Narrative: On 5 May 2015 at 7:40 PM a deputy responded to a residence in the 34000 block of Legacy Lane for a reported intoxicated subject, later identified as William Beverly, who was being argumentative with EMS personnel who had been summoned to the residence. Instead of cooperating, Beverly refused to answer questions and repeatedly tried to push his way past the deputy and EMS personnel. The deputy placed Beverly under arrest and placed him in a patrol vehicle for transport.

While in the patrol vehicle, Beverly repeatedly banged his head against the window and mobile data terminal in what appeared to be an attempt to injure himself. When the deputy further attended to Beverly, he then kneed the deputy and spit in his face. A WCSO patrol vehicle equipped with a prisoner transport cage was brought in and Beverly repeatedly banged his head on the cage barrier and the window during transport.

Upon an initial appearance in front of the District Court Commissioner, Beverly was detained in the Detention Center in lieu of $25,000.00 bond.

I'd fight like hell to if I was being forced to deal with ems and police for no reason. My medical condition and I can refuse treatment if I want. I see nothing of a E.P.! So seems to me like this man fought for his rights! Ems always forces the issue. They don't get paid unless they transport. Just more government over reach.

The Willey girl stays in trouble if you check her judicial page. What's wrong with the system that she is still out of jail. She needs to spend some quality time behind bars to learn she isn't cute, entitled or special. Maybe they are waiting for her to kill someone while driving impaired without a license. Boating accident with injuries was never reported either. Judges need to pay more attention.

The apple didn't fall from the tree with that Willey girl. Her daddy is that Perry Willey that skipped town a while back out of fear he would be charged too.

Shewww. What happened to Jaime Willey? She sure looks different now than a few years back. I guess that is an example of hard living.

Did they need to use two sets of handcuffs?

Willey needs to run to Florida like her daddy did. Lived large on questionable resources. Good riddance.
