The Best Revenge Story Ever. This Man Is A God.

When a kid is being a brat in a noisy and public area, I casually get close to them and fart on their head/face. I'm really tall so it's usually a direct hit.

It's funniest when the kid notices and doesn't know what to do because I'm a giant.

One time I was pretty drunk with a friend at a Target buying Risk. This little mexican 5-7 year old with a mohawk, was being an insufferable little shit in the action figure section. I heard him from like 5 aisles over and it was like nails on a chalkboard. I tell my friend, "I'm gonna fart on this kids head. Watch and learn."

I saunter on over to the aisle in question and see the vile little prick calling his mom an "idiot" for not buying him a huge G.I. JOE The Movie vehicle. "I already bought that one for you and you broke it by throwing it down the stairs" "SHUT UP. I NEED IT. IT'S THE ONLY ONE I DON'T HAVE NOW." The mother was younger than me (I'm mid twenties) and gave a defeated look, "I don't have enough money right now." "YOU ARE AN IDIOT," and continued to just berate and publicly shame this woman.

Unhealthiest cookout foods

Summer is almost in full swing and barbecues, cookouts, and picnics are happening every weekend.

While many of us are getting ready to fire up the grill and serve up some classic barbecue fare this season, there are a few healthier choices you can make. You may not even know that many of the cookout foods that you enjoy can be replaced by a healthier option.

We've compiled a list of the unhealthiest cookout foods and what you can serve instead to still have a delicious cookout.

Hamburgers and hot dogs are a cookout classic — and there's no need to cut them out entirely. Try opting for lean hamburger beef or even trying a turkey or vegetable burger. Same goes for the hot dogs — try a lean beef or turkey dog. Skip the bacon, cheese, and mayonnaise, and add a little mustard and fresh vegetables instead. We've found even more popular cookout foods, from mains to sides and desserts, that we've made healthier. Sounds easy enough, right?

Detroit residents can't pay their water bills, activists lobby U.N. for help

Activists in Detroit have begun lobbying the United Nations to step in and solve the city’s water troubles, in which half of residents cannot or are not willing to pay their water bills on time.

Detroit Water and Sewerage Department spokeswoman Curtrise Garner said it’s not the department’s goal to shut off people’s water, but bills need to be paid.

“We want people’s water on, just like they do; but you do have to pay for your water. … That’s the bottom line,” she told CBS’s Detroit affiliate.

“We do have programs that do help those that are just totally in need; can’t afford it — but we also know that there are also people who can’t afford it would can not pay and we know this because, once we shut water off, the next day they are in paying the bill in full. So we do know that that has become a habit as well,” she said.

Global warming data FAKED by government to fit climate change fictions

(NaturalNews) When drug companies are caught faking clinical trial data, no one is surprised anymore. When vaccine manufacturers spike their human trial samples with animal antibodies to make sure their vaccines appear to work, we all just figure that's how they do business: lying, cheating, deceiving and violating the law.

Now, in what might be the largest scientific fraud ever uncovered, NASA and the NOAA have been caught red-handed altering historical temperature data to produce a "climate change narrative" that defies reality. This finding, originally documented on the Real Science website, is detailed here.

We now know that historical temperature data for the continental United States were deliberately altered by NASA and NOAA scientists in a politically-motivated attempt to rewrite history and claim global warming is causing U.S. temperatures to trend upward. The data actually show that we are in a cooling trend, not a warming trend (see charts below).

History buffs race to preserve dialect in Missouri

OLD MINES, Mo. (AP) — A small circle of history researchers is racing to capture the last remnants of a little-known French dialect that endures in some old Missouri mining towns before the few remaining native speakers succumb to old age.

So-called Missouri French is spoken by fewer than 30 people in Old Mines, southwest of St. Louis, although dozens of others can still rattle off phrases from childhood songs or overheard conversations involving their parents and grandparents.

"When they didn't want us to know what they talked about," they spoke in French, said Lucy Baquette, whose husband traces his regional roots back to the founding families of St. Louis.

House Dems Introduce Bill to Provide Taxpayer-Funded Lawyers to Illegal Immigrant Kids

Claiming that as many as half of the illegal immigrant children flooding across the border may have legitimate cases to stay in America, House Democrats introduced legislation Monday to give them taxpayer-funded lawyers to maximize their chances of not being deported.

Reps. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), Karen Bass (D-CA), Lucille Roybal-Allard (D-CA), and Judy Chu (D-CA) introduced the Vulnerable Immigrant Voice Act of 2014 (VIVA), which "would provide appointed legal counsel for unaccompanied minors and disabled individuals during immigration proceedings."

"Some of the children who have come to this country may not have a valid legal basis to remain, but some will," Jeffries said. "Yet, it is virtually impossible for a child to assert a valid claim under immigration law in the absence of legal representation... It is a fantasy to believe that unrepresented children have a fair shot in an immigration proceeding.”

Meet Mitzi Bickers

A scandal-plagued Democratic operative worked the black vote for Cochran

Meet what appears to be one of the keys to Thad Cochran’s black-turnout operation, Mitzi Bickers.

She is, from all appearances, something of a renaissance woman: She is not only the pastor of Atlanta’s Emmanuel Baptist Church but also a former president of the Atlanta school board, a former construction-company executive, and a Democratic staffer and political strategist with a checkered past. Last year, she left her job as a senior adviser to Atlanta mayor Kasim Reed after news surfaced that she had filed a fraudulent financial-disclosure statement.

In a bizarre turn of events, it seems that Bickers was in the middle of a bitterly contested Republican Senate primary. Two Atlanta-based entities affiliated with Bickers, The Bickers Group and the Pirouette Company, were paid thousands of dollars to make robo-calls on Senator Cochran’s behalf by a super PAC that backed Cochran in his bid for reelection. Documentsfiled with the Federal Election Commission show that Mississippi Conservatives, the political-action committee run by former Mississippi governor Haley Barbour’s nephew Henry, paid the groups a total of $44,000 for get-out-the-vote “phone services.”

On Tuesday, Cochran narrowly defeated his insurgent challenger, Chris McDaniel, in a runoff election that was nasty and personal from the outset. In fact, McDaniel has yet to concede the race, saying that he is looking into “rampant” voting irregularities and calling on state election officials to release voter data.

Bill Clinton budgeted to receive nearly $1 million in taxpayer money in 2014

An April Congressional Research Service (CRS) report shows that the Government Services Administration (GSA), which is in charge of supporting federal disbursements, budgeted $950,000 for former president Bill Clinton in the 2014 budget.

Clinton will collect a $201,000 pension in 2014, a figure four times larger than the median family income in the United States. The Clintons have received a total of $15,938,000 in federal money since 2001.

Hillary Clinton recently described the poverty her family experienced upon exiting the White House while promoting her book. They were “dead broke,” Hillary said, adding that she and her husband “struggled to, you know, piece together the resources for mortgages for houses, for Chelsea’s education, you know, it was not easy.”

Neoconservatives, Try This

For well over a decade, since my experience in the Pentagon with the policy-making process of the neoconservatives, I have been critical of their approach, and their goals. They were dissembling about their foreign policy goals, claiming a love of “democracy” around the world while actually trying to grow a centralized empire complete with competing and dependent satrapies. They were over-represented in the swinging world of mainstream media and politicians, and used the vulnerabilities, passions and envy of that incestuous den of iniquity to promote their ideas. They were arrogant despite their limited understanding of both domestic and foreign affairs, confident that they would be able to stay one step ahead of public opinion as the great game was being played, and overseas power shifts expedited. They were elitists and chickenhawks, hated and held in contempt by the very men and women who would be sent to carry out their vast political and social experiments.

While the events in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the extended Middle East area today really are, effectively, much as openly hoped by neoconservative pundits and advisors, the end is near. The sense of waste and a desire to cease throwing good money after bad on the part of the American electorate (both voting and non-voting) has caused a seismic shift that the neo-conservatives may not have imagined possible. The neoconservative era is now passing. Much like the era of eugenics in the United States in the 1920s and 30s, neoconservatism is now widely condemned and considered horrible, sick, and morally wrong.

Elitist neoconservatives, like the 1930’s doctors who decided which poor mothers from which parts of town would be sterilized, are extremely defensive about their widely publicized sins of choosing whole cultures, ethnicities and countries for sterilization, “betterment,” and subordination.

Was Iraq War worth the cost? 75% of Americans say no

63% of Republicans didn’t think the war was worth the cost

As the insurgency in Iraq threatens the stability of the Shiite-led government there, only 18 percent of Americans think the Iraq War was worth the costs, according to a new poll.

The CBS/New York Times poll asked if the costs of the Iraq invasion, including monetary and loss of American lives, were worth it. A record 75 percent of those surveyed said that it wasn’t worth the costs, up from 67 percent in November 2011 (just before the final withdrawal of US troops) and 45 percent in August 2003, five months after the invasion began.

“Our 2003 invasion of Iraq should be a warning that military force sometimes transforms a genuine problem into something worse. The war claimed 4,500 American lives and, according to a mortality study published in a peer-reviewed American journal, 500,000 Iraqi lives,” Nicholas Kristoff wrote in a New York Times op-ed. “Linda Bilmes, a Harvard expert in public finance, tells me that her latest estimate is that the total cost to the United States of the Iraq war will be $4 trillion.”

The survey released Monday found that 63 percent of Republicans and 79 percent each of independents and Democrats didn’t think the war was worth the cost.

Government Forces Young Boy To Remove His ‘Free Library’ From Yard

If You Can Explain Math, I Have a Second Income/Retirement Offer for You.

If you know mathematics well enough to teach it in a one-on-one setting, you have a real possibility to change the lives of a lot of young people.

There’s no question that Salman Khan has done a wonderful thing with his Khan Academy. His mathematics videos are very good. Well over a million students have taken advantage of these videos, and they are live all over the world. He has fundamentally changed the lives of more young people than any teacher in history. Yet he did this simply by posting YouTube videos on his site.

We know this much in education: “One size doesn’t fit all.” One teaching methodology doesn’t work for everybody. Anybody who thinks that there is a single theory of education that applies to as many as 80% of the population does not understand the findings of modern psychology. The learning process is astoundingly complex, and no one can get a handle on it.

State Eyes Regs For Jetpack Water Rentals

OCEAN CITY — The Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has submitted a formal request to the Maryland Administrative Executive and Legislative Review to establish emergency regulations to cover jetpacks, a fairly new category of recreational vessel that has sprouted up in and around the resort area.

Often worn on the operator’s back, the devices use water jets to lift a rider as much as 30 feet above the water. While the operators provide extensive training to the renters before they ever hit the water, the thrill rides can pose a danger to both riders and bystanders. In certain instances, they can also cause environmental and property damage, and pose a disruption to other boaters. Thus far, Florida, Texas, Arizona, Hawaii and some west coast states have enacted laws regulating jetpack use and Maryland could soon follow suit.

Currently in Maryland, there are three businesses, all located in Ocean City, which rent a different version of jetpacks. The operators all agree jetpacks should be regulated and have the past year working with DNR to develop emergency regulations. DNR Boating Advisory Committee liaison Mike Grant

Methodist panel overturns decision to defrock Pennsylvania pastor who married his gay son

BALTIMORE – A United Methodist Church appeals panel has overturned the church's decision to defrock a pastor who presided over his son's same-sex wedding ceremony and said he would perform other gay marriages if asked.

A nine-person church appeals panel issued an opinion Tuesday reversing a lower church court decision.

The church suspended Frank Schaefer, of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, last year for officiating his son's 2007 wedding. The church then defrocked Schaefer because he wouldn't promise never to preside over another gay ceremony.

16 Ways the Supreme Court Built the Police State and Destroyed Your Rights

“[I]f the individual is no longer to be sovereign, if the police can pick him up whenever they do not like the cut of his jib, if they can ‘seize’ and ‘search’ him in their discretion, we enter a new regime. The decision to enter it should be made only after a full debate by the people of this country.”—U.S. Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas

The U.S. Supreme Court was intended to be an institution established to intervene and protect the people against the government and its agents when they overstep their bounds. Yet as I point out in my book A Government of Wolves: The Emerging American Police State, Americans can no longer rely on the courts to mete out justice. In the police state being erected around us, the police and other government agents can probe, poke, pinch, taser, search, seize, strip and generally manhandle anyone they see fit in almost any circumstance, all with the general blessing of the courts.

Whether it’s police officers breaking through people’s front doors and shooting them dead in their homes or strip searching innocent motorists on the side of the road, these instances of abuse are continually validated by a judicial system that kowtows to virtually every police demand, no matter how unjust, no matter how in opposition to the Constitution.

These are the hallmarks of the emerging American police state: where police officers, no longer mere servants of the people entrusted with keeping the peace, are part of an elite ruling class dependent on keeping the masses corralled, under control, and treated like suspects and enemies rather than citizens.

Student Leaders Ask Hillary To Return 'Outrageous' $225,000 School Speaking Fee

Two top student government leaders at the University of Las Vegas are requesting Hillary Clinton return the "outrageous" $225,000 speaking fee she reportedly will receive for an upcoming speech at the school in October.

In a video circulated by the national Republican Party Friday, Elias Benjelloun, the UNLV student body president, and Daniel Waqar, the student government's public relations director, slammed the university's foundation for paying Clinton so much for the event.

"We really appreciate anybody who would come to raise money for the university. But anybody who's being paid $225,000 to come speak, we think that's a little bit outrageous. And we'd like Secretary Clinton — respectfully — to gracefully return the money to the university or the foundation," Waqar said on the Nevada political program "Ralston Reports."

Chelsea Clinton's Heartfelt Confession: "I Was Curious If I Could Care About Money And I Couldn't"

It has not been a good month for Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign.

It all started when the former first lady said in an interview with ABC’s Diane Sawyer that she and Bill Clinton were "dead broke" when they left the White House in January 2001: a statement that clearly disagreed with the facts, and certainly came off just a tiny bit insensitive at a time when the bulk of the nation can far more accurately be described as "dead broke" (even when accounting for the harsh winter weather). She followed it up by telling Britain’s Guardian newspaper that the couple isn’t "truly well off."

So now it is damage control. As Bloomberg reports, "Hillary Clinton will test today whether she can still drive home a populist message, even after handing critics in both parties an argument that she’s lost touch with the public. She’ll speak in Denver at a Clinton Global Initiative forum on “economic justice,” just as she tries to rebound from a round of comments in which she suggested that she and former President Bill Clinton aren’t really rich."

At least hypocrisy knows some bonds and the forum isn't called "economic injustice."

But what likely hurt her attempt to appear as "one of us" namely the peasant proletariat (despite her bank account), are comments by her daughter Chelsea, who as a reminder is married to a hedge funder, whose turn it is now to insist she isn’t “well-off” according to a recent interview, in which she claims she couldn't care less about money.

"I was curious if I could care about (money) on some fundamental level, and I couldn’t,” she told Fast Company in an interview  that ran in the magazine's May edition, explaining why she gave up lucrative gigs to join her family’s philanthropic foundation.

Suspect Charged With Rape, Assault Of Juvenile

OCEAN CITY — A West Virginia man was charged with rape and assault this week after allegedly sexually assaulting a passed-out juvenile girl on the grass in front of a downtown residence.

On Tuesday, Ocean City Police responded to the area of Lark Lane for a passed-out individual, but the report was then changed to a possible rape involving a 15-year-old girl. Witnesses on the scene gave a description of the alleged suspect, later identified as Joseph Fernandez, 19, of Martinsburg, West Va.

Fernandez was located a short time later in the area of 26th Street and began making statements to OCPD detectives, including that he was sorry and that the girl told him she was over 21. At that point, Fernandez also told police he had no idea the victim was under 18 and that he did have sex with her because she said she was 18.

Psychiatrists vs Bartender

EVER SINCE I WAS A CHILD, I'VE ALWAYS HAD A FEAR OF SOMEONE UNDER MY BED AT NIGHT. SO I WENT TO A SHRINK AND TOLD HIM:

“I've got problems. Every time I go to bed I think there's somebody under it I'm scared and I think I'm going crazy”.
Just put yourself in my hands for one year, said the shrink.Come in and talk to me three times a week and we should be able to get rid of those fears.
How much do you charge?
Eighty dollars per visit, replied the doctor.

I'll sleep on it, I said.

Six months later the doctor met me on the street. Why didn't you come to see me about those fears you were having, he asked.

Well, eighty bucks a visit, three times a week for a year, is $12,480.00.
A bartender cured me for $10.00. I was so happy to have saved all that money that I went and bought me a new pickup truck.

Is that so? With a bit of an attitude he said, and how, may I ask, did a bartender cure you?

He told me to cut the legs off the bed. Ain't nobody under there now.

FORGET THE SHRINKS..
HAVE A DRINK & TALK TO A BARTENDER!
IT"S ALWAYS BETTER TO GET A SECOND OPINION!

Homeland Security Confirms They’re Paying to Ship and Release Illegals ‘in the interior’

The Department of Homeland Security is now openly admitting they’re using taxpayer funds to ship illegal immigrants anywhere in the country they want to go, confirming Infowars reports that federal agencies are standing down from enforcing border security and instead escorting scores of Central American immigrants deeper inside the US.

The AP reports the Obama administration knows it is letting illegals go free, but is refusing to disclose any actual figures:

The Obama administration has released into the U.S. an untold number of immigrant families caught traveling illegally from Central America in recent months — and although the government knows how many it’s released, it won’t say publicly.

The AP goes on to note immigrants, hailing primarily from Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador, who survived the perilous journey to the U.S. “cannot be immediately repatriated, so the government has been releasing them into the U.S. interior and telling them to report within 15 days to the nearest U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement offices.”

DEATH INVESTIGATION UNDERWAY IN CARROLL COUNTY

(HAMPSTEAD, MD) -- Maryland State Police and Carroll County Sheriff's Office deputies are investigating the death of a man whose body was found along a wooded area beside a rural field in northern Carroll County this morning.

The man is described at this time only as an adult male. A positive identification has not been made.

At about 8:00 a.m. today, Carroll County Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to the 3200-block of Falls Road, Hampstead, Md., for the report of a found body. When deputies arrived, it was confirmed the man was deceased. He was lying along the border of a wooded area that was next to a grain field in a rural area, not far off of Falls Road. The body was near a gated access road that leads to a cell phone tower situated within sight of where the body was found.

The preliminary investigation indicates that members of a crew working on the cell tower were walking the wood line this morning and discovered the body. A search of the area was conducted by crime scene technicians from the State Police and Sheriff's Office, but no weapons were found. Investigators observed no obvious signs of trauma on the body.

The body has been transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore for an autopsy. Investigators will await autopsy results to confirm a positive identity and a cause and manner of death.

The investigation is continuing.

Decomposing Body Found in Car in Walmart Parking Lot

The groundskeeper of a Maryland Walmart who investigated a foul smell emanating from a parked car stumbled upon a revolting surprise: the decomposing remains of a woman’s body.

Authorities believe the woman’s body had been decomposing for about three weeks when it was found.

The 2002 Chrysler Sebring was reportedly parked “suspiciously” far away from the store. The groundskeeper found the car – and the body – at around 3 p.m. on Thursday as he was mowing the store's lawn.

Despite the car’s strange location, Elkton Police Department spokesperson Lt. Joseph Zurolo said that “It doesn’t appear to be foul play.”

“The car was parked in an isolated area of the Walmart parking lot,” Zurolo added. “It wasn’t in the mix with all of the other vehicles.”

Ocean City Fire Department Responds to Two Residential Fires within Four Minutes

(June 27, 2014) – It wasn’t an average Thursday evening in Ocean City yesterday, as the Ocean City Fire Department (OCFD) was on the scene of two significant residential fires in Worcester County, occurring at the same time. With the calls for service coming in to the Ocean City Commination’s Division only four minutes apart, the OCFD quickly responded to the areas of Riverview Drive and Old Bridge Road shortly after 7 p.m. on the evening of June 26.

The first call, recorded at 7:20 p.m, requested the assistance of the OCFD’s Fire Boat 1. Responding to assist the Showell Fire Department, Fire Boat 1 arrived to the 11000 block of Riverview Drive and crew members immediately engaged in water supply operations. In addition, in support of fire suppression operations, Fire Boat 1 supported efforts by placing its roof-mounted master stream in service.

Only a few minutes later, approximately 7:24 p.m., another call came into Communications for a house fire in the 12000 block of Old Bridge Road in West Ocean City. Multiple alarms were called and units from Worcester and Wicomico County, as well as units from Delaware responded to the area. “The response from all of the fire departments from the county, as well as our neighboring counties, was extraordinary,” commented Ocean City Fire Chief Chris Larmore. “It was a true demonstration of team work and I am extremely proud of the efforts of Ocean City’s first responders and those of our allied agencies.”

By 11 p.m. last night, OCFD units had cleared the area of both incidents. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fires is now under investigation by the Worcester County Fire Marshal’s Office. “I want to personally thank all of our first responders,” commented Assistant Chief David Cropper, who was the Incident Commander on scene of the fire at Old Bridge Road. “It’s very unusual for us to have multiple residential fires at the same time, requiring such significant resources. Our members were professional and did exactly as they are trained to do. They should be tremendously proud of their hard work because I am certainly proud of them.”

During Independence Day weekend, a time to celebrate US freedom and unalienable rights, Americans in Oregon will be subjected to a “blitz” of ‘no-refusal’ blood-draw checkpoints, as part of a disturbing trend that now extends nationwide.

Local news station KVAL reports that State police are re-naming Fourth of July weekend “No Refusal Weekend”, as part of a crack down on drunk driving.

Any driver who is stopped by police and refuses to take an alcohol breath test will be subjected to a mandatory blood test either at the scene, at a medical facility, or at the nearest jail.

Why Did The U.N. Just Place An Ad For A ‘Disarmament Officer,’ In NEW YORK??

Many of you have already heard about the United Nations small arms treaty which effectively makes civilian gun ownership in the nations that ratify it impossible. However what many people don’t realize is that last week the UN held a conference in New York City specifically for that treaty and how to get it adopted across the world, even in America.

On June 3, just before that conference, something very peculiar happened- a job listing was posted to the UN website for a Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Officer, and the job is located in New York.

Some people would shrug this off as nothing more than coincidental and say that we shouldn’t worry. However Secretary of State John Kerry along with President Obama have both said that they want America to sign away our sovereignty by ratifying the treaty, while both have been pushing for massive gun control regulation that would eviscerate our Second Amendment rights. In fact, John Kerry has alreadysigned the treaty and once the Senate gets enough votes it will be ratified, by the Democrats of course.

There’s also been an increase in reports of people seeing UN vehicles on American soil. In fact, on June 14 of this year a man posted a video to YouTube showing a convoy of brand new vehicles that appear to be armored on the back of flatbed trailers, which you can watch below.

Ben Carson: Move Health Care Into the Free Market

Retired pediatric neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson told Newsmax TV on Monday that individuals empowering themselves to make informed choices about their health care — and not surrendering that authority to the federal government — is how modern medicine will deliver the best outcomes at affordable rates.

In the first installment of an exclusive multi-part interview with "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner, author and rumored 2016 presidential candidate Carson called our health "the most important thing we have" and said Obamacare is not the way to ensure it — "not by any stretch of the imagination," he said.

Impeachment and Envy

Two Presidents have been impeached: Andrew Johnson and Clinton. Neither was convicted by the Senate, although Johnson won by only one vote.

It would be a waste of rime to try to impeach Obama. The main case for this would be that Congress would waste a lot of time. There is a good case for that.

There would have to be a legal reason that the voters would accept. Every President violates the Constitution sufficiently often, so that a plausible legal case might be made for Obama’s impeachment. But it would have to be plausible politically. Otherwise, it would backfire: underdog politics. That was what happened to Clinton. He is supposedly worth something like $80 million, due to speaking fees. That’s getting even? Hardly. Meanwhile, Bush II rarely appears in public. He did not get impeached.

The Senate would not vote to convict Obama. The Democrats would see the horrifying threat: President Biden.

If Joe Biden were to become President of the United States, Hillary Clinton would not get the nomination. Pres. Biden would guarantee that there would never be another President Clinton. Mrs. Clinton would fade into a well-deserved obscurity. She would get to spend the rest of her life changing her hairstyles.

I think a Republican could defeat Biden fairly easily. Even if Biden won, he would be less of a threat to our liberties than Hillary Clinton. He has a marvelous ability to put his foot in his mouth. He would become, not so much a bone of contention as a source of amusement. I don’t think he has the stomach for becoming a dictator. There is something flaky about him. Flaky people make rotten dictators. It is why I would have voted for John Kerry in 2004, had I not written in Ron Paul’s name.

ANNAPOLIS, MD (June 27, 2014) – Governor Martin O’Malley announced the formation of the Overdose Prevention Council to counter an increase in the number of overdose deaths in an executive order released today. Under Governor O’Malley’s leadership, the state has added drug and alcohol overdose deaths to the Administration’s 16 strategic goals and is currently working to drive down overdose deaths by 20 percent by 2015.

"Maryland is more committed than ever to tackling the scourge of substance abuse afflicting so many of our neighbors, friends and family members," said Governor O'Malley. "With this Executive Order, I have tasked key State agencies to better coordinate and create strategies to drive down the number of overdoses in the state, provide needed treatment options, and expand our current outreach strategies. By working together to lift our fellow Marylanders out of addiction, we will ensure that we continue to keep our neighborhoods safe, and protect the health of our loved ones."

To address the epidemic, the Council will advise and assist in establishing a coordinated, statewide effort to reduce the number of fatal and non-fatal overdoses in Maryland. In addition, the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) released its 2013 Annual Report: Drug and Alcohol-Related Intoxication Deaths in Maryland. The report shows that the number of heroin-related overdose deaths increased by 18 percent in 2013, from 392 in 2012 to 464 in 2013. This increase, coupled with a rise in fentanyl and alcohol-related deaths, contributed to a 7 percent rise in the total number of Maryland fatal overdoses, from 799 in 2012 to 858 in 2013.

Security Not Charged After Fight With Teens

Video footage of a violent Senior Week confrontation between drunk teenagers and motel security, recently posted to YouTube, has put the spotlight on what, if any, standards private guards are held to.

In the footage – which can be found at http://youtu.be/sqts-XcW9gA – a clearly intoxicated young man refuses to leave the front lot of the Suntan Motel on Second Street and Baltimore Avenue, where he was apparently not staying.

It is common practice during June for lodging establishments, particularly downtown, to hire security to prevent anyone who is not registered at the establishment from coming on the property to party.

The Clintons Just Can’t Stop Lying About Their Wealth

You have to give the Clintons credit. Some politicians just lie once and move on. The Clintons however really dig into a lie. They cover it over with more lies and act offended when you don’t believe them.

First Hillary Clinton claimed that they were dead broke when they left the White House. And by dead broke, she meant in a position to buy a mansion so she could run for president.

Then she said that she “wasn’t truly well off” after the couple earned over $100 million.

Now Bill Clinton had to jump in.

“I think I had the lowest net worth of any American president in the 20th Century when I took office,” he offered, unsolicited.

Considering that Harry Truman left the White House with nothing but a $112 army pension, that’s obviously not true.

“Had it not been for the fact that I was able to sell some property that my brother, sister, and I inherited from our mother, I would practically be on relief, but with the sale of that property I am not financially embarrassed,” Truman had said.

Meanwhile Hillary Clinton had earned $188,547 in 1991 mostly thanks to Bill’s political connections. (That’s around $328,000 today.)

Their net worth was between $350,000 and $1,000,000. Since Hillary’s wealth was a contested issue, it was hard to nail down.

24 House News Cycle On Saturday Again

Heck, at this rate we might as well commit to delivering news and information 24 hours a day, six days a week.

It looks like it's going to be a beautiful weekend.

HUMPHRIES: The cheapening of American citizenship!

I’m proud to be an American. I have always been patriotic and loved my nation’s history. The 1976 Bicentennial was one of my favorite years. Everyone was patriotic. The red, white, and blue was seen everywhere. We were ALL proud to be Americans!

Now it’s less and less exceptional to be a citizen of the USA. Growing up, it seemed like we were in the best, most exclusive club in the world. Saying “We are Americans!” meant something. But today it means “Move over, Buster, and open up your wallet.”

Politicians care only about themselves and the votes they need, so they are selling out our country and our exceptionalism to the biggest potential voting blocs. Yes, when we don’t check ID at voting booths and we repeal voting restrictions, illegals vote and we all know it!

We are more concerned today with hurting someone’s feelings than we are about hurting our country and our children.

A Room with A View

Who is the target market for this device? Local Police, TSA, DHS, UN “Peace Keeping FORCES”, Border Patrol? Once this device is in the hands of these gangs, I mean law enFORCEment, you can say good-bye to your 4th Amendment rights. How long will it take before the “Mini Z” is installed in places like entrances to stadiums, shopping malls, motor vehicle inspection centers? How would you even know the local police are making a sweep of your neighborhood and scanning every home? As criminal and out of control as our government and “law enFORCEment” have become, this would be a use for this device. No one would even be aware of what was happening.

Once DARPA uses our money–taxpayer funds–to reverse engineer the device then it will get very interesting. How much smaller will DARPA be able to make this device? Will it be small enough to install along side the endless cameras that permeate the landscape? Of course this device will be sold as being for your safety and protection or better still, “for the children”.

What is Martin O'Malley thinking?

On a Friday night two weeks ago, Democrats in Manchester, New Hampshire, packed a half-size banquet room for a party fundraiser. Like everyone else with access to cable TV or the Internet these days, the politicians and activists in the room already knew whom Democrats were going to nominate for president in 2016. So did the national political reporters back in Washington, who had been stalking Hillary Clinton's book signings like little girls lining up to see Queen Elsa at Disneyland, but who didn't even bother making the trip to New Hampshire.

About the only one who didn't seem to know the score was Martin O'Malley, the square-jawed, serious-minded governor of Maryland, who stood at the podium delivering a dry keynote speech on the War of 1812, because this was a Flag Day event, and O'Malley might have gotten a bit carried away with the premise. This was his second New Hampshire speech in six months, and he'd spend the following weekend in Iowa.

O'Malley persists in behaving like a man who is actually running for president. So what exactly does he know ― or think he knows ― that the rest of us don't?

Cruz: 'Striking' DC GOP Estbmt Put in Millions of Dollars, Encouraged Dems to Vote in MS

In an appearance on Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends” on Wednesday, Sen. Ted Cruz reacted to Tuesday night’s outcome of the Mississippi Republican senatorial runoff between incumbent Sen. Thad Cochran (R-MS) and State Sen. Chris McDaniel, with Cochran coming out as the victor by two points.

Cruz questioned the outcome, noting the circumstances behind Cochran’s win, but congratulated the incumbent for his victory, as well as Oklahoma’s Republican senatorial primary victory Rep. James Lankford.

“Well, I didn't have a position in the Mississippi race,” Cruz said. “From the beginning this year have stayed out of all incumbent races. But I do think it's striking that the race was so close that it took -- you saw the Washington Republican establishment put millions of dollars in that race to preserve an incumbent and they encouraged an awful lot of Democrats to vote in that race and won a razor-thin race. I think that demonstrates that there is a lot of hunger for change. People are frustrated with Washington. And they're hungry for leaders who will stand up and make the case we need to go a different path. I congratulate my colleague, Thad. I congratulate James Lankford on their wins and I’m hopeful that we’ll see every Republican in Washington standing together to stand up to this failed Obama agenda that has taken the country in the wrong direction.”

NRP, Coast Guard to Launch Weekend Campaign against Impaired, Unsafe Boaters

Publishers Notes: This is one the boater need to know about! This weekend there will be saturation patrols (DNR and USCG) for BUI (Boating Under the Influence). The same .08 standard applies on the water as on land, the difference is the effect of alcohol on the water is significantly higher than on land. The formula is 1 on land equals 3 at sea.

The Maryland Natural Resources Police will join this weekend with the Coast Guard and other maritime law enforcement agencies for Operation Dry Water, a nationwide crackdown on alcohol- and drug-impaired boaters.

From Deep Creek Lake and the Potomac River to the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, NRP officers take part in saturation patrols beginning Friday, looking for boaters whose blood alcohol content exceeds the state limit of .08.

“Our officers witness on a regular basis how alcohol and drugs can have a profound effect on a boater’s judgment, balance, vision and reaction time. Those people endanger themselves and often innocent bystanders,” said Col. George F. Johnson IV, NRP superintendent. “Operation Dry Water makes it clear that Maryland has no tolerance for alcohol- or drug-impaired boaters.”

The maximum penalty for operating a vessel while impaired by alcohol is a $1,000 fine and a year in jail for the first offense.

Last year NRP arrests for operating while impaired spiked to 206 from 124 in 2012. Statistics show alcohol was a factor in 12 percent of the 127 boating accidents recorded in 2013.

In addition to dulling judgment and senses, alcohol also can increase fatigue and vulnerability to cold-water immersion, Johnson noted. Other factors such as sun, wind, noise, vibration and motion intensify the side effects of alcohol and drugs.

“Sadly, one impaired operator’s poor decisions can harm passengers and people in the water and on other boats,” Johnson said.

VA Staffers Tried to Figure Out the “Color of their Personality” while Vets Died

I suspect their personalities were the same color as their hearts and souls. Butthis is the modern government workplace.

Dr. Roy Marokus, who currently serves in private practice, told the Free Beacon that veterans were denied care because of a mandatory conference he attended last March.

Marokus said veterans’ appointments were cancelled so VA medical providers could attend the two-day conference.

A review of the paperwork handed out during the conference showed topics included advice on how to plan a party and asked the medical staff to explore, “What Color is Your Personality?”

“Veterans waiting for appointments got pushed back for two days,” Marokus said. “In human costs, you have all these veterans. Why was that conference needed? … Many veterans had their treatments delayed for two days while their healthcare providers determined ‘what color’ their personalities were.”

Another veteran took issue with the filming of the TV show Grey’s Anatomy, which takes place at the Sepulveda VA Ambulatory Care Center. The filming encompasses the entire second floor of the facility.

Veterans who need care are limited to the first floor of the facility.

John Kerry To Russia Disarm Within ‘The Next Few Hours’

United States Secretary of State John Kerry called on Russia to urge Ukrainian separatists to disarm within “the next few hours.” Kerry further hinted that sanctions could be imposed on Russia by the United States and the European Union in the wake of the crisis.

Secretary Kerry stressed that imposing sanctions is not the goal of American or European Union officials, and that they hope to work with Russian authorities without any pressure needed. Kerry’s call for action comes as the cease fire between separatists and the Ukrainian government deteriorates. Kerry also noted that should Russia not cooperate with Western officials in diffusing the situation, sanction discussions would begin as early as tomorrow, June 27, at the European Union Summit in Ypres, Belgium.

On Tuesday night, six-term Sen. Thad Cochran held off state Sen. Chris McDaniel by a narrow margin of 50.8 percent of the votes to 49.2 percent.

On Limbaugh’s Wednesday program, the host flayed the Republican Party’s tactics, holding up a flyer featuring photos of both candidates he said was indicative of the GOP’s efforts.

GAO: Medicaid Made $14.4 Billion in ‘Improper Payments’

(CNSNews.com) -- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service (CMS) determined that the Medicaid program doled out $14.4 billion in improper payments in fiscal year 2013, according to a report from the Government Accountability Office (GAO).

Currently, the Medicaid program provides health care coverage to about 71.7 million individuals at an annual cost of about $431.1 billion. Because of the program’s large size, the GAO states it is vulnerable to improper payments.

A significant amount of growth of the Medicare program is due to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), popularly known as Obamacare.

Supreme Court Rules Unanimously Against Obama for 12th and 13th Time Since 2012

Did you know the Obama administration’s position has been defeated in at least 13 – thirteen — cases before the Supreme Court since January 2012 that wereunanimous decisions? It continued its abysmal record before the Supreme Court today with the announcement of two unanimous opinions against arguments the administration had supported. First, the Court rejected the administration’s power grab on recess appointments by making clear it could not decide when the Senate was in recess. Then it unanimously tossed out a law establishing abortion-clinic “buffer zones” against pro-life protests that the Obama administration argued on behalf of before the Court (though the case was led by Massachusetts attorney general Martha Coakley).

The tenure of both President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder has been marked by a dangerous push to legitimize a vast expansion of the power of the federal government that endangers the liberty and freedom of Americans. They have taken such extreme position on key issues that the Court has uncharacteristically slapped them down time and time again. Historically, the Justice Department has won about 70 percent of its cases before the high court. But in each of the last three terms, the Court has ruled against the administration a majority of the time.

ALLEGANY CO. MAN ARRESTED IN CECIL CO. FOR HUMAN TRAFFICKING

(NORTH EAST, MD) – An Allegany County man was arrested yesterday in Cecil County on human trafficking and related charges after two women who had been traveling with him said they were being held against their will.

The suspect is identified as Germaine J. Wiggins, 34, who is also known to use the name Prince & Mack Luxury, of Frostburg, Md. He is charged with two counts each of human trafficking/benefit financially, human trafficking/explicit perform, prostitution, and kidnapping. He is being held in the Cecil County Detention Center without bond.

The victims are both women from Ohio, ages 36, and 25. The Maryland State Police does not identify victims of sexual assault.

The investigation began shortly after 1:30 p.m. yesterday, when North East Police Department officers and troopers from the North East Barrack responded to a hotel in North East for the report of a person in need of assistance. The woman told police she had been raped by a man she and another woman were traveling with and they were being held against their will. Police observed a suspicious man attempting to flee the area on foot and detained him. He was identified as the suspect and taken into custody.

After initial interviews were conducted, the North East Police Department requested the Maryland State Police Criminal Enforcement Division assume the inter-jurisdictional investigation. State Police criminal investigators responded, including those assigned to Maryland’s human trafficking task force.

The preliminary investigation indicates both women met Wiggins in Ohio earlier this week. One of the women said after an argument with Wiggins during their stay in Ohio, he raped her. Both women traveled with him to Pennsylvania and Virginia. The women admitted to being involved in prostitution and, at first, agreed to have Wiggins work with them to arrange customers. However, on June 25th, while they were in Virginia, the women told Wiggins they no longer wanted to work with him. They said Wiggins threatened to kill them both if they left. Fearing for their lives, they remained with him.

Wiggins transported the women yesterday to Maryland and checked into the Cecil County hotel. One of the women took advantage of an opportunity to get out of the room undetected and called police.

The investigation is continuing. Additional charges are pending.

Hillary's Book Sales Crash After 1st Week; Reviews Disastrous

"Hard Choices" sold just 48,000 copies in its 2nd week; and following the same dismal path as Greenspan, Cramer, and Geithner; has been discounted 40% on Amazon already.

Issa declared that IRS Commissioner John Koskinen is “not the ideal person, not even an appropriate person” to oversee the investigation into the IRS’ conducts, and that this case calls for a true, special, independent prosecutor who has the ability to issue warrants, to seize materials, to safeguard documents and other information before it goes away and get to the truth.”

He added that a special prosecutor will almost certainly not be named by President Barack Obama or Attorney General Eric Holder.

Blind Faith

Obamacare, the Stimulus, TARP, Fast and Furious, support of the Egyptian regime change, Libyan Leading from Behind, four American killed in Benghazi, blaming a video for the Benghazi attacks, the IRA targeting, NSA email and phone file storage, Syrian Red Line, the Russian takeover of Crimea, the VA handling of veterans, release of Taliban terrorists from Guantanamo, the onslaught of children crossing the Mexican border, two years of lost emails of the key IRS individual and now Iraq.

I can’t imagine any previous U.S. President having so many scandals attributed to his administration and virtually none of them adequately answered or resolved. One must reasonably ascribe the failure to question these issues and ferret out the truth by a lack of earnest reporting by a sympathetic media that ignores the denials, stonewalling and misdirections of the White House. Were there any other person in occupancy at $17 Trillion Pennsylvania Avenue NW, I’d wager the lame-brain press would be bellowing that such action or, more often and more accurately, inaction represents a massive conspiracy to change our nation into something entirely different. But the press, that guarantor of truth and honesty, is asleep at the wheel while our American Republic is raced injudiciously toward becoming a European social democracy.

But what’s truly astounding is the poll numbers of individuals who still trust the president! This is blind faith beyond comprehension! I’ve heard all the left-wing zealots who advocate bigger government beyond the specifics of the Constitution. I’ve heard the collectivists who stupidly want open borders and a non-existent military. And I’ve heard the dismissals of complete lies about what Obamacare would bring – keep your plan, keep your doctor, etc. – bad enough when it’s political spin, criminal when total fraud.

Religiously, as Christians, Jews or Muslims, we rely on blind faith of a Creator who will deliver on the words we deem as our respective holy documents. We may come to that decision as we view the magnificence of the universe, the intricacies of a flower or the beauty of procreation of all species. Blind faith in our Creator is not an unreasonable practice in that most preach beyond the faith must be good or charitable works for our fellow man. History, however, has shown faith in our fellow man must also be combined with unfiltered verification.

But perhaps part of those good works are embodied in the old maxim of never saying ill of someone unless you can also find something good to say about them. Beyond the trappings of a good husband and father, I’ve diligently searched for the good things of Obama and finally come up with:

Dems Block GOP Bills To Verify Status, Block Tax Credits To Illegal Immigrants

Senate Democrats blocked Republicans on Thursday from passing two bills that would require companies to verify the legal status of people before they hire them, and stop the government from handing out child tax credits to illegal immigrants.

Sessions tried to get approval for the two bills after saying illegal immigration is swamping the U.S., which is leading to reduce wages for Americans and higher costs as these immigrants start improperly receiving federal tax benefits.

He first tried to pass the Accountability Through Electronic Verification Act, sponsored by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa.) That bill would require companies to verify whether possible employees are legally able to work in the country.

Troopers Investigate a Motorcycle Crash That Leaves One Dead and One Seriously Injured North of Delmar

Delmar, DE – The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit is currently investigating a motorcycle crash in which one person was killed and the other was seriously injured.

The incident occurred at approximately 10:10 p.m. Thursday evening as a 60 year old male from Delmar was operating a 2000 Kawasaki Vulcan motorcycle northbound on Sussex Highway (US13) in the right lane approximately a quarter mile north of Iron Hill Road. It is believed that an unknown type vehicle may have pulled out in front of the motorcycle causing the operator to lock the brakes and lay the motorcycle down to avoid contact. In doing so, both the operator and a female passenger of the motorcycle were ejected onto the roadway where the driver landed in the left lane, and the passenger in the right lane. Shortly after the motorcycle crashed, a 2000 Honda Accord, also traveling northbound on US13 in the right lane, partially ran over the female victim, who was apparently unconscious in the right lane.

The passenger, a 48 year old female from Delmar, was subsequently pronounced dead at the scene. The motorcycle operator was transported by ambulance to PRMC in Salisbury where he is listed in serious condition. Neither occupant of the motorcycle was wearing a helmet.

The operator of the Honda Accord, Richard N. Jones, 32 of Delmar, was properly restrained and uninjured.

The Collision Reconstruction Unit is continuing their investigation into this collision and are actively trying to determine if a non-contact vehicle contributed to the initial crash. Preliminary investigation suggests alcohol is believed to be a factor on behalf of the motorcycle operator. US13 northbound in the area of Iron Hill Road was closed for approximately four and a half hours as the crash was investigated and cleared.

The names of the motorcycle riders are being withheld pending notification of next of kin.

If anyone has any information in reference to this incident, they are asked to contact Sgt. A. IRS commish gave over $85,000 to Democrats

'I want to thank you for being who you are'

(CNSNEWS) —
IRS Commissioner John Koskinen contributed more than $85,000 to Democratic candidates and committees, MRCTV research has discovered – with a $5,000 donation to President Obama in 2012 and $19,000 to the Democratic National Committee from 1988 to 2008.

This may explain the fawning “thank yous” Koskinen received for his public service from many Democrats last night on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.

“You know when you’ve got a person who’s given what you’ve given and been brought into difficult circumstances…” said Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) to Koskinen during last night’s hearing. “You know, at my age, I began to stop and think about my own mortality, and think about my reputation. I want to thank you for being who you are. I want to thank you for giving a damn and caring about our country.”
