Last seen on Old Ocean City Rd / Forest Grove Rd in Parsonsburg heading west towards Salisbury.
He’s all white, both ears are brown and he has two brown spots on his back, one being in the shape of a heart. Can you PLEASE help her?? Their family is devastated!!!!!!
