Will the Daily Times be next? One thing you can count on is Salisbury News will never pull this crap. Our readers will always be able to access our FULL articles from beginning to end. Say goodbye to another local news source, not that they were all that good anyway.

It has always surprised me that it was free. Even the Cecil Whig and Aegis is subscription only access.
I went several times to the Star Democrat website, usually to locate obituaries. I was only allowed to read partial obits. The site indicated that I would have to pay for the whole obit. Yes, the Star Democrat is on its way out.
Never heard of the star.
I believe in the near future all newspapers will charge on-line readers. Joe where will you get your copy and paste "you read it here first folks" articles than?
