THE COYOTE PRINCIPLE, a PARABLE - AGAIN

The Governor of California is jogging with his dog along a nature trail. A coyote jumps out and attacks the Governor's dog, then bites the Governor.

The Governor starts to intervene, but reflects upon the movie "Bambi" and then realizes he should stop because the coyote is only doing what is natural.

He calls animal control. Animal Control captures the coyote and bills the state $200 testing it for diseases and $500 for relocating it.

He calls a veterinarian. The vet collects the dead dog and bills the State $200 testing it for diseases.

The Governor goes to hospital and spends $3,500 getting checked for diseases from the coyote and on getting his bite wound bandaged.

The running trail gets shut down for 6 months while Fish & Game conducts a $100,000 survey to make sure the area is now free of dangerous animals.

The Governor spends $50,000 in state funds implementing a "coyote awareness program" for residents of the area.

The State Legislature spends $2 million to study how to better treat rabies and how to permanently eradicate the disease throughout the world.

The Governor's security agent is fired for not stopping the attack. The state spends $150,000 to hire and train a new agent with additional special training on the nature of coyotes.

PETA protests the coyote's relocation and files a $5 million suit against the state.

Texas
The Governor of Texas is jogging with his dog along a nature trail. A coyote jumps out and attacks his dog.

The Governor shoots the coyote with his state-issued pistol and keeps jogging. The Governor has spent $.50 on a .45 ACP hollow point cartridge.

The buzzards eat the dead coyote.

And that, my friends, is why California is broke and Texas is not.

People Throws Rocks, Bottles At Police Breaking Up Large Crowd In Ocean City, Md., Police Say

OCEAN CITY, Md. (WJZ) — Several police officers in Ocean City, Maryland, suffered minor injuries after being hit by flying rocks and bottles while trying to break up a large crowd Saturday evening, police said.

Ocean City Police said a crowd of around 200 people had gathered in the area of 13th Street and Baltimore Avenue as part of the H2Oi car show and were being disorderly.

When officers from multiple departments showed up to break up the crowd, police said several people threw rocks and bottles at them.

An unspecified number of officers were hit, but none were seriously hurt or needed medical attention, an Ocean City Police Department spokesperson said.

No arrests or citations were made in the incident, police said, though a number of citations have been given out over the weekend due to the unsanctioned event, mainly for disorderly conduct and city ordinance violations.

Trump Report Card: Zogby says Trump’s no Nixon, removal impossible with good approvals

This week’s White House Report Card finds President Trump closer to facing House impeachment hearings, a nightmare for West Wing war room staffers and a dream for Democrats who have sought his removal since before his inauguration.

Pollster John Zogby said that while the latest affair, Trump’s phone request to Ukraine’s president for a “favor” involving former Vice President Joe Biden’s son Hunter, puts him on a path to impeachment, there is “no way” the Senate convicts.

Like with former President Bill Clinton’s impeachment, Zogby said that the Senate won’t remove a president with a growing approval rating like Trump’s. He’s not former President Richard Nixon, who at 23% approval, stepped down.

New Docs Contradict Biden Claim That Fired Ukrainian Prosecutor Was Corrupt

Hundreds of documents obtained by The Hill's John Solomon contradict Joe Biden's claim that a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating his son's employer was corrupt and inept.

Biden infamously bragged about threatening to withhold $1 billion in US loan guarantees unless Ukraine's previous government immediately fired Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin - who was leading a wide-ranging corruption probe into Burisma Holdings; a Ukrainian oil and gas firm which paid Hunter Biden $50,000 per month to sit on its board.

In a sworn affidavit, Shokin says "I was forced out because I was leading a wide-range corruption probe into Burisma Holdings, a natural gas firm active in Ukraine, and Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, was a member of the board of directors."

And according to Solomon, "Hundreds of pages of never-released memos and documents — many from inside the American team helping Burisma to stave off its legal troubles — conflict with Biden’s narrative."

NYC bans residents from saying phrases 'go back to your country' and 'illegal alien'

New York City announced it is now illegal for residents of the city to threaten to call U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on their neighbors, along with a ban on the phrases "go back to your country" and "illegal alien."

"New York City has made it illegal to threaten to call ICE based on a discriminatory motive or to tell someone 'go back to your country.' Hate has no place here," the city said Thursday on its official Twitter account.

The NYC Commission of Human Rights said they were issuing new law enforcement guidelines based on both forms of "discrimination." The guidelines also stated that "derogatory use of the term 'illegal alien,' and discrimination based on limited English proficiency are unlawful discriminatory treatment."

REAL NEWS PRESIDENT TRUMP DOESN'T WANT YOU TO MISS

After Failing on Russia, Democrats Try a New Hoax
-The Washington Times
“Sequels are rarely better than the original. If we have learned anything over the last six days, as the feeding frenzy over the whistleblower has overtaken official Washington, it is this: Democrats want to impeach President Trump and they do not care if the facts support their cause,” Matt Mackowiak writes. “After more than two years of Democrats’ hyperventilating, Mr. Trump was cleared of collusion and conspiracy. Democrats and their media allies overhyped their claims and won Pulitzer Prizes along the way. But they failed in their objective.”
Complaint From So-Called ‘Whistleblower’ Is Riddled With Gossip, Blatant Falsehoods
-The Federalist
The formal complaint from an anti-Trump “whistleblower” has followed “the same template used in the infamous and debunked Clinton campaign-funded Steele dossier,” Sean Davis writes. “Rather than provide direct evidence that was witnessed or obtained firsthand by the complainant, the document instead combines gossip from various anonymous individuals, public media reports, and blatant misstatements of fact and law in service of a narrative that is directly contradicted by underlying facts. A footnote in the document even boasts about its use of ‘ample open-source information.’”
Adam Schiff and Democrats are Twisting Words to Smear Trump
-Washington Examiner
“We were promised a Hollywood-style, smoking gun quid pro quo. But after the transcript was released, the whistleblower complaint came out, and the House Intelligence Committee grilled acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire, leaving most people with glazed-over expressions, wondering what the big deal is,” Jenna Ellis Rives writes. In the hearing, Chairman Adam Schiff attempted to play word games with Maguire in an effort to manipulate the situation. “So why the manipulation? Because the Democrats know their case is weak. Their only hope lies in trying to twist legal terminology for their political advantage.”

At the UN, Trump Rightly Stands Up for National Sovereignty
-Washington Examiner
President Trump “is never afraid to stand up for popular self-government and the greatest guarantor self-government has ever had: the nation-state,” the Washington Examiner editorial board writes. “Trump did very well in his Tuesday speech to the U.N. General Assembly to reassert, once again, that the nation-state is a good thing; speaking as he was in an institution with misguided supranational ambitions. This was something U.N. bureaucrats and diplomats needed to hear from the leader of the free world.”

President Trump: “The future does not belong to globalists.”
American Farmers Main Winners From U.S.-Japan Trade Agreement
-Bloomberg
It’s U.S. farmers that “are set to be the main winners from President Donald Trump’s initial accord with Japan,” Mario Parker reports. “Under a trade agreement announced by Trump and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on Wednesday, the Asian country will lower or reduce tariffs on some $7.2 billion of American-grown farming products.”
U.S. Will Remain in Postal Treaty After Emergency Talks
-The New York Times
The Trump Administration “agreed on Wednesday to stay in a United Nations body that has regulated international mail service for more than a century after delegates agreed during emergency talks to change the way postal fees are structured,” Nick Cumming-Bruce reports. The deal “will allow the United States to start setting its own postal fees in July and allow other countries that receive more than 75,000 metric tons of mail a year to start phasing in higher rates in January 2021.” White House Director of Trade and Manufacturing Policy Peter Navarro called the decision a “huge victory for millions of American workers and businesses,” saving the United States between $300 million and $500 million a year.

Newt Gingrich: Biden 'Gone and Doesn't Know It Yet'

The growing investigation into President Donald Trump and Ukraine will backfire on Democrats, as it will destroy former Vice President Joe Biden's bid for the presidency, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said Friday.

"I think Biden is basically gone and doesn't know it yet," Gingrich said on Fox News' "America's Newsroom."

"I'm not sure the national media even now has shown the video of Joe Biden. This is not some mythical story by a whistleblower. Joe Biden goes to the Council on Foreign Relations and on tape says, 'yes, I threatened them with the loss of a billion dollars in aid unless they fired this prosecutor. And I said to them I'm not coming back and you have six hours to solve this.' He then goes on to say, son of a blank, they did it."

Biden's own words are on tape, said Gingrich, where the whistleblower's report on Trump talking to the president of Ukraine, and the case against him based on that, are "innuendo," not fact.

Professor Claims Tom Brady’s Popularity Tied to Rising ‘White Supremacy’

A Rhode Island professor now says that Tom Brady’s popularity is due to “white supremacy” in a “post-Obama America.”

That Brady has won six Super Bowl rings, has earned three MVP awards, three All-Pro titles, and 14 Pro-Bowl appearances, has little to do with his success, as far as Professor Kyle Kusz is concerned, Campus Reform reported.

Kusz, a professor of kinesiology at the University of Rhode Island, made his accusation in a screed published this month entitled, Making American White Men Great Again: Tom Brady, Donald Trump, and the Allure of White Male Omnipotence in Post-Obama America.

Brady’s great athletic success has less to do with his popularity than the “white rage and white supremacy” that has risen in the U.S., this professor of “the study of human movement” insists.

Police search for suspect who attacked 91-year-old man as he visited wife's grave

SANTA CLARA, Calif. —Authorities are on the hunt for the man who violently attacked a 91-year-old widower with a large rock as he was visiting his wife's gravesite, police said.

The suspect "took property from the victim" and then fled on foot and later a bike, the Santa Clara Police Department said, calling the attack "unprovoked and ruthless."

The attack took place at the Mission City Memorial Park cemetery in Santa Clara, California, on the morning of Sept. 14.

"It's something that he does, almost on a daily basis, fairly religiously. He even brings a lawn chair. Sits by her side. And spends some time there with her," Capt. Wahid Kazem, with the Santa Clara Police Department, told KGO.

PCR: Adam Schiff Epitomizes The Total Collapse Of Democratic Party Integrity

US Rep. Adam Schiff, Democrat from California and chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, had no qualms about lying through his teeth in his opening statement prior to the testimony of Acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire. Everyone present had read the transcript of the telephone conversation between President Trump and Ukrainian President Zelensky, and everyone knew that what Schiff, who said he was reading from the transcript of the telephone call, was saying was not in the transcript. How can it be that the chairman of a House committee in a room full of newspersons and TV cameras has no qualms about intentionally misrepresenting the written record in order to make it conform to the lies the Democrats and their stable of corrupt presstitutes have spread about a telephone call revealed by an alleged whistleblower, a likely Democrat operative, who claimed to have heard it second hand.

When I was a member of the Congressional staff, any Representative who so dishonored a committee of the House and the House itself as Schiff has done would have been reprimanded, brought before the Ethics Committee, and forced to resign. But the Democrats have ground integrity under their heel in their fanatical determination to prevent Trump’s reelection.

In his opening statement Adam Schiff further showed his total lack of integrity in his assault on the integrity and character of Joseph Maguire and made wild and irresponsible charges probably never witnessed previously in the halls of Congress.

Some Wall Street Democrats say they will flip to Trump if Elizabeth Warren is the nominee. Can you really blame them?

Elizabeth Warren might be rising in the primary polls, but there’s one group of Democratic voters who view her nomination as a worst-case result: Wall Street Democrats.

CNBC spoke to high-profile Democratic businessmen and donors, reporting that “Democratic donors on Wall Street and in big business are preparing to sit out the presidential campaign fundraising cycle — or even back President Donald Trump — if Sen. Elizabeth Warren wins the party’s nomination.”

One top executive told CNBC that “[big bank executives and hedge fund managers] will not support her. It would be like shutting down their industry.”

Montgomery County’s Climate Change Hypocrites

When it comes to climate change grandstanding, Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich and the County Council will concede first place to no one.

Two years ago, the Council passed a resolution designating an “Emergency Climate Mobilization.” According to the Council, theirs was one of the first jurisdictions in the nation to do so. Their “mobilization plan” set the goal of reducing greenhouse-gas emissions by 80% by the year 2027 and by 100% by 2035.

More recently Elrich announced plans to introduce a “Sun Tax” starting in 2022. He wants to require all new single-family houses, and possibly apartments and commercial buildings, to include rooftop solar panels. The mandate would add an extra $12,000 to the cost of each new home constructed in the county. If Elrich’s measure is approved, Montgomery County could be the first major jurisdiction outside California with such a requirement.[i]

Sorry Dems: Treaty Signed by Bill Clinton Provides Trump Solid Ground to Request Assistance from Zelensky on 2016 Election or Biden Crime Family

In 1999 Bill Clinton signed a treaty with Ukraine signed by the Democrat president on mutual legal assistance on criminal matters.

The treaty establishes a range of cooperation between the two governments about making testimony available, about making people available.

So there is a firm legal underpinning to the request made by President Trump to Ukrainian President Zelensky on the 2016 election was completely legal and appropriate.

Remember When Democrats Tried To Impeach Obama?

Oh No… Is She Running Again? Hillary Clinton Has a Full Slate of Media Appearances Next Week

Speculation is starting to grow that the repeatedly failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton may try to run for office once again as she has a full slate of media appearances scheduled next week.

The former First Lady is making appearances on CBS Sunday Morning, Stephen Colbert, and The View.

The media blitz is being billed as a way to promote her and her daughter Chelsea Clinton’s new book, The Book of Gutsy Women — but comments she has been making recently have fueled theories that she may have ulterior motives.

In the interview with CBS Sunday Morning that is airing this weekend, Clinton said that things happened during 2016 campaign that will not happen again, implying that she may be planning to try again.

Iraqi Christian survives being burned alive by ISIS 3 times: '[Jesus] spoke to me'

An Iraqi Christian who said Jesus appeared to him twice in his dreams recounts being imprisoned by ISIS, tortured and burned three times by the terrorist group.

The man, a Yazidi, recounts his harrowing story in a documentary by Sean Feucht and Bethel Music.

"The Yazidis... were really targeted by ISIS for genocide...they were raped, they were beaten, they were executed," Feucht told Fox News. "ISIS didn't even want to imprison them, they just wanted to kill them, wipe them off the map."

The Yazidi man says he was burned alive three times by ISIS after they found out he was a follower of Christ. He said his body "didn't burn" a single time when he was imprisoned and tortured by the radical Islamic terrorists for two months.

Federal court blocks Trump rule to hold unaccompanied minors at border indefinitely

A judge in the District Court of Washington, D.C., on Friday blocked an August Trump administration rule that would have extended the legal detention of unauthorized migrant minors beyond 20 days.

The Trump rule, announced by the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services, claimed that requirements laid out by the 1997 Flores Settlement Agreement, which limited the detainment of children, had been met and the FSA should be ended.

"Today, the government has issued a critical rule that will permit the Department of Homeland Security to appropriately hold families together and improve the integrity of the immigration system,” acting Secretary Kevin McAleenan said at the time. “This rule allows the federal government to enforce immigration laws as passed by Congress and ensures that all children in U.S. government custody are treated with dignity, respect, and special concern for their particular vulnerability."

Trump Derangement Syndrome Will Consume the Democratic Party

Crazy is generally defined as mentally deranged or not mentally sound. When being mentally deranged, which includes being crazed, insane, demented, unbalanced, and unhinged, is focused on behavior toward President Trump, we see what is commonly called Trump Derangement Syndrome or TDS. This behavior existed before his election but burst forth into full bloom the evening of November 8, 2016. Democrats were then, and have been unable to since, accept that their pre-written version of history did not come true and that the basic premise of the inevitability of socialism was false. They have not reacted well.

Recent events have caused most of the known world, and possibly even some extra-terrestrials, to ask just how crazy the Democratic Party is. That’s a tough question to answer. Let’s examine it from both a definitional and a practical perspective.

The American Psychiatric Association has a standard reference manual for identifying and describing mental disorders. That is the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5). In the section on Schizophrenia there should be an open section reserved for Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS). This is a prominent characteristic of many Democratic Party members, liberal media and certainly for elected Democratic officials in D.C.

Oh, So That’s Why The Trump-Ukraine Whistleblower Complaint Is Loaded With Errors

I know we’ve repeated this line, but let’s recap again. House Democrats decided to get the impeachment circus going based on an anonymous whistleblower complaint that alleged President Trump shook down the Ukrainian political leadership by withholding military aid unless they opened a corruption probe into Hunter Biden, son of former Vice President Joe Biden. The quid pro quo allegations spread like Ebola and the Democrats are now moving forward with their three-year-long project: impeaching President Trump for…winning the 2016 election. Did the person, who is reportedly a CIA agent, listen in on the July call where this mob-like shakedown occurred? No. He heard it from second and third-hand sources, hence why it’s loaded with errors. The media reporting drummed it up as Watergate 5.0. It was another nothing burger. There was no quid pro quo. There was nothing illegal.

Well, you’d think that actual witnesses to activities that deem unethical would be the benchmark for reports like this, especially ones that will be used to impeach a president, right? A first-hand account is one thing, but this complaint is certainly not that. And it seems like the intelligence community secretly removed the direct, first-hand knowledge of wrongdoing requirement. Russian lawmaker proposes banning Mattel's gender-inclusive 'freak dolls'

Moscow could ban the import and sale of new gender-neutral toy dolls under a proposal mentioned Friday by a controversial member of the lower house of the Russian legislature.

Vitaly Milonov, a member of the State Duma, said in an interview that he plans to ask the Russian Industry and Trade Ministry to outlaw the new dolls unveiled by toy manufacturer Mattel this week.

“They must be officially banned from import as freak dolls,” Mr. Milonov told the Moskva News Agency, as translated by The Moscow Times. “These dolls are the manifestation of an intolerant attitude toward people with genetic deformities, because a doll without gender is a person without gender — a sick person.”

The dolls are “designed to keep labels out and invite everyone in,” according to the company.

Iran has world’s ‘fastest-growing church’

A new film tells the story of the "fastest-growing church" in the world, an underground, persecuted Christian movement in a country known for exporting radical Islamic terrorism — Iran.

People in Iran, a Muslim-majority nation, are fleeing Islam in droves as believers bow their knee to Jesus and become aggressively pro-Israel, according to the documentary "Sheep Among Wolves Volume II."

“What if I told you Islam is dead?” one unidentified Iranian church leader says in the film, which was directed by Dalton Thomas and produced by Frontier Alliance International Studios.

“What if I told you the mosques are empty inside Iran?" he continues. "What if I told you no one follows Islam inside of Iran? Would you believe me? This is exactly what is happening inside of Iran. God is moving powerfully inside of Iran.”

Intel Community Secretly Gutted Requirement Of First-Hand Whistleblower Knowledge

Between May 2018 and August 2019, the intelligence community secretly eliminated a requirement that whistleblowers provide direct, first-hand knowledge of alleged wrongdoings. This raises questions about the intelligence community’s behavior regarding the August submission of a whistleblower complaint against President Donald Trump. The new complaint document no longer requires potential whistleblowers who wish to have their concerns expedited to Congress to have direct, first-hand knowledge of the alleged wrongdoing that they are reporting.

The brand new version of the whistleblower complaint form, which was not made public until after the transcript of Trump’s July 25 phone call with the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky and the complaint addressed to Congress were made public, eliminates the first-hand knowledge requirement and allows employees to file whistleblower complaints even if they have zero direct knowledge of underlying evidence and only “heard about [wrongdoing] from others.”

The internal properties of the newly revised “Disclosure of Urgent Concern” form, which the intelligence community inspector general (ICIG) requires to be submitted under the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act (ICWPA), show that the document was uploaded on September 24, 2019, at 4:25 p.m., just days before the anti-Trump complaint was declassified and released to the public. The markings on the document state that it was revised in August 2019, but no specific date of revision is disclosed.

GOP House Candidate Anna Paulina Luna: Instagram Censoring Me

Republican congressional candidate and U.S. Air Force veteran Anna Paulina Luna says censorship on Facebook-owned Instagram has hampered her campaign’s ability to collect donations.

In comments to Breitbart News, Paulina Luna, who is seeking the Republican nomination in FL-13, said her donation URL had been deactivated 14 times as of September 23. The congressional candidate provided video recordings of Instagram displaying error messages when users attempt to click on the donation link.

“I have been in correspondence with Facebook and they are having their engineers currently look into the problem,” said Paulina Luna. “However, they deactivated my links after every major radio segment I have done with national audiences and it has resulted in what I am going to estimate tens of thousands of dollars in loss campaign donations.”

“I am not an independently wealthy candidate so I depend largely on my social media platforms to raise money for my campaign.” Paulina Luna said that after initially promising the company’s engineers would look into the problem, Facebook has yet to provide her with any updates.

Instagram has increasingly come under fire from conservatives and Trump supporters over cases of censorship and “errors” that appear to only affect one side of the political aisle.

Flashback: Obama Admin Asked Ukraine to Investigate Trump Campaign Manager

Former federal prosecutor Andrew C. McCarthy noted at National Review on Thursday that then-President Barack Obama’s administration asked Ukraine to investigate Donald Trump’s campaign manager, Paul Manafort, in 2016.

McCarthy notes the double standard — that Democrats want to impeach Trump for doing what Obama did — and which they have been telling the world for years was necessary to do to protect American national security.

As House Intelligence Committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) told NBC News in March, his investigation into Trump dealt with “a present threat to our national security — whether the president and anybody around him are compromised by a foreign power.” If Trump colluded with Russia, or if the Russians had compromising information about him, they could hold enormous influence over the Trump administration — hence the need for investigation.

That is how Democrats defended the decision by intelligence and law enforcement officials under President Obama to conduct surveillance of Trump campaign associates — without warning Trump himself in a “defensive” briefing.

McCarthy notes that “the Obama administration’s law-enforcement agencies pressured their Ukrainian counterparts to revive a dormant corruption investigation of Paul Manafort” in the middle of the 2016 presidential election.

Fleitz: ‘Rogue Intelligence Officer’ Likely Coordinated ‘Whistleblower’ Complaint with Adam Schiff’s Staff

The “rogue intelligence officer” being called a “whistleblower” likely coordinated his complaint with Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), speculated Fred Fleitz, president and CEO of the Center for Security Policy and a former member of the intelligence community.

Fleitz — who served as deputy assistant to President Trump and to the chief of staff of the National Security Council — has previously held national-security jobs with the CIA, the DIA, the Department of State, and the House Intelligence Committee staff. He offered his analysis of the “whistleblower” complaint during a Thursday interview on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight with host Rebecca Mansour and special guest host Colin Madine.

Fleitz reflected on Thursday’s hearing before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, chaired by Schiff, with Acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire’s testimony. The hearing ostensibly sought to investigate a “whistleblower” complaint released to Congress and the public regarding President Donald Trump’s July conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

“Let’s start with how strange this hearing was today,” began Fleitz. “We had the director of national intelligence before the committee. He couldn’t answer the questions because they were all about policy. You see, this is not an intelligence matter. The president is a part of the intelligence community, and intelligence officers can’t lodge complaints with their inspector general because they don’t agree with the president’s policies, but that’s what happened here.”
