Muslims protest new TV show ‘Mogadishu Minnesota’
'Thou shalt not tell the truth about Islam'
An Oscar-winning Hollywood producer is being slammed by the Council on American-Islamic Relations for filming a pilot TV series about Somali refugees in Minneapolis.
The pilot series, titled “Mogadishu Minnesota,” documents the challenges of life in America faced by Somali refugees and touches on the issue of the Somali community’s well-documented problems with being fodder for jihadist recruiters. Dozens have gone off to fight for ISIS in Syria and Iraq and al-Shabab in Somalia.
But many Muslims in Minnesota say the film could stoke “Islamophobia” by perpetuating negative stereotypes, Reuters reported.
The backlash to “Mogadishu, Minnesota” started last year after early reports on the show, which the Hollywood Reporter said in December 2015 was titled “the Recruiters.”

Hillary Is Incompetent as Well as Evil
Talk to anyone in law enforcement and they will tell you that the stupidity of criminals is a key part of solving crimes. The crooks leave clues and make huge blunders that allow the cops to catch them. Ray-Ray decides he has had enough of Peanut disrespecting him so he walks up to him at a party and starts shooting. Not only are there a million witnesses, Ray-Ray leaves the gun with his fingerprints and brags to his buddies later that he just dusted Peanut at a party. It’s not a hard case to solve because Ray-Ray is a moron.
That comes to mind when reading the stories about the Clinton secret e-mail caper. We have enough of the details at this stage to have a rough idea how we got to this point. They wanted to have a secret communication method that would not be subject to government security and Freedom of Information Act requests. They also figured that this secret system would be free from Congressional oversight. After all, if no one knew it existed, then no one could ask any questions about what was on it.
It’s not hard to imagine the conversations leading up to the decision to go with this plan versus using Google or Yahoo accounts. They figured that the reason guys like General Petraeus got caught using Gmail was that the government IT people were able to tell when people were accessing these systems via their work computers. Alternatively, they just assumed the government had access to this system like they do in the movies. Either way, they determined that using these options for personal stuff was a bad idea.

US Economy Continues to Weaken As Warning Signs Flash Recession Ahead
The US economy continues to show weakening conditions as new warning signs are flashing recession ahead. This is despite the best efforts of the FED and the US Government to ensure there is plenty of measures in place to continue to stimulate the economy.
Over the last few weeks we have received several economic announcements on the US economy, with a few positive or better than expected results. However the vast majority of announcements have been poor or woeful as the economic data continues to show further weakness within the economy.
US Q3 GDP - A Convenient Smokescreen
I know what your thinking, hang on a minute on Friday we had a first look at US Q3 GDP and the result was positive and even beat expectations. This is correct GDP came in at 2.9% beating expectations of 2.5% and smashing last quarter's result of 1.4%.
However I find the result convenient and timely considering there is an election in less than 2 weeks time. The second and third estimate for GDP could see considerable revisions lower after the election has ended.

1 final message for conservatives from Phyllis Schlafly
Champion of political right urges Americans to elect Trump
No woman has so defined the American conservative movement. No organizer has been as feared by her adversaries. No conservative has left such a remarkable legacy.
Phyllis Schlafly died this year at the age of 92, but her legacy lives on. And the legendary soldier of the American right left one final message for conservatives before she went to her reward: It’s time to go all out for Donald J. Trump.
“The revolution to take back America starts now!” proudly declares “The Conservative Case for Trump.”
In her final work, Schlafly linked the Trump candidacy to the book that first launched her into national politics, “A Choice, Not An Echo,” which famously attacked the “kingmakers” of the Republican Eastern establishment.
Schlafly saw the struggle between Trump and his elitist opponents as the last battle in the war she waged from 1952 to 2016, fighting against a Republican leadership she charged was selling out the conservative grassroots.

'Not for this channel': Podesta was wary of sending intel over Clinton server
John Podesta was willing to discuss sensitive information with future boss Hillary Clinton while he worked for President Obama and she was a private citizen in August 2014 – but he knew better than to send the intel over Clinton’s private server from his Gmail account, emails released Thursday by WikiLeaks show.
In the exchange, Clinton, who had resigned as secretary of state 18 months earlier, asked then-Obama counselor Podesta if he knew who was responsible for an Aug. 18 airstrike in Tripoli, in which unidentified bombers blew up an Islamist-controlled arms depot in the Libyan capital.
“Yes and interesting but not for this channel,” Podesta replied in the Aug. 19, 2014 message to Clinton’s hrod17@clintonemail.com account.

Final Warning from Immigration Officers: Clinton, Open Borders Will ‘Unleash’ Violence, 'Countless Preventable Deaths' in America
In a final warning to the American people ahead of Tuesday’s election, the nation’s frontline immigration officers are calling upon voters to reject Hillary Clinton and her “radical” open borders vision that will “unleash” violence in American communities and “cause countless preventable deaths.”
Although the nation’s border emergency goes virtually unreported by “corporate-funded media,” Clinton’s immigration policies would greatly exacerbate the crisis, the officers warn in a statement written by the president of the National ICE Council, which represents the nation’s roughly 5,000 frontline ICE officers, agents, and personnel.
“Hillary’s pledge for ‘open borders’ will mean disaster for our country, and turn the present border emergency into a cataclysm,” writes ICE Council President Chris Crane. “Hillary’s plan would unleash violent cartels and brutal transnational gangs into US communities and cause countless preventable deaths.”

Polls: Trump Takes Commanding Leads in New Hampshire, North Carolina
NEW YORK CITY, New York — Republican presidential nominee Donald J. Trump has now taken a commanding lead in the latest surveys out of New Hampshire and North Carolina as his pathway to the White House grows by the hour in the final week.
An ARG poll out of New Hampshire, conducted from Oct. 31 through Nov. 2, shows Trump with a comfortable five point lead in the Granite State—outside the survey’s four percent margin of error. Trump, at 48 percent, leads Clinton who lags at 43 percent. Libertarian Gary Johnson got four percent and the Green Party’s Dr. Jill Stein got one percent, while four percent were undecided. The poll surveyed 600 likely voters, and it’s the third survey out of New Hampshire on Thursday showing Trump either leading or tied with Clinton.
Down in North Carolina, the third survey in as many days shows Trump with a similarly strong lead. Trump’s 5.9 percent lead—he’s at 49.6 percent while Clinton trails down at 43.7 percent—is outside the latest Red Wolf Public Sector survey’s 4.9 percent margin of error. That survey polled 375 likely voters in North Carolina, and tracks closely with other surveys out of the Tar Heel state suggesting Trump has moved ahead in the final week.

Clinton aide Huma Abedin's history of using unsecure email

The Looters vs. the Looted
From the conclusion of my earlier post on the topic:
It is the state against the people; it is the stakeholders against the subjects. Significant power and wealth and militarization and a massive overt and covert “security” apparatus are on one side, and significant anger and frustration is growing on the other side.
Returning to Lincoln’s speech:
In my opinion, it will not cease, until a crisis shall have been reached, and passed.
We know what came a few years after Lincoln’s speech, the last time the house was so divided.
Broken Promises
It seems to me that the “subjects” obliviously (or otherwise) remain settled as long as they view that their standard of living can be maintained and gradually improved; they will defer to the “stakeholders” as long as the promises (go to college & get a job, secure retirement, social / welfare programs, etc.) made by the stakeholders to the subjects are kept.

Clinton Investigation Leader Caught Tipping Off Clinton's Inner Circle
Today’s 25th installment of the WikiLeaks emails contained a blockbuster. The assistant attorney general for congressional relations, Peter Kadzik, used his Gmail account to inform John Podesta of next steps in the DOJ Clinton email investigation. Kadzik is now reportedly heading up the “review” of documents and emails seized from Anthony Weiner’s computer.
Here’s what the May 19, 2015 email from Kadzik said:
There is a HJC oversight hearing today where the head of our Civil Division will testify. Likely to get questions on State Department emails. Another filing in the FOIA case went in last night or will go in this am that indicates it will be awhile (2016) before the State Department posts the emails.

"Spirit Cooking": Clinton Campaign Chairman Practices Bizarre Occult Ritual
Menstrual blood, semen and breast milk: Most bizarre Wikileaks revelation yet
In what is undoubtedly the most bizarre Wikileaks revelation to date, Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta was invited to a “spirit cooking dinner” by performance artist Marina Abramovic, to take part in an occult ritual founded by Satanist Aleister Crowley.
In an email dated June 28, 2015, Abramovic wrote, “I am so looking forward to the Spirit Cooking dinner at my place. Do you think you will be able to let me know if your brother is joining? All my love, Marina.”

BREAKING NEWS: Donald Trump Rushed Off Stage By Secret Service
Seems everything went back to normal shortly after this video was released. Watch the rally live below.
According To Obama, This Is The Reason Why Hillary Isn't "50 Points Ahead"
Hillary Clinton piled on this week exclaiming Trump supporters as "dark ", "divisive", and "angry" (all 40-plus percent of the US population of them)...
And so, with neither the racist nor the Putin-puppet label sticking to Trump, as Liberty Blitzkrieg's Mike Krieger so eloquently notes, Team Clinton and its lobotomized surrogates have regressed back to square one: playing the woman card.
As a reminder Krieger noted earlier this week, a professor of linguistics at Berkeley just published an article at Time claiming (with zero evidence of course), that the Hillary Clinton email server scandal only exists because she is a woman. Here’s a brief snippet of what she said:
‘It’s not about emails; it’s about public communication by a woman’
I am mad. I am mad because I am scared. And if you are a woman, you should be, too. Emailgate is a bitch hunt, but the target is not Hillary Clinton. It’s us.
The only reason the whole email flap has legs is because the candidate is female. Can you imagine this happening to a man? Clinton is guilty of SWF (Speaking While Female), and emailgate is just a reminder to us all that she has no business doing what she’s doing and must be punished, for the sake of all decent women everywhere. There is so much of that going around.
It’s not about emails; it’s about public communication by a woman in general. Of course, in the year 2016, no one (probably not even The Donald) could make this argument explicitly. After all, he and his fellow Republicans are not waging a war on women. How do we know that? They have said so. And they’re men, so they must be telling the truth.
I know. It’s really hard to believe the above is real, but it is.
But now President Obama himself is now getting in the mud.

Hillary Clinton and the Muslim Brotherhood
The FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private e-mails is not directed at a case of negligence in the face of security regulations but at a conspiracy attempting to eliminate any trace of her correspondence which should have been archived on the servers of the Federal State. It could include exchanges about illegal financing or corruption, and others concerning the links between the Clintons, the Muslim Brotherhood, and the jihadists.
The reprise of the FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private e-mails no longer concerns questions of security, but rather acts of skullduggery and cheating which could be as serious as high treason.
Technically, instead of using one of the secured servers of the Federal State, the Secretary of State had ordered the installation of a private server in her home, in order to be able to use the Internet without leaving any trace on a machine belonging to the Federal State. Mrs Clinton’s private technician had voided the server before the arrival of the FBI so that it was impossible to know why she had set up such a network.
First of all, the FBI noted that the private server was not protected by the same security system as the State Department server. Thus Mrs Clinton had only committed a security fault. Secondly, the FBI confiscated the computer of former Congressman Anthony Weiner, the ex-husband of Huma Abedin, Hillary’s chief of staff. The FBI found e-mails from the Secretary of State on his computer.

Hacker Guccifer 2.0 Warns He Has "Info From Inside FEC: Democrats May Rig The Elections"
Before the recent torrent of daily Podesta email dumps brought renewed attention to Wikileaks (and accusations Julian Assange was working with the Kremlin despite his recent denial, which ultimately cost him his internet access), the media's attention was closely focused on the recently emerged hacker known as Guccifer 2.0, who claimed to be behind the hacking of the nearly 20,000 Democratic National Committee emails and other documents distributed over the summer by WikiLeaks, and who likewise was accused of cooperating with Russia.
Earlier today, after a two week silence, Guccifer 2.0 reemerged, with a post on his blog, in which he alleges that he has information from inside the Federal Election Commission, according to which "democrats may rig the elections." He then adds "this may be possible because of the software installed in the FEC networks by the large IT companies."
INFO FROM INSIDE THE FEC: THE DEMOCRATS MAY RIG THE ELECTIONS
I’d like to warn you that the Democrats may rig the elections on November 8. This may be possible because of the software installed in the FEC networks by the large IT companies.
As I’ve already said, their software is of poor quality, with many holes and vulnerabilities.
I have registered in the FEC electronic system as an independent election observer; so I will monitor that the elections are held honestly.
I also call on other hackers to join me, monitor the elections from inside and inform the U.S. society about the facts of electoral fraud.
It is unclear what FEC information the hacker was in possession of, or was referring to, and how he intends to observe the elections. A recent video by Bev Harris of BlackBoxVoting provided a real-time demo of the GEMS vote-fraud system, “fraction magic,” an election theft mechanism with context and explanation. There is much more detail on the BlackBoxVoting website.

Massachusetts law firm reimbursed its partners for their political donations
A Massachusetts law firm has been accused of funneling funds to the Democrats through an massive and illegal straw-donor scheme.
A growing number of party politicians are now returning donations from Thornton Law after it was found that the firm's partners received bonuses that matched their political donations in what may be one of the largest schemes ever revealed.
An investigation found that partners donated nearly $1.6 million to mostly Democratic committees and candidates, including Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, from 2010 through 2014.
During that same period, the lawyers received $1.4 million listed as 'bonuses,' including more than 280 in amounts that precisely matched their donations.
Some of them were supposedly reimbursed just 10 days after their money was sent to the party.
The small firm, which has 10 partners, reportedly also made donations to several other top Democrats including President Barack Obama, Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Sen. Harry Reid, to name a few.
The donation reimbursement program was exposed by the Boston Globe's Spotlight team and the Center for Responsive Politics.

It’s Not the Election Sideshow, the Real Disaster is the Banking System
Of course it's understandable why the election is such a big focus. But the election will come and go - and the massive problems which the world is facing aren't going to improve, no matter whom we elect in America. All of our problems on this planet are tied to debt, intertwined with derivatives. The world is now literally incapable of generating net growth, it's just too late. We've had many chances to turn things around over the past few decades, but the globalists wanted nothing to do with the tough policies/ideas/efforts which could have improved conditions for the masses. Policies like massive across the board tax cuts (simpler, flatter tax rates), massive across the board cuts in government (outright closing/eliminating government departments), and downsizing of the "Department of War", would have helped right the ship. Other policies should have included allowing true capitalism to work as intended - meaning allowing failure and its' cleansing power to occur. And in that vein, we come to the point of this post - the crooked/dishonest/disgusting relationship between hedge funds, oops I mean, Central Banks, and also Governments and the International behemoth Banks, which has been a major reason for the destruction of (and the inability to repair) the world economy.
So now whoever is the next President can only make things less worse (at best). And yes, of course, the election's aftermath is going to be a total mess. But that is small in relation to the disaster sitting on the International Bank's "balance sheets", in the form of their derivatives books. The amount at this point is basically unfathomable and it keeps growing larger. And it's the European bank's problems which are sitting right in front of us. I do believe there has been a concerted effort to continue the propping up process until after the US election. And that time is almost here, and I am beginning to focus much more on the banking situation. As I've been continually stating, in November of 2016, gold is very likely to have its' best buying opportunity since the $1043 low last December - when I recommended purchase, especially the miners. And this upcoming low should be a retest of last December's low, but at a much higher level. It would be no coincidence if the strong hands/"manipulators" wanted gold lower later in November to be able to accumulate gold right before some banking blowups. Very possible. No matter the reason, gold is in a major bull market and bigger selloffs are "gifts". We need to take advantage of them.

Furnace Town Hosts Worcester’s First STEM Fest
BERLIN – Fourth-graders in Worcester County learned the true meaning of technology with a trip to Furnace Town this week.
While the word typically brings to mind things like iPads and cell phones, educators used a visit to Furnace Town to show students that technology existed in the 19th century too.
“Our kids think technology has to be plugged into a wall,” said Marlyn Barrett, a coordinator of instruction for the county’s schools. “Technology is any system, any process, that makes life easier.”
During Worcester County’s first STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Fest, Barrett and her peers brought the county’s fourth-graders to Snow Hill’s old iron furnace to show them the technology of the 1830s. Sixteen stations taught children about everything from woodworking to weaving to candle making.

Soros Drops Millions To 'Rig' Justice System In Arizona
States it can be difficult, even for mega donors like George Soros, to truly understand how much influence is being "bought." That's why Soros is pursuing a new strategy to dump millions into the campaigns of local district attorneys, a position which "exercises the greatest discretion and power in the system." So far, Soros has funneled $3 million into seven local DA races over the past year but his support is "expected to intensify in the next few years, thanks to longer-term planning and candidate recruitment." In general, Soros looks to fund progressive DAs running on platforms to "reduce racial disparity in sentencing" and support prison "diversion programs" for drug offenders instead of trials that could result in jail time.
And now it appears, as Politico's Scott Bland reports, Soros' efforts to "reshape the American justice system" are acceleratingas the billionaire has contributed $2 million to a group working to defeat Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona, the latest target of Soros’ big spending in local law enforcement campaigns over the past year.
The Soros-funded PAC, Maricopa Strong, will file campaign finance documents Friday showing Soros’ multi-million dollar investment against Arpaio, along with $500,000 from Texas energy billionaires Laura and John Arnold and $250,000 from Laurene Powell Jobs (the widow of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs). The group had previously reported a $300,000 donation from Soros, one of the Democratic Party’s biggest donors.
Soros has spent millions in 2015 and 2016 funding campaigns to defeat local prosecutors around the country and elect new ones who back criminal justice reform measures. Soros-backed groups are currently spending big in three big-city district attorney races: Houston’s Harris County, where Soros has contributed over $1 million, according to local campaign finance filings; Gilpin and Jefferson counties outside Denver, where Soros has given about $1.5 million to unseat an incumbent; and Phoenix’s Maricopa County, where a Soros-funded PAC has also spent over $1 million against the Republican district attorney, Bill Montgomery.

Poll: Donald Trump Edges Ahead in New Hampshire; Ayotte Opens Lead
A new poll of likely voters in New Hampshire by MassINC Polling Group for Boston-area public radio station WBUR shows Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump one point ahead of Democratic rival Hillary Clinton. The gap is well inside the poll’s 4.4% margin of error.
Trump has the support of 40% of likely voters in the Granite State, followed by 39% for Clinton. Fully 10% say they will vote for Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson, and Green Party candidate Jill Stein picks up 3%.
The poll also shows Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) six points ahead of her Democratic challenger, Gov. Maggie Hassan. In the race for governor, Republican Chris Sununu — son of Bush operative, Romney surrogate, and Trump supporter John Sununu — leads Democrat Colin Van Ostern by five points.

Prof. Banzhaf: Nothing Prevents Hillary Clinton from Pardoning Herself After Inauguration
Professor of Public Interest Law at George Washington University Law School John Banzhaf talked with Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM host Alex Marlow on Friday about complications that would emerge if Hillary Clinton pardoned herself after inauguration if she were elected president.
While pointing out that normal notions of a conflict of interest do not apply to presidential pardons, Banzhaf said, “Some could argue that she can’t pardon herself. We don’t know the answer and perhaps more disturbingly, it may be impossible for that case ever to get into court.”
Added Banzhaf, “Nobody may have what we call legal standing. There are other doctrines that courts could invoke. You don’t have kind of a neutral or third party or third branch referee to decide. She says, ‘I pardon myself, and that’s it, and it’s over.’ Presumably, the other party would say, ‘No, it’s not,’ and then what happens from there?”

SHA explains process of bridge inspection
The State Highway Administration is responsible for maintaining almost 2,600 bridges of the 5,256 in the state, but last month resort residents and commuters were really only concerned with three of them, since they directly affected travel times.
For most of the month, the bridges over the St. Martin River and Assawoman Bay were choked down to a single lane from early morning to mid-afternoon. Also, on one particular day, Wednesday Oct. 19, the SHA was working on the Route 50 drawbridge, requiring extra openings during the day and leaving only Coastal Highway and Route 54 as ingress/egress points untouched by work crews.
“SHA bridge inspectors conduct biennial inspections on bridges, ramps, and overpasses constructed and maintained by SHA,” Charlie Gischlar, public information officer for the SHA said. “Underwater inspections are conducted every four years. SHA performs hands-on inspections of all bridge components. This exceeds the Federal Highway Administration’s requirements.

Exclusive-Ben Carson: The Election Is Not About Trump or Clinton, It is About the Direction of the Country
The world’s greatest pediatric neurosurgeon and a former GOP candidate for president told Breitbart News he feels the country coming around for Donald J. Trump because of his stands on the issues.
“The election is not about Donald Trump, it is not about Hillary Clinton, it is about the direction of the country,” said Dr. Ben Carson, who is campaigning in Iowa as a surrogate for Trump.
Carson, who was very competitive in the Iowa caucus campaign and finished in fourth with nine percent of the vote, said he enjoyed campaigning in Iowa and interacting with the voters there.

Second North Carolina Poll Confirms Donald Trump’s Solid Tar Heel Lead Over Hillary Clinton
NEW YORK — A second poll from the Tar Heel state in as many days confirms that Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is leading his Democrat Hillary Clinton.
This poll, from The Trafalgar Group (TFG), shows Trump up by about five percent over Clinton—specifically, a lead of 4.97 percent—outside the survey’s 2.88 percent margin of error. Trump, at 49.13 percent, leads Clinton at 44.16 percent. Libertarian Gary Johnson gets 3.59 percent and the Green Party’s Dr. Jill Stein gets 0.49 percent, while 2.63 percent are undecided. The survey was conducted from Oct. 27 through Nov. 1, with a sample size of 1,154 likely voters. That means the poll was partially conducted before FBI director James Comey announced he was reopening the criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email scandal.
Pollster Robert Cahaly, TFG’s senior strategist, said that he thinks there is a Brexit-like undercurrent of Trump support in key battleground states.

People Not In Labor Force Surge By 425,000 To 94,609,000
On the surface, the establishment survey print of 161K jobs was just good enough when taking into account the 44,000 in upward revisions to August and September jobs. However, the household survey was less impressive, with the number of workers employed declining by 43,000 to 151,925 even as the number of persons unemployed declined from 7,939K to 7,787K.
So how did the unemployment rate drop? Because contrary to expectations that people are rushing back into the labor force, in October the number of Americans who were not in the labor force rose by a substantial 425,000 to 94,609, the highest print in the series since May, and suggests that the exodus of Americans out of the labor force has resumed.

Five new foals, five new names needed at Assateague Island
The four of five foals born to Assateague horses this year need a bit of help, in that little N2BHS-O, N2BHS-AO, N2BHS-AIO and N10T-JO require more suitable, as in pronounceable, names.
The exception, N6BMT-FO’s naming rights, was raffled off, with ticket sales ending on Halloween. The raffle was drawn on Tuesday and a name has been submitted by the winner, but the suggested name is pending National Seashore Superintendent Debbie Darden’s approval.
Only 500 tickets were sold at $20 apiece for the naming rights raffle.
The other four foals naming rights’ will be auctioned off via eBay, and can be located on that site by searching for the seller “AIA2009.”
The seller is the Assateague Island Alliance, the nonprofit group that raises money to benefit the National Seashore.
N2BHS-O’s auction is live now, and will last until Nov. 11, with the high bidder securing the naming rights to the foal. N2BHS-O is an unmarked sorrel colt born April 18.

Since 2014 The US Has Added 547,000 Waiters And Bartenders And Lost 36,000 Manufacturing Workers
As another month passes, the great schism inside the American labor force get wider. We are referring to the unprecedented divergence between the total number of high-paying manufacturing jobs, and minimum-wage food service and drinking places jobs, also known as waiters and bartenders. In October, according to the BLS, while the number of people employed by "food services and drinking places" rose by another 10,000, the US workforce lost another 9,000 manufacturing workers.
The chart below puts this in context: since 2014, the US had added 547,000 waiters and bartenders, and has lost 36,000 manufacturing workers.
Yet while we would be the first to congratulate the new American waiter and bartender class, something does not smell quite right. On one hand, there has been a spike in recent restaurant bankruptcies or mass closures (Logan's, Fox and Hound, Bob Evans), which has failed to reflect in the government report.
On the other hand, as the National Restaurant Association's Restaurant performance activity index showed last month, overall industry sentiment is the worst since the financial crisis, due to declines in both same-store sales and customer traffic, suggesting that restaurant workers should now be in the line of fire for mass layoffs.

Sources: 99 percent chance foreign intel agencies breached Clinton server
Authorities now believe there is about a 99 percent chance that up to five foreign intelligence agencies may have accessed and taken emails from Hillary Clinton’s private server, two separate sources with intimate knowledge of the FBI investigations told Fox News.
The revelation led House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Michael McCaul to describe Clinton’s handling of her email system during her tenure as secretary of state as “treason.”
“She exposed [information] to our enemies,” McCaul said on “Fox & Friends” Thursday morning. “Our adversaries have this very sensitive information. … In my opinion, quite frankly, it’s treason.”
McCaul, R-Texas, said that FBI Director James Comey told him previously that foreign adversaries likely had gotten into her server. When Comey publicly discussed the Clinton email case back in July, he also said that while there was no evidence hostile actors breached the server, it was “possible” they had gained access.
Clinton herself later pushed back, saying the director was merely “speculating.”
But sources told Fox News that Comey should have said at the time there is an “almost certainty” that several foreign intelligence agencies hacked into the server.

Maryland Takes Measures To Increase Voter Access
COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) — The state of Maryland, whose voters experienced long lines in the 2012 election, made big changes to the voting system to correct wait time problems and accommodate a group of newly eligible voters: ex-felons.
Those that make their way to the polls on Tuesday will find the most noticeable change to be the return to paper ballots instead of the electronic touch-screen machines the state had used since 2002.
The new balloting system was tested by an increase in the number of early voters, but official said the results were positive.

Navarro: Clinton's 'Blind Faith in Globalism' and 'Corruption' Hit Swing States Hardest
Peter Navarro, economic policy adviser to the Trump campaign, spoke withBreitbart News DailySiriusXM host Alex Marlow on Friday and said that “a blind faith in globalism” and “corruption” embraced by Hillary Clinton have hit America’s swing states the hardest for many years and that people “are finally coming to understand that.”
In talking about the so-called battleground states, Navarro said, “Look, for example, at North Carolina and Ohio. Both of those states have suffered greatly at the hands of really bad trade deals. The South Korean deal, to me, is all the people of this country need to know about Hillary Clinton when it comes to the economy.”
He pointed out that Clinton called it “a cutting-edge deal” when she negotiated it as secretary of state. “She promised the American people 70,000 new jobs and wound up basically costing this country 95,000 jobs. Seventy-five percent of the damage was in the auto and auto parts industry, most of which is concentrated in places like Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Indiana,” said Navarro.

Feds probing Clinton Foundation were told to ‘stand down’
FBI agents and federal prosecutors got into a bitter feud over whether to pursue a pay-to-play probe into the Clinton Foundation — and the fight went public Thursday when some of the combatants went rogue and leaked the dispute to the media.
The New York agents were determined to proceed after hearing secret recordings of an unidentified suspect in a public corruption probe talking about cash flowing into the foundation from foreign donors seeking favors from the State Department, The Wall Street Journal reported.
The field agents also spoke to informants and thought they had enough evidence to go after the family’s foundation — and possibly Hillary Clinton herself — but some of the bureau’s brass and prosecutors at the Justice Department dismissed the recordings as hearsay, sources involved with the case told the Journal.
The recordings came up during the bureau’s investigation of the foundation — which began in the summer of 2015 — following the publication of “Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich,” by conservative author Peter Schweizer.

Flashback: Occultic Hillary Summons the Dead, Refuses to Speak to Christ
Hillary was attending a Satanic church, says Clinton insider
Then-First Lady Hillary Clinton spoke to the dead during seances, but refused to speak to Jesus Christ when her spiritual adviser suggested it, according to journalist Bob Woodward.
Hillary attempted to keep the rituals with adviser Jean Houston a secret during the Clinton administration, but they were later revealed in Woodward’s 1996 book The Choice.
According to Woodward:
“Talk with Jesus Christ, Houston proposed next. Jesus was the epitome of the wounded, betrayed and isolated, and Houston liked to quote his words in the Gospel of Thomas, ‘What you have within you that you express will save you, and what you have within you that you do not express will destroy you.’
That would be too personal, Hillary finally said, declining to address Jesus.”
Her refusal to speak to Christ is revealing given the latest Wikileaks revelations that her campaign staff attends satanic black magic rituals.

The Ocean City Crisis Coalition Cold Weather Shelter will hold the first of several volunteer training classes Saturday.
St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 10301 Coastal Hwy., which houses the Crisis Coalition Cold Weather Shelter, will conduct onsite training from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. this Saturday. If that’s not enough notice, another training session is planned for Monday, Nov. 7, with two more planned for Dec. 3 and 5.
Amy Morgan, St. Peter’s office manager, said the shelter is entering its third year of providing refuge for the homeless during extreme weather. She said the effort is a natural outgrowth of Pastor Gregg Knepp’s past experiences assisting low-income and homeless parishioners in Baltimore City.
In addition to St. Peter’s, the coalition also includes members of Atlantic United Methodist, 105 Fourth St., St. Paul’s By the Sea Episcopal, 302 Baltimore Ave., Ocean City Baptist Church, 102 N. Division St., St. Luke’s Catholic Church, 9903 Coastal Hwy., and First Presbyterian Church of Ocean City, 1301 Philadelphia Ave.
Morgan said the shelter provides a safe, warm haven for those without a roof over their heads during bad weather.

Secret Recordings Fueled Mutinous FBI Investigation of Clintons Despite DOJ Orders To "Stand Down"
It's looking increasingly like there is an ongoing mutiny underway within the FBI as the Wall Street Journal is reporting that, according to "officials at multiple agencies", FBI agents felt they had adequate evidence, including "secret recordings of a suspect talking about the Clinton Foundation", to pursue an investigation of the Clinton Foundation but were repeatedly obstructed by officials at the Department of Justice.
Secret recordings of a suspect talking about the Clinton Foundation fueled an internal battle between FBI agents who wanted to pursue the case and corruption prosecutors who viewed the statements as worthless hearsay, people familiar with the matter said.
The roots of the dispute lie in a disagreement over the strength of the case, these people said, which broadly centered on whether Clinton Foundation contributors received favorable treatment from the State Department under Hillary Clinton.
Senior officials in the Justice Department and the FBI didn’t think much of the evidence, while investigators believed they had promising leads their bosses wouldn’t let them pursue, they said.
Despite clear signals from the Justice Department to abandon the Clinton Foundation inquiries, many FBI agents refused to stand down. Then, earlier this year in February 2016, the FBI presented initial evidence at a meeting with Leslie Caldwell, the head of the DOJ's criminal division, after which agents were delivered a clear message that "we're done here." But, as the WSJ points out, DOJ became increasing frustrated with FBI agents that were "disregarding or disobeying their instructions" which subsequently prompted an emphatic "stand down" message from the DOJ to "all the offices involved."

Memo: Meetings With Bill Clinton Cost $100,000
A Clinton Foundation memo released by WikiLeaks on Friday suggests that one-on-one meetings with Bill Clinton cost participants upwards of $100,000.
The Dec. 7, 2012 memo is included in a batch of documents prepared in advance for a Clinton Foundation board meeting held several days later in New York City.
It shows that Joe Kiani, the founder of medical device maker Masimo, and Alex Karp, the CEO of software company Palantir Technologies, paid $140,000 and $100,000, respectively, for a “Meeting with WJC.”
WJC is William Jefferson Clinton. Hillary Clinton was serving as secretary of state when the memo was written.

Elementary students suspended for having Kool-Aid, sugar mixture called ‘happy crack’
DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — Some parents in Dorchester County are furious after nine students at Eagles Nest Elementary School were suspended for violating a school drug policy.
The problem parents say is the children weren't caught with drugs. They were accused of having sugar mixed with Kool-Aid in their possession.
ABC News 4 spoke with one parent Tuesday who said her child's infraction was reduced during an expulsion hearing at the district office. The child is now on a probationary status with the district and will be able to return to school Thursday.
"We called the school board, and they expedited the hearing to Tuesday," said one woman whose son was suspended. "So, today was the expulsion hearing. All the students were put up for expulsion for having Kool-Aid and sugar which was called "happy crack".
The woman said she didn't even know what "happy crack" was when school officials called her last week to say her son was being suspended.
"The way she called me, I thought my son died," she said. "She said there's this epidemic going on at school with happy crack. I Googled it. I'm like Kool-Aid and sugar, are you serious? I was appalled. I was floored. I really didn't think it would go to this extreme."

Dems trying to nudge Comey out at FBI after Clinton probe decision
Top Democrats are ratcheting up their criticism of FBI Director James Comey for going public with a decision to revisit the Hillary Clinton email probe days before the election, with a few even hinting they want him fired -- though President Obama has shown little indication he'd oblige right now.
Valerie Jarrett, Obama’s chief adviser, reportedly is among those who want Comey gone.
“Valerie argued that Comey was interfering deliberately in the election process and had to be stopped,” a source told The New York Post. The same source said Obama, though, is “worried about the consequences of taking such an action – the tsunami of outrage that would come his way, and possibly become a major footnote, or worse, in the history of the presidency.”
The outrage from Democrats in recent days has been matched by applause from Republicans, in a reversal from the summer -- when GOP lawmakers were grumbling about Comey's decision not to pursue charges in the Clinton case and Democrats praised Comey's professionalism.

"Well white men are a problem, straight white men are a big problem, that's for sure."
Hillary Clinton surrogate Lena Dunham produced a sickening sketch with her father where the two celebrate the “extinction” of “straight white men.”
The sketch, which she shared November 2nd on Twitter, begins with Lena asking her father, “How are you feeling about the extinction of white men?”
“Well white men are a problem, straight white men are a big problem, that’s for sure,” her father Carroll Dunham says. “But I actually feel pretty good about it.”

Judge denies claims against Harbeson garage
EDITOR'S NOTE: This is an update to an article we posted on October 15th. Click HERE to see the original article
A Chancery Court judge has denied all claims against a Harbeson man whose neighbors say he is operating an illegal car repair shop.
In an opinion released Nov. 4, Chancery Court Judge Sam Glasscock addressed what he referred to as “officious intermeddling” by neighbors of Charles Williams who filed suit asking that Williams’ garage be torn down because of violations with county and building codes.
In the judge’s latest opinion, he denied plaintiff’s request to tear down the garage and affirmed, as the judge did in a previous opinion, that Williams can use his garage for his auto repair hobby. The judge also said Williams is allowed to have ornamental signs on his property and denied the request by plaintiffs Robert Walker Jr., Margaret Foulke and John and Carol Kane for payment of their legal fees associated with the lawsuit.
The three sued Williams in 2014 saying Williams was operating a car repair shop out of his home, causing noise, heavy traffic and unpleasant odors that affected their way of life. They contended the garage was illegal and larger than Sussex County code allowed – violation of building codes, zoning codes and land-use policy.
Judge Glasscock said Delaware state code gives Sussex County authority on zoning and the county, in turn, hires a building inspector to determine whether building codes have been enforced. While acknowledging that the ceiling trusses or floor slope of Williams garage may not be up to code, Glasscock said the plaintiffs failed to prove how the garage has injured them. He also said state statute leaves enforcement of building codes to a county director of assessment. “I conclude no statutory standing exists with respect to enforcement of the building code as adopted by Sussex County,” he wrote. “To find, as the plaintiffs argue, that all property owners in Sussex County have standing to enforce the building code would, I fear, result in inefficient and pernicious litigation.”

Report: DOJ Tried Repeatedly To Kill FBI’s Clinton Foundation Investigation
A bombshell report from The Wall Street Journal
Senior-level Justice Department officials pushed back heavily on an ongoing FBI investigation of the Clinton Foundation, according to a bombshell report from The Wall Street Journal.
The newspaper laid out numerous examples, based on law enforcement sources, of senior DOJ officials intervening to quash the probe.
Prosecutors with the U.S. attorneys office in the Eastern District of New York — which Loretta Lynch led before taking over as attorney general last year — refused to allow FBI investigators probing the Clinton family charity to review emails found on devices turned over this year by two of Clinton’s lawyers during the separate investigation into the mishandling of classified information on Clinton’s private email system.
The rationale, according to The Journal, was that the devices were covered by partial immunity and limited-use agreements that the Clinton lawyers — Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson — agreed to with the DOJ. Information recovered from the laptops could only be used in the email investigation and not in others.

Maryland Falls Short At Critical Time For Women Politicians
WASHINGTON (AP) — After former Rep. Connie Morella was elected to the House in 1986, four out of 10 members of the Maryland congressional delegation were women.
Today, the number of women in Maryland’s congressional delegation is down to two — and after Tuesday’s balloting, it likely will be zero. Democratic Sen. Barbara Mikulski’s career as the longest-serving woman in Congress is set to be followed by Maryland’s first all-male congressional delegation since 1973.
“It’s shocking,” said Morella, a Republican who represented the state’s 8th District for 16 years, about the probability of no Maryland women on Capitol Hill.
Amie Hoeber and Delegate Kathy Szeliga, both Republicans, are the only women from either major party running for Congress in Maryland.

Will The FBI Email Investigation Shed New Light On The Lolita Express And Other Clinton Sex Scandals?
Information regarding Clinton ties to Jeffrey Epstein and “the Lolita Express” could be extremely explosive
Could it be possible that the newly discovered Clinton emails that the FBI is currently examining contain evidence of crimes other than just the mishandling of classified documents?
For years, there have been shocking allegations about the sexual behavior of both Bill and Hillary Clinton in the conservative media, but neither Bill nor Hillary has ever been convicted of a sexual crime. However, that may be about to change. There is nobody on the planet that has been closer to Hillary Clinton over the past decade than Huma Abedin, and now the FBI has their hands on approximately 650,000 emails that were stored on electronic devices owned by her and her estranged husband Anthony Weiner. Without a doubt, many of those emails will relate to the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified documents, but many of those emails will also be personal in nature. So what will the FBI learn about the Clinton sex scandals from those emails, and will that information be shared with the American public?
In particular, any information regarding Clinton ties to Jeffrey Epstein and “the Lolita Express” could be extremely explosive.

Bill Clinton: I Never Felt Sorrier For Anybody Than Melania Trump Because She’s Married To A Man Who Abuses Women
“Yesterday I never felt so bad for anybody in my life as I did for his wife (Melania Trump) going out giving a speech saying oh, cyber bullying was a terrible thing. I thought, yeah, especially if it’s done at 3:00 in the morning against the former Miss Universe by a guy running for President.”
I think Bill maybe just blocks his crimes out and that’s how he gets through his day. So he really believes he’s a good guy while Trump is an evil abuser of women for sending a tweet critical of Miss Universe, a known murderer and Mexican drug lord moll.

WSJ: FBI Criminal Investigation of Clinton Foundation Includes 'Secret Recordings'
Devlin Barrett and Christopher M. Matthewsreport in The Wall Street Journal on the latest revelation about the ongoing investigation of the Clinton Foundation.
From The Wall Street Journal:
Secret recordings of a suspect talking about the Clinton Foundation fueled an internal battle between FBI agents who wanted to pursue the case and corruption prosecutors who viewed the statements as worthless hearsay, people familiar with the matter said.
Agents, using informants and recordings from unrelated corruption investigations, thought they had found enough material to merit aggressively pursuing the investigation into the foundation that started in summer 2015 based on claims made in a book by a conservative author called “Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich,” these people said.
The account of the case and resulting dispute comes from interviews with officials at multiple agencies.

Conservative commentator Tucker Carlson is getting a nightly show on Fox News Channel
Conservative commentator Tucker Carlson is getting his own nightly program onFox News Channel starting Nov. 14, according to people familiar with the plan.
Carlson is taking over the 7 p.m. ET time period long held by Greta Van Susteren, who left earlier this year over a contract dispute. Fox News senior political analyst Brit Hume has filled in since Van Susteren’s departure in early September.
A Fox News spokesperson declined comment when asked about the plan for Carlson on Thursday. But word that the program is close to a done deal already is making its way around Washington circles.
Hume issued a congratulatory message to Carlson on Twitter.
Carlson will be the first major talent hire since former Fox News chairman Roger Ailes was forced out of the company over sexual harassment allegations.
His new program, which has not yet been titled, is the surest sign that there are no plans to move Fox News away from its effort to court viewers looking for conservative viewpoints.

Assange: Hillary's "Tormented" Ambition is Making Her Physically Sick
"I actually feel quite sorry for Clinton as a person"
Wikileaks’ Julian Assange asserts that Hillary Clinton’s own insatiable lust for power is the direct cause of her physical illness during a hard-hitting new interview set to air on Saturday.
“I actually feel quite sorry for Hillary Clinton as a person, because I see someone who is eaten alive by their ambitions, tormented literally to the point where they become sick – for example faint – as a result of going on, and going with their ambitions,” Assange told John Pilger.
The Wikileaks founder is making reference to the infamous incident on September 11 when Hillary was caught on camera collapsing, scenes that validated concerns about her health that the media had dismissed as “conspiracy theories” for months.

OC: Plumbing code talks snarl over housing types
The third time might have been the charm for attempts to revise Ocean City’s strict plumbing code, as the City Council finally found a change that a majority would support.
After a month-long recess, Planning and Zoning Director Bill Neville was back before the council and presented the new verbiage in an amendment to the plumbing code, even though it went against his and Chief Building Inspector Kevin Brown’s advice.
“Our primary recommendation is that it stays the same and it’s been time-tested and proven that the ordinance in effect is the best choice,” Neville told the council during Tuesday’s work session. “Our second recommendation is passing an ordinance with a set of changes.”
Originally, the council agreed to slightly alter the wording in the 2015 International Plumbing Code to allow property owners to make direct replacements without a permit. When it turned out that the exact opposite was enforced by the building staff, Councilman Wayne Hartman asked the council to revisit it back in September.

Americans Fleeing Expensive, Over-Taxed Metro Areas In Pursuit Of Affordability
Americans have apparently had enough of the excessive home prices, rents and taxes in large metropolitan areas like New York City, Los Angeles and San Francisco and are packing up and moving out by the 1,000s. Not surprisingly, these domestic migrants are flocking to areas with a lower cost of living, lower/no state income taxes, less regulations and higher job growth (aka "Red" states).
Not surprisingly, the dark areas on the map above seem to match perfectly with the dark areas on this map which indicate those with the highest state income tax rates.

Obama claims presidents have power to ‘violate’ Constitution
Actions by president challenged as in conflict with founding document
It’s no secret that President Obama and the U.S. Constitution have been at odds over the last eight years.
But while campaigning this week for Hillary Clinton, he let it slip that he, indeed, believes a president has the power to violate the Constitution.
He was in North Carolina, blasting Donald Trump for the 2005 video of the GOP candidate making remarks about women, reported Business Insider.
“If you disrespect women before you are elected president, you will disrespect women when you’re in office,” Obama said.
“Imagine what you’ll do when you actually have the power to violate the Constitution along those lines.”

The FBI, DOJ Made 'Lock Her Up' A Legitimate Political Slogan. Here's Why.
In the wake of new reports suggesting that the Clinton Foundation may be targeted for indictment by an FBI investigation, and that Hillary Clinton’s private email server was hacked no less than five times by foreign intelligence agencies, the 2016 Democratic nominee was asked whether she would fire current FBI director James Comey if she were elected president. Here was her answer:
I’m not going to either get ahead of myself by assuming I’ll be fortunate enough to be elected. That’s really up to you and your listeners. People have to turn out or nothing that I’m going to be proposing will come into reality. But I also would never comment on any kind of personnel issue.

Doug Band Warning: Chelsea "Conducting An Internal Investigation" Of Foundation And Shared With A "Bush 43 Kid"
Two days ago we wrote about a mutiny of CHAI management against the Clinton Foundation after they grew weary of donors' complaints about conflicts of interest...apparently donors weren't happy contributing money to the Clinton Foundation for their AIDS/HIV work only to find out later that the money never actually made it to the Clinton Health Initiative but instead stayed within the Clinton Foundation.
And, of course, the 2011/2012 feud between Doug Band and Chelsea Clinton is also something we've covered at great length (see here and here).
Now, today's WikiLeaks dump reveals yet another gem in the Doug/Chelsea saga which draws in one of the "Bush 43 kids."
I just received a call from a close friend of wjcs who said that cvc told one of the bush 43 kids that she is conducting an internal investigation of money within the foundation from cgi to the foundation
The bush kid then told someone else who then told an operative within the republican party
