Update On Fire In West Nithsdale
John and Phyllis Killian experienced severe damage to their home this evening on Loch Ness Terrace in West Nithsdale.
Lightening struck their home hitting the garage and spread to the main part of the home on the 3rd floor attic.
Please keep this Family in your thoughts and prayers. Fortunately no one was hurt. We're told 6 Fire Trucks came to the scene and put the fire out.

I heard it hit the house from 2 neighborhoods over.
The Kilian's are doing well under the circumstances. All the Fire Departments came out to save this beautiful house. Many thanks to the wonderful firefighters and most importantly the fantastic volunteer firefighters who came to help. Speaking for all the neighbors, we are so grateful the Kilians are doing well and are safe. We are grateful to know how protected we are. Thank you!
Everyone came out to help, Salisbury/Wicomico IS a very special place.
Did the fireboat get to help?
