The Urban Legend In Maryland That Will Keep You Awake At Night

Do you know of a few Maryland myths and legends? While it’s fun to imagine some of the state’s urban legends to be true, others would be downright horrifying if they came to life. If you haven’t heard of Maryland’s mythical Goatman, then sit back, relax, and prepare for one of the most unusual tales imaginable…

According to local legend, there was once a scientist working at the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center and his job included experimenting with animal DNA. One day an experiment went horribly wrong when goat DNA came into contact with the scientist's blood. The man mutated into a horrifying half-goat, half-man, craving a thirst for blood.

H.L. Hunley submarine crew were killed by their own weapon

The first combat submarine to sink an enemy ship also instantly killed its own eight-man crew with the powerful explosive torpedo it carried, new research has found.

The HL Hunley fought for the confederacy in the US civil war and was sunk near North Charleston, South Carolina, in 1864.

Speculation about the crew's deaths has included suffocation and drowning, but a new study claims that a shockwave created by their own weapon was to blame.

Bill in Florida would stop people from buying soft drinks with food stamps

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- A bill will be considered that would prohibit people from buying soft drinks with food stamps.

The bill was filed by Rep. Ralph Massullo (R-Lecanto). It says that the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP, can’t be used for soft drinks. It would require Florida’s Department of Children and Families to request a waiver of federal requirements.

If it passes, it would take effect on July 1, 2018.

Wall Street Journal Editor Admonishes Reporters Over Trump Coverage

Gerard Baker, the editor in chief of The Wall Street Journal, has faced unease and frustration in his newsroom over his stewardship of the newspaper’s coverage of President Trump, which some journalists there say has lacked toughness and verve.

Some staff members expressed similar concerns on Wednesday after Mr. Baker, in a series of blunt late-night emails, criticized his staff over their coverage of Mr. Trump’s Tuesday rally in Phoenix, describing their reporting as overly opinionated.

“Sorry. This is commentary dressed up as news reporting,” Mr. Baker wrote at 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday morning to a group of Journal reporters and editors, in response to a draft of the rally article that was intended for the newspaper’s final edition.

He added in a follow-up, “Could we please just stick to reporting what he said rather than packaging it in exegesis and selective criticism?”

Sex abuse victims of Muslim men told by politician to “shut up for the good of diversity”

After a gang of Muslims was discovered to have been running a sex trafficking operation in England for many years, a Labour MP and key ally of Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn told the victims to shut up about the abuse for “the good of diversity.”

Children as young as 11 were being raped by multiple attackers, trafficked to other towns and cities in the north of England, abducted, beaten and intimidated, according to reports. Some were even drenched in gasoline and threatened with being set on fire, while others were threatened with guns, made to watch “brutally violent rapes” and warned that they would be next if they told anyone.

Labour MP Naz Shah retweeted and liked a post on Twitter by an account parodying left-wing writer Owen Jones which said: “Those abused girls in Rotherham and elsewhere just need to shut their mouths. For the good of diversity.”

Her sentiments have sparked more controversy over the Pakistani sex gangs which last week saw Labour MP Sarah Champion forced to resign after writing an article in The Sun addressing the issue because she said that Britain had a problem with Pakistani men abusing young white girls.

Teen beats up his teacher in front of the class

A Milwaukee high school student has been caught on video beating up his teacher in the middle of class, police said.

The shocking cellphone footage captures the moment the 16-year-old lunges at his teacher, punching him and knocking him to the ground, and then continues the beating.

The South Division High School student and teacher can be heard yelling unintelligibly at each other just seconds before the first punch is thrown.

Police say the teacher’s injuries were not life-threatening and that they arrested the student, who could face possible charges of battery, local station Fox 6 reported.

A Milwaukee schools spokesman said the district is cooperating with police.

Boat Docking to splash down in Pocomoke, Sat.

The fifth annual Pocomoke Boat Docking Challenge promises to deliver an afternoon of high-speed, water-based competition this Saturday.

Mike Shannon, boat docking committee chairman, said the 15 participating captains would hold practice runs beginning at noon with competition kicking off at 1 p.m.

Gates open at 11 a.m. with the action occurring on the Pocomoke River behind Riverside Grill in downtown. Admission is $10 for ages 13 and over. Children 4-12 cost $5 and children 3 or under are free.

Shannon said the field is divided into three categories: small boats, (29-34 feet, 11 inches) medium (35-39 feet, 11 inches) and large boats (40 feet or more).

“These guys get up to a high rate of speed,” he said. “I’ll put it this way, they go in there faster than you can run.”

Shannon said the water event traces its roots to a conversation with Mayor Bruce Morrison half a dozen years ago.

Mobile Bus Tracker App Coming To Ocean City; Program Would Provide Arrival Estimates

OCEAN CITY — The development of a mobile app allowing the public to track the locations and time estimates for Ocean City municipal buses could be expedited by the recent failures of the town’s existing system for the same purpose.

For the last year or more, Ocean City officials have been exploring an online application for cell phones and other mobile devices that would allow visitors and residents to track the locations of the municipal buses in operation and more accurately estimate their arrival times at bus stops up and down the strip. The city’s transportation sommittee for months has been researching the various companies that provide the service and has narrowed the choice of vendors down to one, but recent glitches throughout the summer in the Auto Vehicle Locator (AVL) system currently used by the city’s transportation department could result in a two-pronged system that would improve the city’s in-house system while providing the same service to the bus-riding public.

During Monday’s meeting, Mayor Rick Meehan said the transportation committee had been getting closer to choosing a vendor to provide the bus-tracking app for the public when it learned the city’s own system had suffered significant downtime this summer. In an office above the south end of the Boardwalk, Ocean City transit officials watch a bank of computer monitors and video screens that allow supervisors to track the locations of the municipal bus fleet traveling up and down Coastal Highway on most busy summer days.

New Gov’t Regulations Absolutely Plummet Under Trump

The pace of new government regulations has plunged in President Donald Trump’s first seven months in office, a welcome relief to businesses and banks that have long pushed for less interference in the economy.

In the first half of 2017, the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs has processed some 67 regulatory actions, ranging from notices to final rules. During the first six months of former President Barack Obama’s first term, the department coursed through three times as many, processing 216 regulatory actions.

New regulations spiked even more under former Presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton. The Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs processed 310 under Bush and a whopping 993 under Clinton.

Trump made tax and regulatory reform key pillars of his 2016 bid for the presidency. Since taking office, Trump has signed executive orders aimed at rolling back Dodd-Frank, slashed regulations imposed on American small businesses, and promised to end all unnecessary regulations on the energy industry.

Excursion train gets back on track

Although as recently as December it appeared a proposed excursion train linking Snow Hill and Berlin might have fallen through the proverbial train tracks, hope was recently rekindled at a meeting with town, county and state officials last Wednesday during the Maryland Association of Counties Summer Conference at the Ocean City convention center.

In attendance were Snow Hill Mayor Charlie Dorman and Berlin Mayor Gee Williams, as well as Maryland and Delaware Railroad Vice President/General Counsel Cathrin O’Donnell. Also on hand were Worcester County Commissioners Jim Bunting, Bud, Church, Diana Purnell and Chief Administrative Officer Harold Higgins.

Dorman said, although Gov. Larry Hogan did not attend, numerous members of his cabinet, along with two deputy chiefs of staff, were present.

Williams said developing the excursion train project is dependent upon reaching an agreement with Tyson Foods to ship product from its feed mill on Bay Street in Snow Hill to Frankford, Delaware by freight train.

Today, with as much as $750 billion in unfunded public pension debt, California has one of the worst pension situations in the country. But it’s far from alone.

Illinois has a staggering $250 billion in unfunded pension obligations. State pension plans in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and many other states are taking on water, too.

Unfunded public pension liabilities in the US have surpassed $5 trillion.

Trump mocks 'little' George Stephanopoulos, doubles down on ABC bias claims

President Trump didn't miss an opportunity to poke fun at "Good Morning America" host George Stephanopoulos during his rally in Phoenix, AZ, on Tuesday.

Trump twice called the journalist "little" during the event, poking fun at Stephanopoulos' short stature during a lengthy rant against the mainstream media.

Before singling out Stephanopoulos, Trump called out the "failing New York Times" and "pathetic" CNN, and slammed the Washington Post which he called a "lobbying tool for Amazon."

Trump then trained his sights on ABC, likening them to his favorite media bias punching bag.

"I mean CNN is really bad, but ABC this morning," Trump said. "I don’t watch it much but I’m watching in the morning and they have little George Stephanopoulos talking to Nikki Haley.”

He then repeated "little George."

CNN Gets Steamrolled By Their Own Charlottesville Panel: "The Media Is Not Being Honest"

CNN's Alisyn Camerota got steamrolled by a panel of 6 people brought on to discuss Trump's reaction to the Charlottesville tragedy. You could tell the panel segment wasn't going to play out the way Camerota envisioned it from the very start when she asked who was "troubled" by the President's response to the violence in Charlottesville and precisely no one raised their hand. Meanwhile one panelist gave this response regarding Trump's controversial "blame on both sides" comment:

“I didn’t see anything wrong with it. I mean he addressed the problem. Let’s face reality, there are problems on both sides."

“I think it’s ridiculous to have me choose between Hitler and Stalin which is what I consider both groups are."

"The Antifa group to me is totally a very Stalin-ish kind of group. If you’re willing to set fires and burn places to the ground, that doesn’t seem like a very peaceful group to me.”

Asked to comment on whether there were "very fine people" protesting in Charlottesville, Camerota once again got a surprising response from panelist Daphne Goggins:

"It hasn't been investigated so we don't really know who was out there. But I'm telling you, I've seen videos of other people who were out there who were not neo-Nazis."

Finally, panelist Robert McCarthy commented on the media's blatant unwillingness to cover the Antifa counter-protests in which people showed up with "helmets, body armor and clubs...ready to do battle."

America's Inner Cities Are In Chaos... Just Look At Baltimore & Chicago

America’s real war zone is not in Afghanistan or on the Korean Demilitarized Zone.

It’s actually in our inner cities where this forgotten war decades old is plagued with out of control homicides and an opioid crisis tearing America apart at the seams.

The root cause of this chaos is from with-in and linked to 50-years of democratic controlled leadership, along with decades of deindustrialization.

A new crisis is looming and the first shot was heard in Charlottesville. The growing tensions in America between the left and right could spur a “new civil war”, according to Rush Limbaugh.

The battlefield of choice is America’s inner city, where leftist groups threw the first punch in toppling Confederate statues not just in Baltimore or Chicago, but across the entire United States.

Rasmussen Poll: Voters Side With Trump on Monuments

Voters tend to agree with President Trump’s defense of historical statues, and few think getting rid of Confederate monuments will lessen racial tensions in America.

Despite widespread media condemnation of the president’s response following the recent incident in Charlottesville, Virginia, 50% of Likely U.S. Voters agree with Trump’s Twitter tweet that it is “sad to see the history and culture of our great country being ripped apart with the removal of our beautiful statues and monuments.” The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 37% disagree, while 12% are undecided.

Just 28% believe that the removal of Confederate monuments from many cities will help race relations. Thirty-nine percent (39%) think the removal of those Civil War-era statues will hurt race relations instead. Twenty-six percent (26%) say it would have no impact.

Interestingly, blacks (43%) and other minority voters (42%) are MORE likely than whites (38%) to believe the removal of the Confederate statues will hurt race relations. Thirty-five percent (35%) of blacks think the statues’ removal will help race relations, but only 28% of whites and 24% of other minorities agree.

Gun-grabbing lawyers on the rampage

The American Bar Association is pushing state and local governments to adopt firearm confiscation laws similar to those in California.

During their 2017 Annual Meeting, the ABA House of Delegates adopted Resolution 118B, which “urges governments to enact statutes, rules, or regulations authorizing courts to issue gun violence restraining orders, including ex parte orders.”

The ex parte aspect of the resolution means the ABA is pushing confiscation orders that can be issued without any input from the gun owner.

Breitbart News reported that California Democrats secured “gun violence restraining orders” after the May 23, 2014, Santa Barbara attack. That attack was a carried out by an individual who passed a background check for his firearms, registered his guns with the state — per law — and only used standard capacity magazines (10 rounds or less).

Savoring Unsweetened Coffee Helps Lower Sugar Intake

People who’d like to reduce their daily calories without restrictive dieting should consider taking their coffee with little or no sugar - and savoring the beverage might help in that regard, researchers suggest.

“There are 48 calories in one tablespoon of sugar, and over the course of a day, some coffee drinkers may use their entire recommended daily allotment of added sugar (100 calories for women/150 for men) just in their coffee,” they write in the Journal of Health Psychology.

But for those who like their coffee sweetened, having it without sugar is easier said than done.

In a new study, Richie Lenne and Traci Mann of the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis tested two interventions to help coffee drinkers reduce their sugar consumption.

They randomly assigned 127 participants to follow one of three approaches for two weeks..

Soros-Funded UK Far Left Group Pledges to Create Spy-Ring in U.S.

Late last year, HnH was slammed after a study by the Economist magazine showed the group inflating the number of “hate speech” incidents on Twitter following the murder of MP Jo Cox by as much as 3,000 per cent.

Black Trump Supporter Punched While Fleeing Arizona Melee

A black supporter of President Donald Trump was punched in the face after leaving the president’s rally in Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday night.

A few thousand protesters showed up outside the event, and things were mostly peaceful until the end of the rally, when Trump supporters filtered out of the Phoenix Convention Center and police had to use tear gas to manage the crowds.

One violent clash between Trump supporters and protesters was caught on video by New York Times correspondent Simon Romero, showing a pickup truck packed with MAGA-hat-wearers arguing with protesters surrounding the truck.

In the video, one of the MAGA-hatters, a black man, restrains his friend following a shouting match with protesters, and the friend eventually gets into the driver’s seat of the truck while the black man hops in the bed with two others.

WCSAO: Gregory L. Washington Found Guilty Of Conspiracy To Commit Arson

In 1987, Appeals Court Overturned Boardwalk Property Case

OCEAN CITY — Although most lower court appeals are unsuccessful, it appears in the ongoing case involving a landmark Boardwalk building that recent history might be on the side of the family.

In July, a Worcester County Circuit Court judge ruled in favor of the Town of Ocean City in a land ownership dispute with the heirs of an historic building on the east side of the Boardwalk near South Division Street near the Inlet. The ownership of the land on which the iconic building sits was called into question after a 50-year agreement reached in 1966 between the heirs of the original owners, Nathan Rapoport, and the Town of Ocean City expired.

The Rapoport heirs have until Oct. 31 to vacate the building, which they have leased to Dumser’s Dairyland for decades, and until Dec. 31 to remove or demolish the historic structure that lies in the city’s easement or right-of-way known as Atlantic Avenue. The Rapoport heirs, known as Nathan Associates, will appeal the decision.

Weekly Fishing Report: Aug. 23, 2017

Summer camps and other organized types of children’s activities are winding down, or already over for many families.

With the exception of some last minute family vacations, parents and kids are left to do simple things together, and closer to home. While taking an evening cruise around local waters I could not help but notice more than a few docks were occupied by kids and adults fishing or crabbing, and the number one fish for entertaining kids in the Chesapeake Bay is the white perch.

There are other ways to educate the public about this painful history without glorifying one of the worst rulings in American jurisprudence.

OCPD Concludes Death Investigation

OCEAN CITY, MD – (August 24, 2017): The Ocean City Police Department has concluded the investigation into the death of Ashley O’Connor. O’Connor, a 30-year-old vacationer of Plano, Texas, was found on the beach in the early morning hours of Monday, July 31, in the area of 2nd Street.

After an exhaustive investigation, detectives have determined that at approximately 2 a.m. O’Connor walked onto the beach in the area of 2nd Street alone and sat in a hole approximately 3 to 4 feet deep. At one point, the hole collapsed while O’Connor was inside, ultimately causing her death. Detectives were unable to conclusively determine what caused the hole to collapse; however, no evidence of foul play was found in the investigation.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled the death to be accidental caused by asphyxia due to suffocation. Because the death was ruled to be accidental, a comprehensive toxicology report will not be completed; however, the autopsy revealed that alcohol was a factor in this incident.

Race War Hoax Exposed: Black Chicagoans Say Leave Washington Statue Alone

Inner-city blacks are rejecting calls from a Chicago pastor to tear down a local George Washington monument and change the name of Washington Park. For one community organizer, the attacks against our nation’s historical monuments are an attempt to manufacture a race war that won’t help anyone in the black community.

In the fallout of the Charlottesville, VA, rally over the removal of a Robert E. Lee monument, Bishop James Dukes, a pastor, is calling for the name of Chicago’s Washington Park to change and for the removal of the park’s monument to our nation’s first president, George Washington.

Chicago community organizer Paul McKinley invited my co-producer, Andrew Marcus, and me on a tour of the south side neighborhood surrounding Washington Park to hear from him and other residents their feelings on the media manufactured debate to erase our nation’s history.

McKinley, along with area residents we encountered during our shoot, disagree with Dukes and say George Washington should be left alone.

Alexander: The Hater Chronicles

Unless you’ve been marooned on a Pacific island for the last 10 days, you’ve likely been deluged with mainstream media hysterics about the domestic political hatefest between anarcho-fascists and anarcho-socialists in the otherwise idyllic town of Charlottesville, Virginia.

In the wake of that event, I noted, in the same 24-hour period as the Charlottesville riot, there were nine people killed on the streets of Chicago – just an average Saturday night. (Indeed, this past weekend there were even more assaults, but since those black lives don’t matter as political fodder for the Demo/Leftmedia propaganda machine, it’s unlikely you heard about that.)

Of course, Democrats and their Leftmedia outlets portrayed the “counter-protestors” as all-American youngsters doing their civic duty to oppose hate. But these anarchists are the epitome of haters – and they are in much larger numbers than the fringe racist elements.

Despite the Leftist howls about Donald Trump’s condemnation of both the hate factions, one of the nation’s most noted liberal protagonists, Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, says that the Left should not embrace those trying to “tear down America.”

Dershowitz implores his fellow Democrats:

“Do not glorify the violent people who are now tearing down the statues. Many of these people, not all of them, many of these people are trying to tear down America. Antifa is a radical, anti-America, anti-free market, communist, socialist, hard-left sensorial organization… They use violence. Just because they are opposed to fascism and to some of these monuments, should not make them heroes of the liberals. … Doing what Stalin did, just erasing history and rewriting it to serve current purposes does pose a danger. And it poses a danger of education malpractice. I’m a liberal, and I think it’s the obligation of liberals to speak out against the hard-left radicals, just like it’s the obligation of conservatives to speak out against the extremism of the hard right.”

Dems demand Trump pull nominee who called Obama officials ‘racist’

Democrats’ have identified their next target among President Trump’s slate of obstructed nominees, demanding the White House withdraw the appointment of Samuel H. Clovis Jr. to be an undersecretary at the Agriculture Department.

Citing comments from Mr. Clovis they said amounted to “hate” toward the gay community, Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer and Sen. Brian Schatz urged the cancellation of his nomination.

Mr. Clovis is a White House adviser on agriculture issues, and was chief policy adviser on the Trump campaign before that. He has also been an economics professor.

The president nominated him a month ago to be undersecretary for research, education and economics at the Agriculture Department.

But Mr. Schumer and Mr. Schatz pointed said he’s disqualified himself by past comments when he was a talk radio show host calling former Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. “corrupt” and labeling him a “racist bigot” for the way the top Obama lawyer ran the Justice Department. The senators also pointed to comments calling then-Labor Secretary Tom Perez a “racist Latino.”

The Civil War is a really big part of U.S. history

Until they brought it up the other day, it seems likely many Sussex Countians didn't even know there was a Confederate monument in Georgetown.

Parents Pledge To Wait Until 8th Grade To Give Kids Smartphones

Making your child wait to get a smartphone could feel impossible, but it might be a huge relief, and many parents are doing it.

As CBS2’s Meg Baker reported, thousands have signed the ‘wait until 8th pledge’ — agreeing not to give their child a smartphone until 8th grade.

Jim Lees and his son Quentin were on their way to get a new cell phone after the 12-year-old accidentally left his in his pocket and put it in the washing machine.

Quentin uses his phone for games, and his sister uses hers for social media.

Lees said it was a family decision to give the kids cell phones.

“Part of it was logistics, activities, taking them here and there, picking them up, coordinating,” he said.

Other families in New Jersey and nationwide are signing up for the ‘wait until 8th pledge.’

“This pledge will help unify parents because it will help them stick to their guns,” parenting expert Tammy Gold said.

BUCHANAN: Is Trump's Agenda Being Eclipsed?

Are generals and bankers hijacking #AmericaFirst administration?

“I have not become the King’s First Minister in order to preside over the liquidation of the British Empire,” said Winston Churchill to cheers at the Lord Mayor’s luncheon in London in November 1942.

True to his word, the great man did not begin the liquidation.

When his countrymen threw him out in July 1945, that role fell to Clement Attlee, who began the liquidation. Churchill, during his second premiership from 1951-1955, would continue the process, as would his successor, Harold Macmillan, until the greatest empire the world had ever seen had vanished.

While its demise was inevitable, the death of the empire was hastened and made more humiliating by the wars into which Churchill had helped to plunge Britain, wars that bled and bankrupted his nation.

Judge Knocks Sanctuary City Seeking Relief From Trump’s Immigration Order

A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought by a sanctuary city in California challenging President Donald Trump’s executive order withholding grants from jurisdictions that do not cooperate with federal immigration authorities

The city of Richmond, Calif., filed suit in March challenging the constitutionality of the order. U.S. District Judge William Orrick dismissed the case Monday, finding Richmond did not have standing to challenge the law.

In his ruling dismissing the case, Orrick explained the city had not demonstrated that it had reason to believe Trump’s order would be enforced against them, and therefore didn’t have standing to bring a case.

PayPal’s suspension of Spencer’s account came shortly after an article published by Lauren Kirchner of ProPublica who criticized tech companies such as PayPal that allow Jihad Watch to utilize their online services.

“Because of its “extreme hostility toward Muslims,” the website Jihadwatch.org is considered an active hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Anti-Defamation League,” wrote Kirchner. “But its designation as a hate site hasn’t stopped tech companies — including PayPal, Amazon, and Newsmax — from maintaining partnerships with Jihad Watch that help to sustain it financially.”

Breitbart reached out to Spencer, who gave the following comment on his sudden suspension from PayPal:

"People have complained for years about the Southern Poverty Law Center’s “hate group” list lumping legitimate groups in with the KKK, neo-Nazis, etc. Now this has teeth, as PayPal and others are closing their platforms to those who dissent from the establishment Leftist line, based on the SPLC’s hit list.

"The Left sees blood in the water after Charlottesville and is moving in for the kill, attempting to de-legitimize, silence and destroy all dissenting voices.."

Shock Tactics: A 911 call, a Taser shot and the toll of stun guns

Part 1: In the most detailed study ever of fatalities and litigation involving police use of stun guns, Reuters finds more than 150 autopsy reports citing Tasers as a cause or contributor to deaths across America. Behind the fatalities is a sobering reality: Many who die are among society’s vulnerable – unarmed, in psychological distress and seeking help.

ONTARIO, California – As her husband stalked around the back yard, upending chairs and screaming about demons, Nancy Schrock knew he was unraveling fast. She dialed the police.

“He needs to be in the hospital,” she told a 911 dispatcher. It was 10:24 p.m. on a Thursday in June 2012. “He’s really, really, really bad.”

Tom Schrock had struggled with depression and occasional drug problems throughout their 35-year marriage, and his manic episodes had grown more fierce since their oldest child died three years earlier of a heroin overdose. Police had visited the family’s ranch-style house east of Los Angeles more than a dozen times. Typically, Tom was taken to the hospital, medicated and sent home after 72 hours.

Not this time.

Three officers answered the call, categorized by the dispatcher as a disturbance involving an unarmed man with mental health issues. Nancy took them through the house to the back; Santiago Mota, a veteran cop, drew his Taser. As officers came out the back door, Tom strode toward them, arms at his side, hands closed. They ordered him to stop, but he kept coming, muttering, “Get out.”

Mota fired the Taser.

BOMBSHELL: Charlottesville Neo-Nazi Leader’s Sick Secret Exposed

Jason Kessler, the organizer of the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, has gone from being an obscure fringe figure to one of the most talked-about individuals in America.
