Accused: William Matthew Gough W/M of Parkton, Maryland

BRIEF RESUME: On May 10, 2013, at approximately 3:56 am, a trooper from the Salisbury Barrack stopped a 2002 Toyota Maryland registration 1AT7057 for an equipment violation at the above location.The trooper observed signs of impairment from the driver. Further investigation led to the arrest of the above driver. The above driver did submit to an intoximeter test and was issued the proper citations and released to a sober friend from the Salisbury Barrack.
