Wicomico County motorists should expect delays on the following roads due to resurfacing:
Zion Road from Route 13 to East Naylor Mill Road
Kelly Road from Zion Road to Beaglin Park Drive
Outen Road from Kelly Road for 500 Feet.
Construction should be complete within two weeks.

Great! I have to travel those everyday but I can't wait until the new road is open.
I live in the vicinity of the new Beaglin Park Drive and am shocked to see how many people are driving on the road in the midst of the construction. After the crews have left for the day, we see some drivers actually get out of their car to move the cones so that they may use the unfinished road. No wonder it is taking so long. How rude and selfish.
