White House Warns of EMP Attacks On U.S.
The Trump administration is taking steps to protect the United States from electro-magnetic pulse events, or EMPs, a type of event that can occur naturally but that has also been weaponized by nations seeking to cripple the country's critical infrastructure.
"An electromagnetic pulse (EMP) has the potential to disrupt, degrade, and damage technology and critical infrastructure systems," the White House writes in the new executive order. "Human-made or naturally occurring EMPs can affect large geographic areas, disrupting elements critical to the Nation's security and economic prosperity, and could adversely affect global commerce and stability."
"It is the policy of the United States to prepare for the effects of EMPs through targeted approaches that coordinate whole-of-government activities and encourage private-sector engagement," the order states. "The Federal Government must provide warning of an impending EMP; protect against, respond to, and recover from the effects of an EMP through public and private engagement, planning, and investment; and prevent adversarial events through deterrence, defense, and nuclear nonproliferation efforts."

VIDEO: PROJECT VERITAS INTERVIEWS VICTIMS OF VOTER FRAUD
Newly released undercover footage from Project Veritas shows Florida voters bewildered upon learning their names were used to vote in multiple elections the state of New York.
All of the victims in the video moved to Florida from New York state years ago.
The first man interviewed, Kevin Michael Robinson, says he moved from New York to Florida five years ago and hasn’t voted there since.
“Yeah, someone’s voting with my name in New York… I haven’t voted in New York, I mean let’s face it, I was what, 25, 26 when I moved out here…” Robinson said.
Robinson is concerned that voter rolls show he voted in person in New York in 2018 and 2013, saying, “I care. I care… I mean, of course I have concerns if it’s showing that I’m voting in New York, [be]cause I know I don’t vote in New York.”

Report: Michael Avenatti Stiffed Paraplegic Man out of $4 Million Settlement
Michael Avenatti has been accused of improperly keeping a $4 million personal injury settlement payout away from a paraplegic man, a Los Angeles court heard.
The embattled attorney, 48, was also alleged to have hid almost $1 million from creditors, a hearing was told on Friday.
The news comes as Avenatti was charged with wire and bank fraud on Monday, with federal authorities saying he attempted to extract more than $20 million from Nike.
The hearing held at federal court came as part of Avenatti's former legal partner Jason Frank's case against his old colleague.
According to a court judgment, Avenatti owes Frank $10 million in unpaid profits from his former law firm Eagan Avenatti, sending his firm into bankruptcy proceedings.

Massive caravan on 'illegal immigration superhighway'
For most people, the pain of mass illegal immigration has been abstract.
That’s about to change.
Anyone crossing the U.S.-Mexico border could end up stuck in longer lines as officers are pulled from the land ports of entry and deployed to help the Border Patrol transport, feed and see to the medical needs of the tens of thousands of people streaming illegally into the U.S. each week.
Mexican officials warn of another caravan of 20,000 migrants preparing to shoot north, hoping to take advantage of the lax enforcement in both Mexico and lenient policies in the U.S. About 100,000 immigrants responding to those incentives have been nabbed at the border in March alone.
“The result is an illegal immigration superhighway that’s flowing through Mexico,” one senior Homeland Security Department official told The Washington Times.
By now, the nature of the border problem is clear: Families and children, assisted by drug smuggling cartels, have figured out how to exploit loopholes in federal law to gain a foothold in the U.S. They are coming in larger numbers and poorer health, and Homeland Security says it has reached the breaking point.
Plans call for as many as 750 officers to be re-deployed, and one Homeland Security official told The Washington Times that as many as 2,500 Homeland Security staffers could eventually be pulled from across the department to help out.
The re-deployed staff will be put to work transporting, processing and watching the migrants who need medical care. Border Patrol agents already are spending as much as 40 percent of their duty time performing those tasks.

WAYNE ALLYN ROOT: The Democrats’ Plan is Pure Evil
How do you define evil?
Eric Holder, Obama’s former Attorney General, just days ago asked Trump voters (like me), “Exactly when did you think America was great?”
My definition of “great” is economic freedom. Allowing citizens to earn more money, enjoy a high quality of life, protect their families, without massive government interference, or confiscation of their hard-earned money. That’s what makes us the greatest nation in world history. Economic freedom.
We’ve tried it Holder’s way, without economic freedom. Obama tried to tax and regulate us to death. It didn’t work. The GDP (economic growth) for President Obama’s entire eight years was equal to the Great Depression decade of the 1930’s. Worse, Obama was the only president in history to never achieve even one year of GDP over 3%. Worse yet, welfare, food stamps and disability were all at the highest levels in history. Worst of all, Obama covered up all this economic misery with insane spending- he increased the national debt more than all the presidents in history COMBINED.

Britain's Version Of 'Medicare For All' Is Struggling With Long Waits For Care
Nearly a quarter of a million British patients have been waiting more than six months to receive planned medical treatment from the National Health Service, according to a recent report from the Royal College of Surgeons. More than 36,000 have been in treatment queues for nine months or more.
Long waits for care are endemic to government-run, single-payer systems like the NHS. Yet some U.S. lawmakers want to import that model from across the pond. That would be a massive blunder.
Consider how long it takes to get care at the emergency room in Britain. Government data show that hospitals in England only saw 84.2% of patients within four hours in February. That's well below the country's goal of treating 95% of patients within four hours -- a target the NHS hasn't hit since 2015.

Nielsen: US Rushing Officers to Mexico Border
The Trump administration will speed up the deployment of hundreds of officers on the southern border of the United States and will dramatically expand a policy of returning migrants seeking asylum to Mexico, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen said on Monday.
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency first announced the redeployment of 750 officers to process a surge of migrant families entering the United States last week.
In a written statement, Nielsen said she had ordered CBP Commissioner Kevin McAleenan to undertake "emergency surge operations" and immediately speed up the reassignment.
CBP also has the authority to raise the number of redeployed personnel past 750, and will notify Nielsen if they plan to reassign more than 2,000 officers.
The agency will also "immediately expand" a policy to return Central American migrants to Mexico as they wait for their asylum claims to be heard by "hundreds of additional migrants per day above current rates," Nielsen said.
That would be a dramatic expansion of the policy, dubbed the Migrant Protection Protocols, put in place in January. As of March 26, approximately 370 migrants had been returned to Mexico, a Mexican official told Reuters last week.

RANKING MEMBER JIM JORDAN’S STATEMENT ON CHAIRMAN CUMMINGS’S RECKLESS USE OF WHISTLEBLOWER INFORMATION
WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH), Ranking Member of the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, released the following statement on Chairman Cummings’s :
“Historically, investigations and oversight related to the security clearance process have been conducted in a bipartisan fashion. This was the case when we looked at these issues in the wake of Edward Snowden’s leak and how the shooter at Navy Yard obtained a clearance. It is extremely unfortunate and disappointing that Chairman Cummings is now using this sensitive topic as a pretense for a partisan attack on the White House. Chairman Cummings’ investigation is not about restoring integrity to the security clearance process, it is an excuse to go fishing through the personal files of dedicated public servants. The process by which this matter has so far progressed has been anything but fair. The interview of Ms. Newbold was conducted on a Saturday morning at 8:30am and Republicans on the Committee were not informed of the interview’s topic or witness until 3:30 the day before, leaving little to no time to prepare. Furthermore, the memo mischaracterizes the information shared by Ms. Newbold. For instance, the twenty-five examples of overruled recommendations by Ms. Newbold heralded by the Democrats include non-political officials such as a GSA custodian.
Chairman Cummings has departed from longstanding bipartisan oversight of the security clearance process to advance his partisan efforts to attack the President. His unilateral decision to release cherry-picked excerpts from one witness so early into an investigation is far from the constructive oversight he promised.”

Opinion: New $15 minimum wage raises hard issues left out of debate
By Richard D. Douglas
For MarylandReporter.com
Here is a question for the Maryland General Assembly: Will Maryland’s higher minimum wage also create pressure to increase Davis-Bacon and other regional wage schedules? How will that affect the state’s construction budgets and Maryland taxation?
Several possible consequences of the General Assembly’s decision to hike Maryland’s minimum wage to $15 over Governor Hogan’s veto have been left out of the public debate, at least so far. Here are thoughts on a few of them.
The Maryland General Assembly’s rush to $15 will probably increase business demand for strategies to classify more Maryland workers as independent contractors (“IRS Form 1099 workers”) instead of employees (“IRS Form W-2 workers”). Why?
Because businesses are not obliged to pay the $15 hourly wage to 1099 workers. Many businesses will be forced by the new minimum wage to beat the bushes for ways to stay profitable, and indeed, to stay in business at all. 1099 workers may be an attractive option.

The Latest Scheme To Turn Gun Owners Into Criminals
Gun-owners, they are coming: on March 21, a Fredericksburg man was prosecuted and convicted of the misdemeanor crime of merely holding a B.B. gun in public. I know because I was in the trial, as the attorney defending Mr. Wolff.
The Second Amendment protects the right to keep and bear arms. However, gun control activists are trying to criminalize gun ownership. Their next step is that you are a criminal if you take a gun out in public. If they have to let you own a gun, you can't ever take it out of its case.
Liberals continue to try to criminalize private ownership of guns, despite losing a key battle in District of Columbia v. Heller, 128 S.Ct. 2783, 2820–2821, 171 L.Ed.2d 637, (2008). Unlike conservatives, left-wingers never quit. They intend to win the war eventually and disarm the American people.
Now they claim that it is illegal to "open carry" a firearm. The mere existence of a gun if anyone else is around now has become the crime of "brandishing" and/or "assault" (which means frightening people, contrary to popular misunderstanding) or both.

GM Executives Closed Ohio Plant Despite Concessions from U.S. Workers
Executives at General Motors (GM) closed the Lordstown, Ohio, assembly plant last month — resulting in the immediate layoff of about 1,600 American workers — despite major concessions from the United Auto Workers (UAW), new details reveal.
Last month, GM CEO Mary Barra closed the Lordstown plant, a decision expected to result in the layoff of more than 8,000 American workers in the area, and allegedly blamed the UAW for the plant’s closure in a phone conversation with President Trump.
“Just spoke to Mary Barra, CEO of General Motors about the Lordstown Ohio plant … I asked her to sell it or do something quickly. She blamed the UAW Union — I don’t care, I just want it open!” Trump wrote on Twitter.
New details from Bloomberg News reveal a very different story. Documents note that the UAW agreed to make nearly $120 million a year in concessions to keep the Lordstown plant open in 2017 and were stunned by the announcement in late 2018 that the Lordstown plant would eventually close.
Dan Morgan, shop chairman of UAW Local 1112, detailed the concessions to Bloomberg News that GM workers at the Lordstown plant were willing and ready to make before Barra decided to close the plant altogether.
“Everything they asked us to do, we did,” Morgan said. “And still, we don’t have a product to build.”

Hollywood's elite threatens Georgia boycott over abortion ban as other states try to poach business
Members of Hollywood's elite have banded together to urge Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp to veto the state's controversial "heartbeat bill," a piece of legislation that would effectively prohibit women from seeking an abortion after six weeks of pregnancy. Meanwhile, the governors of Pennsylvania and New Jersey have jumped at the opportunity to lure Georgia's entertainment business by advertising their own tax incentives and pro-abortion rights laws.
A petition started by Alyssa Milano, who's currently in Atlanta shooting for the Netflix show "Insatiable," was signed by more than 100 celebrities, including Amy Schumer, Alec Baldwin and Judd Apatow. Milano wrote that if the bill passed, "we cannot in good conscience continue to recommend our industry remain in Georgia."
The Writers Guilds of America, East and West wrote in a letter shared on Twitter that they "urge Gov. Kemp to veto the bill."
The letter from the Guilds also noted that if members were to boycott filming in Georgia, "the cost would be most deeply felt by the residents of Georgia — including those who directly work in the film and television industry, and those who benefit from the many millions of dollars it pours into the local economy."

Auntie Maxine: It was 'correct thing' for Smollett charges to be dropped
Rep. Maxine Waters said she’s happy the charges against Jussie Smollett were dropped and hopes the “Empire” star can continue his career despite sparking national outrage for allegedly perpetrating a race hoax.
“It’s the correct thing that the charges were dropped,” Ms. Waters, a California Democrat, told “Extra” at the NAACP Image Awards.
“First of all, we probably will never know all of the details,” she said. “We’ve heard a lot of information. No one was hurt — that is, physically, killed, shot — he never committed a crime before, he forfeited the bail and it’s this kind of situation where they close the case all over the country every day.”

Fentanyl ban in China to expand to all drugs related to the killer synthetic opioid
Beijing -- China said Monday it would soon begin regulating all fentanyl-related drugs as a class of controlled substances. The change has long been pushed for by U.S. officials, including President Trump, as a way to stem the flow of lethal opioids from China.
The sweeping change in the way China regulates drugs that mimic fentanyl takes effect May 1 and could help end the game of regulatory whack-a-mole with chemists who can manufacture novel opioids faster than they can be banned. It could also facilitate prosecutions of opioid merchants in China, who until now have skirted the law by manufacturing and exporting fentanyl variants that were technically legal in China.
"We firmly believe that listing the entire class of fentanyl substances will completely block the loopholes that enable law breakers to evade punishment by simply modifying one or several atoms, functional groups or other groups," said Liu Yuejin, vice-commissioner of China's National Narcotics Control Commission. "It will effectively prevent the massive abuse of fentanyl substances and illegal drug trafficking and smuggling activities, and contribute to global drug control with China's wisdom and power."

Trump ‘saving’ Judge Amy Coney Barrett to replace Ginsburg: report
Judge Amy Coney Barrett, a conservative stalwart, is rumored to be President Trump’s pick for the Supreme Court should Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat become available, according to an Axios report that cited close confidants of the president.
Barrett, 46, was considered to replace Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy last year, but the president said he was “saving her for Ginsburg,” the report said.
Trump reportedly told people "I'm saving her for Ginsburg" as recently as two days before he nominated Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, according to Axios. The report could not be independently verified by Fox News, but Barrett has been mentioned as a favorite by Trump in the past.
Trump advisers were concerned that Barrett, who staunchly opposes abortion, would alienate GOP moderates like Sens. Susan Collins, R-Maine, and Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, the report said. They were also confident that Republicans would maintain their control of the Senate and nominating another conservative judge to the Supreme Court wouldn’t be necessary at the time, the report said.

‘Exactly When Did You Think America Was Great?’ Says Eric Holder. Here Is the Answer.
There’s no doubt that one of the flashpoints of the modern culture war in America is the debate over our nation’s history.
On one side, there are Americans who believe that the United States is a unique country, a shining city upon a hill that while flawed, has been exceptional from the beginning.
On the other side is a growing bloc of Americans who believe America was rotten from its conception, its history worthy of both figuratively and now literally destroying, and that its only hope is in some kind of fundamental transformation to purge it of its past sins and injustices.
In simpler terms, it’s a battle of gratitude vs. grievance.

Senate ready to speed up confirming judges over objections from Democrats
Senate Republicans this week are poised to make good on a months long threat to change the rules in order to speed up confirming President Trump’s judicial nominees.
A vote to advance a measure could take place as early as Tuesday and comes after months of delay tactics employed by Senate Democrats eager to slow Trump’s effort to seat new federal judges.
The Senate rules change would slash debate time from 30 hours to two hours for district court judges as well as sub-Cabinet level executive branch nominees.
Republicans, who control the majority, plan to advance the rules change with 51 votes, a move that would block Democrats from filibustering the change in what many consider to be a “nuclear option” maneuver.
Democrats oppose the change, even though it mirrors a bipartisan deal approved temporarily under the Democratic majority in the 113th Congress.
Democrats say cutting debate time will limit their ability to carefully consider Trump administration nominees who deserve extra scrutiny.

The mom upset over leggings at Notre Dame was right
If you've heard about the Notre Dame leggings debate, you know about Maryann White, the concerned mother of four boys who wrote a letter to the editor for the school's newspaper, The Observer, about the leggings young women wear today, particularly at mass. Here's a portion of what she wrote:
"I wonder why no one thinks it’s strange that the fashion industry has caused women to voluntarily expose their nether regions in this way. I was ashamed for the young women at Mass. I thought of all the other men around and behind us who couldn’t help but see their behinds. My sons know better than to ogle a woman’s body — certainly when I’m around (and hopefully, also when I’m not). They didn’t stare, and they didn’t comment afterwards. But you couldn’t help but see those blackly naked rear ends. I didn’t want to see them — but they were unavoidable. How much more difficult for young guys to ignore them."
For writing her letter — and by the way, White deserves credit for not submitting her letter anonymously — White was lambasted in the media and elsewhere. For two days, Notre Dame students wore leggings in a show of group defiance. There was also a #leggingsdayND hashtag on Twitter with women, and even men, posting pictures of themselves in solidarity with students who choose to wear leggings.
Yet, Maryann White was right. Of course wearing leggings sexualizes women's bodies. So do high heels. So do tank tops worn in the manner I saw this past weekend, when I had difficulty focusing on the face of the waitress who served my husband and me. Her breasts and her cleavage were so purposefully accentuated that my eyes naturally gravitated in that direction.
And if my eyes gravitate to whatever a woman wants me to notice, you can bet a man's eyes will. That was the point of White's letter. She's 100% correct that men are visual creatures, much more so than women.
Coincidentally, I've just completed the manuscript for my new book, due out later this year, that I co-authored with Syracuse Anthropology Professor John Townsend.
Here are a couple paragraphs from chapter two:

2017 JUSSIE SMOLLETT MUSIC VIDEO FEATURED A FAKE TRUMP, A NOOSE AND ‘ALTERNATIVE FACTS’
Smollett’s video, titled “F.U.W.” for “F**ked Up World,” explored themes of perceived racial bias and human rights abuses from Dakota Access Pipeline and Standing Rock to the water crisis in Flint, Michigan.
The lyrics were clearly aimed at the fake Trump, who made an appearance early on:
The actor, who claimed he was attacked in Chicago in late January, alleged that his attackers yelled, “This is MAGA country!” as they poured bleach on him and wrapped a noose around his neck. He later said on “Good Morning America” that he believed he had been targeted because of his activism “against 45.”

House Democrat declares herself 'proud capitalist' and rejects AOC vision
A House Democrat sounded off Tuesday against members of her own party who have embraced socialist policies over the last few years.
"I am offended by this whole conversation about socialism," said Rep. Stephanie Murphy, D-Fla. "The idea that in the greatest democracy, the greatest capitalist system in the world, we’re having casual conversation about socialism, offends me."
Murphy, speaking at the Baker-Hostetler conference in Washington, declared herself a "proud capitalist" in front of the 150 attendees. She did not name any of her colleagues. Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., are two prominent lawmakers who have touted socialist policies.
"It is the system that built us the greatest nation and the greatest economy in the world. Sure, we have to fix the inequities that exist in our system. We have to make sure everybody, no matter what zip code they're born in, has a fair shot," Murphy said. "But it is not the moment to undo the whole system and embrace something that Americans have spent blood and treasure fighting to save other countries from."
Murphy, the first Vietnamese American woman in Congress, said her disdain for socialism is a result of growing up in a country that adhered to that style of government. She immigrated as a refuge to the U.S. with her family as a baby.

Americans Can't Afford To Buy A Home In 70% Of The Country
Even at a time of low interest rates and rising wages, Americans simply can’t afford a home in more than 70% of the country, according to CBS. Out of 473 US counties that were analyzed in a recent report, 335 listed median home prices were more than what average wage earners could afford. According to the report from ATTOM Data Solutions, these counties included Los Angeles and San Diego in California, as well as places like Maricopa County in Arizona.
New York City claimed the largest share of a person's income to purchase a home. While on average, earners nationwide needed to spend only about 33% of their income on a home, residents in Brooklyn and Manhattan need to shell out more than 115% of their income. In San Francisco this number is about 103%. Homes were found to be affordable in places like Chicago, Houston and Philadelphia.
This news is stunning because homes are considerably more affordable today than they were a year ago. Although prices are rising in many areas, they are also falling in places like Manhattan. Unaffordability in the market has been the result of slower home building and owners staying in their homes longer. Both have reduced the supply of homes in the market.
And the market may continue to create better conditions for buyers. Affordability could improve because of the fact that homes are out of reach for so many seekers, according to Todd Teta, chief product officer at ATTOM Data Solutions. Today’s market is also more affordable than it was a decade ago, before the crisis. Home prices were about the same prior to the crisis, even though income adjusted for inflation was lower.

DHS sending hundreds more migrants back to Mexico daily due to 'worsening' border situation
Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen on Monday said the department will begin forcing more Central American migrants seeking asylum to remain in Mexico while their proceedings take place as the situation at the southern border worsens.
“The crisis at our border is worsening, and DHS will do everything in its power to end it,” Nielsen said in a statement. “We will not stand idly by while Congress fails to act yet again, so all options are on the table."
Nielsen is expanding the Migrant Protection Protocols, which was set in place in December. MPP, or the "Return to Mexico" policy, mandates those who wish to apply for asylum at a port of entry must return to Mexico and wait there while their case moves through the immigration court system.

Law firm calls for US investigation after Chick-fil-A gets banned from San Antonio airport
A religious liberty-focused law firm is calling for an investigation into San Antonio's decision to ban Chick-fil-A from opening up a new location at the city's international airport.
On Thursday, the First Liberty Institute sent a letter to Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao alleging that "religious discrimination" may have been made by members of the City Council of San Antonio during discussions to block the restaurant chain from the revamped Texas airport.
Chick-fil-A was initially included in plans to add over 10,000 square feet of new restaurants and businesses to Terminal A in the airport. The plans were made between the council and Paradies Lagardère, a travel retailer and restaurateur that works with more than 100 airports.

Breakout Box Office Hit: Pro-Life Film 'Unplanned' Edges Out 'Captain Marvel' In Key Screening Stat
Despite intense media opposition, an "R" rating from the MPAA, and big tech censorship, pro-life film "Unplanned" is wildly outperforming expectations at the box office.
The biopic — which details Planned Parenthood defector Abby Johnson's dramatic journey from abortion mouthpiece to pro-life crusader — has taken in an estimated $6,110,000 this weekend, expected to become the #5 movie at the box office.
The film was projected to bring in less than half of what it's generated thus far.

House GOP Pushes for Floor Vote on Born Alive Act
Republicans are maneuvering to give an abortion survivors protection bill a floor vote in the Democrat-controlled House.
GOP leaders will file a discharge petition to force a vote on the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act on April 2 in an effort to force a vote after Democrats have refused to bring it out of committee. Minority Whip Rep. Steve Scalise (R., La.) is spearheading the effort to gain the 218 votes needed to accomplish that goal. That would require the support of his entire caucus, as well as 21 Democrats. Scalise acknowledged that the maneuver is rarely used, but said it was necessary given the embrace of "radical abortion" positions advancing in blue states, such as New York.
"This is one tool we have, especially as the minority party, to try to bring very important and critical legislation to a vote," he told the Washington Free Beacon. "There is momentum already starting to build … we already have heard from some Democrats and there's been a lot of interest from the pro-life community."
The bill would force abortionists and medical personnel to provide care to infants who survive the procedure and are born alive. Bills in the House and Senate emerged following public outcry when Virginia's Democratic governor Ralph Northam endorsed allowing babies to die on the table if doctors did not receive permission from mothers to care for them. Scalise called the practice "barbaric" and recent late-term abortion legislation in New York has "alarmed people all across the country."

Trump says he is undoing Bill Clinton law that was 'devastating' for blacks
President Trump announced Monday the First Step Act had undone a policy of former President Bill Clinton that had "devastated" African Americans.
The First Step Act, a bipartisan piece of legislation that looks to reform the criminal justice system, was signed into law in December. It passed the House 358-36 and the Senate by an 87-12 vote.
The act reverses sentencing provisions that were put in place in the 1990sduring Clinton’s administration. Trump said those laws disproportionately affected the African American community, celebrating the First Step Act for undoing those provisions.

Ilhan Omar Investigated Over Alleged Personal Use of Campaign Funds
Freshman Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar will soon hear the results of an investigation that took place quietly over recent months and which looked into her potential campaign-finance violations, according to a Sinclair report Monday.
Minnesota state representative Steve Drazkowski, a Republican, filed two complaints against the now-congresswoman last year alleging that she had misused around $6,000 in campaign funds during her time as a state lawmaker.
Drazkowsk's first complaint alleged Omar had used the campaign funds to pay for legal fees for her divorce attorney. Drazkowski's second complaint alleged Omar had used campaign funds to pay for out-of-state travel to Estonia and Massachusetts.
