NORFOLK
Norfolk Commonwealth's Attorney Greg Underwood was arrested in Norfolk on Wednesday night and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol.
According to Virginia State Police, Underwood was charged with DUI, refusing to take a breath test, being in possession of a weapon while intoxicated, and driving through a work zone. He was released from jail on an unsecured bond.
