Suspect: Darren Tremaine Hall, 27, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 6 September 2013 at 1:07 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported domestic related altercation at an apartment in the 300 block of Glen Avenue in Salisbury. Upon arrival the deputy met with a female victim who advised that she had been assaulted by her live in boyfriend, Darren Hall, after an argument escalated. The victim advised that she was slapped and thrown into a wall by Hall. During the investigation, the deputy observed signs of injury to the victim. The deputy applied for and obtained a warrant for the arrest of Darren Hall in this case as he had left prior to the arrival of the deputy. Upon arrest Hall was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Hall in the Detention Center in lieu of $75,000.00 bond.

Suspect: Gina Grace Outten, 29, Delmar, MD
Narrative: On 6 September 2013 at 4:30 PM, Gina Outten surrendered herself at the Wicomico Sheriff’s Office after having been featured as one of the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office “Most Wanted.” Outten was wanted on two Circuit Court Body Attachments stemming from Child Support cases and a District Court Bench warrant issued after she failed to appear for a CDS possession case. Outten was brought to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Outten was detained without bond on the District Court warrant. Outten was also detained on a total of $2,000.00 bond on the two Child Support Body Attachments

Suspect: Karen Lanham, 38, Parsonsburg, MD
Narrative: On 6 September 2013 at 12:13 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office located and arrested Karen Lanham at a residence in the 7000 block of Madeline Circle and arrested her on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Lanham failed to appear for a Harassment case. The deputy transported Lanham to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Lanham in the Detention Center in lieu of $20,000.00 bond.

Suspect: Brandon Kenneth Collins Sr., 31, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 7 September 2013 at 7:34 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle because the operator was not restrained by a seat belt. During the encounter the deputy had reason to contact the passenger, Brandon Collins, and detected a solid object in the pants pocket of Collins. Upon further examination it was discovered to be marijuana and associated paraphernalia. The deputy charged Collins with possession of marijuana on a criminal citation.

Suspect: Justina Ann Hiltner, 41, Parsonsburg, MD
Narrative: On 8 September 2013 at 7:43 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office arrested Justina Hiltner in connection with an assault that occurred the previous evening at a residence in the 32000 block of Morris Leonard Road. Upon arrival to the original complaint, the deputy met with the residents there and learned that Hiltner had engaged in a verbal altercation with them that escalated to a physical confrontation. During the investigation, the deputy observed signs of injury allegedly inflicted by Hiltner. As Hiltner had left the scene prior to the arrival of the deputy, a warrant for her arrest was obtained. Upon arrest Hiltner was transported to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance the Commissioner detained Hiltner in the Detention Center in lieu of $35,000.00 bond.
