A Spirit Airlines passenger who was wearing an American flag-themed neck gaiter as a mask touched off a viral, caught-on-camera altercation when he refused to switch the face covering that an airline attendant said was “not legal.”
The exchange, recorded by the passenger and posted to social media last week, prompted the airline to release a statement clarifying that it follows the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which says “gaiters may not be effective.”
In the clip, posted to Twitter by SV News, the man repeatedly asks the attendant to “show me those rules” put out by the CDC regarding the use of gaiters for a face covering.
“I don’t have to wear the mask that you gave me,” the passenger says, according to the video. “I’m wearing the mask that I have … I’ve been on 20 flights with this same exact mask.”
Before the attendant walks away, he tells the passenger the airline will “have the authorities waiting for you when we land.”

Sounds pretty obvious the flight attendant's issue was with the neck gaiter, not the design that was on it. Neck gaiters have been proven to be ineffective compared to masks.
Will you except the mark? Will you comply? This is kinda a pre cursor a test run to see who behaves like good little mindless sheep.

The thousands of people who risked their lives every day (and because it's such a land of great opportunity, also risk the lives of their children, just for the CHANCE to be in the greatest country to have ever existed on the planet) would heartily take their place (or kick their ace for taking for granted the things they would DIE for).

This mask debate was all ready had in 1915 during the Spanish Flu, and they are all the same tired arguments.
Masks stop the spread of a pandemic, and unlike your imaginary friend, Covid is a REAL THING that is actually killing people.
This is not even a debate, it has science to back it up. Wear the stupid mask.
Has anyone read the Disclaimer on EVERY box of masks INCLUDING N-95 ones? It specifically states that the masks will NOT prevent the passage of COVID-19- or any other disease.
So, why are we wearing them???
