controlled went out and voted against the Judge. The Trump dossier handoff: McCain's 'go-between' speaks out

The man who says he acted as a “go-between” last year to inform Sen. John McCain about the controversial “dossier” containing salacious allegations about then-candidate Donald Trump is speaking out, revealing how the ex-British spy who researched the document helped coordinate its release to the FBI, the media and Capitol Hill.
“My mission was essentially to be a go-between and a messenger, to tell the senator and assistants that such a dossier existed,” Sir Andrew Wood told Fox News in an exclusive interview with senior executive producer Pamela K. Browne.

Wood insists that he’s never read the dossier that his good friend and longtime colleague prepared. It was commissioned by opposition research firm Fusion GPS and funded by the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign.

In August 2016, “[Steele] came to me to tell me what was in it, and why it … was important,” Wood said. “He made it very clear … yes, it was raw intelligence, but it needed putting into proper context before you could judge it fully.”

August 2016 is a critical period, just after the FBI opened the Russia meddling probe, and after then-director James Comey recommended against prosecution for Clinton’s mishandling of classified information.

Wood said Steele had “already been in contact with the FBI” at the time.

British court records reviewed by Fox News as well as U.S. congressional testimony revealed that Steele was directed and paid at least $168,000 by Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson to push the research that fall to five American media outlets. According to British court documents, Steele met with The New York Times (twice), The Washington Post (twice), CNN, The New Yorker and Yahoo News (twice).

Resort Changing To A ‘Pay-By-Plate’ Parking Operation; Inlet Lot’s Gate System No More

OCEAN CITY — With the aging parking meter system in place along the streets and certain municipal lots in the downtown area nearing the end of their useful life, resort officials this week approved sweeping changes to a new license plate-based system including the Inlet parking lot.

After a marathon presentation on Tuesday, the Mayor and Council approved a state-of-the-art parking payment and enforcement system for the streets and municipal lots in the downtown area to the tune of nearly $600,000. After considerable debate, the elected officials also approved the parking system for the Inlet lot, which has seen more than its share of issues in recent years.

The new system utilizes license plate reader technology and will result in a switch from the current “pay-and-display” system to a “pay-by-plate” system. Visitors and residents will still park wherever they find open spaces on the streets and municipal lots in the downtown area and visit a nearby kiosk to make payment arrangements for their desired time periods. However, instead of printing a receipt to be displayed on the dashboard of their vehicle, they will enter their license plate information. Parking enforcement officials will then be able to scan the vehicle’s license plate to determine if they have paid for parking and are not expired.

When the tow truck arrived, Wilson began to exit his vehicle and was immediately struck by another passing vehicle, which was also traveling eastbound on Rt. 392.

Wilson was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle that struck Wilson, Ryan Harrison Berry, 24, of Magnolia, Delaware, was the only occupant in his vehicle and was not injured. He remained at the scene of the crash. According to troopers at the scene, impairment is not believed to be a factor in this case at this time.

Federal Judge Recuses Herself From A Second Fusion GPS Case

A federal judge in Washington, D.C. has recused herself from a second case involving Trump dossier firm Fusion GPS.

Tanya S. Chutkan, an Obama appointee, recused herself on Monday from a case involving a dispute over subpoenas issued for Fusion GPS, the firm that commissioned the dossier.

Aleksej Gubarev, a Russian tech executive accused in the dossier of hacking Democrats’ computer systems, has sought to subpoena Fusion GPS records and to depose its employees to find out more about the research firm’s work on the dossier.

Gubarev is suing BuzzFeed for defamation for publishing the dossier earlier this year. He denies the allegations laid out in the document, which was written by former British spy Christopher Steele.

‘No Justification Whatsoever’: Jeff Sessions BLASTS Baltimore For Helping MS-13

Attorney General Jeff Sessions called out Baltimore for its sanctuary city policy Tuesday, claiming city leaders are only helping to facilitate criminal activity by dangerous gangs like MS-13.

The comments came as Sessions and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen appeared in Baltimore to discuss recent efforts to combat MS-13, an international criminal organization with more than 10,000 members across the U.S. Sessions was asked whether he views Baltimore as a sanctuary city during a press conference following his speech.

“We know MS-13 in the region here is responsible for a quite a number of the most brutal murders,” Sessions told reporters. “I see no justification whatsoever for any city, any jurisdiction, any state, to take the view that someone who enters the country illegally and then commits some other crime should be protected from federal law to be deported. I feel very strongly about that.”

30 Year NSA Employee Shares Why They Are Watching You

William Binney is a former high ranking intelligence official with the National Security Agency (NSA). He is one of the highest placed intelligence officials to ever blow the whistle on insider NSA ‘knowings.’ He made headlines when he resigned in 2001 after 9/11, having worked more than thirty years for the agency. He was a leading code-breaker against the Soviet Union during the Cold war, and was repelled by the United States’ massive surveillance programs.

He’s had quite the go, starting in 2002 when he let the public know of a system ( ‘trailblazer’) intended to analyze data carried on communication networks (like the internet). He exposed the agencies eavesdropping program and has faced harassment from the FBI, NSA and more. He has been in and out of the court room ever since he decided to resign and blow the whistle.

These mass surveillance leaks are nothing new, as we’ve seen by the leaks recent NSA whislte-blower Edward Snowden has provided us over the past few years. In an interview that was blacked out by the U.S media, Snowden referred to a Super National Intelligence Organization known as the “Five Eyes” that do whatever they want, and are far beyond the laws of their own country. P.R. expert: Trump’s reporter bashing succeeds against negative coverage

As the war between the White House and the news media escalated Tuesday, a public relations guru warned the press that President Trump’s tactic of bashing reporters had already succeeded in forging him a sturdy armor against negative coverage.

Mr. Trump’s frequent charges of “fake news” fanned the animus of the White House press corps, but it also has forced reporters on a defensive footing.

“It certainly seems to be working,” said Michael Fox, managing partner at ICR, one of the top independently owned public relations firm in the U.S. “Rightly or wrongly, the mainstream press has gained an image of being biased and he’s proven very capable of exploiting that.”

However, he said that the news media had created a hyper-politicized news environment before Mr. Trump came on the scene.

“Trump hasn’t been able to convince a large percentage of the population that there is such a thing as fake news by accident,” Mr. Fox said. “Things have changed in the business over the last decade that created that opening for him to exploit. The media probably just has to look at that.”

Hypocrite Gillibrand Won't Disavow Sexual Predator Bill Clinton

Senator has taken at least six political donations from Harvey Weinstein

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand is at war with Donald Trump over accusations of sexual assault yet failed to disavow Bill Clinton over his far more substantial acts of sexual predation and has taken at least six political donations in the past from Harvey Weinstein.

Gillibrand told CNN on Monday that Trump “should be fully investigated and he should resign” over accusations that he assaulted women, adding, “President Trump has committed assault, according to these women, and those are very credible allegations of misconduct and criminal activity.”

Trump hit back this morning with a tweet in which he said Gillibrand was “someone who would come to my office “begging” for campaign contributions not so long ago (and would do anything for them).”

The claims against Trump were already aired last year, and in one case directly disputed by an eyewitness, but are now being regurgitated in light of the #MeToo scandal.

Three women who appeared on the Today Show with Megyn Kelly yesterday re-told their stories but with seemingly inane new claims, including that Trump asked for one of their phone numbers and, in another case, Trump called one of them a rude word.

Pocahontas Warren Calls Fellow Senator a Slut

Just wow: Trump baits Dems AGAIN

Sen. Elizabeth ‘Pocahontas’ Warren (D-Mass.) implied Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) is a slut when she claimed President Trump was “slut shaming” Gillibrand:
Does she not have a clue? Is “slut shaming” even a terrible thing? In what traditional, historical culture has sluttiness been valued as a high-standard for society?

And if Gillibrand isn’t a slut, then why does Pocahontas feel the need to defend her from “slut shaming?” Is she really that inept? Maybe so, considering how she thinks she’s Native American.

Yes, the FBI is America's secret police

Politifact delivered a “pants on fire” slam to Fox News on Friday because one of its commentators asserted that the Federal Bureau of Investigation “has become America's secret police.” The FBI has legions of new champions nowadays among liberals and Democrats who hope that its probes will end Donald Trump’s presidency. This is a stunning reversal that may have J. Edgar Hoover spinning in his grave.

In order to boost the credibility of the FBI’s investigations of the Trump team, much of the media is whitewashing the bureau’s entire history. But the FBI has been out of control almost since its birth.

A 1924 American Civil Liberties Union report warned that the FBI had become “a secret police system of a political character.” In the 1930s, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court feared that the FBI had bugged the conference room where justices privately wrangled over landmark cases, as Tim Weiner noted in his “Enemies: A History of the FBI.” In 1945, President Harry Truman noted that “We want no Gestapo or Secret Police. FBI is tending in that direction.” And FBI chief J. Edgar Hoover compiled a list of 20,000 “potentially or actually dangerous” Americans who could be rounded up and locked away in one of the six detention camps the federal government secretly built in the 1950s.

From 1956 through 1971, the FBI’s COINTELPRO program conducted thousands of covert operations to incite street warfare between violent groups, to get people fired, to smear innocent people by portraying them as government informants, to sic the IRS on people, and to cripple or destroy left-wing, communist, white racist, antiwar, and black organizations (including Martin Luther King Jr.). These operations involved vast numbers of warrantless wiretaps and illicit break-ins and resulted in the murder of some black militants. A Senate Committee chaired by liberal Sen. Frank Church (D-Idaho) issued a damning report on FBI abuses of power that should be mandatory reading for anyone who believes the bureau deserves deference today.

Scourge of savage MS-13 spreads further into Long Island

On West Greenwich Avenue in Roosevelt, Long Island, the oak trees were just thick enough to hide Angel Soler’s mutilated body.

The 15-year-old boy had been stabbed to death with a machete and dumped in a wooded area bordering the Southern State Parkway by members of the vicious El Salvadoran gang MS-13.

His family said he had been threatened by the gang in July, although it is still unclear why. Soler wasn’t a suspected member of MS-13 — he had actually fled his native Honduras more than four years earlier to escape gang violence. He went missing shortly after receiving threatening texts, and was found dead Oct. 19.

“You’re not safe anyplace,” Roosevelt resident Sybil Greenidge, 76, recently lamented to The Post, standing a few dozen feet from the area in Nassau County where Soler’s body was found.

While MS-13 has been operating in neighboring Suffolk County for the past decade, its increasing infiltration of Nassau is alarming authorities — and terrifying residents more used to worrying about the traffic on the Long Island Expressway than gang warfare.

The Swamp against the People

Anybody who still believes that there is no Deep State in America might recall three major Deep State rebellions against constitutionally elected administrations in recent history.

1. The Stalin period, when communists, both overt and covert, had deeply infiltrated the State Department; the White House; and, most dangerously, the Manhattan Project of DOD, which built the first two nuclear bombs. At that time, the Communist Party of the USA was directly controlled by Stalin's Comintern in Moscow, the international center for worldwide infiltration, sabotage, espionage, and agitation-propaganda aiming to destroy the United States and its allies. Stalin's Comintern was especially powerful in Hollywood, in universities and the media.

2. The Watergate period, when historically anti-communist President Richard Nixon was destroyed by a revenge campaign, combining the NYT-WaPo media axis with the FBI's Mark Felt and the Democrats (among them Hillary Clinton) to bring down the duly elected president of the U.S. by unconstitutional means.

The extra-constitutional office of the special prosecutor was made up at that time, with no constitutional warrant or standing, and indeed in direct violation of the U.S. Constitution (USC Amendments I-IV).

A woman was at her hairdresser's getting her hair styled for a trip to Rome with her husband..

She mentioned the trip to the hairdresser, who responded:
" Rome? Why would anyone want to go there? It's crowded and dirty.

You're crazy to go to Rome. So, how are you getting there?"

"We're taking Continental," was the reply. "We got a great rate!"

"Continental?" exclaimed the hairdresser. "That's a terrible airline. Their planes are old, their flight attendants are ugly, and they're always late.
So, where are you staying in Rome?"

"We'll be at this exclusive little place over on Rome's Tiber River called Teste."

"Don't go any further.. I know that place. Everybody thinks it’s going to be something special and exclusive, but it's really a dump."

"We're going to go to see the Vatican and maybe get to see the Pope."

"That's rich," laughed the hairdresser. "You and a million other people trying to see him. He'll look the size of an ant. Boy, good luck on this lousy trip of yours. You're going to need it."

A month later, the woman again came in for a hairdo. The hairdresser asked her about her trip to Rome.

"It was wonderful," explained the woman, "not only were we on time in one of Continental's brand new planes, but it was overbooked, and they bumped us up to first class. The food and wine were wonderful, and I had a handsome 28-year-old steward who waited on me hand and foot..

And the hotel was great! They'd just finished a $5 million remodeling job, and now it's a jewel, the finest hotel in the city. They, too, were overbooked, so they apologized and gave us their owner's suite at no extra charge!"

"Well," muttered the hairdresser, "that's all well and good,
but I know you didn't get to see the Pope."

"Actually, we were quite lucky, because as we toured the Vatican, a Swiss Guard tapped me on the shoulder, and explained that the Pope likes to meet some of the visitors, and if I'd be so kind as to step into his private room and wait, the Pope would personally greet me.. Sure enough, five minutes later, the Pope walked through the door
and shook my hand! I knelt down and he spoke a few words to me.."

"Oh, really! What'd he say?"

He said: "Who screwed up your hair"?

Gay Mafia Attacks Doughnut Shop Over Christmas Drive with Salvation Army

An online mob of LGBT agitators assailed a doughnut shop in Portland, Maine that teamed up with the Salvation Army to provide assistance to needy children, alleging that the charitable organization is anti-gay.

The Holy Donut organized a gift drive to provide local families in need with Christmas presents, and awarded participating customers with a gift of free doughnuts.

The doughnut shop ran afoul of LGBT advocates when they enlisted the help of the Salvation Army, a nonprofit Christian ministry known for its charitable aid to the indigent, homeless, and those suffering from addictions. The Salvation Army assisted the doughnut makers in finding needy children and families, which infuriated LGBT lobbyists who accuse the Salvation Army of being anti-gay and discriminating against the LGBT community.

Organizers of the online protest encouraged people to give the doughnut shop poor ratings on review sites to discourage prospective customers from patronizing the establishment, to undermine the shop’s financial base.

The online mob threatened a boycott unless the doughnut shop renounced its partnership with the Salvation Army.

Parents climb into school bus, encourage daughter to attack girl, police report says

Jamarial, Sara Crawford and Ambrosia Collins charged after assault, police say

SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. —
A teenage girl and her parents are facing charges after an assault on a student on a school bus, according to a police report.

The school resource officer at Broome High School was called Friday about an incident on a bus that morning. The officer and the principal reviewed surveillance video from the bus and took a statement from the bus driver.

The police report said 17-year-old Ambrosia Collins began yelling at a girl who was in the back of the bus. The driver said Collins continued to yell as she drove her route and Collins then called her mother as the bus made a stop at the skating rink. The driver said when she asked Collins to get off the call, the teen threw her phone and hit the bus window with her hand.

The driver said as she continued to drive her route, she noticed a car following her with its lights on. When she stopped at a turnaround, she motioned the car around the bus, but said Collins mother, Sara Crawford, and stepfather, Jamarial Crawford, suddenly appeared at the bus door. The bus driver said she assumed the parents were going to pick up Collins, so she opened the bus door.
