I was thinking;
If only 11 million people have Obama-Care, how will 24 million people die if it is repealed? Will an additional 13 million people be randomly shot?
I was thinking;
If Donald Trump deleted all of his emails, wiped his server with Bleachbit and destroyed all of his phones with a hammer, would the Mainstream Media suddenly lose all interest in the story and declare him innocent?
I was thinking;
If women do the same job for less money, why do companies hire men to do the same job for more money?
I was thinking;
Each ISIS attack now is a reaction to Trump policies, but all ISIS attacks during Obama’s term were due to Climate Change and a plea for jobs.

Wrong order leads to customer-manager food fight at McDonald's
A customer said an incorrect order and poor customer service led to a food fight at a McDonald's in Ohio last month.
The manager of the restaurant and the customer ended up in a showdown at the McDonald's restaurant in Colerain Township. The Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office has not filed any charges.
"I wanted to get some Happy Meals and some cheeseburgers and that was a very unhappy day for me," Britany Price said.
Price's injuries remind her of the day of the confrontation any time she looks in the mirror.
It was Sept. 22 when she made a quick stop through the drive-thru of the restaurant. She ended up inside, throwing food she said wasn't right, directly at the manager.

Kmart removes 'beyond inappropriate' children's costume after backlash from parents
Kmart Australia has removed a children's Halloween costume from its shelves following a petition from a concerned parent, who called the outfit "beyond inappropriate."
Australia's 7 News reported that Shannon B, who asked the outlet to keep her last name anonymous, noticed the costume when Halloween shopping with her daughter.
The outfit, simply labeled as "Bride Costume," depicts a young girl wearing a wedding gown and veil. Shannon noted that the costume, which was selling for $6, was marked as being made for children as young as 4 years old.

Has Pierre Delecto Killed Mitt Romney's Political Career?
To begin with an entirely objective statement: Rational people, when considering the worth of any politician, find nothing more distasteful than the politico in question deliberately concealing his or her true feelings, opinions, or policy agenda. All of us want our political representatives to be “real”: to stand on principle, say what he or she means, and mean what he or she says.
How many currently elected politicians measure up to that expectation is debatable, of course, and it is difficult, for most, to judge them fairly. Supporters of Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) would no doubt argue that she is entirely principled and honest about her political intentions. Her detractors, meanwhile, would describe her as evasive at best and downright dishonest at worst. Similarly opposing views might be applied to President Donald Trump or to any member of Congress.
Delecto?
Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT), who – it could be argued – suffered an almost inexplicable loss to President Barack Obama in the 2012 election, is one of those politicians who has tried hard to portray himself as eminently principled, morally upstanding, and an all-around decent man. To be sure, he has done things in his personal life that lend credibility to such an image. What if it turned out, though, that Romney – until now – had secret social media persona for the primary purpose of defending and boosting the image of none other than Mitt Romney?

Beto O'Rourke Announces Support for Menstrual Equity Act on National Period Day
Not to be outdone by Cory Booker's "women are people" moment in the last debate, Beto O'Rourke decided to virtue signal his pro-woman accolades on Saturday by tweeting that "women across America don’t have access to the period products they need," and since it is #NationalPeriodDay (who knew that was a thing?), that "men need to join women in demanding real change." Beto wants "real change" and identifies as a man for the moment (at least until he needs a Hail Mary for his campaign) and he's announced his support for the Menstrual Equity Act.
And yes, it appears that the Menstrual Equity Act is a real thing. H.R. 1882, otherwise known as the Menstrual Equity For All Act of 2019. Apparently Beto thinks women across America have never heard of a pharmacy. Oh but wait, this absurd legislation isn't just for women! According to GovTrack, this legislation will "increase the availability and affordability of menstrual hygiene products for individuals with limited access, and for other purposes."

United States Files Lawsuit Against State of California for Unlawful Cap and Trade Agreement with the Canadian Province of Quebec
The United States today filed a civil complaint against the state of California, several of its officers, the California Air Resources Board, and the Western Climate Initiative Inc., for unlawfully entering a cap and trade agreement with the Canadian Province of Quebec.
“The state of California has veered outside of its proper constitutional lane to enter into an international emissions agreement. The power to enter into such agreements is reserved to the federal government, which must be able to speak with one voice in the area of U.S. foreign policy,” said Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Bossert Clark of the Justice Department’s Environment and Natural Resources Division. “California’s unlawful cap-and-trade agreement with Quebec undermines the President’s ability to negotiate competitive agreements with other nations, as the President sees fit.”
The Supreme Court has recognized that the interests of cities, counties and states, and the American people as a whole, requires the federal power in foreign relations to be reposed exclusively in the federal government, keeping it free from local interference.
According to the complaint, filed today in the Eastern District of California, the defendants have pursued or are attempting to pursue an independent foreign policy in the area of greenhouse gas regulation. The Constitution prohibits states from making treaties or compacts with foreign powers, yet California entered into a complex, integrated cap-and-trade program with the Canadian province of Quebec in 2013 without congressional approval.
California’s agreement with Quebec, which the Western Climate Initiative facilitates (and where the Western Climate Initiative’s board is run by California and Quebec governmental actors), interferes with the proper execution of these federal responsibilities. Accordingly, today’s complaint asks the court to uphold the exclusive role of the federal government in conducting our foreign policy by declaring the agreement — and related statutes and regulations —unconstitutional, and enjoining their operation.

The triple tail can be found from the tropical waters of Florida upward to southern New England in the summer months.
The Top U.S. States In Gun Sales
Due to a patchwork of state and federal laws, it has always been difficult to put a precise number on U.S. gun sales. But, as Statista's Niall McCarthy notes, a new analysis entitled "Gun Country" from website security.org used information contained in the FBI's National Instant Criminal Background Check System and an industry-accepted formula to estimate the number of gun sales in a given year.
The research found that 972,860 guns were sold in Texas in 2018, making it the state with the highest total.

WCSO Press Release - Attempted 1st Degree Murder - Oct. 23, 2019
Bouyer and Carey |
Date of Incident: 23 October 2019
Location: 2700 block of N. Salisbury Boulevard, Salisbury, MD
Suspects:
- Brian Anthony Bouyer, 31, Salisbury, MD
- Stephen Wayne Carey, 32, Eden, MD
The deputy was able to detain the occupants of the vehicle and began an investigation into the events that occurred in the parking lot of the Walmart. During the investigation, a loaded revolver and two bags of marijuana were located nearby and it was discerned that they had been tossed from the vehicle prior to stopping for the deputy. Upon examining the revolver, the deputy observed the cylinder held two spent rounds and four live ones. It was learned that Carey drove Bouyer and a female subject to the Walmart store so the female could obtain a pregnancy test kit. Upon leaving the store, Bouyer and this female subject became embroiled in an argument over the possible pregnancy. It was during the argument that the female subject was knocked down and Bouyer reportedly fired two shots from the revolver but no one was hit.
After the deputy learned that Bouyer had made a previous threat to kill the female subject earlier in the evening over the possible pregnancy, the deputy charged Bouyer and Carey with Attempted First Degree Murder. Following their initial appearances, both were detained by the District Court Commissioner in the Detention Center without bond.
Charges: Attempted First Degree Murder, Attempted Second Degree Murder, Assault First Degree, Handgun in Vehicle, Reckless Endangerment

'There is no quid pro quo': Devin Nunes says John Ratcliffe 'destroyed' diplomat in deposition
Texas Rep. John Ratcliffe "destroyed" a key U.S. diplomat during a closed-door deposition, according to a fellow Republican congressman who was present.
William Taylor, the top U.S. diplomat in Ukraine, appeared before House investigators on Tuesday as part of an impeachment inquiry.
Rep. Devin Nunes, the top Republican on the House Intelligence Committee, said leaks that led to headlines about how the diplomat said President Trump tied security aid for Ukraine to investigations into the Biden family are misleading.
"The truth is, in two minutes, John Ratcliffe destroyed this witness. There is no quid pro quo," Nunes told Fox News host Sean Hannity.

Impeachment war: Democrats threaten GOP with ethics charges for barging into closed proceeding
House Democrats threatened Republican lawmakers with rarely used ethics violations for trying to enter closed-door impeachment proceedings.
The threat came after Republican members of the House Armed Services Committee were ejected from the room after entering without authorization.
They wanted access, arguing the witness, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Laura Cooper, is under the Armed Services panel’s jurisdiction.
“Now we are being threatened with ethics violations,” Rep. Michael Waltz, a Florida Republican, said after leaving the room. “We, as sitting members of Congress, with jurisdiction over the witness, and over military aid, are being threatened.”

Baltimore’s Climate Change Lawsuit Against Energy Companies Can Proceed, Supremes Say
The Supreme Court allowed the city of Baltimore to proceed with its climate change lawsuit against two dozen fossil fuel companies Tuesday, after the corporate defendants asked the justices to put the dispute on hold.
The oil and natural gas companies — among them BP, Chevron, Exxon Mobil, and Royal Dutch Shell — are fighting to move Baltimore’s lawsuit out of a Maryland state court into a federal court. They wanted the justices to stop state court proceedings while they fight to remove the dispute to a federal forum.
“It is difficult to imagine claims that more clearly implicate substantial questions of federal law and require uniform disposition than the claims at issue here, which seek to transform the nation’s energy, environmental, national security, and foreign policies by punishing energy companies for lawfully supplying necessary oil and gas resources,” the corporations told the high court in legal filings.

Congress looks to remove ‘illegal alien’ from federal use
WASHINGTON – Just three years ago, the words “oriental” and “negro” were removed from federal laws and regulations, after a bill to ban the offensive words unanimously passed Congress.
Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, D-New York, pushed the legislation through, under the premise that words matter, and can cause harm and division.
Another attempt to change the federal government’s vocabulary is underway, but unlike its predecessor in 2016, the bill seems far less likely to fly through Congress.
The term proposed for the chopping block is “illegal alien,” under legislation sponsored by Rep. Joaquin Castro, D-Texas.

Lindsey Graham condemns impeachment coverage, says press is out to ‘get’ Trump
Republican South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham questioned the press while defending President Trump’s use of the word “lynching” to describe the impeachment inquiry.
Trump faced backlash for comparing his impeachment to “a lynching” on Twitter. Graham was one of the only prominent Republicans to defend the president, saying, “This is a lynching in every sense. This is un-American.”
He also criticized the media’s handling of Trump’s comments and the impeachment inquiry as a whole.
“I'm going to let the whole world know that if we were doing this to a Democratic president, you would be all over me right now,” Graham said Tuesday. “Not one person is asking a question.”

274,000 pounds of food (and counting) recovered
Although the average college campus generates about 169,000 pounds of uneaten food every year, the College Park chapter of the Food Recovery Network has recovered over 274,000 pounds of food waste to date, and this number is still growing.
The Food Recovery Network (FRN), a nonprofit food waste recovery organization founded by four University of Maryland students in 2011, donates uneaten food from college dining halls to groups such as Christian Life Center in Riverdale Park and, in the past, other organizations such as Family Crisis Center in Brentwood. There are now eight FRN chapters in Maryland and 230 chapters across the nation, accounting for over 3 million pounds of food recovered.
“The Food Recovery Network started off at the 251 North diner, so we recover from 251 every single week night, while we recover from North Campus Diner only a couple times a week,” said Nishu Hosamane, vice president of FRN. In the past, the organization has also saved food from South Campus Dining Hall and the Adele H. Stamp Catering Kitchen.

House slows impeachment probe amidst Cummings commemorations
WASHINGTON – The nation’s capital and the late Elijah Cummings’s hometown of Baltimore are observing three days of commemorations of his life this week, slightly slowing the House impeachment inquiry.
But Cummings’s oversight panel intends to carry on his work, Acting Chairwoman Carolyn Maloney, D-New York, said.
“The work of the Committee on Oversight and Reform will continue uninterrupted despite our heavy hearts – as Chairman Cummings would have wanted,” Maloney said in a statement Monday. “We will continue to pursue the impeachment inquiry with vigor in support of the investigation led by the Intelligence Committee.”
House investigators scheduled just two interviews this week: William Taylor, the acting U.S. ambassador to Ukraine testified behind closed doors Tuesday, and Laura Cooper, deputy assistant secretary of defense for Ukraine, Russia and the Balkans, is set to appear Wednesday.

'Angel mom' calls O’Rourke’s open border policy a ‘slap in the face’
An "angel mom" bashed Beto O’Rourke for supporting lax immigration policies that she believes contributed to the death of her son.
Mary Ann Mendoza’s son was killed after an illegal immigrant struck his vehicle while driving drunk and high on methamphetamine.
In a weekend op-ed with USA Today, Mendoza pointed to a campaign stop in Phoenix, Arizona, where a woman asked O’Rourke why he was "pandering to illegal aliens." O’Rourke called the woman’s comments a “slap in the face” to American values and tied her rhetoric to the family separation policies that had been in place at the border.
"What is a slap in the face to my conscience and the best traditions of this country is taking kids from their parents and putting them in cages," O’Rourke told the woman. "Those immigrants pose no threat to you."

Pelosi's Fact-Free Sheet on Impeachment
Whenever a Democrat talks about upholding the oath to “support and defend” the U.S. Constitution, there are two appropriate responses: outrage and/or laughter. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has elicited cause for either one with her “fact sheet” laying out the case for the Democrats’ impeachment coup because President Donald Trump “has betrayed his oath of office.”
Not surprisingly, Pelosi’s distort-the-facts sheet fails to actually make that case. She points to the July 25 phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and subsequent “cover up” as “evidence” of Trump’s offenses, and she quotes the whistleblower complaint to allege that Trump “is using the power of his office to solicit interference from a foreign country in the 2020 U.S. election.”
In other words, Pelosi’s big splash is nothing new. And it’s not even evidence; it’s skewing the facts of the matter to sell a narrative. The key fact here is that Trump asked for Ukrainian assistance investigating what happened in the 2016 election.

The GOP declares open season on Mitt Romney for his impeachment integrity
For the GOP, it's open season on Mitt Romney.
The 2012 Republican presidential nominee and current Utah senator is loudly critical of President Trump and his agenda. Romney was wary of the president from the start, but his skepticism has seemingly morphed into outright opposition.
Now that the prospect of impeachment looms, Romney is doing his part to take the matter seriously. As expected, this approach has made him even more of a political pariah during a time when unflinching loyalty to Trump is almost a requirement for congressional Republicans. Once conservative, now Trumpian groups such as the Club For Growth call him a "Democratic secret asset" for not completely discounting the idea of impeachment. But Romney's nonpartisan approach to the matter deserves praise.

Nolte: Media Pidgeon-hole Reports Confirming Trump’s Ukraine ‘Conspiracy Theory’
The fake news media are ignoring their own reporting that backs up President Trump’s so-called “Ukraine Conspiracy Theory.”
Oh, and another thing to keep in mind as the establishment media attempt to gaslight the public into backing impeachment, is that what the fake media call Trump’s “Ukraine Conspiracy Theory,” the Department of Justice calls an open investigation.
This hoax impeachment effort is looking to conflate two separate things into one conspiracy theory, which all connect to Trump’s July phone call with Ukraine’s prime minister and his request for that country’s help regarding possible corruption. By portraying Trump’s requests as a “conspiracy theory,” the media believe they can convince the public that Trump was just looking for dirt as opposed to the truth, which is how the facts prove Trump’s requests are perfectly reasonable.
The first is the Biden family using then-Vice President Joe Biden’s influence to enrich themselves by way of Hunter Biden’s sweet $50,000 a month — a month! — gig with a Ukrainian energy company.
The second involves Ukraine’s meddling in the 2016 presidential election.
We know for a fact Ukraine meddled in the 2016 presidential election to boost Hillary Clinton because the same media now telling us this belief is a “conspiracy theory” have already reported that Ukraine meddled in the 2016 presidential election to boost Hillary Clinton.

Feminist book's publisher cancels US release after one radio host dismantled her premise
Thank goodness for small mercies.
Feminist author Naomi Wolf’s publisher has canceled the U.S. release of her new book, Outrages: Sex, Censorship, and the Criminalization of Love, after its entire premise seemed to collapse in May following a brutal on-air interview with the BBC.
“On Monday, a spokeswoman for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt said in an email that Ms. Wolf and the publisher 'mutually and amicably agreed to part company,'" the New York Times reported this week, adding that Wolf “confirmed the parting.”
The decision to “part company” comes months after Houghton Mifflin Harcourt already suspended its scheduled release of Wolf’s book, recalling thousands of already-distributed copies at a great financial cost to itself, following her disastrous interview with BBC’s Matthew Sweet.

17 White City Employees Sue Flint, Michigan for Racial Discrimination, Sexual Harassment
The City of Flint Michigan is in the news yet again for potentially questionable city management after 10 men and seven women filed a lawsuit on October 17 alleging that the City of Flint, colice chief Timothy Johnson, and city human resources Manager Makini Jackson displayed "a pattern of discrimination and harassment" according to ABC 12 News.
via ABC 12 News:More
Throughout the 24-page document, Attorney Dean Yeotis laid out claims of reverse discrimination, citing multiple times when one of the 17 was the most qualified for a higher position, but was never given the opportunity.
Instead, the lawsuit claimed, some were demoted and others were passed up. Each time, it said, the person who received the position was an African American, who in most instances, either didn't have the qualifications, scored lower them one of the 17 on the promotion exam, or in one case, the person was "hired off the street."
The female police officers also claimed sexual harassment at the hands of Deputy Chief Devon Bernritter and Sgt. Tyrone Booth.
Pennsylvania Democrat discloses wife’s work for law firm that stands to benefit from his trucking bill
Rep. Matt Cartwright amended two years of financial disclosure statements amid allegations that he and his wife would personally benefit from truck insurance legislation he sponsored, according to public records.
The Pennsylvania Democrat has introduced multiple bills to raise the mandatory liability insurance for truck drivers while also holding a multimillion-dollar financial stake in his family law firm that specializes in truck accident-related lawsuits, the Washington Examiner reported last month.
President Trump won Cartwright's northeastern Pennsylvania district by 11 points, and the lawmaker could face a difficult reelection race as Democrats seek to defend their House majority.
