My husband works at WCSO and back when Mike first ran, I was so excited because my husband no longer loved his job after serving under Nelms, now he says he would take Hunter back in a heart beat! We convinced all of our friends that voting for Mike was the right decision, having to change some of their minds because they didn't want a former MSP trooper running our local county agency, but because my husband knew for once he would be allowed to do his job and not get hammered because he seized money, cars and drugs we voted LEWIS all the way to victory. I hope Sheriff Lewis is reading this, Sheriff your men and women have lost faith in you! Those you have a surrounded yourself with, the same ones you were going to get rid of once you won office are your biggest downfall! You don't know half of what is going on within your office...one because they don't let you know, two because you are never there!! Please Sheriff Lewis look around and see that you have men and women who have supported that are losing faith in you! Some of these people would have followed you into the fires of hell and you have $hit on them! Get it together man! Your people need you to be a leader and not out teaching others how to do their job, they need you to do yours!!

10:23, And that is exactly why the WCSO is falling apart. IF you disagree with King Mike you'll be demoted or thrown out. It's no wonder he has to have the BIGGEST SUV Urban Assault Vehicle. Little Boys with Big Toys.
Who knows, maybe I'll be the next Mike Lewis victim being thrown into a mental institution, but he respects the First Amendment, right????

Sheriff Dept. is trying to be State Police Jr., He is the King and needs to be knock down.
Mike is a GOOD sheriff and a great leader!
I'm torn with Sheriff Lewis. On one hand he staunchly advocates 2nd Amendment rights, on the other he's got an MRAP. The man flat out promised a civil war with the feds if they attempt to gun grab in Wico.
What am I supposed to think?
Thanks Joe...I would like for a deputy to be fired for voicing his/her opinion I would personally represent him/her! I personally don't see anything wrong with what 10:23 said, they like Mike or they wouldn't have voted for him. But he has lost sight of what is important and just needs to refocus his efforts on bringing up the morale within his department. I hope he does I know many deputies that work hard and put in extra hours to get the job done and never get a thank you or just a pat on the back. I think the slap in the fave that took morale to an all time low was the hire of Owens, basically he said no one in his office was good enough to do the job! I can't imagine having a boss that had no faith in their employees, I certainly wouldn't look forward to going to work everyday!
