This is all part of the rainbow agenda. New age of Humanism Universal enlightenment of the dimwitted. It the replacement religion according to them of the false God , Jesus. Be on guard. As you can see the hyprocrisy does not stop the Nazi tactics of the left
While I agree with the sentiment this comparison is irrelevant. Part of the job requirements for county clerks is to issue licenses. Judges are not required to marry anybody, they are just authorized to do it if they desire to do so. They can legally pick and choose who they marry or they can refuse to marry anybody.
How did Kim Davis follow the Constitution? The Supreme Court specifically ruled that gay marriage is legal and constitutional nation - wide. What she did was the very definition of unconstitutional.
The Davis and the Parker situlation have nothing to do with each other and anybody who says otherwise is being dishonest.
Look up Judge Tonya Parker and you will find lots of explanation.
In one article it said, Parker wrote that performing marriage ceremonies is not her duty as a judge, but, rather, "a right and privilege" that she chooses not to exercise.
"I do not, and would never, impede any person's right to get married," Parker wrote. "In fact, when people wander into my courtroom, usually while I am presiding over other matters, I direct them to the judges in the courthouse who do perform marriage ceremonies.
"I do this because I believe in the right of people to marry and pursue happiness," she wrote.
Parker has said that her goal as a judge is to "make sure laws are applied equally to everyone who comes to court and that we take the opportunity to put issues on people's radar's that might not otherwise be there."

The judge got a pass on this because she is black.
If the judge did homosexual weddings, but refused heterosexual weddings, that's a problem.
If she refused to do ANY weddings, well, that's her right.

Bc in her state its NOT law it was voted 75% NO, so do your homework.
