So...this tells us what?

Looks as if someone is living by the age old adage:
Be careful who you screw on the way up
They're the same ones you'll see on the way down

Probably from a jealous employee working under him

so page 8 of 27 line item shows Mr. Hackett annual salary for 40 hour per week $67,345 for Dove Pointe and I assume $36,263 is additional salary from Teen Adult? ok What does Dick Bearman from Go Getter's receive?

Someone please tell me what I'm missing? The executive director of a $12mil organization with 512 employees makes $67,000 a year? Seems underpaid in my book?

^^^^ What?

6:33. I completely agree with you. 67K is chump change for that kind of responsibility.

This is only for Residential Services. Dove Point has Day and Residential Services plus a children's day care, plus a dining room cater business. Residential Services is only one part of the umbrella. Day Services employees have different benefits than Residential Services. But in all reality WHO CARES. Does anybody ever get paid what for what they really do?

Donald Hackett makes way more than what you see- there are ways of making things look much less than they really are!

So basically, we need to see the returns from each seperate business.
If anyone knows anything about Dove Pointe, they'll know that it's been seperated out into several different sections as mentioned above.
So
Whomever was stealthy enough to post the above return, go find all the rest of them and show the WHOLE story.
Right now they've only released maybe 1/3 or less of the whole picture.

Propaganda

Trying to make the public believe that the above statement is all there is?
Laughable

They couldn't survive on only 11 million a year if you think about it for even 2 minutes.
Too may employees and expenses.

Come on public
You're smarter than that to believe Hackett only make 60k a year.

Let's think about this
Day services
Residential services
Child care services
Banquet services
Laundry services

Anything else?
Let's see the returns and income for ALL of these

THEN total up Dove Pointes revenue and Hacketts yearly income

The public isn't aware that that company self divides itself and has numerous tax IDs and yearly income amounts.

I'm guessing whomever released the above tax return was either
1) someone inside trying to dupe the readers/public into false/partial information to shed a positive light since Dove Pointe has had NUMEROUS public indiscretions and embarrassments lately (neglect, affairs, financiers posting on blogs on company time)

Orrrrrr

A disgruntled employee posting the information that have trying to out Dove Pointes true finances.
Only trouble with that is, they left out most of the true income levels.

Try again on both counts

Yes there are 2 organizations that cover all the facets of Dove Pointe.

So let me see if im right with what im reading. ....
multiple buildings and residential homes have been built amd bought....
the return shows about $3k in assets for the year and yet employee cost of benefits increased and still no wage increase for the ones that do the actual work......
just proves its all about show and image

All nonprofit tax returns are free for public view from the IRS website.

All these comments stemming from the unfair termination of one person and the job security for another person. The person who lost their job never really received proper training and was instructed by the lady who kept her job (though she has had numerous other suspensions and violations under review)to not report the incident that took place. The person tried to report the incident and was told "NO, Let's just get the client home." Now, if you think about it, the veteran employee didn't like the newbie and let him hang for what was ultimately her responsibility. It was her route and her clients and she knew there was animosity coming from the client aimed toward the other staff member - she could have been a team player and taking the reigns. Maybe she can live with herself since she has a job and the other person is still unemployed.

I would like to know how they get away with not allowing staff to receive state mandated BREAKS..8 hours requires 2 15 minute breaks and at least an half hour lunch. The EEOC need to be contacted
