Old enough to be a criminal, old enough to have your name posted, instead of the juvenile BS. Being a juvenile just means your parents names should be posted too.

One with pink ear buds was in school today. 9th grader at local school.
Children are no longer children and law enforcement needs (or better yet...the court system needs) to find a better way of dealing with these thugs. By the time they have committed enough crimes to qualify as adults they have refined their skills and know all the ins and outs of the system. Perhaps if more was done at a younger age..this would aid them to look away from a life of crime. If nothing else...having THEIR PICTURES posted at every store in Salisbury. If you are going to do the crime... you need to do SOME KIND of time. It is all fun and games until someone gets killed... right kids?
