You know those electric shopping carts you can use while shopping at Walmart? Then you likely also know that you're supposed to return the cart when you are done shopping. You're certainly not supposed to keep it for 11 days until you get ticketed by police for driving it down a public road.

I hope a walmart manager reads this and is on the lookout for copycats....lord knows not mant here on the shore are smart enough to come up with this scam, but they will steal the idea and give it a try.
A very slow way to drive. By the way , I will mention this again , it is becomming a very slow process getting on to this blog. Is there anything you can do to remedy this. I'm sure others have the same problem.

Yup, I switched week or so ago and it loads much faster.
Walmart ought to ban those sill carts and make the fat lazy asses to something healthy and start walkingl
Make them so they cut off at the door. Free ride is over.
