Incident: Possession of Cocaine / Resisting Arrest
Date of Incident: 9 June 2020
Location: 1100 block of S. Salisbury Blvd., Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Tiara E. Thomas, 36, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 9 June 2020 at 8:15 PM a deputy stopped a vehicle in which Tiara Thomas was a passenger after the deputy discovered that it was being operated with registration plates for a different vehicle. After discovering that the operator did not have a driver’s license the deputy initiated a check of Thomas. It was during this query that Thomas provided a fraudulent name and date of birth. It was not until the fourth version of her name and date of birth did the deputy learn Thomas’ true identity. During a search of the vehicle where Thomas was sitting the deputy located cocaine related paraphernalia.
A female deputy began a search of Thomas and attempted to retrieve a baggie hidden in Thomas’ bra. Thomas attempted to pull away from the deputy and struggled against the attempt to search her. Upon restraining Thomas, the deputy pulled the baggie from Thomas’ bra and it was found to contain what was identified as cocaine. Thomas was informed she was under arrest but she continued to attempt to pull away from the deputy and even tried to push back and walk away from the deputy.
Thomas was transported to the Sheriff’s Office where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Thomas on a $2,500.00 unsecured bond.

This isn't Ethan Molnar's first run-in with the law for this sort of thing. Hoping he gets put away for a while this time. Dangerous to local women!
