A crazy scene unfolded during yet another day of mayhem in Los Angeles. A couple of shop owners in Van Nuys were guarding their store with shotguns, with the help of a few neighbors. Would-be looters pulled up and started getting out of their cars, only to be confronted by the guys with the shotguns.
A third friend of the shop owners can be seen reaching for a handgun. After a short standoff, some of the looters left, while others started to venture into a nearby strip mall.
And it was all caught on Fox 11 cameras.
Police can be seen going up and down the road, but they don’t bother stopping at the scene for several minutes. The news woman is trying to get the attention of the police. Police eventually show up, half of them chase after the looters, the other half detain the shop owners and their friends. One cop comes storming in with his AR15 drawn on the guys with the shotguns, likely unaware of the full scope of the situation.

US DOJ Claps Back at Rogue and Corrupt Judge Emmet Sullivan: “We’re the Prosecutors Here, Not You!” (VIDEO)
The Barr Justice Department dropped its case against General Mike Flynn last month after bombshell documents were released that proved Flynn was framed by Comey’s FBI.
But the Clinton-appointed Judge Emmet Sullivan made a shocking, political move to delay justice for General Mike Flynn.
Judge Sullivan extended the case by soliciting amicus briefs to allow for public comment on Flynn’s criminal case.
Judge Sullivan also appointed retired Clinton appointee judge John Gleeson to argue against the government’s motion to dismiss the charge against Flynn!
This is unheard of!

President Trump addressed the Nation
President Trump was appalled last week by the tragic killing of Minnesota resident George Floyd. Together, thousands of Americans spoke out against this injustice and sought to make their voices heard through peaceful, lawful protest.
Then, what should have been a solemn moment of national reflection was upended by some of the worst elements of society.
Here is what President Trump just told the Nation:
My Administration is fully committed that for George and his family, justice will be served. He will not have died in vain. But we cannot allow the righteous cries of peaceful protesters to be drowned out by an angry mob.
Innocent people of have been savagely beaten, like the young man in Dallas, Texas, who was left dying on the street. Or the woman in upstate New York, viciously attacked by dangerous thugs. Small business owners have seen their dreams utterly destroyed. New York’s Finest have been hit in the face with bricks. Brave nurses, who have battled the virus, are afraid to leave their homes. A police precinct station has been overrun. Here in the nation’s capital, the Lincoln Memorial and the World War Two Memorial have been vandalized. One of our most historic churches was set ablaze. A federal officer in California, an African-American enforcement hero, was shot and killed.
These are not acts of peaceful protest. These are acts of domestic terror.
Violence against any American will never be tolerated. Tonight, President Trump announced executive actions to stop the rioting and restore safety to our cities.
First, he recommended every Governor deploy the National Guard and establish an overwhelming law enforcement presence until the violence has been quelled. If a city or state refuses to take action, then the U.S. Military will be deployed.
The President also announced decisive action to protect Washington, D.C., and our cherished national monuments. “As we speak, I am dispatching thousands and thousands of heavily armed soldiers, military personnel, and law enforcement officers to stop the rioting, looting, vandalism, assaults, and the wanton destruction of property.”
Every rioter and instigator will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Organizers of violence and terror will face lengthy and severe criminal penalties.
“I take these actions today with firm resolve, and with a true and passionate love for our country. By far our greatest days lie ahead.”

President Trump Blames ‘Antifa and the Radical Left’ for Riots
President Donald Trump said on Saturday that leftist organizations such as Antifa are responsible for the widespread rioting and looting on Friday after the death of George Floyd.
“It’s ANTIFA and the Radical Left. Don’t lay the blame on others!” Trump wrote on Twitter.
The president asserted that the violent protesters had nothing to do with protests of Floyd’s death after he was detained by police officers.
“These are ‘Organized Groups’ that have nothing to do with George Floyd,” Trump wrote. “Sad!”
Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz announced Saturday he will activate the full National Guard to respond to the looting, rioting, and violence in Minneapolis after the city was overrun on Friday night.

Give Up Your Guns Because Democrats Will Totally Protect You
Watching the Minneapolis Police Department abandon its precinct to the torch and crowbar-wielding peaceful protesters in that Democrat-run state and city, my first thought was that I should disarm. After all, I have been reliably informed by our smart and competent elite betters that I don’t need firearms because the police will protect me, and I am sure that even though they can’t defend their own police station they will absolutely defend me, my family, and our pet unicorn Chet.
Confusingly, I have also been reliably informed that the police are evil monsters of racism and badness and that they should be the only ones with guns because of reasons that I am not clear on, but I do know that our smart and competent elite betters know better. If you have any doubts about that, just look at the urban paradise that is progressive Minneapolis. I hear the zoo has a new unicorn exhibit.
But hey, what do you expect of a place that elects noted sister-wife Ilhan Omar?
Now, if I was cynical, I might doubt both the intentions and the competence of the Democrat elite and its media minions, who stood in front of burning and looted buildings solemnly informing us that the people contributing to the conflagration were socially-conscious activists registering their dissatisfaction with the Democratic city’s policing tactics by stealing big screen Vizios and bottles of Jack Daniels. There was a lot of giddy joy in the destruction among the blue check nomenklatura, at least until the peaceful protestors tried to peacefully burn down CNN and turn Tater Stelter into a French fry. Violence is so much more fun when it’s not you being violated.

BREAKING NEWS: Delaware To Enter Phase 2 June 15; Restaurants Can Then Welcome 60% Inside Capacity
From The Dispatch
In what was a surprise to many today, Delaware Gov. John Carney announced major changes ahead for the first state, including entering phase two of the state's recovery plan effective June 15. Restaurants, retail stores, meeting spaces and convention centers will be able to operate at 60% capacity at that time, up from the current 30% that took effect Monday. Indoor gathering limits will cap at 50 on June 15. Salons, barber shops, tattoo parlors, nail care and massage therapists will be able to open at 30% occupancy effective June 15.
Publishers Notes: It's nice to see a professional Governor make such an announcement so businesses that have been closed have enough time to stock up, hire staff and reopen. Maybe Hogan can learn a little something from Carney. Come on Hogan, get off your lazy ass and let's get moving, we want to go back to work.
Beijing Retaliates: Trade Deal On Verge Of Collapse As China Halts Some US Farm Imports
Veteran traders couldn't help but laugh when they checked US equity futures last night and saw that - as some probably had suspected they might - Dow futures were tracking for a 100-point jump at the open. With so much emergency liquidity still sloshing around the financial system, it seemed the most near-term risk many could fathom was a probable spike in new coronavirus infections in the coming weeks, hardly an imminent, overnight risk.
But the ramp quickly faded after a Bloomberg report hit according to which showing Beijing had just given the US-China 'Phase 1' trade deal - which has been essentially moribund for weeks now even though President Trump spared it on Friday - one more 'kick', reminding investors where the real near-term macro risk lies: That is, the light-speed "decoupling" of the world's two largest economies.
Spare us the commentary about how markets are more concerned with these trifles than the looting-and-burning-and-pillaging unfolding across the US - we warned investors about these risks last night. It appears investors are only just waking up to them, however.

Michigan Democrat Party Chair: ‘If You Support Donald Trump, You Are a Racist’
The chairwoman of the Michigan Democrat Party (MDP) condemned all supporters of Donald Trump as “racist” during a Sunday tirade.
On the same day rioters attacked businesses and even Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s office building in downtown Lansing, MDP chair Lavora Barnes smeared Trump’s backers.
In a statement titled, “The Time for Silence is Over,” Barnes warned the tactics Democrats are using do not “seem to be working” before she attacked Trump’s supporters.
“If you support Donald Trump, you are a racist. Here is where it gets tricky and uncomfortable,” she said.
“Donald Trump is a racist, and if being a racist is not a dealbreaker for you, you are the reason Black people are being murdered for being Black.”
Barnes claimed it “is time to challenge, time to have uncomfortable conversations with people that are not ready to have them. It is time to risk some friendships, time to make waves at work, time to recognize that we are past politics now.”
She proposed a new system of justice:
Here is what I want to see: I want the economic oppression of Black communities to stop, including holding the oppressors accountable. I want meaningful criminal justice reform. And I want law enforcement to actually do their jobs and prosecute hate crimes, and when law enforcement participates in racist conduct I want them held accountable — not by the prosecutors and colleagues they work with every day, but by an independent body, that they hold no sway over.

Here Are All The NYC Restaurants That Have Permanently Closed During The Coronavirus Crisis
In a world where hotels and restaurants already face a dismal future, a new study has found that nearly two-thirds of publicly traded restaurants are at risk of bankruptcy as the Covid-19 pandemic batters the industry. The odds of failure are even higher for small companies and restaurants that specialize in dine-in, consulting firm Aaron Allen & Associates said in an analysis. It identified Bloomin’ Brands, Potbelly and Chili’s owner Brinker International Inc. among those at greater risk according to Bloomberg.
"It’s really the full-service model that’s in the biggest danger," principal Aaron Allen said. "Some of those that are in casual dining - a lot of those had already been bleeding cash, bleeding locations."
And while Americans are starting to tentatively venture out again, and restaurants are seeing a modest rebound from rock bottom according to OpenTable data...
... the dining recovery may be slow with unemployment on the rise, cautious spending and also ongoing concerns about health and safety. This leaves the restaurant industry - already upended by broad stay-at-home orders that led to sharp declines in restaurant sales - facing a bleak future.
One of the biggest challenges restaurants face, according to the study, is convincing Americans that it’s safe to dine in. TGI Friday’s is taking unusual steps to lure customers in, including renting party tents to expand dining space to parking lots. "When people are eating outside they feel much safer," CEO Ray Blanchette said in an interview. Some of their stores in southern states already have patios, he said.
The difference between the restaurants that survive and those that don’t may come down to which can make customers feel most comfortable, according to Katherine Miller, vice president of impact at the James Beard Foundation.
"People are going to return to places that they trust first,” she said in an email. “Mostly trust to keep them safe."

Trump claims victory as Texas Supreme Court rules lack of coronavirus immunity doesn't qualify as disability requiring mail-in ballot
The Texas Supreme Court has ruled that lack of immunity to the coronavirus does not qualify as a physical disability granting people the right to vote by mail.
Chief Justice Nathan Hecht was joined by six other justices on the nine-seat court, who ruled that contracting a disease is not a physical condition and that if the criteria were expanded, then the disability category would be rendered useless, according to the Houston Chronicle.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton had argued against the notion that contracting the coronavirus is a disability that should warrant a mail-in ballot, while the Texas Democratic Party had been advocating expanded mail-in voting due to the pandemic and had won cases in lower courts.
The ruling is a loss for the Texas Democratic Party and voting rights groups who had pushed for expanded mail-in voting during the coronavirus pandemic and had won temporary victories in lower courts.

More Bad News For Ocean City, The Shore & The United States of America
As many of you were aware, there's been an up in the air situation with J1 Students coming in this summer to help local businesses provide staffing positions of all sorts. While we have a contract with an outside company to lease the entire Alamo Motel this summer, other apartment complexes had also contracted in a small amount of J1's who had already been approved to come here.
HOWEVER, today we learned that one complex was just informed they will NOT be coming in but I think you'll be very surprised as to WHY.
Many would think it was because of the COVID-19. Nope, they were all willing to come here. Get this, they are NOT coming because of all the RIOTS in America happening right now! That's right, small and large local businesses will be desperate to fill these positions and of course PAY EVEN MORE MONEY to get whomever and whatever to fill these positions, as if being closed down for months wasn't bad enough!
So thanks to the Liberals, ANTIFA, Black Lives Matter and all the rest of the non Americans destroying America at this very moment we are now the laughing stock of the world. One can only hope the J1's we have scheduled do in fact come in but time will tell. Sorry for the bad news Ocean City.

Extreme Heat
Tips to stay cool and safe during extreme heat.
If you live alone, check in with family and friends to let them know you are okay.
If you do not have air conditioning go to a cooling center, mall, movie theater, or visit a friend of family member who has air conditioning.
Drink plenty of water, even if you aren’t feeling thirsty. Avoid drinks with alcohol, caffeine or added sugar.
Eat fruits with high water content such as watermelon, pineapple, grapes, strawberries, peaches, apples or pears.
Avoid exposure to indoor temperatures of 85° or above for extended periods of time.
Limit use of the stove or oven to keep indoor temperatures down, and avoid eating hot, spicy or heavy foods.
Wear loose-fitting clothing in natural fabrics such as cotton. Dress in light colors that will reflect the sun and heat rather than darker colors that will attract them.
Take a cool bath or shower to lower your core body temperature on extremely hot days. Warning signs of heat illness include a body temperature of over 103°, dry and red skin with no sweating, rapid pulse, headache, dizziness, confusion and nausea. If you or someone you know have these warning signs, seek medical attention immediately.
Minnesota governor demobilizes National Guard and extends curfew
Minnesota Gov Tim Walz has extended a curfew in the Twin Cities for another two days and says the state's National Guard will be demobilized amid ongoing George Floyd protests in the state.
Minneapolis has been the center of protests - some peaceful, some violent - for days over the death of Floyd, a handcuffed black man who was killed on May 25 after white Minneapolis officer, Derek Chauvin, 44, pressed a knee into Floyd's neck as he pleaded for air and cried 'I can't breathe'.
The protests prompted officials to impose an 8pm curfew in a bid to make it more difficult for protesters to move around.
During a press conference Monday morning, the governor extended that curfew for two more days after consulting with the mayors of Minneapolis and St Paul.
'We are extending the curfew for two days but the times will change. It will go from 10pm to 4am.
Walz said the reason for the time change comes from the 'vast majority' of Minnesotans who 'are able to abide by this'.
The governor then said that the state's National Guard troops will soon be transitioning 'back to their homes. Many of them will be going back'.

Trump tells governors they're 'weak' and demands they 'dominate' riots
Donald Trump told governors during a video conference from the Situation Room on Monday that they are 'weak' and need to 'dominate' cities ravaged by riots or they will look like 'jerks.'
'You have to dominate, if you don't dominate you're wasting your time. They're going to run over you, you're going to look like a bunch of jerks. You have to dominate,' audio of the call revealed.
'The only time it's successful is when you're weak and most of you are weak,' he added, CNN reported, claiming that if governors and local leaders were more tough on rioters, there would be less destruction of their major cities.
'You've got to arrest people, you have to track people, you have to put them in jail for 10 years and you'll never see this stuff again,' Trump said during the 55-minute call. 'We're doing it in Washington, D.C. We're going to do something that people haven't seen before.'

Trump says Biden aides are 'working to get the Anarchists out of jail'
Donald Trump asserted Monday that Joe Biden will be controlled by the 'radical left' if he becomes president, claiming the presumed Democratic nominee is 'clueless' after his staffers donated to a fund that's helping pay bail for those arrested during the Minneapolis riots.
'Sleepy Joe Biden's people are so Radical Left that they are working to get the Anarchists out of jail, and probably more,' the president tweeted Monday morning. 'Joe doesn't know anything about it, he is clueless, but they will be the real power, not Joe.'
'They will be calling the shots!' Trump asserted. 'Big tax increases for all, Plus!'
He also urged people to vote simply by tweeting the date of the 2020 presidential general elections: 'NOVEMBER 3RD.'
Although Biden has not officially clinched the nomination, it became all but official in April when the remaining Democratic contender, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, ended his campaign and endorsed the former vice president.

Public Schools Across Nation Making It Difficult For Parents To Pull Kids Out To Homeschool
According to an attorney for the largest U.S. legal organization for homeschool families, schools across the country are making it difficult for parents to withdraw their children and homeschool them, a burgeoning trend since the lockdowns instituted nationwide took effect.
T.J. Schmidt, a lawyer for the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA), told Fox News, “We see this across the country. I’ve had school officials attempt to prevent or dissuade parents from pulling their kids out.” Schmidt theorized two possible reasons for the difficulty in processing the necessary paperwork: the schools have been understaffed because of the effects of the coronavirus, or the schools are simply afraid of losing students.
Some of the funds public schools receive depend on how many students are enrolled. As The Washington Post noted in 2015, “Traditionally, public schools are funded based on their total student enrollment.”
“A RealClear Opinion Research survey shows that 40 percent of families are more likely to homeschool when lockdown restrictions lift, a significant increase from the 2.5 million parents who were educating their kids at home before stay-at-home orders were put in place,” Fox News noted.

Disruption at home and abroad -- follow the money
How is it that highly-organized protests against President Trump keep popping up across the country?
Follow the money.
Why is it that the traditional definition of marriage was suddenly discarded after years of citizens voting for it to be preserved?
Follow the money.
How are illegal immigrants organized so quickly and young voters corralled overnight to demand open borders? Where did the saturation of transgender and pan-sexual ideology come from? How is it possible that Black Lives Matter seems to be everywhere? Or that the call for pot legalization is sweeping the nation? Or that there is an international movement for globalization simultaneously occurring in countries around the world?
Follow the money — the George Soros money through his Open Society Foundation.
In this long season of cultural and political tension, Americans need to know the truth about the source of the conflicts, about why communities and our nation are being ripped apart.

A Comment I Just Made On A Facebook Post With Congressman Andy Harris
SMALL bars and restaurants who have to follow the restrictions pushed down our throats cannot survive under these guidelines. Oh sure, they are ALLOWING us to create outdoor dining but let's get real. Most of that depends on weather conditions. We have to hire additional staff to cater to this seating. The cost of purchasing hamburger, pork and chicken has risen 250%. A friend of mine went out this weekend and ordered a hamburger, a fish platter and two sweet teas. His bill was $49.00! Keep in mind as well. our bartender who could handle ALL of the bar and indoor seating before this COVID-19 happened. Now, IF Hogan allows indoor seating and dining it will be cut back 50%. Hence their tips will go way down and then let's not forget all the waiters/waitresses that have to be hired to handle the outdoor seating. NO ONE is going to make any money. Not the owners and not the staff and for what, having the PRIVILEGE to OPEN? It is far less expensive just to remain closed until it goes back to business as usual. We, the small bar owners are fortunate enough to have extremely dedicated people working for us. We are going to lose these incredible people who are dying to go back to work but completely understand this dilemma. Andy Harris can pound his chest to these very small crowds but as I have known him for well over a decade he is not calling us and hearing the small business owners and instead is holding events at miniature golf and go cart places. My message to him, come visit the hard working small bar/restaurant owners and I can assure you WE WILL BRING LARGE CROWDS. Sometimes I wonder if these politicians really want to hear the TRUTH. P.S. Hogan Sucks!
Most of Facebook Censorship Board Has Ties to Leftwing Billionaire George Soros
The recently appointed Facebook oversight board that will decide which posts get blocked from the world’s most popular social networking website is stacked with leftists, including a close friend of left-wing billionaire George Soros who served on the board of directors of his Open Society Foundations (OSF).
Judicial Watch conducted a deep dive into the new panel that will make content rulings for the technology company that was slammed last year with a $5 billion fine for privacy violations. The information uncovered by Judicial Watch shows that the group of 20 is overwhelmingly leftist and likely to restrict conservative views. More than half of the members have ties to Soros, the philanthropist who dedicates huge sums to spreading a radical left agenda that includes targeting conservative politicians.
Other Facebook oversight board members have publicly expressed their disdain for President Donald Trump or made political contributions to top Democrats such as Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Elizabeth Warren.
As one New York newspaper editorial determined this month, the new Facebook board is a “recipe for left-wing censorship.”

Trump unloads on governors over protest response
President Trump unloaded on governors in a phone call Monday over how they've responded to protests and riots across the country following the death of George Floyd, calling them “weak” and urging them to "dominate."
“Most of you are weak,” Trump said. “You have to arrest people.”
“You have to dominate, if you don't dominate you're wasting your time,” he said, according to a senior staffer in a governor’s office who was listening to the call. “They're going to run over you, you're going to look like a bunch of jerks. You have to dominate.”
Trump, on the call with governors, law enforcement and national security officials, also told local leaders they “have to get much tougher” on protesters.
“You’ve got to arrest people, you have to track people, you have to put them in jail for 10 years and you’ll never see this stuff again,” said Trump. “We’re doing it in Washington, D.C. We’re going to do something that people haven’t seen before.”
He urged cities like New York, Philadelphia and Los Angeles to take similar measures.

You Get What You Vote For and in Democrat-Run Cities You Get Riots
Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Fayetteville, Atlanta, New York, Nashville, Seattle, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago, Milwaukee, Salt Lake, Washington DC, Detroit, Indianapolis, San Francisco, Kansas City, Houston, Charlotte, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Denver, Dallas, Phoenix, Tampa, Baltimore, Oakland, Louisville…
What do all those American cities have in common?
They’re all run by Democrats, many for generations.
They’ve all been looted and burned by left-wing Antifa terrorists and other anarchist groups over the past few nights.
That’s no coincidence.
What’s more, these riots are not America’s problem….
These riots are not President Trump’s problem…
Nope, these riots are wholly owned by the Democrat Party and the fools who continue to vote for them.

WATCH: White Protesters Kneel Before Black Protesters, Ask For Forgiveness; Black Protesters Respond By Joining Them In Prayer
During a protest over the death of George Floyd, dozens of white protesters knelt before a group of African American protesters and asked for forgiveness from past sins of white people, which the leader described as “years and years of racism, of systematic racism.” In response, the black protesters knelt with their white counterparts and joined them in prayer.
“A powerful show of unity and support,” the Twitter user who posted the video wrote. “The white community kneeling down in front of the black community to ask for forgiveness after years of racism.”
“The black community followed that up by kneeling down as well and they all eventually joined in prayer,” he added.
As the white people are on their knees and bowing their heads, one white male at the front of the group praises God and asks “our black brothers and sisters” for “forgiveness” from “years and years of racism, of systematic racism.”
“We’re not shaming anybody, we’re just humbling ourselves before You,” the man says..."

President Trump says he is prepared to use military to tackle violent protests
U.S. President Donald Trump said he was prepared to deploy the military to cities and states that don’t control violent protests over the death of George Floyd. Protests resumed on Monday evening, with both peaceful and violent demonstrations in cities around the country. The Israeli defense minister told the nation’s military to increase its preparedness ahead of a government plan to annex parts of the West Bank.
“If a city or state refuses to take the actions that are necessary to defend the life and property of their residents, then I will deploy the United States military and quickly solve the problem for them.”
President Donald Trump, responding Monday to the civil unrest that has followed George Floyd's death in Minneapolis' police custody last week.

Seattle Mayor: White Men Behind Much Of The Violence, Destruction
In a series of social media posts on Sunday, Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan (D) suggested that outsiders were to blame for the violence that erupted in her city and took a moment to “acknowledge” that “white men” are “co-opting peaceful demonstrations” and are behind “much of the violence and destruction” raging in Seattle and across the country.
“I want to acknowledge that much of the violence and destruction, both here in Seattle and across the country, has been instigated and perpetuated by white men,” Durkan tweeted Sunday.
“These individuals experience the height of privilege and are co-opting peaceful demonstrations that were organized by and meant to center people of color, particularly Black Americans,” she wrote in a follow-up post.
On Saturday, Durkan provided her account of the riots that erupted in the city that day. In the thread, she condemned those who came to Seattle “with the purpose of destruction,” and made a point of differentiating them from members of “our city.”
