There are always accidents at that light. Many peoplel still haven't gotten used to having two turning lanes coming off Cedar onto south Rt. 13.

Appears to be a single vehicle accident with a pole. Would love to know about the cause.

Yes, police get in accidents, but look at how many miles they drive a shift or a year. They drive about 250 to 300 miles per shift and put about 50,000 miles a year on a car. I am suprised there are not more police car accidents.

8:25 Especially when you consider they're always driving in excess of the posted speed limit and their focus to the task at hand - driving - is distracted by having to listen to the police radio, the FM six speaker stereo system, and enjoy the personal cell phone conversation they all seem to be having when they pass me.

LOl 8:25 - my sentiments exactly!

not one post asking if everyone was ok. only smart a$$ comments about police. remember that next time you call for help because your scared of things that go bump in the night. personally i hope the deputy and persons in the other vehicle are ok

Just who are the police talking to with their cell phones. I see it all the time. I guess if they pass that anti cell phone talking in the car law they will have to arrest themselves..

8:25am, 250-300 miles per shift? Are you on crack or what! Deputies may put 25-30 miles per shift and that is on the high side.
