Obama’s ‘back-door amnesty’ brings Somalians to U.S.
Administration 'perpetually extending' temporary 'humanitarian' program
The Obama administration is admitting hundreds of African immigrants to the U.S. under a “secret accord” that channels them through South America and Mexico, charges the Washington watchdog Judicial Watch.
“The Obama administration has done a great job of promoting its various back-door amnesty programs, which include perpetually extending a humanitarian measure designed to temporarily shield illegal immigrants from deportation during emergencies,” the Judicial Watch report said.
“It’s known as Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and in the last few years migrants from several African countries have received it so the new influx is not all surprising.”
The Obama administration already has opened the door to thousands of young men from Syria, designated them as refugees “refugees.” It also tried to grant amnesty to up to 5 million illegal aliens until the plan was slapped down by a federal judge in a ruling the U.S. Supreme Court let stand.

“SHUT IT DOWN!”: REUTERS ORDERS CAMERAMAN TO KILL POSITIVE TRUMP FOOTAGE
A shock example of anti-Trump media censorship was caught on tape when Reuters ordered its cameraman to cut live footage of Trump receiving praise from African-American Bishop Wayne T. Jackson in Detroit.
The incident occurred as Jackson presented Trump with a shawl, a bible, and offered his prayers as the black audience cheered and clapped.
Perhaps aware of the devastating impact the optics of this moment would have on the media’s efforts to demonize Trump as a racist bigot, a voice is heard off-camera saying, “He’s getting a shawl!”
The cameraman then says, “I’m shooting this, I don’t care what they say….I’ll take a demotion for this…. you?”

VA Warns Students ITT May Go 'Out of Business'
The Veterans Affairs Department is warning thousands of U.S. military veterans enrolled at ITT Tech to brace for the possibility the for-profit college franchise "goes out of business," according to a recent notice.
The parent company, ITT Educational Services Inc., based in Carmel, Indiana, on Monday suspended all new enrollments after the U.S. Education Department barred the college, which has about 130 campuses in 38 states, from accepting students who use federal financial aid. States such as California and Washington have followed suit.
While the moves don't affect veterans' GI Bill benefits, "these actions do raise significant concerns about the financial viability of ITT," the VA wrote in a recent message on its Facebook page. "It's important that you understand that if ITT goes out of business before you complete your education, you will not be able to use your GI Bill benefits to keep attending that school and under this scenario, you would no longer be able to pursue your education at that school."

The father of one the children says they were playing outside in front of the home during the shooting.
Little 4-year-old Tennesha Goode, who was shot in the foot, says she shes been in pain and hasn’t been sleeping well since the shooting. Her 6-year-old cousin, Caton, was shot in the thigh. The children and the 61-year-old woman are all expected to survive.
But the shootings didn’t stop there.

Hillary Clinton, rarely seen, rarely heard
Hillary Clinton has never felt comfortable with the traveling political press.
As first lady, she would sometimes arrange travel for herself and Chelsea separate from her husband, partly to avoid the protective pool of reporters assigned to the president. In 2008, she “fought tooth and nail,” former aides said, to avoid sharing the plane with her press corps and relented only when her campaign was running out of money and had to either bring the reporters on board or downgrade to commercial.
And in 2016, with plenty of cash and a winning position in the race, Clinton has managed to keep the press at arm’s length – preserving her private plane as a refuge where the only people around are her trusted campaign aides.
That changes on Labor Day, when the reporters and their press-leery candidate will for the first time board a “Stronger Together”-wrapped 737 from New York to Ohio to Iowa, and remain flying companions for the final stretch of the campaign.

28 ODs in 4 hours: How the heroin epidemic choked a W.Va. city
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - He found the woman slumped over the steering wheel, an empty syringe on the floorboard and her skin dulling to a purplish blue.
Dave McClure, an EMS supervisor, counted four faint breaths per minute. Without the antidote he carried, she’d be dead in five minutes.
It was 3:25 p.m. on what was, so far, an ordinary Monday. For an EMT in this struggling city, bringing an addict back from the brink of opiate-fueled death counts as routine.
But as McClure searched for an unscarred vein in the young woman’s arm, dozens of others were shooting or snorting the same toxic powder she’d just taken. They started dropping, their muscles seizing, pupils shrinking to the size of pinheads. The heroin epidemic that had been quietly killing by the thousands began boiling to a climax that would traumatize the city and exhaust its emergency responders.
McClure’s radio squawked as he pushed in the IV full of a liquid called naloxone, which blocks the effects of opioids and jolts those overdosing back to life. “We’ve got another overdose,” the dispatcher reported. “We’ve got two more.”
The woman’s eyes blinked open.

EpiPen alternative costs pennies in Mexico
McALLEN — A life-saving medication that costs more than $600 is the United States is only a few cents in Mexico.
The EpiPen’s controversial price hike from about $100 to more than $600 in just a few years is drawing many Rio GrandeValley residents to seek relief in Mexico, where medication is easily accessible.
Nuevo Progreso is a Mexican medical destination, with tourists from near and far making the trip to the tiny border town. An array of street promoters greets tourists as they enter the country, promoting anything from Viagra to Xanax to Lipitor.
However, the EpiPen, which is used to treat extreme and possibly fatal allergic reactions, is highly sought there but is not available.

Trump Tells Black Church: 'We Need a Civil Rights Agenda for Our Time'
Donald Trump joined Great Faith Ministries International, an African American church located in Detroit, on Saturday where he spoke to the community about the importance of faith helping to heal a divided nation.
“For centuries, the African American church has been the conscience of our country,” Trump told the congregation as he spoke briefly during the service.
The Republican nominee said African American churches have “lifted up the soul of our nation” and led the civil rights movement.
He said he wants leaders to help heal the nation by providing “a greater platform to the black churches and church goers.”
“I will always support your church — always — and defend your right to worship,” he added. “I hope my presence here will also help your voice to reach new audiences in our country and many of these audiences desperately need your spirit and your thought.”
Dr. Ben Carson joined Trump at the church.

Crowdfunded classrooms: Teachers increasingly solicit online
PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Paper? Pencils? Laptops? Robots? Teachers are increasingly relying on crowdfunding efforts to stock their classrooms with both the mundane and sometimes big-ticket items.
Contributions to education campaigns have climbed on GoFundMe and DonorsChoose, collectively, from just more than $31.2 million in 2010 to nearly $140 million in 2015, the do-it-yourself fundraising sites report. Both sites are on pace to eclipse that in 2016.
GoFundMe has collected $58 million in just the last 12 months, and DonorsChoose saw more than 50,000 campaigns live on the site for the first time this back-to-school season.

Hungary Teaches Globalists a Lesson on Immigration, Borders, Democracy
In his book Politics and the English Language, George Orwell wrote, “it is almost universally felt that when we call a country democratic we are praising it: consequently the defenders of every kind of régime claim that it is a democracy…. Words of this kind are often used in a consciously dishonest way.”
Seventy years later, Orwell’s insight on the use and abuse of the English language still rings true. Take for example, the Clinton/Obama attack on Hungary for being “undemocratic.”
In May, Bill Clinton said that Hungary and Poland “decided this democracy is too much trouble” and that they “want Putin-like leadership: ‘just give me an authoritarian dictatorship and keep the foreigners out.’” He was attacking — and slandering – Hungary for blocking the entry of a few hundred thousand Muslim migrants, many of them from Syria.

2-year-old cited for littering in D.C., but officials say they’re dropping the case
Harper Westover, age 2, had never run afoul of the government before. The “Paw Patrol” fanatic lives in Northeast Washington with her parents, who insist she’s just the tidiest, most polite and well-behaved toddler in the nation’s capital. They call her “Harpie.” Sometimes “Lovey.”
But to officials at the city’s Department of Public Works, Harpie is known by another name, etched in capital letters on D.C. government letterhead: VIOLATOR.
On Thursday, she received in the mail a “Notice of Violation” reporting she was being fined $75 for allegedly littering at the end of the alley by her home, on 9th Street NE.

Hiding Hillary Day 273: Fallout from the FBI Release
It has now been 273 days since Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton held a press conference.
#HidingHillary has been avoiding unscripted questions and appearances that aren’t carefully controlled by her campaign. Yesterday’s release of information by the FBI on their investigation into her use of a private email server and handling of classified information while she served as Secretary of State has raised many questions.
The FBI file revealed that Clinton claimed she didn’t know that [C] meant classified, that she couldn’t remember things because of a concussion, that she lost cellphones and a computer with sensitive information, and that she broke protocol by emailing President Obama directly while overseas, exposing the president’s email to hackers, to name just a few.
Today the Trump campaign released their “question of the day” for Hiding Hillary.
“Secretary Clinton, why did one of your staffers delete all archives of your emails several weeks after The New York Times reported on your private email system and after you were subpoenaed to preserve all documentation?” – Jason Miller, Senior Communications Advisor

State Awards $1.7 Million for Innovative Manure Management Projects in Somerset and Anne Arundel Counties
ANNAPOLIS, MD – The Maryland Department of Agriculture has awarded more than $1.7 million in grants for two animal waste management technology projects in Somerset and Anne Arundel counties. The grants are part of the state’s ongoing commitment to manage animal manure, protect natural resources, and pursue renewable energy sources.
“These systems represent a real breakthrough in addressing the challenges that poultry and livestock farmers across Maryland and the country are facing when managing manure resources,” said Maryland Agriculture Secretary Joe Bartenfelder. “We are excited to be part of a solution that focuses on providing farmers with alternatives for managing and using manure resulting in a sustainable agriculture industry and a healthy Chesapeake Bay.”
A $1.4 million Animal Waste Technology grant was awarded to Clean Bay Renewables of Maryland to construct and operate a manure-to-energy plant in Somerset County. The plant will generate electricity by processing 80 tons per day of poultry litter as feedstock. The system has the capacity to produce 2 megawatts of electricity per hour. The plant will use a thermophilic anaerobic digester to convert organic matter into biogas (a mix of methane and carbon dioxide) and simpler chemical compounds in an oxygen-free environment. Importantly, the system captures and separates nitrogen and phosphorous contained in the byproduct, creating a marketable product that farmers can use to fertilize their crops, comply with Maryland’s Phosphorus Management Tool regulations, and protect local waterways and the Chesapeake Bay from excess nutrients. The poultry litter feedstock for the plant will be supplied by a Somerset County manure broker. Clean Bay Renewables has received approval to build the manure-to-energy plant from PJM, the utility grid operator serving Maryland, Delaware, Washington, D.C., and 11 other states, and has the support of the Somerset County Economic Development Commission. The state’s $1.4 million grant will supplement $15 million in investments already secured by Clean Bay Renewables.

‘Best immigration speech we’ve ever seen’
Expert praises Trump’s Phoenix address
During his major immigration speech in Phoenix this week, GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump did not promise to round up and deport all of the illegal immigrants currently in the country.
But he is not going soft, according to one leading immigration expert; he is simply growing more mature as a messenger.
“The tone was Trumpish as usual, but the substance was, I’d have to say, the best immigration speech we’ve ever seen from a major party presidential candidate,” said Mark Krikorian, executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies. “His speech was a welcome note of organization and a coordinated policy proposal.”
Krikorian pointed out deporting all 11 million illegal immigrants was never part of Trump’s immigration platform in the first place, based on his campaign website. It’s just as well, in Krikorian’s view.
“That was never going to happen anyway,” Krikorian told WND. “It’s a fantasy policy; no immigration restrictionists had ever called for that in any case. It’s impractical just as a logistical matter, it’s politically unsustainable, it’s just not going to happen.”

23 Shocking Revelations From The FBI's Clinton Email Report
The FBI’s Hillary Clinton email investigation report contains numerous bombshells that show just how careless the former secretary of state was in maintaining and using a private email system while in office.
Here are 23 of the most surprising findings from the 47-page report, which was released on Friday, at the beginning of Labor Day weekend.
Didn’t know that ‘C’ meant ‘Confidential’
The former secretary of state told the FBI during her July 2 interview that she did not know what a “C” marking in one of her emails signified. The letter indicated that the email contained information classified as confidential, but Clinton said she thought it indicated that the paragraphs were in alphabetical order.

Black Liberation Marchers Chant ‘Don’t Vote for Hillary, She’s Killing Black People’
A large Black Liberation March, made up of a coalition of protestors including Black Lives Matter, marched more than two miles outside the Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Philadelphia, chanting, “don’t vote for Hillary, she’s killing black people.”
Breitbart News was following Black Men for Bernie founder Bruce Carter at the center of the Black Liberation March. Carter took a moment from leading the chant to explain his reasoning. He explained that Hillary Clinton would be the worst possible president and even explained why Donald Trump would be a superior choice.
As Democrats push a narrative of unity from inside the safety of the DNC secret service perimeter, anti-Hillary protests outside are growing in size and intensity.

Time to take the car keys away from Granny Clinton
Leave it to the FBI to wait until the Friday before Labor Day to release a report that makes it look so bad. What other impression can one take away from the bureau's new report on its investigation of Hillary Clinton's emails, which will fuel doubts about FBI director James Comey's recommendation that she not be prosecuted for mishandling classified information?
Perhaps the most important detail it spells out is the timeline of Clinton's email deletions. The information strongly suggests that team Clinton deliberately destroyed evidence and committed obstruction of justice.
In March 2015, three weeks after the New York Times reported the existence of Clinton's private server and the House Benghazi Committee sent a letter demanding that her records be preserved, someone on Clinton's staff (the name seems to elude everyone) began furiously deleting emails using an anonymously downloaded program that "shreds" files so they are unrecoverable.

The Dumbed-Down New York Times
A New York Times columnist writes Americans are so “dumbed-down” that they don’t know that Russia “invaded” Ukraine two years ago, but that “invasion” was mostly in the minds of Times editors and other propagandists, says Robert Parry.
Submitted by Robert Parry via Consortium News,
In a column mocking the political ignorance of the “dumbed-down” American people and lamenting the death of “objective fact,” New York Times columnist Timothy Egan shows why so many Americans have lost faith in the supposedly just-the-facts-ma’am mainstream media.
Egan states as flat fact, “If more than 16 percent of Americans could locate Ukraine on a map, it would have been a Really Big Deal when Trump said that Russia was not going to invade it — two years after they had, in fact, invaded it.”

FBI document release straight out of Clinton/Whitewater/Lewinsky playbook
The Friday document drop, a staple of former President Bill Clinton's scandal-plagued administration, is back just in time for his wife's potential presidency.
The FBI's pre-Labor Day release of embarrassing details from its investigation of Hillary Rodham Clinton's State Department emails and her once secret email server also is just the latest sign that the Obama administration is working to protect her from drowning in media criticism.
"It seems pretty clear that the Obama political appointees at the FBI are doing everything they can to bury the news on these Clinton emails in order to help her win in November. This was a direct middle finger given to the news media when a savvier move would have been to dump it all yesterday," said Republican strategist Ron Bonjean of Rokk Solutions.

They arrived in Maryland on September 2 with Bey rocking a white tank top and jeans with little Blue Ivy wearing a cute little plaid dress as they stepped off their private plane.
The pair will be spending the entire Labor Day long weekend with Obama and her girls, and according to mama Tina’s Instagram, there may have even been a gathering thrown in Bey’s honor last night.

FBI files show agents focused Clinton interview questions on 'top secret' emails
The 11-page FBI summary released Friday of Hillary Clinton's July 2 interview in the criminal email investigation shows bureau agents focused their questions to her on the 22 “Top Secret” emails considered too damaging to national security to make public.
These emails contained some of the U.S. government's most closely held secrets, known as Special Access Programs (SAP), as first reported by Fox News.
Though the summary is heavily redacted, it shows FBI agents asked Clinton about an Afghan national identified as "Salehi," who appeared in her emails, which included a discussion of a New York Times report about his alleged ties to the CIA. Clinton said she did not remember the email, had no reason to believe the discussion involved classified information, and had "no reason to doubt the judgment of the people working for her on the 'front lines.'"

‘What product were they selling?’
Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump’s son Eric Trump questioned Friday how Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton and former President Bill Clinton became enormously wealthy running a charity, which has become the focus of the campaign’s allegation of pay-to-play corruption while she was secretary of state.
“The question I always ask is, what product were they selling? If we make a buck, we sold a bottle of wine or an apartment, or we sold a hotel room. What product were they selling to make $150 million,” Mr. Trump said on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends.”
Host Ainsley Earhardt suggested: “Favors? The government?”
“Of course,” responded Mr. Trump, who works on the campaign for his billionaire businessman father.
“This is the leadership we have in this country. Somebody sets up a foundation. They pocket hundreds of millions of dollars. They say they came out of the White House ‘dead broke.’ Now they are worth $150 million,” he said.
Mrs. Clinton famously claimed that they were “dead broke” when they left the White House in 2001.

Hillary Clinton and the Whitewater Controversy: A Close-Up
[This story was originally published June 2, 1996.]
In the four years that Hillary Rodham Clinton has been questioned about her role in the related events known as Whitewater, her public posture has changed very little. She has asserted that she has done nothing wrong and that “at the end of the day, the American people will know that we have nothing to cover up.” There is no connection, she has said, between anything she did and the criminal cases being pursued by the Whitewater independent counsel, including the trial that ended last week with the fraud convictions of the couple who brought the Clintons into the original Whitewater land deal and the man who succeeded Bill Clinton as governor of Arkansas.
Her partisan critics, the first lady has said, are so intoxicated by what they believe is the scent of scandal that they ignore exculpatory evidence and are impossible to satisfy; as soon as one accusation dissolves, they grasp for another line of inquiry that might embarrass her and President Clinton. Whatever mistakes she might have made, she says, were the result of naivete. If she appeared secretive or defensive, she says, it was because she overestimated the “zone of privacy” that is allowed public figures. And exacerbating her troubles, she has concluded, has been a Washington culture that “thrives on rumor, gossip and innuendo.”
In a television interview with Barbara Walters in January, the first lady recited a favorite children’s verse to explain her predicament:
As I was standing in the street as quiet as could be,
A great big ugly man came up and tied his horse to me.
The image is of a mere bystander, a good person victimized. But an examination of Hillary Clinton’s public statements suggests someone less passive in her behavior, less consistent in her answers, and less committed to full disclosure than the figure in her own self-portrait.
(...)
In interviews before her billing records were made public in January 1996, the first lady could not remember anything that was said during the telephone call. Even after the billing records were released, she said she could not remember who she talked to at the securities commission. The purpose of the call was perfunctory, she told lawyers for the RTC: “I was seeking public information as to who in the securities department would handle savings and loan inquiries.”
While Hillary Clinton said she could not remember whether she talked to the Arkansas securities commissioner or someone else in that office, Schaffer recalled the telephone conversation in some detail when she testified later before the Whitewater committee. She said Hillary Clinton asked in passing whom the law firm should work with in the department. But the essence of the call, as Schaffer remembered it, was more substantive: Hillary Clinton told her “that they had a proposal and what it was about.”
Why would Hillary Clinton remember asking who Madison should talk to, but not remember that she asked that question of Schaffer? And why would she forget what Schaffer testified was the major point of the call: a discussion of the substance of the Madison proposal? It could be that she was trying to avoid any appearance that she was misusing her position as the governor’s wife.
(...)
Q: As of July 14, 1986, had you learned from any source, including your husband, that the federal regulators were about to take action or contemplating action with respect to Madison Guaranty or McDougal?
A: I do not recall learning that from any source.
Q: Were you aware that an examination of Madison Financial was underway and had been underway for some months?
A: I do not recall knowing that.

Hillary to FBI: Yes, Colin Powell Warned Me, But I Used Private Email Scheme Anyway
Hillary R. Clinton, the Democratic nominee for president, told FBI agents and three DOJ employees, whose names the FBI redacted, that she received an email from former secretary of state Colin Powell warning her that, whether her email was sent on private or government email systems, it was still to be treated as government property.
“After reviewing an email from POWELL with the subject line “Re: Question.” CLINTON state she did not want to guess precisely what POWELL was trying to say in paragraph three, but understood it to mean any communication of official business would be government records. This email did not factor into her decision to use a personal email account,” reads the entry from page 4 of the second part of the FD-302 summary of the conversation.

Confirmed: Rupert Murdoch Instructed Fox News To Take Down Donald Trump August 2015…
In an extensive article within New York Magazine, mostly outlining the rather sordid details of Roger Ailes, readers may also note specific confirmation of something we outlined in August of last year (2015). Fox News owner Rupert Murdoch instructed Fox News executives to take down Donald Trump.
Excerpt:
(NY MAG) […] Murdoch was not a fan of Trump’s and especially did not like his stance on immigration. (The antipathy was mutual: “Murdoch’s been very bad to me,” Trump told me in March.) A few days before the first GOP debate on Fox in August 2015, Murdoch called Ailes at home. “This has gone on long enough,” Murdoch said, according to a person briefed on the conversation.
Murdoch told Ailes he wanted Fox’s debate moderators — Kelly, Bret Baier, and Chris Wallace — to hammer Trump on a variety of issues. Ailes, understanding the GOP electorate better than most at that point, likely thought it was a bad idea. “Donald Trump is going to be the Republican nominee,” Ailes told a colleague around this time. But he didn’t fight Murdoch on the debate directive.

Was SpaceX rocket a victim of foul play?
CAPE CANAVERAL, Florida – Is it a bird? Is it a bug? Or maybe even a drone?
The explosion that destroyed billionaire Elon Musk’s SpaceX rocket on the launch pad last Thursday is suddenly getting fresh attention, as video suggests there may have been foul play involved.
The video posted on YouTube by Steve Svensson appears to display a small, spherical object flying over the rocket as it burst into flames.
“It appears that SpaceX may have been shot by a very fast moving drone, or possibly an explosive in the satellite was triggered?” he wrote in his description.
“We all know people love to hate Elon Musk.”

Obamacare Insurance Markets on Verge of Collapse
Citing the financial unsustainability of Obamacare, both the insured and insurers are fleeing Obamacare in increasing numbers, leaving President Obama’s takeover of the nation’s healthcare system on the verge of collapse.
The administration has claimed Obamacare — officially designated the Affordable Care Act — to be a great success, insisting that 20 million previously uninsured Americans now have insurance. But according to a report at The Guardian, that “success” comes at the expense of all the features that were supposed to make the law sustainable.
President Obama and his cohorts imagined that since Obamacare was to be compulsory, millions of healthy young Americans would immediately sign up, and the massive influx of cash paid into the system as insurance premiums would help pay for the higher costs in care doled out to older, sicker enrollees.

New FBI Documents Show Hillary Was OBVIOUSLY A Criminal. Here Are The Top 11 Revelations.
On Friday, the FBI released some of its files on the Hillary Clinton email investigation – more specifically, a memorandum summarizing the investigation, as well as the transcript of its interview with Clinton. The information was heavily redacted, but remained shocking and damaging nonetheless. Here are eleven of the top revelations:
1. Hillary Used TONS Of Different Devices. According to the FBI, Hillary used at least 13 mobile devices “associated with her two known phone numbers.” That blows up her original lie that she set up a private server so that she could use one email address and one device.

Hillary Clinton didn’t press countries to take back their criminal aliens
Jean Jacques was fresh out of prison for attempted murder in 2012, and immigration agents wanted to deport him back home to Haiti — but the island nation’s government refused to take him back, saying it couldn’t be sure Jacques was who he claimed to be.
At that point U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement should have enlisted the State Department, then run by Secretary Hillary Clinton, to get involved and put pressure on Haiti, but agents didn’t do that. They would later explain to investigators they’d learned from experience that the State Department didn’t get involved in cases as low-level as Jacques‘ attempted murder.
Several years, and repeated failed deportation attempts later, Jacques killed a 25-year-old Connecticut woman, Casey Chadwick, stabbing her to death in a drug dispute with her boyfriend, prosecutors said.
He is one of thousands of criminal immigrants who went free during Mrs. Clinton’s time in office, released from custody because their home countries wouldn’t take them back.
This week GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump laid the death of Chadwick and others squarely at the feet of Mrs. Clinton, accusing her of failing American families by not using the tools she had to force other countries to comply, such as halting the issuance of U.S. visas to their own citizens.

IRS doesn’t tell 1M taxpayers that illegals stole their Social Security numbers
The IRS has discovered more than 1 million Americans whose Social Security numbers were stolen by illegal immigrants, but officials never bothered to tell the taxpayers themselves, the agency’s inspector general said in a withering new report released Tuesday.
Investigators first alerted the IRS to the problem five years ago, but it’s still not fixed, the inspector general said, and a pilot program meant to test a solution was canceled — and fell woefully short anyway.
As a result, most taxpayers don’t learn that their identities have been stolen and their Social Security files may be screwed up.
“Taxpayers identified as victims of employment-related identity theft are not notified,” the inspector general said.
The report alarmed lawmakers on Capitol Hill, who were shocked that the IRS had gone for so long without fixing the issue.
“It is stunning that the IRS has chosen to aid and abet identity thieves for so long instead of protecting the innocent victims of the theft,” said Sen. Daniel Coats, Indiana Republican.

Sorry, Losers! How The Fed Has Screwed The Many To Protect The Few
By its actions, the Federal Reserve has selected a precious few winners and many, many losers. Sadly, you are highly likely to be one of the losers.
Sorry!
I'm one, too, if that helps soften the blow.
But we have a lot of company. Other losers include:
Savers
Anyone with money in a checking account
Anyone with money in a savings account
Anyone with money in a CD
Anyone depending on bond income
All pensions
Endowments
First time homebuyers
Renters
Those who invest based on fundamentals
Everybody alive in the future, when the bills come due
Anyone on this list has been intentionally pre-selected by the Fed for losing. The Fed has done this deliberately, with full pre-knowledge that it was going to diminish the prospects of the majority in favor of the benefit of an elite few. And to make matters worse, it has no plans to -- and no clue how to -- reverse the damage it has wrought.
Everyone on the list above has been dinged by the Federal Reserve -- on purpose and by design, I will repeat -- in order to transfer wealth and purchasing power to:
Big banks
The government
Entities with large stock (equity) holdings
The wealthiest 0.1%
Speculators
Borrowers (the heavier the better)
Well-connected insiders whom the Fed tipped off in advance

We Need Secession and Nullification
In his new book Nullification: Reclaiming Consent of the Governed, Clyde Wilson pinpoints the folly and futility of “presidential politics” – of hoping against hope that some Great Savior will somehow restore American liberty. Only those who are almost completely ignorant of American history could be fooled by such a farce. Unfortunately, that seems to include most Americans.
Early Americans were never so naïve as to believe that national politicians could preserve their freedom; that was their job. They are the ones who, acting through their state-level political societies, created and gave authority to the Constitution. The government was to actas their agent and was delegated by them only a few specific powers. Moreover, the government itself could never be the judge of its own powers, for that would lead to “nothing less than a government of unlimited power, a tyranny,” writes Wilson. Of course, that is what Americans have now lived under for generations with the “black-robed deities” of the “supreme” court announcing for all of us what freedoms we shall have.

Backdoor Disarmament? Feds Propose "Banning Sale Of Firearms To Medical Marijuana Card Holders"
I have often wondered if/when the softening on the War on Drugs would be used as a weapon of disarmament. This is an interesting ploy by the feds to use the move towards decriminalizing marijuana as a means of barring Second Amendment lovers from purchasing guns – since it will be argued that marijuana introduces a dangerous or ‘irrational and unpredictable’ element. Of course, they don’t ban alcoholics or prescription pill poppers from purchasing weapons, but I’m sure that many people would be interested in doing so if they could.
The rise of Obamacare has also institutionalized medical snitching on patients. Whereas their data and personal information were once held sacred, today they are precious fragments in the age of data analysis, and federal reporting. If/when mental health patients confess to certain trigger words (i.e. feeling angry, violent, suicidal, anti-government, depressed, etc), doctors will flag patients as potentially dangerous. Felons are barred from purchasing, and that category is likely to expand – in the name of Sandy Hook, the Pulse nightclub and whatever else they roll out on the table.
Doctors have been encouraged by executive order to ask patients about guns… and no doubt keep records on this special category of patients. Likewise, admitting to drug use (as one does by signing up for a medical marijuana list-database) will be used to flag patients as potentially unstable, dangerous and/or otherwise unfit for owning a gun.
Put those altogether, and there is some pretty ripe potential for abuse, and broad platform to keep a wide gulf between the 2nd Amendment and the world that the U.S. population lives in – one that government sees as sick and needy, and in need of stern supervision and social intervention. This is the beginning of the bureaucratic end of our freedoms.

“Shut it Down!”
The cameraman then says, “I’m shooting this, I don’t care what they say….I’ll take a demotion for this…. you?”
“Shut it down,” insists the director,” followed by another voice asking, “Shut this down?”
“Yes Michael, do it,” orders the director.
We then hear the word “blackout” and the camera shakes before the live feed is cut.
“Reuters was primary video feed for the event, all other video delivery services were coming from the Reuters feed. When Reuters shut down, all other outlets lost the broadcast,” reports the Conservative Treehouse.

The 26 Things Clinton "Could Not Recall" During Her FBI Interview
Yesterday we asked whether the FBI just threw Clinton under the bus with the following statement which links Hillary's "inability" to "recall" her transition instructions with her 2012 concussion and blood clot (see "Smoking Gun? FBI Reveals Hillary Could Not Recall Briefings Due To Concussion, Clot"):
But it turns out Hillary "could not recall" a lot of things about her tenure as Secretary of State. In fact, during her 3.5 hour interview with the FBI, Hillary couldn't recall at least 26 questions posed by the FBI, at least some of which were fairly material events during her service which probably should have stood out. Below is a list of just a couple of the things Hillary "could not recall."
Below is the exchange with FBI investigators where Clinton apparently doesn't "recall" ever receiving any training from the State Department related to retention of federal records or handling of classified information...she doesn't even recall when she received her security clearance.

Trump Slams 'Crazy' Bill Clinton Plan to Give Detroit Jobs to Syrian Refugees
In an exclusive interview with Breitbart News, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump blasted Bill Clinton’s suggestion that the United States use Syrian refugees to rebuild Detroit.
The populist billionaire denounced Clinton’s suggested proposal as “crazy” and “unfair” to American workers who are already living there and are in need of good-paying jobs.
“It’s very unfair to the people that are living there. I think it’s crazy,” Trump told Breitbart on Thursday. “I mean, these people are getting started—I think it’s a very, very hard place to get your start.”
“We shouldn’t have them [i.e. Syrian refugees] in the country,” Trump added. “We don’t know who these people are. We have no idea. This could be the all time great Trojan horse. We have no idea who they are. The whole thing is ridiculous. Number one: we should build safe zones over in Syria, that’s what we should have, and we should have the Gulf states fund them. It’s just crazy. We ought to be building safe zones in Syria and not taking these people in– whether it’s Detroit or anywhere else.”

Did Foundation Donor Dow Chemical Seek Hillary "Favor" To Settle $9 Billion Lawsuit With Kuwait?
Just yesterday we reported on how back in 2009 Bill Clinton pushed for a meeting between Hillary and the CEO of Dow Chemical, a $1-$5mm donor to the Clinton Foundation (see "New Hillary Emails Expose Bill Pushing Meetings With Foundation Donors, Requests For "Diplomatic Passports""). As it turns out, Andrew Liveris, CEO of Dow Chemical, probably had a lot to discuss with Hillary around that time including the failure of a joint venture between Dow Chemical and Kuwait (ironically a $5 - $10mm donor to the Clinton Foundation) that cost Dow $9BN.
Here are the background facts leading up the July 2009 meeting between Andrew Liveris and Hillary Clinton.
Back in July 2008, Dow Chemical made a $15 billion cash bid for rival Rohm and Haas. Per CNBC, the deal was to be partially funded by a $3 billion equity injection from Hillary supporter, Warren Buffett...
Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway is helping to finance Dow's just-announced deal to buy specialty chemical maker Rohm and Haas for over $15 billion in cash. Berkshire is contributing an equity investment in the form of $3 billion worth of convertible preferred securities.
...and another $9BN from the proceeds of a Dow joint venture with Kuwait. Per PR Newswire, Dow Chemical's JV with Kuwait, also signed in July 2008, would have netted $9BN of proceeds to Dow.

Trump Campaign: FBI Notes Prove Hillary Clinton's 'Bad Judgment and Dishonesty'
Donald Trump’s senior communications advisor Jason Miller responded to the release of the FBI’s notes on its interview with Hillary Clinton over her private email server, saying the notes reveal Clinton’s “tremendously bad judgment and dishonesty.”
“Hillary Clinton is applying for a job that begins each day with a Top Secret intelligence briefing, and the notes from her FBI interview reinforce her tremendously bad judgment and dishonesty. Clinton’s secret email server was an end run around government transparency laws that wound up jeopardizing our national security and sensitive diplomatic efforts,” Miller said in a statement released Friday afternoon.

Hillary Clinton’s Email Archives 'Lost in the Mail'
Two archives containing Hillary Clinton’s emails from her tenure as secretary of state were misplaced shortly after it was revealed that the Democratic presidential nominee used a personal account for official government business, according to notes from the FBI’s investigation into the matter.
The archives were created in spring 2013 by Monica Hanley, a former aide, and were stored on an Apple MacBook laptop and a USB stick for the purpose of having a collection of the emails on file at Mrs. Clinton’s residences in both New York and Washington, D.C.
Ms. Hanley was provided with the laptop by the Clinton Foundation — the organization founded by the White House hopeful and her husband, former president Bill Clinton — and was instructed over the phone how to make the archives by one of Mr. Clinton’s aides.
“Hanley completed this task from her personal residence,” federal investigators wrote in newly released notes published by the FBI on Friday.
Neither the MacBook nor the USB stick ever arrived in its intended location, however. The FBI’s notes reveal Ms. Hanley “forgot” to provide either device after creating the archive, and didn’t work out a way to get the copy to the Mrs. Clinton’s staff until early 2014 when she located the laptop inside her personal residence.
Ms. Hanley tried to remotely transfer the files to no avail, and eventually shipped the MacBook in February 2014 to someone else who was able to back up the emails and transfer them to a server on behalf of the Clinton camp. After the emails were uploaded, the unidentified person who assisted in the matter said they deleted the emails from the laptop and shipped it to someone else on the Clinton team using either the U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service, according to the FBI.
But the intended recipient “told the FBI that she never received the laptop,” the notes reveal. Neither Ms. Hanley nor another unidentified person implicated in the matter were ever able to identify the whereabouts of the laptop or thumb drive, “and the FBI does not have either item in its possession.”

Black lies matter
The Black Lives Matter movement has been feted repeatedly at the White House and honored at the Democratic National Convention. Hillary Clinton has incorporated its claims about racist, homicidal cops into her presidential campaign pitch.
The recent assassinations of police officers in the name of Black Lives Matter ideology have not slowed down the anti-cop demonstrations or diminished the virulent hatred directed at cops during those protests.
And more recently, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick refused to stand for the National Anthem to protest the country's treatment of black people, while pop singer Beyonce has made the movement the focal point of her performances.
Yet the Black Lives Matter movement is based on a lie, and not just the lie that a pacific Michael Brown was gunned down in cold blood by Ferguson, Mo., police officer Darren Wilson in August 2014.

Sen. Rand Paul: President Obama, what on God's green earth is our policy in Syria?
This is a serious matter. It should require serious people making real plans with metrics for victory and an end strategy in sight.
That is clearly not the case right now.
We are seeing reports that U.S. arms are fighting U.S. arms. Turkey has rolled U.S.-made M60 tanks into Syria to attack U.S.-backed Syrian Kurds. These Kurds have our weapons and support -- and have had special forces embedded with them.
We helped these Kurds take towns from ISIS, yet now we watch our ally in Turkey attack them and our Secretary of State tells them to retreat from the gains they made with our help.

Clinton Was Warned About Using BlackBerry, Email
Retired Gen. Colin Powell warned Hillary Clinton just days into her tenure as secretary of state to be “very careful” about using a private BlackBerry and email account to conduct State Department business because of federal records laws.
The FBI laid out the details on Friday in a 47-page report it released on its investigation into Clinton’s email server.
On Jan. 23, 2009, Clinton contacted Powell, who served as secretary of state in the George W. Bush administration, inquiring about his use of a BlackBerry.
According to the FBI, Powell “warned Clinton that if it became ‘public’ that Clinton had a BlackBerry, and she used it to ‘do business,’ her emails could become ‘official record[s] and subject to the law.'”

Bill Clinton Collected Donations, Shipped Tech To China
Former President Bill Clinton approved the sale of sensitive U.S. missile technology to China following donations from a key missile manufacturer to his campaign, in a move prescient of the Clinton Foundation’s “pay-to-play” activities.
Bernard Schwartz donated about $1.5 million to the Democratic Party and Clinton’s 1996 campaign for reelection between 1994 and 1998. Schwartz, who was at the time chairman of Loral Space & Communication Ltd., seems to have used his influence to persuade the Clinton administration to switch the licensing authority for missile exports from the Department of State to the Department of Commerce, as the latter was more vulnerable to political influence.
The Commerce Department subsequently approved Loral’s application for the licenses, prompting the Clinton administration to officially approve the sale of the missile tech to China on May 10, 1999. Clinton pledged in a letter that the export would neither harm national security, nor significantly boost China’s space capabilities.
“Approval was recommended by the Departments of Commerce, State and Defense and is consistent with our policy of supporting the launch of U.S. communications satellites by China subject to strong safeguards being in place,” said National Security Council spokesman David Leavy, according to The New York Times.

FBI: Hackers Accessed Accounts E-Mailing Clinton's Server
Hostile foreign actors successfully gained access to several email accounts Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton regularly contacted on her unsecured email server while she served as secretary of state, according to investigation notes released by the FBI.
The released notes gave no further details regarding the nationality of the hostile hackers, but the FBI was able to confirm that hacking the accounts allowed them to gain access to emails sent to or from Clinton from other users’ accounts.
“The FBI did find that hostile foreign actors successfully gained access to the personal email accounts of individuals with whom Clinton was in regular contact and, in doing so, obtained emails sent to or receive by Clinton on her personal account,” stated the FBI notes.

Huma Abedin Told FBI She Was Not Aware of Hillary's Private Server (She Was)
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Huma Abedin told the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) that she did not know that Hillary Clinton used a private email server until after she stopped working at the State Department.
But according to former Bill Clinton adviser Justin Cooper, whose recollections are cited in the bombshell FBI investigation notes dumped Friday, Abedin was actually the one who came up with the idea for Clinton to go to great lengths to set up a non-secure private server.
As noted by Paul Ryan adviser Michael Shapiro, Abedin hadher own clintonemail.comaccount, so how could she have possibly been in the dark about what was going on?
