A Delmarva Shorebirds movie night event will follow with a family friendly movie. Heroin is so 5 years ago. If you haven’t beaten it by now, there is zero hope for you. I for one am sick of hearing about it. Nothing but people with no self discipline seeking handouts.

Most opioid related deaths aren't from heroin, moron. It's middle aged and senior citizens that get hooked on oxygen and other painkillers from corrupt doctors that take a cut from each prescription they write.
Preventing opioid abuse isn't as much about homeless junkies as it is working class people getting prescribed highly addicted drugs they didn't need in the first place.
