He needs to fire everybody there and start fresh he also needs to hire real animal control officer who go to animal control school who know how to do there job
The HS has nothing to do with the animal control officers. If you have a complaint against them take it up with the county.
Who was this guy related to. I guarantee there is some connection some where.
I just hope that Mr. Balsamo is there to help the animals.
The county as no say so over the animal control officer they are part of the humane society the county can not fire them only the director of the humane society can

Now the town of Delmar who pays 24,000 a year to the humane society needs to do a audit on there books to see how many times they have patrol up there in the last month 1 officer can't patrol the hole wicomico county by there self but if you pay someone 24,000$ a year to do a job then they better do it or cancel the contract and have Delmar police department hire there own animal control officer I think the mayor and town manger need to look into this to see if there getting there money worth
To say he has his hands full is an understatement. Just took my second dog in for his neuter nothing like it was a year ago with my first dog. Lady trying to put my dog in kennel very short with me when I tried to help her and guy getting me to sign papers not much better the lady that showed me where to take my dog was nice.
That's what you get when you go to wicomico county humane society the good the bad and ugly watch out for officer monar false teeth you get her to mad they may fall out depending on how much oral jell she put on them to keep them in. The only good thing is her bark is more scary then her bite at least you don't have to worry about rabies if she did bit you with those false teeth I don't think she would break the skin

Well that is what you get when you are rude to people and the broad of directors do nothing at all to solve the problem officer monar is the main problem with the humane society she is rude also to her coworkers know one likes her there but if they go and say something they will be fired so they smile kiss butt and laugh at her jokes when you have one bad apple it spoils the whole bunch so she will kiss up to the new director like she kisses up to the broad of directors and nothing will be done good old boy system at its finest

Agree with 717. People here are so rude and wonder why no one wants to come here or stay here. Grow up people. Have some respect. You all should count your lucky stars that someone agreed to take the job given what you all had before.
Who is this Molnar lady? Every time I see a posting on this blog about the Humane Society she is on 90% of the comments. None of them are good. I wish best of luck to the new director and he can save some animals unlike in the past. And maybe you need to look into this Molnar lady, She might be the biggest problem.
He didnt do anything while he was in pittsburgh. He stole comp time and was late for work everyday. He has a lot of medical issues that may affect his ability to do this job. He is already bragging that he has a fully paid ford truck. Take take take.
