It started with friendly barbs after a Cowboys-Redskins game and ended with a blow to the throat.
Now, a Chesapeake man is dead, and another has been charged with murder.
Police said an argument turned deadly about 7:15 p.m. Sunday at Zino's Italian-American Restaurant in Deep Creek.
Charles Lee Setchel, 46, died after a major artery in his neck was cut, according to the Medical Examiner's Office.
