Couldn't be. Daily rag announced..."No violent crime"...just last week.
I think if I were a store owner no one would get in with a "hoodie" on. Right now, too hot for a hoodie and bells and whistles should have gone off in those employees heads. If people didn't like my rules, they could shop elsewhere.
he has a no hoodie sign on the door, he needs to buy a gun and blow the next one away.
