LETTING CROOKS AND TERROISTS VOTE = VOTER FRAUD
Democrats have a political death wish. At least that's how it looks. There's no other explanation for their feverish push to take over the health care system when a huge majority of Americans are opposed to the plan. But facing an angry public, Democrats are scheming to find ways to manipulate the electoral process so they can cling to power even when voters want to kick the bums out.
Sen. Charles E. Schumer, New York Democrat, and Rep. Barney Frank, Massachusetts Democrat, have plans to ram through legislation that will produce universal voter registration. No matter what they claim, the rule changes will make it possible for illegal aliens to register to vote and for others to register multiple times.
The proposal is to register everyone on every welfare list, everyone getting unemployment insurance, everyone with a driver's license, everyone who has had run-ins with the legal system, everyone owning any property - basically everyone on every list the government keeps. People will be registered to vote whether or not they want to be registered. If individuals are on any public record, they will be automatically registered.
Obviously a lot of illegal aliens have driver's licenses, and many get other government benefits. Quite a few have rap sheets. People's names and other identification information are frequently recorded differently across these different lists, which means that one could be registered a separate time for every slight variation in how their personal information is kept on file.
The legislation is also expected to give felons the right to vote. Why Democrats insist on letting someone who has raped multiple women vote on social policy is beyond us. According to Democrats, robbers who have preyed on helpless victims - and even murderers - have the judgment to tell us how law enforcement should be run in this country.
In May 2005, Public Opinion Strategies surveyed felons who had their voting rights restored and nonfelons who voted in Washington state. Even after accounting for the voters' race, gender, education level, religious habits, employment, age and county of residence, the book Freedomnomics found that "felons were 36 percent more likely than nonfelons with the same characteristics to have voted for [John] Kerry [a Democrat] over [George W.] Bush [a Republican] and 37 percent more likely to be registered Democratic."
For years, Democrats have fought against requiring photo IDs at polling places. The practice, which is simply a way to make sure voters are who they say they are, is used in about 100 other countries. Mexico, for example, has cracked down on voter fraud and is strict about requiring photo identification to vote. If Democrats have their way, it will be easier for Mexicans to vote in America than in their own country.
It speaks volumes about Democratic unpopularity that they have to look to criminals and illegal aliens to try to shore up their voting base.
The Daily Times Gets The Scoop On The Foxwell's, So What?
In today's Daily Times, one Reporter clearly spent a lot of time getting detailed facts on the Foxwell Family, Jennifer and Tom, the Parents of Sarah Foxwell.
Here's what I feel about this matter. While they were spending so much of their time digging for a National Enquirer Story on the Family, I highly doubt any of MY readers had a problem knowing if all of the children were living with their Aunt, clearly there was some serious issues with the biological Mother and Father.
However, the Daily Times knows NOTHING about the real issues and guess what, I'm still not telling anyone. I do not owe it to my readers because the real story is an 11 year old child was brutally murdered. Could the murder have been avoided, I highly doubt it.
Anyone who has ever met Thomas Leggs can tell you, (as they have told me time and time again) no one would have ever suspected this guy was capable of such a heinous crime.
I'm sorry Folks but using this Family and today's story to sell their most expensive Sunday Paper is complete crap. Trust me on this one, IF the Daily Times knew the entire story, (rather than just court records) it would be one thing. However, they know nothing, (believe me when I tell you that) and although I could publish incredible detailed information, FOR WHAT!
Oh, I know some will come back and say, your just jealous the Daily Times out scooped me. NO, if you felt that way you'd be greatly mistaken and while the Foxwell Family reads this Post, they know that ALL of the information shared with Joe Albero stays with Joe Albero and does NOT get published.
Because they, (the Daily Times) has now become so predictable, next Sunday they'll expose the information of just how Sarah was murdered. Again, information I personally refuse to expose in any way, shape or form. Do we owe it to the community, absolutely not.
All I can tell you is this. ANY time anyone has come forward to raise money for the Family, I have been first in line to shut it down. If you want to participate in a fundraiser towards a secured trust fund for the children's education in the future, so be it. However, If ANY money is accessible to ANYONE other than the children, that's a complete waste. Both Mother and Father are not worthy of a single penny and that's all that needs to be said.
It saddens me that the Daily Times would stoop that low to produce such an article today. It clearly tells me they are desperate. The child is gone, quit trying to make money off such a tragic event. Perhaps I'm wrong. Perhaps I'm too close to this story. However, it is how I personally feel and let me close with this statement.
Because I know as much as I do, one thing is for sure, I will NEVER be the same. I would never wish on my worst enemy such information. I pray each and every day for ALL of the Officers and ALL of those who know what I know. I consider myself a pretty strong man who has stood up to quite a lot in my lifetime. This information destroyed a part of me I can't even explain or put into words. Time can heal many wounds but this one will last forever.
Again, I thank each and every one of those who volunteered, no matter how big or small. There is a whole lot more to what the Daily Times put out there today but just trust me, it's not worth discussing. These children have enough on their plate and I personally tip my hat to the Aunt who is caring for these children. Will it ever change their biological parents, from what I've seen the answer is absolutely not. That's the crying shame of it all. I hope they read this article and I hope it smacks them right in the face.
Move on Folks. Your money is NOT going to fix the problems they have. Start supporting the CAC, (Child Advocacy Center) and put good money after good money. Call your Delegates, Senators, Congressmen and tell them you want stronger laws against such heinous crimes and sex offenders and tell them if it doesn't happen immediately they will NOT get your vote. You want to do something positive for Sarah Foxwell, make that call or write that letter.
If ONE of you has children and YOU have not done so, think about what kind of parent you are. Then think about the fact that this would take very little time out of your life, yet make a huge difference for children, especially your own. Money is not needed to hire lobbyists. Shame on any Parent who doesn't make that call or draft that brief letter.

An Insult To Our Democracy
YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE THIS! 1 1/2 minute long and straight from C-Span - how a vote was passed. This is how the House will pass healthcare. Just watch this. This is our Democratic-Controlled House at work. It's their way all the way. (the video is very short and very maddening).
If anyone wonders about our current Congress and especially the House of Representatives this youtube will open their eyes. Watch this, then cry.
We are losing our nation and everything it stands for.
An Organization Trying To Make Money Off Sarah Foxwell
Screw these organizations! Contact your Delegates, Senators and Congressman and stop throwing good money away to lobbyists!
Shame on these people!

Purchasing Parking Spaces
To County Council Members
I am writing this as a concerned Wicomico County Tax Payer. A responsible physical conservite in spending money. I believe that Politians and Public Servants should be the same frame of mind since they are spending others money. I am going to attempt to attend the next meeting but that depends on my working schedule. I am requesting this email be introduced on the record so it is recorded as in opposition to the purchase of the old mall for additional parking. I have listed a viable solution that should be intiated. I know it is well within the powers of the Council and the County Executive. This process has been used against me without hesitation and your "GOOD OLE BOYS" ARE NO BETTER.
I have the perfect idea since it will be used for the betterment of the Community - Public Use. They use it on property owners to take their homes and businesses for this reason. It is emminent domain. If the owners owe the County money for any reason or violated the contract agreement when they purchased this land, then the County has two reasons and should condemn the property and take it through emminent domain. The County would only have to pay the difference from what is owed and a true value assesment, the same criteria as used for home / business owners, by the State. They might get it for nothing while the owners debt to the County will be reduced. The County will have to take less of a loss because they might reach that type of agreement since the "GOOD OLE BOYS" are involved.
Eminent Domain, also known as Condemnation, is the process by which a Governmentel or Quasi - Governmental Agency takes private property for a Public use
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions

The 5.4 Million Dollar Parking Lot.....and the Million Dollar Question
I find the issue of applying for and accepting state grants, in an atmosphere whereby every level of government in the state of Maryland is experiencing huge deficits, to be an interesting yet complex issue. It irks me to think that a state, that can't balance it's own budget, even after taking money back from the counties, receiving 4 billion in stimulus funds, passing the highest tax increase in history, and blowing through a billion dollar rainy day fund, is handing out various grants for frivolous expenditures such as million dollar fire boats to the city of Salisbury. Bottom line; it comes down to state mismanagement of funds.
So the question fundamentally is; Since the state, which is 2 billion dollars in the hole, took back money from the county that was paid in via, state highway funds and transfer taxes, etc.; is the county justified in applying and receiving state grants?
Well yes and no.
In the case of getting out of control crime in check, I say yes, let's take back our money from the state as it is a worthy endeavor. In the case of Civic Center parking, not so much. To give you a little back history on what this is about:
For more on the State's Open Spaces fund as it relates to this project:

In the case of getting out of control crime in check, I say yes, let's take back our money from the state as it is a worthy endeavor. In the case of Civic Center parking, not so much. To give you a little back history on what this is about:
“Wicomico Youth & Civic Center, Parking Acquisition and Development – Wicomico County is currently negotiating to purchase 5 acres of land from the old Salisbury Mall site for parking. This is not sufficient to provide the total parking necessary for the WY&CC to be a viable entertainment center. $900,000 is recommended in FY 2011 to be combined with County and Program Open Space money in the combined amount of $5.4M currently on hand to provide for the purchase of fifteen additional acres. It is recommended that the requested amount be approved in the Capital Improvement Plan even if it is not included in the ultimate bond issue to allow for flexibility in the process of acquiring additional land.”This funding is coming largely from Maryland's Open Spaces fund which is a specific fund, that was applied for well, "open spaces". I suppose a parking lot meets that definition.
For more on the State's Open Spaces fund as it relates to this project:
Wicomico County will receive $705,000 to renovate five acres of the former Salisbury Mall parking lot to serve as a new parking area for the Salisbury City Park and Zoo, Wicomico County Stadium and the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center,I have discussed this in great detail with John Cannon and he is of the opinion that increasing parking for the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center, by using this grant is a worthy venture. He believes that: (and I paraphrase)
Since 2007, Governor O'Malley and the BPW preserved more than 21,762 acres of natural areas for public recreation and watershed and wildlife protection across Maryland. Since 1969, Program Open Space has provided funding for acquisition of 341,473 acres for open space and recreation areas. Most Maryland residents live within 15 minutes of an open space or recreational area funded Program Open Space. Visit http://www.greenprint.maryland.gov/ for an interactive, statewide map showing the land protected by Program Open Space.
The three-member Board of Public Works, chaired by Governor O’Malley, is comprised of Treasurer Nancy Kopp and Comptroller Peter Franchot. The BPW is authorized by the General Assembly to approve major construction and consultant contracts, equipment purchases, property transactions and other procurement actions.
- The "limited" parking that currently is available for the WYCC is hampering venues that would otherwise come to this location and believes the WYCC is being passed up because of the lack of parking available. Increased parking capacity would ultimately increase the revue of the WYCC, which now, and always has been a lost tax revenue bleeder. He sites the Dog Show as an example where by the parking is over capacity and that event may go to Dover in the future if corrective parking measures are not taken.
- The funds are really our money we (Wicomico County) paid into the state, that was taken back, as a result of the state's inability to balance it's budget and if we don't act to use them then the western shore will be the beneficiary of these funds going to bike paths or transit between Baltimore and Washington.
- The land value will eventually increase in 10 or 15 years and although appraisals may bring the cost down $50K, the time taken to do that, may jeopardise the funding.
- If the lot is not purchased from the county, the owner will either impose steep fines to the county for use of their land or build a fence around the area to prevent it's use for parking.
I hope I got that right John. As I said to Mr. Cannon on the phone today, I can see that argument. However, there still is a state funding problem and these grants that they are handing out under these various initiatives smacks in the face of fiscal conservatism. I suggested that a better alternative might be to have a private purchase where by the land owner would have a fee based parking lot for the purposes of the civic center or any other parking needs.
Anyway, this debate goes on. I'm interested in hearing people's opinions on this matter.
Ehrlich urges 'major' turnout for Annapolis march on 1-13
Former Maryland governor Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. (R) used his Saturday morning radio program to promote a defiant march on Annapolis on Wednesday, the opening day of the 2010 legislative session. (Wednesday 1-13-2010)
"This is your night," Ehrlich, who is contemplating a rematch with Gov. Martin O'Malley (D), told his listeners on WBAL radio in Baltimore. "I want to encourage a major, major presence. I want to encourage the largest crowd ever in Annapolis, Maryland."
On its Web site, the Maryland chapter of Americans for Prosperity, the organizers of the march, encourage people to "come to Annapolis and send a message to your elected officials: ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!" The group claims that O'Malley's "fiscal mismanagement is astounding."
A representative of Americans for Prosperity who appeared on the radio show, which Ehrlich co-hosts weekly with his wife, Kendel, said organizers are expecting 500 to 1,000 people.
"That's not good enough," Ehrlich said, suggesting he would like to see "a couple of thousand, minimum."
"If you're frustrated, show up," said Kendel Ehrlich.
Both Bob Ehrlich and event organizers said Wednesday's march is a nonpartisan event. No elected officials from either party are scheduled to speak, which Ehrlich said "is a good call."
Ehrlich has said he is weighing another bid for governor but given no timetable for announcing a decision. In recent fundraising letters, O'Malley has treated Ehrlich as though he is running.
