State Dept.: Give Syria ‘Time and Space’--and $34 Million More in Aid

Nuland was responding to a reporter’s question about the council meeting in Doha, Qatar over the weekend to determine who will be included in the opposition government and the role the U.S. is playing.

If they don't have a government, then there is no one to give money to except who you "want" to come to power.

I say, no money until the people elect a government, and then only if the new government comes to us and gives a reason to give them aid that will pay us back in spades. Otherwise, TS.

Oh wait, that would make sense and would make America a profit. Sorry, I was using my head again.

Yea, let's give those dumba$$es some more money while we are broke here in the U.S. Makes perfect sense.

This administration would prefer to help foreigners over its own people.

The USA has gone completely nuts - why can't they see that right here people are hurting and need that money, but no, what do we do, send it to a bunch of dingbats who would just as soon kill us as look at us. Makes perfect sense.

Hmm that's funny, no official government in place, Hillary Clinton a month ago said al queda (spelling?)
was in control in Syria. So in other words, lets continue to fund them just like in Libya,
