One-third of American families missed their July rent and housing payments and 10% fear they could lose their homes in the next six months as the pandemic continues

Nearly one-third of American families have been unable to make full housing payments for July, a new survey has revealed as the US economy struggles to bounce back from crushing coronavirus losses.

The survey by Apartment List, an online rental platform, found that 32 percent of US households did not make their full July payments on time.

It marked the fourth month in a row with a 'historically high' number of households that were unable to make the payments on time and in full - up from 30 percent in June and 24 percent in April.

Homes are protected just two more weeks before foreclosures can occur. Make no mistake, the banks are getting ready. I was assigned 2k in reports over the last 3 days to value homes if they were marketed today. This is one of the first steps of the foreclosure process. For the last 4 months I've only had work for refinancing, and people trying to get rid of their PMI. As of this week, with the influx of orders, the banks have resumed foreclosure activity. To put in another perspective. Last week I had about $300 in work. This week $1,955. None of the reports were for PMI removal and other refinancing reasons. This is the best week I've had since this year.

But I bet they all went out to eat, have all new apple devises and beats headphones. Only in 'merica are the poor actually rich. Don't worry poor people, another free check is coming your way. By the way everywhere is hiring in case you wanted to actually pay your rent. But why bother. The land of the free and do nothing and get rewarded. It's the brand new 'merica our true immigrants and fore father's are rolling in their graves.

The economy is in the toilet as a whole. Don’t be fooled by the stock market. The fed is artificially propping it up.
