This has to be the first one that doesn't recommend getting on the internet to track the outage. DP mus have finally realized that the internet doesn't work without electricity!

Verizon is famous for it. If I don't have internet how can I visit your website! Not everyone has smart phones. Even when you do get a hold of someone they make 100 excuses why it is never a verizon problem.
