I came to see my ill Cousin who is suffering from a Kidney disease, the news of her illness arrived to me as an emergency and must undergo Surgery to save her life. The surgery is very expensive here so I want to transfer her back home to have the surgery implemented, I have spent all the money with me but still need some more to complete the bills here and transfer her before things gets out of control. I will be glad if you can loan me $2,000 to make the necessary arrangement; I traveled with little money due to the short time I had to prepare for this trip and never expected things to be the way it is right now. Zach Sobiech Leaves Behind Inspiring Legacy

He was given months to live last June, but that didn't stop Zach Sobiech from becoming a rock star – and an inspiration to millions.

Sobiech passed away Monday, 17 days after his 18th birthday. First diagnosed with osteosarcoma when he was 14, Sobiech's music became his way of expressing himself. His song "Clouds" not only went viral last December, but also resulted in a star-studded celebrity tribute video earlier this month.

"My closure is being able to get my feelings into these songs. So [friends and family] could have something to remember me by, or lean on when I was gone," he says in a 22-minute film about his story, My Last Days: Meet Zach Sobiech, featured on SoulPancake.

Free-Market Analysis: On Saturday, we published an editorial with a title very similar to the one in this current Reuters editorial: "Scandal: And They Shall Eat Their Own ... "

The difference between the Daily Bell editorial and the Reuters editorial is instructive. In our editorial, we posited that a reason for the scandals might have to do with the ubiquitous nature of the modern Internet. This was not the only possibility but it was one Anthony Wile found feasible.

This Reuters editorial blames "gridlock." The Reuters editorial wants us to believe that the current scandals inWashington, DC can be rectified by a more smoothly functioning government. We don't think that government is much of a solution to anything. We believe such scandals could be rectified by shrinking government, not making it function more effectively.

Route 113 Traffic Signal Going Live Tomorrow

SNOW HILL -- The long-awaited traffic signal at the dangerous intersection of Routes 113 and 12 near Snow Hill will go live tomorrow, ending years of consternation over the fatal crossroads.

Since the intersection reopened in 2006 after a major reconstruction project by the State Highway Administration (SHA), there have been about 60 accidents reported at the crossroads including multiple fatal accidents, the last coming in December when a Snow Hill man was killed after colliding with a vehicle attempting to cross the median. Worcester County officials implored SHA for a major reconfiguration of the deadly intersection, including a potential future overpass or at the very least, a traffic signal in the interim.

SHA responded with a number of possible solutions including a flashing yellow warning signal, rumble strips and “look again” signs advising motorists to check and recheck before crossing the intersection. When those traffic-calming devices failed to reduce the carnage, SHA opted to install “J-turns” at the intersection in an effort to prevent motorists from attempting to cross the lanes of traffic to the opposite side.

Delivering The Weekly GOP Address

As a physician, I have seen first hand the devastating impact Obamacare will have on our healthcare system. I have heard from families and small businesses who are going to struggle to handle the dramatic increases in health insurance rates caused by Obamacare. I not only understand the problems, I have ideas to help fix our healthcare system. In the address, I discuss a scandal involving the Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius that came to light recently, though has been largely overlooked because of the numerous other recent scandals involving President Obama's Administration. As a member of the Appropriations Committee, I have demanded answers from Secretary Sebelius. Watch the video to learn more about the scandal.

If we have learned anything this week, it is that the IRS needs less power not more. Obamacare puts the IRS in charge of enforcing many parts of the law. That is scary.

Delivering this address is a unique opportunity. Each week the political party that does not control the White House releases a weekly address similar to the way the President releases his weekly radio address. This address runs on television and radio stations across the country, usually immediately after the President's Address. I am honored to have been entrusted with this responsibility by leaders in my party.

Ocean City Air Show Is On - Without Blue Angels

While sequestration means many air shows were called off this year, one big show is still happening in just a few weeks.

The Ocean City Air Show takes place June 8 and June 9 with an all-civilian lineup that includes the Geico Skytypers, a P-51 Mustang and a Sea Harrier that looks like a plane but can take off and land vertically like a helicopter.

Show-goers will see daredevil pilots, low-altitude flyovers, and parachute team jumps.

The Ocean City Air Show is free and, adding to the drama, the performances are held above the beach and boardwalk.

Troopers Investigate Attempted Carjacking Of Elderly Female, Fox Run Shopping Center

Resume:
Newark-Troopers are investigating the attempted carjacking of an elderly female that occurred this afternoon in the parking lot of the Fox Run Shopping Center, Newark.

The incident occurred this afternoon at approximately 3:30 p.m. as the 82 year old female had just finished shopping at the Acme in the Fox Run Shopping Center and was returning to her car pushing a shopping cart. The victim opened the car's rear driver's side door and placed her groceries on the rear seat. The victim closed the door and returned the grocery cart to the cart collection area and then returned to her vehicle. After getting into the driver's seat of her vehicle, she was confronted by a suspect that was in the rear seat. The suspect placed his hands on the victim's shoulders, demanding her to drive him to an undisclosed destination. The victim was quickly able to exit her car and began to scream for help. The suspect exited the vehicle and fled on foot through the parking lot. There were no injuries as a result of this incident.

“Troopers remind the public to be aware and alert of their surroundings in parking lots. Scan the area in and around your car as you approach it and look for suspicious persons or activity. Return to the store or to a public area if anyone looks or acts suspicious. Call 911 if any suspicious persons or activity is observed.”

Police Raid School Teacher For Uploading History Book For Students

A teacher received a huge shock last week after uploading a copy of a book to his website that offers free educational resources for students. The Latvian publisher behind the work, a $4.00 history book, complained to the authorities which resulted in the teacher being raided by the police. During interrogation the teacher learned that his mistake could cost him dearly – two years in jail, forced labor, or a fine.

The IRS Scandal And 'Moving Toward The Fuhrer'

Listening to the White House on the Benghazi attack, the IRS scandal on targeting conservative groups and the Justice Department's snooping into AP reporters' emails, we can reasonably ask of another President of the United States: What did he not know, and when did he not know it?

Or worse, maybe he did not know it, which would suggest gross incompetence on the part of the president and his senior staff.

But either way, what may have motivated those farther down the bureaucratic chain to undertake and initiate the particular acts they are now accused of, especially in the case of the IRS agents in Washington and at least three IRS offices around the country?

The good (and career-successful) government servant often attempts to anticipate the wishes of his superior and to start trying to achieve the goal before actually instructed to do so.

It's very early. Obama still has more than three years left in his presidency. And no one is officially in the race.

Yet, O'Malley already is overshadowed by the buzz surrounding the mere prospect of a Hillary Rodham Clinton candidacy. If not her, talk in Democratic circles turns to Vice President Joe Biden.

CHIEF IRS COUNSEL GOT JEREMIAH WRIGHT'S CHURCH OUT OF IRS PROBE BEFORE JOINING AGENCY

News reports from the time indicate the now-chief counsel of the IRS, William Wilkins, helped a church connected to President Barack Obama’s friend Rev. Jeremiah Wright get out of an IRS probe in 2008 while working as a private attorney.

“Lawyers from Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr have won the dismissal of an IRS case against United Church of Christ, Sen. Barack Obama's denomination,” The American Lawyer’s Zach Lowe wrote on May 22, 2008.

The IRS initiated an investigation early this year after a speech by Obama at a 50th anniversary celebration of the church last June. It was a reference by Obama to his presidential candidacy in a talk otherwise focused on faith that caught the agency's attention. Tax laws prohibit non-profits--including churches--from engaging in political speech or promoting candidates. The IRS can withdraw an organization's tax-free status if the organization is found to violate the rule.

Just when you grow tired of seeing Fire Trucks pulling up to restaurants, grocery stores, voting locations and the like, today was an all new surprise.

Even though there's a Food Lion in this parking lot and a sub shop, I was amazed to see Firefighters getting out to go to the Dry Cleaners instead.

And you wonder why you have to replace these multi million dollar vehicles every few years.

Maryland To Start Ticketing For Cellphone Use While Driving

Study: Such laws affect accidents little

Marylanders soon will be ticketed for texting or talking on a mobile phone while driving under a new law, but studies show such crackdowns on phone use do little to prevent traffic accidents.

The new law means drivers who are emailing, texting or talking without a hands-free device can be pulled over and issued a $100 ticket just for using their phones. Currently, they have to be pulled over for committing a different offense to get a ticket for phone use.

Maryland will join nine other states and the District in having drivers pulled over for talking on their phones starting Oct. 1. Though studies show that while such bans lead to more tickets issued, they don't lead to a reduction in crashes.

More Job Losses For Maryland

Maryland lost 6,200 jobs in April according to the latest available numbers from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Maryland is the only state in the region to experience significant job losses last month while many parts of the country have begun a path towards economic recovery.
Change Maryland notes the tragic irony of the report’s release the same day as Governor Martin O'Malley and President Obama were in Baltimore city touting the President’s “Middle Class Jobs & Opportunity Tour.”

“The President has had a rough week. Visiting Maryland to tout job creation on the same day a report shows Maryland lost the third highest number of jobs in the country is just another stroke of bad luck for this President this week,” said Larry Hogan, Chairman of Change Maryland. “But it is tragic for Maryland’s struggling middle class families."
"After nearly seven years of failed economic policies, it has become crystal clear that the O’Malley-Brown Administration just does not get it when it comes to jobs,” Hogan added. “Year after year, their jobs, jobs, jobs rhetoric is simply that – rhetoric. But their record stands in stark contrast. The fact of the matter is when it comes to jobs, our increased reliance on government to create jobs has left Maryland’s economy vulnerable to the ever changing political winds in Washington.”

In the most recent report, Maryland’s loss of 6200 jobs was the third worst, trailing only mid-western states Minnesota and Wisconsin for the numbers of jobs lost in April. In all, 31 states experienced job growth for April. Further, the Bureau of Labor Statistics revised Maryland’s employment numbers downward for March.
Regionally, only Delaware, with 300 lost jobs, experienced job losses over the same period of time. Virginia gained over 12,000 jobs and Pennsylvania added over 6,000.

Evangelical Weakness In Gay Boy Scouts Debate Could Hurt GOP

Signs of waning evangelical power in the nation’s culture wars and in Republican policy — and some unexpected challenges for GOP candidates — loom as the 103-year-old Boy Scouts of America gears up for a definitive vote this week on whether to welcome openly gay youths into the organization’s ranks.

If the BSA delegates gathering just outside Dallas vote to admit gays, it will reinforce the growing notion that evangelical Protestants and their conservative Catholic allies no longer can muster their troops as they once did, in such battles as state referendums over same-sex marriage and the 1996 enactment of the federal Defense of Marriage Act.

“There’s no lobby more vicious than the homosexual lobby, and the 65 to 80 million-member evangelical constituency provides no troops for the fight against that lobby,” said David Lane, president of Pastors & Pews and a leading religious right political organizer. “Evangelicals are playing checkers in a chess game.”

Police: Toddler Gets Out Of Car, Run Over By Another In Md. Parking Lot

Joe,

I wanted to copy and paste this story as a reminder that we ALL need to be cautious in parking lots. Despite the immediate care this child received by two nurses who were there with their families at the park and the quick response by EMS personnel, this child did not survive. It was indeed a tragic, horrible accident. I can't even begin to put into words how the family or the driver of the vehicle is even coping.

Earlier today I was at Walmart and watched multiple individuals on the phone, people texting, people speeding etc. It seems like any more we have tunnel vision. If we all just take a few extra seconds and be aware of surroundings maybe a tragedy like this could be avoided in the future. Life can change in an instant. Hopefully this will serve as a reminder to us all.
FREDERICK, Md. (WUSA9) -- Police say a toddler was hit by a car in a parking lot Saturday afternoon.

State police responded to Heritage Farm Park before 5 p.m. Troopers say the toddler was able to exit the passenger side rear door of the vehicle prior to the father, Sten J. Olsson, getting her out and proceeded to run away from their vehicle. Simultaneously a 2011 Honda Pilot driven by Kathleen L. Heister, 42, was driving through the parking lot. According to authorities, she made a left turn towards the exit when she heard a bump - the toddler ran into the driver's side of the Honda and fell to the ground. She pulled over right away, realizing she had run over the child.

Police say the toddler was taken to the hospital.

A) An Iranian man who robbed a bank after a fake sorcerer told him he was invisible. The man went into a bank and started snatching money from people's hands. The customers ganged up on him until the police arrived. He was arrested.

B) A Kentucky man who had a feast inside a grocery store. The 30-year-old ate 6 steaks, shrimp, and birthday cake. Then, washed it all down with some beer. He was found in the ceiling of the store the next day.

C) An Oregon man who tried to escape police by swimming across the Columbia River. The 20-year-old took cops on a car chase before crashing the car near the river. He got tired after trying to backstroke across the river, and asked police to save him. He was charged with vehicle theft and other charges.

Poor In Suburbs Outnumber Those In Cities, Study Claims

Many of America's cities have grown and prospered over the last few decades, showing surprising declines in poverty and crime rates.

America's iconic suburbs, however, have shown a dissimilar trend, so much so that there are now more poor people living there than in urban centers, according to a new analysis from the Metropolitan Policy Program of the Brookings Institution. The federal poverty level for a family of four is an annual income of $23,550.

As the poor population has surged throughout the nation since the turn of the century, the number of poor people living in suburbs grew 67 percent between 2000 and 2011 -- a much bigger jump than in cities. The "War on Poverty" that was begun by Lyndon Johnson 50 years ago faces a very different battlefield today, and public policy should shift to reflect that, the study finds.

Commercial Vehicle Collides Into Police Car

On May 18, 2013, at approximately 11:35 a.m. a marked Ocean City Police vehicle with two officers was travelling southbound and was stopped in stop and go traffic at 84th Street.

A commercial vehicle described as a “Bethany Resort Furnishing” box truck failed to stop causing the box truck to strike the marked police car. This caused a chain reaction involving four vehicles total. The two officers inside the police vehicle, who are not being identified at this time, were treated at the scene by Ocean City EMS and transported to Atlantic General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Both officers were later released from the hospital, however will not return to duty for several days. The police vehicle involved sustained a significant amount of damage and has been taken out of service.

The operator of the at-fault commercial vehicle has been identified as John Clifton Truitt, 33, of Salisbury, MD and was charged with:

Failing to control speed to avoid a collision

Negligent driving

Failing to have valid medical certificate (Commercial Driver Code Violation)

The other three vehicles involved were not significantly damaged and could be driven from the scene. No other injuries were reported as a result of the incident.

Panel: Apple Uses Firms Outside US To Avoid Taxes

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Apple Inc. employs a group of affiliate companies located outside the United States to avoid paying billions of dollars in U.S. income taxes, a Senate investigation has found.

The world's most valuable company is holding overseas some $102 billion of its $145 billion in cash, and an Irish subsidiary that earned $22 billion in 2011 paid only $10 million in taxes, according to the report issued Monday by the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations.

The strategies Apple uses are legal, and many other multinational corporations use similar tax techniques to avoid paying U.S. income taxes on profits they reap overseas. But Apple uses a unique twist, the report found. The company's tactics raise questions about loopholes in the U.S. tax code, lawmakers say.

Savannah Nash, 16, Dies During Her First Solo Drive; Believed To Be Texting

Like most 16-year-old girls, Savannah Nash couldn't wait to get behind the wheel once she got her driver's license.

Her first solo drive turned out to be her last.

Nash, who turned 16 last week, got permission Thursday afternoon to drive to the grocery store in Harrisonville, Mo., to pick up items for the family dinner.

Her vehicle slammed into a tractor-trailer on the way, and she died at the scene, according to WAFB-TV.

Deputy Sentenced For Bribery

Officials from the State's Attorney say the deputy who was charged with giving a repossession towing company privileged information from a crime database has pleaded guilty to the incident.

Thirty-year-old Dfc. Todd Edward Johnson, of Aberdeen, pleaded guilty to bribery for accepting payments to provide unauthorized access to police databases to Michael Griffin of Final Notice Repossession Company

According to authorities, Judge Lawrence Lanahan accepted Johnson’s plea in District Court. As part of his plea, Johnson has to resign from the Harford County Sheriff’s Office.

Why Silver and Gold Prices Are Falling

More Homes Are Selling As Pricing Corrects

EASTON - More homes priced correctly led to an increase in properties sold and a decrease in the amount of time to do so across the Mid-Shore in April. And it doesn't hurt that interest rates are at hisorically low levels, said local real estate professionals.

Accrording to information from the Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, of 2,086 properties on the market in the five county area, 159 sold in an average of 209 days, an improvement over 142 sold in 234 days with more inventory available last year during the same time period.

Prices were a mixed bag as some counties showed improvement while others took a hit.

Police: Guns, cash stolen from Ray Rice's Md. home

TOWSON, Md. - Police say the Maryland home of Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice was burglarized over the weekend, and $2,000 and two guns were stolen.

Baltimore County police spokeswoman Cpl. Cathleen Batton said Monday that the burglary happened between 8:30 p.m. Friday and 12:50 a.m. Saturday at the home in Reisterstow.

Batton says Rice was out of town for the weekend, but a friend was staying at the home and reported the burglary to police.

Team Of ‘Robin Hoods’ Feeds Parking Meters, Gets Sued

The city of Keene, New Hampshire claims that the problem isn’t the “Robin Hood” brigade of people who feed parking meters in the city in order to save drivers from tickets. No, they can fill meters with coins all day long and the city government claims that it won’t mind. The problem, claims the city, is that the merry band of meter-feeders are harassing and stressing out all three parking enforcement officers and being nuisances while they save residents from tickets. So the city has sued them.
Group members have harassed parking enforcement officers while they were off the clock, the city manager claims. In a letter that ran in the Keene Sentinel over the weekend, he called the Robin Hood movement “a six-month campaign of pursuit and intimidation of the city’s parking enforcement officers with the stated intention of eliminating their employment.”

UPDATE 8:12 a.m. ET:

KFOR-TV offers a tragic update — the death toll is now confirmed at 91 and the injury number has also risen:

Officials have confirmed at least 91 people have been killed in the Moore tornado Monday.

The medical examiner’s office confirmed at least 233 people have been injured.

That number is expected to rise as recovery efforts continue Tuesday morning and daylight arrives.

UPDATE 7:44 a.m. ET — President Obama will deliver an address to the nation at 10 am ET from the State Dining Room, CNN says.

Additionally, CNN is reporting via KFOR-TV that the tornado reached two miles wide at one point.

High Court To Review Church-State Dispute Over Public Prayers

Washington (CNN) -- A dispute over public prayers at town board meetings will be taken up by the Supreme Court in coming months, another contentious case over the intersection of faith and the public arena.

The justices announced Monday the court will decide whether a New York community may continue what it calls "inclusive" prayers at its town board sessions.

The petition will be argued later this year or early in 2014, with a ruling ready by the spring.

After the Greece, New York, Town Board's policy was challenged because virtually all of those invited to offer prayers were Christians, the board for a time invited a few others, including a Wiccan, to offer invocations.

Fast And Furious Update

The Justice inspector general is looking into whether a former Arizona federal prosecutor can be sanctioned professionally. He leaked internal documents in 2011. He was trying to undermine a congressional inquiry into the controversial Fast and Furious gun tracing operation. Dennis Burke was fired so be can't be sanctioned any more by Justice. But the IG referred his case to the Office of Professional Responsibility. Burke could still be punished by state legal associations.

OCPD Charge Suspect In Theft Of City Property

On May 9, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Ocean City Police responded to the inlet lot in reference to a theft of Town of Ocean City property. Officer arrived at the scene and met with an Ocean City Public Works supervisor who advised that two large sets of aluminum steps were stolen from a collapsible stage/trailer in the inlet parking lot.

Police noted the items that were stolen were from an area of the Inlet that is covered by the Town of Ocean City video surveillance cameras. Officers were able to use the surveillance images that captured a person stealing the items. After viewing footage from several cameras a suspect was identified as Timothy Allen Aulinskis, 46, of Berlin.

Officers located Aulinskis pick-up truck with the stolen city property at a residence in Berlin, Maryland. During the investigation Police determined that Aulinskis did steal the items valued at approximately $3,000.

Ocean City Police have charged Aulinskis with the following:
2 counts Theft $1,000 to $10,000

They're At It Again

The Treasury is about to tap into federal employees' retirement and disability funds to keep the government going. That's until Congress votes to raise the debt ceiling. At that point, Treasury would borrow fresh money and repay the retirement accounts with interest. Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew says the tactic can keep the lights on until at least Labor Day. Congress voted to temporarily suspend the debt limit in January. That suspension ended Sunday.

Freshman Congressman Delaney Tackles Big Needs With Innovative Financing

Freshman Congressman John Delaney on Wednesday plans to roll out his signature legislative initiative for his first term — a plan for a national infrastructure bank that requires no federal appropriations.

The proposal is an innovative financing measure that relies on the sort of economic opportunities Delaney exploited when he founded two publicly-traded financial services firms that have helped make him one of the richest members of Congress. The bank will be used by state and federal governments to guarantee or loan funds for infrastructure projects.

The Democrat from Potomac insisted on having an equal number of Democratic and GOP co-sponsors.Read more

The Coming Collapse Of The Petrodollar System

PETRODOLLAR WAR

The theory of Petrodollar Warfare can be attributed to US analyst and author William R Clarke, and his 2005 book of that title which interpreted the US-UK decision to invade Iraq in 2003. He called this an "oil currency war", but the concept of the petrodollar system and petrodollar recyling dates back to the eve of the first Oil Shock in 1973-1974. The role of the petrodollar system as a driving force of US foreign policy is explained by analysts and historians as basic to maintaining the dollar's status as the world's dominant reserve currency - and the currency in which oil is priced.

The term "petrodollar warfare" as used by William R. Clark says that major international war, legal or not, was seen as justified to protect the petrodollar system. Over and above the loss of human life, the combined costs of the Afghan and Iraq wars for the US are controversial like the interpretation of these wars as "oil wars", but analysts like Joseph Stiglitz and Linda Bilmes put the total combined war cost at above $4 trillion. This can be compared with - and totally dwarfs - the annual cost of US oil imports, which are now sharply declining on a year-in year-out basis as domestic shale oil output ramps up, and US oil demand stagnates.

Clarke's theory, like the explanation of the role and power of the "petrodollar system" depends on two basic drivers. Most major developed countries rely on oil imports, which are purchased using dollars, so they are forced to hold large stockpiles of dollars in order to continue importing oil. In turn this also creates consistent demand for dollars, and prevents the dollar from losing its relative international monetary value, regardless of what happens to the US economy.

Motorist Charged for Striking Pedestrian in Marked Crosswalk

On May 18, 2013, at approximately 6:15 p.m. Ocean City Police responded to the area of 28th Street and Philadelphia Avenue, in reference to a pedestrian that was struck by a vehicle.

Officers and Ocean City EMS personnel arrived at the scene and determined that a 25-year-old pedestrian, whose name is not being released, was walking with the pedestrian signal on Philadelphia Avenue at 28th Street from east to west when she was struck by a vehicle turning onto northbound Philadelphia Avenue from Robin Drive. The investigation determined the driver at the intersection failed to yield the right of way to the pedestrian and struck her while she was in the crosswalk.

The pedestrian was transported to PRMC by OCEMS with non-life threatening injuries. The driver, identified as Tess Ann Marianetti, 21, of Bel Air, MD, was cited for failing to yield to pedestrian in crosswalk. Alcohol was not a factor in the crash.

Ocean City Police urge citizens to use extra caution while crossing streets, as well as advise drivers to be alert of pedestrians on the road.

The former diplomats inform PJM the new revelations concentrate in two areas — what Ambassador Chris Stevens was actually doing in Benghazi and the pressure put on General Carter Ham, then in command of U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) and therefore responsible for Libya, not to act to protect jeopardized U.S. personnel.

Publishers Notes: While we scanned their Website at least two times yesterday, this didn't get posted until late and clearly when they state that the meeting was "Tonight" they did NOT give the public the opportunity to get involved.

Here's my problem with this. You all know they knew this meeting was going to take place WEEKS in advance, yet they purposely delay any announcement to assure you will not get the opportunity to get involved. More than 50% of your tax dollars in Wicomico County go to the Board of Education and this is a slap in your face on a regular basis.

They have a PIO person who is PAID quite handsomely to inform the public and that person is not doing their job.

Dover -- The Department of Transportation (DelDOT) reminds motorists to anticipate heavier than normal traffic on Delaware's highways beginning on Friday, May 24.

Planned lane closures on Delaware's major roadways, Route 1, I-95, and U.S. Route 202 will be suspended beginning on Friday, May 24 until midnight on Monday, May 27. Traffic accidents and other unpredictable types of transportation incidents may cause lane closures and/or delays.

DelDOT's Transportation Management Center (TMC) will provide continuous monitoring of traffic conditions across the state. Our radio station, WTMC-1380AM offers motorists real-time traffic information throughout Delaware.
