Selbyville- The Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for Joseph O'Neill, 80, of Selbyville. He was last seen this afternoon driving north from U.S. Route 50 near Salisbury, MD, towards Selbyville, DE. He was operating a brown 2007 Chrysler Town and Country bearing Delaware registration PC120647.
O'Neill's condition is such that there is a genuine concern for his safety and welfare.
