Muslim now? Kaepernick entered NFL as ‘Christian’ celeb
Said his 1st tattoo was New Living Translation version of Psalm 18:39
WASHINGTON – With rumors afire that San Francisco 49ers quarterback has not only embraced “Black Lives Matter” activism but Islam, it’s worth reflecting on the way he came into the NFL – as a “Christian” celebrity, with most of the controversy in his life concerning his tattoos.
“The first one I got was Psalm 18:39, a scroll on my right shoulder,” Colin Kaepernick told Hollywood Gossip in 2013.
He chose the New Living Translation, which reads: “You arm me with strength for battle. You make my adversaries bow at my feet.

QB Kaepernick Wears THIS Shirt At Press Conference, Immediately Gets DESTROYED!
Colin Kaepernick, the Quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers, believes America oppresses blacks. He gladly takes advantage of all America has to offer, including the freedom to not stand during the National Anthem and insult America’s military.
But now, he just showed up at a press conference wearing a pro-Fidel Castro, pro-communist Cuba shirt. What is wrong with him?

President Obama Plans Lame Duck Passage of TPP
President Barack Obama still intends to pass the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) in the “lame duck session” after the November election, theNew York Times reports, despite opposition from both major party presidential nominees.
Research by economist Josh Bivens demonstrates that from the time Bill Clinton became President in 1992, imported goods from third world low-wage countries almost tripled from 3.1 to 8.4 percent of GDP by 2011.
The vast majority of that increase in U.S. imports is directly related to Clinton’s negotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement and the granting of Most Favored Nation status to China.

Baltimore City paying $420K to settle class-action suit over ticket fees at Royal Farms Arena
Over $420,000 will come out of profits the city reaps from Royal Farms Arena to settle a class-action lawsuit regarding fees applied to tickets sold at the venue.
John Bourgeois, the plaintiff in the case, filed a lawsuit in 2014 alleging that the city received illegal convenience and service fees on tickets sold through Ticketmaster and SMG, the company that manages the arena. The suit alleges the fees were collected between Aug. 1, 2011 and March 14, 2013.
The city owns Royal Farms Arena.
Bourgeois and his lawyer, Benjamin Carney from the Towson law firm Gordon, Wolf & Carney, were initially seeking a payout of $4.3 million for Bourgeois and other customers who were a part of the class-action suit. Carney could not be reached for comment.

Trump By A Landslide?
If we believe the mainstream media and the Establishment it protects and promotes, Trump has no chance of winning the presidential election. For starters, Trump supporters are all Confederate-flag waving hillbillies, bigots, fascists and misogynists. In other words. "good people" can't possibly vote for Trump.
Even cartoon character Mike Doonesbury is fleeing to Vancouver to escape Trumpism. (Memo to the Doonesbury family: selling your Seattle home will barely net the down payment on a decent crib in Vancouver.)
For another, Trump alienates the entire planet every time he speaks.
The list goes on, of course, continuing with his lack of qualifications.
But suppose this election isn't about Trump or Hillary at all. Suppose, as political scientists Allan J. Lichtman and Ken DeCell claimed in their 1988 book, Thirteen Keys to the Presidency, that all presidential elections from 1860 to the present are referendums on the sitting president and his party.

ACLU: Christian Woman Forced to Remove Headscarf for License In Alabama
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) — A Christian woman in Alabama was forced to remove her headscarf for a driver’s license photo after being told only Muslim women could wear them in photos, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday by the American Civil Liberties Union of Alabama on her behalf.
Yvonne Allen of Tuskegee said in the lawsuit that when she went to renew her license in December, she was directed to remove the headscarf she wears in accordance with her religious beliefs. She said the clerk insisted that only Muslim women were allowed to cover their hair in the photos.
“I was devastated when they forced me to remove my headscarf to take my driver’s license photo,” Allen said in a statement released by the ACLU. “Revealing my hair to others is disobedient to God. I should have the same right as people of other faiths to be accommodated for my religious beliefs.”

Latinos Rally for Trump in ‘Operation Taco Bowl’
ANAHEIM — A group called “Latinos for Trump” held its first rally in Orange County on Sunday, named “Operation Taco Bowl” after an infamous Donald Trump tweet. Hispanics and African-Americans joined other Trump supporters in voicing both their support for the Republican presidential nominee and their opposition to the Democratic Party and its nominee, Hillary Clinton.
“The Democrats think they can own and acquire Hispanics’ loyalty for generations to come,” Jorge Herrera, 31, said into a microphone at a podium in front of Anaheim City Hall, where dozens of Trump supporters had gathered for the rally. “Who do they think they are? They will never own my loyalty. They will never own Hispanics’ loyalty.”
When asked how he feels about the Democratic Party claiming the Hispanic vote, Herrera told Breitbart News, “It’s just pandering. They don’t care about us. We can see middle class income down, Hispanic wealth is down, African-American wealth is down. You look at the top Democrat cities, they’re all down. It’s all about talk, no action. The statistics prove they have done nothing for everybody.”

Guilty Plea For Maryland Man Who Videotaped Young Girls At Swim Meets
BALTIMORE (WJZ)—A Parkville man who has admitted to taking hundreds of videos of underage girls at swim meets has pleaded guilty to child porn charges.
Authorities say back on November 17, 2015, Baltimore County Police searched 53-year-old Ruben Uy Lim’s home and recovered electronic devices, including a hard drive containing videos of prepubescent girls engaged in sexual acts, which had been received over the internet.
Investigators also recovered six video cameras and computer discs which contained hundreds of homemade videos dating back to 2004, which were taken at swim meets, on beaches and at water parks. Lim took the videos using a filter that attached to the camera’s lens and allowed the camera to see through certain fabrics, including bathing suits.

ISIS Terrorists Infiltrating Canada, Suspected of Plotting Attacks
The Canadian government is warning its citizens that it knows of at least 180 people who have traveled abroad to join terror groups and is tracking another 60 “extremist travelers who had returned to Canada,” according to a new government report that provides further evidence of the Islamic State’s migration to North America.
Terrorists returning to Canada after fighting abroad in hotspots such as Syria “raise serious security concerns,” says the report, which warns that “a violent act of terrorism could occur in Canada.”
Canadian authorities, like those in the United States, have continued to monitor a number of Western individuals who have traveled abroad to join terror groups. A number of these individuals have made their way back to North America, raising concerns that ISIS and its affiliates are planning attacks on the continent.
Canada’s finding is similar to warnings by some current and former U.S. officials, who have said that ISIS affiliates are already living in America and other Western countries.

Colin Kaepernick’s Biological Mother Steps Into National Anthem Fray With a Pointed Message for the Quarterback
The biological mother of San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick criticized his controversial refusal to stand for the National Anthem last Friday.
“There’s ways to make change w/o disrespecting & bringing shame to the very country & family who afforded you so many blessings,” tweeted Heidi Russo, who gave up Kaepernick for adoption when he was an infant.
Russo’s Twitter bio reads: “Wife, mom to Michael, Ethan & Alex, Birthmom of Colin, Co-Founder of Linked Thru Love, advocate for changing stigmas & stereotypes for birthmothers & adoption.”
She added this message to Kaepernick: “The path less traveled doesn’t need to be one of destruction.”
According to a 2013 ESPN article, Russo was “19, unmarried and nearly broke when she gave him up. She cared for him for five weeks while she looked for an adopting couple who were (A) set for money, (B) had other kids and (C) loved sports. Heidi stands 6-foot-2, and the birth father, now absent, was also 6-2.”

Why Did the Saudi Regime and Other Gulf Tyrannies Donate Millions to the Clinton Foundation?
AS THE NUMEROUS and obvious ethical conflicts surrounding the Clinton Foundation receive more media scrutiny, the tactic of Clinton-loyal journalists is to highlight the charitable work done by the foundation, and then insinuate — or even outright state — that anyone raising these questions is opposed to its charity. James Carville announced that those who criticize the foundation are “going to hell.” Other Clinton loyalists insinuated that Clinton Foundation critics are indifferent to the lives of HIV-positive babies or are anti-gay bigots.
That the Clinton Foundation has done some good work is beyond dispute. But that fact has exactly nothing to do with the profound ethical problems and corruption threats raised by the way its funds have been raised. Hillary Clinton was America’s chief diplomat, and tyrannical regimes such as the Saudis and Qataris jointly donated tens of millions of dollars to an organization run by her family and operated in its name, one whose works has been a prominent feature of her public persona. That extremely valuable opportunity to curry favor with the Clintons, and to secure access to them, continues as she runs for president.
The claim that this is all just about trying to help people in need should not even pass a laugh test, let alone rational scrutiny. To see how true that is, just look at who some of the biggest donors are. Although it did not give while she was secretary of state, the Saudi regime by itself has donated between $10 million and $25 million to the Clinton Foundation, with donations coming as late as 2014, as she prepared her presidential run. A group called “Friends of Saudi Arabia,” co-founded “by a Saudi Prince,” gave an additional amount between $1 million and $5 million. The Clinton Foundation says that between $1 million and $5 million was also donated by “the State of Qatar,” the United Arab Emirates, and the government of Brunei. “The State of Kuwait” has donated between $5 million and $10 million.

FBI raids American Muslim's home, finds 'arsenal'
An American Muslim convert allegedly bought illegal grenades from an undercover FBI agent and was stockpiling ammunition in an underground container, according to federal court records unsealed Monday in Detroit.
Interviews found in court records portray Sebastian Gregerson, aka Abdurrahman Bin Mikaayl, as a “homegrown violent extremist” who amassed an arsenal to carry out an attack while cheering mass killings in Paris and Orlando, the Detroit News reported.
Both the FBI and the Detroit newspaper parroted the language of the Obama administration, referring repeatedly to Gregerson as a “home-grown violent extremist” who seemingly just randomly fell into a state of allegiance to the Islamic State, also called ISIS.
Near the end of the Detroit News article the newspaper finally gets around to telling its readers that Gregerson, 29, converted to Islam after high school and worked as an employee of the Minneapolis-based Target store chain.

Leaked Soros Document Calls For Regulating Internet To Favor 'Open Society' Supporters
Very soon, on October 1, 2016, much of the internet's governance will shift from the US National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) authority to a nonprofit multi-stakeholder entity, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, also known by its acronym ICANN. As The Gatestone Institute's Judith Bergmann explains,
Until now, NTIA has been responsible for key internet domain name functions, such as the coordination of the DNS (Domain Name System) root, IP addresses, and other internet protocol resources. But in March 2014, the U.S. announced its plan to let its contract with ICANN to operate key domain name functions expire in September 2015, passing the oversight of the agency to a global governance model. The expiration was subsequently delayed until October 1, 2016.
According to the NTIA's press release at the time, "NTIA's responsibility includes the procedural role of administering changes to the authoritative root zone file – the database containing the lists of names and addresses of all top-level domains – as well as serving as the historic steward of the DNS. NTIA currently contracts with ICANN to carry out the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) functions and has a Cooperative Agreement with Verisign under which it performs related root zone management functions. Transitioning NTIA out of its role marks the final phase of the privatization of the DNS as outlined by the U.S. Government in 1997".

Trump on Huma Abedin, Anthony Weiner: 'Just Another Example of Hillary Clinton's Bad Judgment'
Donald Trump issued a statement following Huma Abedin’s decision to leave her husband, Anthony Weiner, after his latest online sexting scandal.
“Huma is making a very wise decision. I know Anthony Weiner well, and she will be far better off without him. I only worry for the country in that Hillary Clinton was careless and negligent in allowing Weiner to have such close proximity to highly classified information,” Trump stated in a press release on Monday afternoon. “Who knows what he learned and who he told? It’s just another example of Hillary Clinton’s bad judgment. It is possible that our country and its security have been greatly compromised by this.”
Abedin, who is a friend of the former secretary of state, served as Hillary Clinton’s aide at the State Department, handling classified information.

US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR SUES MARYLAND CONTRACTOR FOR DISCRIMINATING AGAINST HISPANIC, AFRICAN-AMERICAN EMPLOYEES
Potomac Abatement’s actions affected at least 162 workers at
many DC- area work sites
JESSUP, Md. – The U.S. Department of Labor has filed a lawsuit alleging a Maryland demolition contractor discriminated against more than 150 Hispanic and African-American workers and allowed harassment of employees based on race and national origin.
The suit follows an investigation by the department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs that found Potomac Abatement, Inc., forced at least 145 Hispanic employees into lower-paying jobs and subjected them to ongoing harassment because of their race or national origin, and discriminated against at least 17 African Americans by terminating them because of their race. The Hispanic and African-American workers were employed as skilled field technicians and unskilled laborers at construction sites in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area in 2011-2012. The complaint alleges that these violations have continued to the present.
The department also alleges that Potomac mistreated its Hispanic employees by denying them basic on-the-job necessities that were provided to other workers; allowed supervisors to illegally harass Hispanic employees, including sexual harassment of Hispanic female workers; and retaliated against Hispanic employees who complained about their treatment. It also alleges a number of other violations of Potomac’s obligations as a federal contractor, including failure to recruit minorities, women, protected veterans, and qualified individuals with disabilities, and failure to maintain required personnel and employment records.
Baltimore People Gather To Ask For Protection In Their City
As Justice Department civil rights lawyers held a meeting to talk about overhauling the Baltimore police department, another group of Baltimore residents gathered to beg the police to fix the crime in their neighborhoods.
The meetings show a disconnect between those who are concerned about crime and those worried about police reform, reports the Washington Post. Neither group was aware the other one was meeting.
About 40 people, most of them older black women, gathered in a West Baltimore church basement to ask police to return order to their community.
A gas station owner whose parking lot had been taken over by loiterers begged for help; a 17-year old was also fatally shot there. Another man asked about the foot patrol officers that were promised to the community.

ObamaCare coverage options disappearing across country, report finds
Nearly a third of U.S. counties will be left with just one insurance option next year on the ObamaCare exchanges, according to a new analysis fueling warnings about the impact of the insurance company exodus from markets across the country.
The Kaiser Family Foundation study found residents in Pinal County, Ariz., are even at risk of having no insurance options on the exchanges, which provide subsidized plans.
Republicans seized on the report Monday to claim that the health care overhaul is not providing the choices promised by President Obama and others.
"The president repeatedly promised that his health care law would provide more choices, ‘bend the cost curve,’ and allow Americans to keep the plans they liked and could afford. He failed to live up to those promises, and families are paying the price," Sen. Roy Blunt, R-Mo., said in a statement, noting the majority of counties in Missouri could be left with just one insurance option on the exchanges.

Hillary's Story On Working With Tom DeLay Is Mostly False
The Premise Of One Of Hillary’s Favorite ‘I Helped The Children’ Stories Is Totally False
One of the stories Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton relies on to demonstrate her ability to work with Republicans for the sake of the children is almost entirely inaccurate, an investigation by the liberal outlet Mother Jones finds.
Clinton often tells the story on the stump of how she reached across the aisle as first lady to work with Republican Tom DeLay — a famously partisan political opponent of her husband — on an adoption bill that became law in 1997. DeLay was House majority whip at the time and later tried to impeach Bill.
Hillary uses the story as evidence of her bipartisan chops, and it plays nicely into her campaign emphasis on her past work on behalf of children. The only problem is DeLay says it’s not really true. (RELATED: The Clinton Campaign Can’t Escape These 7 Truths)
“I worked with Tom Delay, one of the most partisan Republicans in the congress, to reform the adoption and foster care system,” Clinton said in a February town hall cited by Mother Jones — one of many times she’s told the story. “We never became friends, but we did something good for a lot of young kids who had better lives because of it.”

Comptroller Franchot Releases Year-End Closeout Numbers
Comptroller Urges Fiscal Restraint Citing Continued
Economic Uncertainty
ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Renewing his call for caution in a tepid economic recovery, Comptroller Peter Franchot released the final closeout numbers for Fiscal Year 2016 today. General Fund revenues totaled $16.2 billion in the fiscal year, 1.5 percent or $250 million below estimate. The unassigned general fund balance is $196.5 million.
The revenue data reflected sustained weakness in wage growth and taxable spending as well as significantly less revenue from collections with tax returns. The net revenue from tax returns with checks and tax returns with refunds decreased 30 percent from fiscal year 2015. The estimate had called for a decline of 1 percent. The downturn likely is due to volatility in non-wage income, particularly capital gains.
“These numbers reflect a continued slow and anemic economic recovery in our state with Marylanders struggling to keep pace,” Comptroller Franchot said. “While a few more Marylanders have jobs, overall wages continue to fail to keep pace with the cost of living for too many families. The figures underscore a vulnerable and uncertain economy and the need to keep to a sensible fiscal course ahead. Consumers and small businesses need predictability as we move forward. I believe that any fund balance must be saved and not spent.”
Withholding growth as it relates to total wages, slowed significantly. While withholding — the state’s single largest revenue source — increased 3.4 percent in fiscal year 2016, an unexpected slow-down in growth in the second quarter resulted in a variance estimated at -1.1 percent. That rate accounts for a negative impact of roughly $93 million to the general fund. With depressed wage growth and general economic uncertainly, consumer spending is affected.
While employment for the fiscal year reportedly increased 1.8 percent, industry factors mask the effects from a mix of high versus lower-paying jobs. There are encouraging signals, notably from the construction industry, but much of the job growth is materializing from industries with below average wages compared to the statewide average. Moreover, low inflation – inflation in 2015 was 0.1 percent — offers little incentive to employers to raise wages to maintain existing standards of living for employees.
Huma Abedin forwarded sensitive material to personal email
2/3 of messages released were sent to unsecured account
NEW YORK – Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin may have forwarded classified national security information to one of two personal, unsecured email accounts she regularly used to transact State Department business, the latest cache of emails released by Judicial Watch indicates.
Also on Monday, a federal judge ruled that the State Department must turn over any “non-exempt” documents related to Abedin’s employment at the State Department, and the department must do so before Oct. 14.
Of the more than 160 emails in the latest Judicial Watch release, some 110 emails – two-thirds of the total – were forwarded by Abedin to personal addresses she controlled, humamabedin@[redacted] and habedin@[redacted].
Even more potentially damaging, of the 110 emails Abedin forwarded to her personal email servers, 45 were found by WND to have contained heavily redacted information, with some 20 of the emails 100 percent redacted. Many have a bold “PAGE DENIED” stamped on the page.

Subject: VIDEO – Bill Clinton: Rebuild Detroit with Syrian Refugees
In a previously little-noticedvideo from February at the Clinton Global Initiative, former President Bill Clinton suggested that the U.S. use Syrian refugees to rebuild Detroit.
“The truth is that the big loser in this over the long run is going to be Syria. This is an enormous opportunity for Americans,” Bill Clinton said about the Syrian migrant crisis.
Detroit has 10,000 empty, structurally sound houses—10,000. And lot of jobs to be had repairing those houses. Detroit just came out of bankruptcy and the mayor’s trying to do an innovative sort of urban homesteading program there. But it just gives you an example of what could be done. And I think any of us who have ever had any personal experience with either Syrian Americans or Syrian refugees think it’s a pretty good deal.

Pastor Mark Burns: Trump Going to the Black Community to SOLVE Problems
“This is a really exciting time for the Trump campaign,” Pastor Mark Burns told Breitbart’s Washington Political Editor Matthew Boyle on Monday’s Breitbart News Daily on SiriusXM. “So many doors within the African-American community in this country have opened up for Mr. Trump.”
Burns said the campaign was being “strategic” in choosing the right times and places to interface with that community.
“People are saying Mr. Trump is not going to the black communities, he’s not going to the areas that are impacted in urban centers in our country,” he said. “It wasn’t that he wasn’t going, and it wasn’t that people wouldn’t invite him, either. It was just choosing the right place, that we thought would have the greatest impact within the African-American community in this country, and the heart of Detroit is just that.”
“Mr. Trump will be speaking, and answering questions on the only African-American owned and operated national Christian TV network, which is the Impact network. And he’s going to be interviewed by the CEO and president of the network, Bishop Wayne T. Jackson, in the heart of Detroit, at the Great Faith Church in Detroit,” Burns announced.

Leaked Soros Document Calls For Regulating Internet To Favor ‘Open Society’ Supporters
An internal proposed strategy from George Soros’s Open Society Justice Initiative calls for international regulation of private actors’ decisions on “what information is taken off the Internet and what may remain.” Those regulations, the document notes, should favor “those most supportive of open society.”
The Open Society Justice Initiative (OSJI) is part of the Open Society Foundations, Soros’s secretive network of political organizations. According to the organization’s website, “The Open Society Justice Initiative uses law to protect and empower people around the world, supporting the values and work of the Open Society Foundations.”

Hillary Clinton Withheld 30 Benghazi Emails
FBI investigators recovered 30 emails from Hillary Clinton’s wiped server which discussed Benghazi, government lawyers said in federal court on Tuesday.
The disclosure was made during a hearing before U.S. District Court Judge Amit Mehta in a case involving a lawsuit filed by the watchdog group Judicial Watch.
The Associated Press reports:
Government lawyers told U.S. District Court Judge Amit P. Mehta Tuesday that an undetermined number of the emails among the 30 were not included in the 55,000 pages previously provided by Clinton to State. The agency said it would need until the end of September to review the emails and redact potentially classified information before they are released.
Government lawyers revealed in a court filing last week that some of the emails recovered by FBI investigators from her email server contained “search terms” related to Benghazi.

Teen dies after girlfriend gives fatal hickey
(KUTV) A 17-year-old has died after a hickey reportedly took his life, according to a local news outlet in Mexico City, Mexico.
Doctors say the teen began having convulsions while at the dinner table eating with his family in Mexico City. Before dinner, Julio Macias Gonzalez had spent the evening with his 24-year-old girlfriend, who is now in hiding, reports The Independent.
Medical professionals believe the suction of the hickey resulted in a blood clot for the teen. Doctors believe the blood clot traveled to his brain and caused the fatal stroke.

A Candidate's Death Could Delay or Eliminate the Presidential Election
The presidential election could be delayed or scrapped altogether if conspiracy theories become predictive and a candidate dies or drops out before Nov. 8. The perhaps equally startling alternative, if there's enough time: Small groups of people hand-picking a replacement pursuant to obscure party rules.
The scenarios have been seriously considered by few outside of the legal community and likely are too morbid for polite discussion in politically mixed company. But prominent law professors have pondered the effects and possible ways to address a late-date vacancy.
"There's nothing in the Constitution which requires a popular election for the electors serving in the Electoral College," says John Nagle, a law professor at the University of Notre Dame, meaning the body that officially elects presidents could convene without the general public voting.
"It's up to each state legislature to decide how they want to choose the state's electors," Nagle says. "It may be a situation in which the fact that we have an Electoral College, rather than direct voting for presidential candidates, may prove to be helpful."
Both major parties do have rules for presidential ticket replacements, however, and Congress has the power to change the election date under Article II of the Constitution, which allows federal lawmakers to set dates for the selection of presidential electors and when those electors will vote.
But Congress would be up against a de facto December deadline, as the Constitution's 20th Amendment requires that congressional terms expire Jan. 3 and presidential terms on Jan. 20.

Former SecDef: Hillary Clinton ‘Not Involved in National Security Issues’ as First Lady
Hillary Clinton had no role in national security matters as first lady, according to newly uncovered records, a revelation that undermines her claims on the campaign trail in 2008.
William Cohen, who served as secretary of defense under President Bill Clinton for several years, said in 2007 that Hillary Clinton “was not involved in national security issues” as first lady, according to a transcript of an interview with the defense secretary’s historical office obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.
Cohen, who was appointed by Bill Clinton in 1996, spoke about his experience as defense secretary during the interview, highlighting his positive relationship with the former president. When asked by interviewers whether Hillary Clinton “play[ed] any kind of part” in national security and Pentagon matters, he replied, “No, not really.”
“She was not involved in national security issues,” Cohen said in the transcript, which was included in the William S. Cohen papers archive housed at the University of Maine.

NYT reporter: Fear of prosecution may have driven Hillary to blame Powell on emails
Mark Landler, author of Alter Egos: Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and the Twilight Struggle Over American Power, told a Washington audience that Clinton probably lost Powell's endorsement as a result.
"I think that the more recent comments about Powell may arise slightly out of a desperation in the face of possible prosecution, and so it's unfortunate. She may well have lost her Colin Powell endorsement over this, it's likely she has," he said during a discussion of world order at the German Marshall Fund of the United States.
Clinton, in the latest escalation of the email scandal, suggested that having a separate email server was an idea offered up by Powell. He rejected that, however, saying, "her people are trying to pin it on me."

New Emails Show Clinton Aides Worried About Security, Frustrated with Her Habits
The latest trove of Hillary Clinton emails released byCitizens United reveals that the former Secretary of State’s top aides were well aware her email practices were a security risk. There are also some new exchanges showing Clinton aide Huma Abedin dealing with Clinton Foundation issues while working from the State Department.
During Clinton’s trip to Russia in October 2009, Abedin emailed others at the State Department to let them know the Secretary and her staff would not be carrying their Blackberries, which were patched into the now-infamous ClintonEmail.com homebrew server. As Fox News reports:
“Want to make sure DC is aware that those of us in the Russia traveling party will be leaving blackberries on the airplane once we tough down in moscow tonite [sic],” Abedin wrote.
When an aide noted that her clintonemail.com address should work if Russian officials are taking their BlackBerrys away, Abedin responded: “Its for security reasons. I don’t want to use that one either.”

UN Could Take Control of Internet
The United Nations is likely to take control of the internet if the United States gives up its stewardship, according to The Wall Street Journal columnist L. Gordon Crovitz.
Crovitz, who is a media adviser and former publisher of The Wall Street Journal, says the U.N. would take control because of the Obama administration's "naivete or arrogance."
He based his theory that the U.S. would hand over control to the U.N. based on an inquiry by Americans for Limited Government, an advocacy group that sent a Freedom of Information Act request about the future of the internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), but the request came back saying "there were no records in relation to the request."
Which means the Obama administration has no plan on how to allow ICANN to keep its antitrust exemption, which allows it to be a "legal monopolist," Crovitz said.
The U.S. Department of Commerce has been responsible for managing the internet, and subcontracted the job to the private nonprofit ICANN, according to The Daily Mail.
Without the U.S. contract, ICANN would look for another governmental group to control it, so it can retain that exemption. Crovitz writes that authoritarian regimes want ICANN to become part of the U.N., so that they can more easily censor it.

Black Democrat-Turned-Trump Republican: ‘We Need a Strong Man’ in Office
ANAHEIM — Candace Campbell, an African-American woman who works as a contractor with the federal government, told Breitbart News on Sunday that she switched from Democrat to a Republican this election cycle in order to vote for Donald Trump because she believes “we need a strong man” in the White House.
“We need a man with bals,” she said.
Campbell, 47, was attending the “Operation Taco Bowl” rally in front of Anaheim City Hall, which was put together by a group of Latinos who support Trump for president. The rally was named for an infamous Donald Trump tweet, which led Democrats to refer to Latino outreach as “taco bowl” outreach in a series of emails revealed by Wikileaks last month.
Campbell told Breitbart News that she does not believe Hillary Clinton is well-suited to be president because “she is too weak.” Instead, she suggested that Hillary Clinton “needs to retire … What we’re dealing with is very dangerous and we need someone very strong. She’s not strong enough to deal with what we are dealing with inside our country,” she said. speaking of terrorism and widespread corruption.

FBI says foreign hackers penetrated state election systems
The FBI has uncovered evidence that foreign hackers penetrated two state election databases in recent weeks, prompting the bureau to warn election officials across the country to take new steps to enhance the security of their computer systems, according to federal and state law enforcement officials.
The FBI warning, contained in a “flash” alert from the FBI’s Cyber Division, a copy of which was obtained by Yahoo News, comes amid heightened concerns among U.S. intelligence officials about the possibility of cyber-intrusions, potentially by Russian state-sponsored hackers, aimed at disrupting the November elections.
Those concerns prompted Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson to convene a conference call with state election officials on Aug. 15, in which he offered his department’s help to make state voting systems more secure, including providing federal cyber security experts to scan for vulnerabilities, according to a “readout” of the call released by the department.

BREAKING NEWS: Surprise! FBI Just Made a Massive Move Against Hillary Clinton
In recent weeks, the State Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) have been pushing against each other over FOIA requests for details of Hillary Clinton’s criminal investigation.
While the FBI, for political reasons, ultimately decided not to prosecute, they did have an extensive investigation into the corruption at the Clinton Foundation and Secretary of State’s office, where Hillary Clinton sold access to foreign donors.
The State Department wants records to be delayed until after the election. But now, the FBI will officially release their full report to the Justice Department, including investigative materials and additional notes no one has seen before.
This is bad news for Hillary!

Cambridge police chief returns to duty
CAMBRIDGE — Cambridge Police Chief Daniel Dvorak returned to duty with the department Tuesday after a brief time on administrative leave.
According to a Cambridge police press release, Dvorak was reinstated Tuesday, Aug. 30, after he was placed on administrative leave Thursday, Aug. 25, for a personnel matter.
“Last week, some concerns were raised about equipment in my possession that I used in my computer management role with the Newport Police Department,” Dvorak said in a written statement. “I was placed on administrative leave while this was investigated. Once I received a statement from Newport confirming I was authorized to possess this equipment I was reinstated.
“All cases such as this must be investigated completely, and unfortunately to do it properly it must be done confidentially,” he said. “I am very pleased to be back to work so I can continue to serve as your police chief.”

Ohio’s ‘Tea Party for Trump’ Builds Grassroots Get-Out-The-Vote Machine
A crowd of more than three hundred grassroots activists pushed into a church in a suburb of Columbus, Ohio, on Saturday as organizers unveiled a get-out-the-vote plan to win the swing state for Donald Trump.
“The message is simple,” Tom Zawistowski, spokesman for Tea Party for Trump, told the energized Ohio crowd. “If you want to keep your guns and 2nd Amendment rights, you have to vote for Trump.”
Zawistowski is the co-founder of the Portage County Tea Party and is also president of the ‘We the People Convention,’ a coalition of Tea Party and liberty groups across Ohio. He opened up the Tea Party for Trump’s kick-off event by explaining the group’s partnership with the National Rifle Association in Ohio and other key swing states.
“Go to the website, Tea Party for Trump. Sign up. We can have you calling voters who are leaning our way immediately. And if you want to come up here to Ohio to knock on doors, we can make that happen,” he said.

How Did Clinton Aide Huma Abedin Get Security Clearance?
On Thursday’s Breitbart News Daily, SiriusXM host Alex Marlow asked guest Roger Stone about the Vogue interview with Hillary Clinton’s aide Huma Abedin, who said her Muslim faith helped her get through the sexting scandals of her husband, disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner.
“It’s an attempt, of course, to clean Huma up, and make her respectable, even sympathetic, for voters,” said Stone. “Vogue has been a great enabler and advocate for Hillary Clinton, which is ironic, in view of Hillary’s role in bullying, intimidating, and threatening the various women who have been her husband’s sexual assault victims. Are those the actions of a feminist, or an advocate for women? I think not.”
“It is funny, yesterday there were quite a few Tweets online saying, oh, Steve Bannon and Roger Stone, they are advocates for the conspiracy theory about Huma,” Stone observed, referring to Breitbart News Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon, who has become the chief executive officer of Donald Trump’s presidential campaign.
“No conspiracy theory – this is really simple,” Stone explained. “Her parents were funders of the Institute for Muslim Minority Affairs, also active in the World Muslim League – both funded by the radical sheikh Omar Abdul Naseef, who also founded the Rabita Trust, identified by the Department of Justice as one of the funders of the attack on America on 9/11. Those are indisputable facts.”
“It’s ironic that Huma also comes out of the Institute for Muslim Minority Affairs, as did Mr. Khan, who of course got quite a bit of press at the Democratic convention last week. Two radical Islamic organizations,” he continued. (The Democratic convention was held July 25-28.)

Woman from Navy’s 1st same-sex ‘homecoming kiss’ engaged to man, has son
One of the women who made national headlines for being in the Navy’s first same-sex “homecoming kiss” photo after the repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” is now engaged — to a man — and has a three-year-old son.
Petty Officer 2nd Class Marissa Gaeta Placerville, Calif., won a raffle in December 2011 to be the first sailor to give her girlfriend a kiss in Virginia Beach.
The moment made Ms. Gaeta and Petty Officer 3rd Class Citlalic Snell famous.
But a follow-up by the Virginia Pilot over the weekend adds an unexpected twist to the story: Ms. Snell is now engaged to a man named Greg and the two have a son.
“I almost felt we were going to let people down,” Ms. Snell, a former fire controlman who exited the military last year, told the newspaper of the 2012 breakup..

Hillary Clinton 'Above the Law' street art plastered across Los Angeles by 'Sabo'
The California street artist known as Sabo has covered Los Angeles in a new piece on Hillary Clinton titled, “First Female POTUS: Above the Law & Out of Touch.”
Sabo, who has a long history of covering the city in provocative street art, recently made headlines with a piece depicting Leonardo DiCaprio and Hillary Clinton in washing machines filled with “laundered” money. His commentary on corrupt nonprofit organizations has been followed up with 20 images of Mrs. Clinton, naked and adorned with tattoos.
“I noticed someone had been inspired by my [Ted] ‘Cruz‘ style poster and created a pro-Hillary version. I wasn’t going to have any part of that. I had to respond with my own,” the artist said on his website. “This woman is a Saul Alinsky trained Beast who has zero regard for the unborn and the law. She’s all about the Benjamins, GRRRL POWER, and death. What’s she holding behind her back, a knife, a gun, the head of Bernie Sanders?”

Amazon Angers Mom-and-Pop Sellers With ‘Arbitrary’ Suspensions
Andy Ayers was walking to his car in a Big Lots parking lot -- shopping cart brimming with cereal, dog treats and Always brand feminine hygiene products he planned to resell for a markup on Amazon.com Inc. -- when he got a phone alert that his account had been suspended.
“I thought, ‘Oh Crap. Perfect timing,”’ says Ayers, 32, of Athens, Georgia.
An Amazon shopper had complained that one of Ayers’s products wasn’t authentic. Ayers disputed the claim and provided receipts to back it up. But about two weeks had passed by the time his account was reinstated, and the downtime cost him sales.
“I wasn’t doing anything shady,” says Ayers, who estimates he’ll sell $500,000 worth of goods on Amazon this year. “It seems there are a lot of Amazon sellers who aren’t doing anything wrong and are getting punished. There’s an arbitrary nature to it.” He has plenty of company. Attendees at an annual gathering of online merchants in Seattle on Friday said merchants are “living in fear” that they’ll be kicked off the site.

Regardless Of Price, Don’t Buy Your EpiPen On eBay
With the price of emergency allergy treatment EpiPen jumping nearly 600% in less than a decade, bringing the out-of-pocket cost for some patients to $600 for a two-pack, it’s perhaps not surprising that sketchy eBay sellers are claiming to offer the prescription medication at a discount, even though it’s against eBay policy, illegal, and just a really, really, really awful idea.
The presence of EpiPens on eBay isn’t a new scenario. We found people talking about the supposed availability of the auto-injector in 2005 post on a peanut allergy forum. The folks chatting in that forum all seemed to agree — wisely — that making the purchase would be a bad idea, but that doesn’t mean someone didn’t eventually end up purchasing that EpiPen, or that desperate buyers aren’t trying to snap up the pens currently being sold on the site.

Fact-Check -- Top 20 Lies in Hillary's 'Alt-Right' Speech
Andrew Breitbart would have been proud: on Thursday, his website became Hillary Clinton’s number one target.
In his book, Righteous Indignation: Excuse Me While I Save the World!, Andrew recalled how he warned the Tea Party what lay ahead for them: “I said that they’d be labeled racists and hate mongers and violent criminals, that they’d be depicted as the dregs of society, people to be excluded from dinner parties because of their made-up closet KKK status. They were about to be targeted.”
Andrew added: “They need to marginalize and demonize those that would stand up to their hardball, toxic, and antidemocratic tactics … But it won’t work. Given a fair hearing, given just the slightest exposure — and the American people will rise to the occasion. They see these tactics for what they are.”
