Joe you should listen to this video. In it Jake Day tells the reporter that you have to have your sidewalks shoveled today by 3:00 PM TODAY or the city will be giving out "Hefty fines."

I actually listened to this video and I for one will NOT be going out to shovel my sidewalk in this temperature and blowing snow/wind conditions. There is nobody out walking on the sidewalks anyways. I love how he uses his power...Not!

I can't believe the businesses that made employees come in today in Sussex county, the level 2 driving ban is still in effect (these businesses did not meet the criteria to be open). No way were we going to put our employees in that same danger all to make a couple bucks.

I can't imagine the liability if an employee got into an accident on the way to/from work.

City code enforcement is on liberal leave on Thursday and saturday... so.. off ..
Then you have 2 days off Saturday n sunday..
Back to work on monday..
You're good till Monday in every municipal jurisdiction people!

Your not FORCED to come to work you have a choice. Per the judge in my court case when I suied my employer. 2 years of my life and 50k spent fighting it. Everyone said good job but it was ME in court using MY money. Yes my attorney was good no their wasn't any other circumstance.
