Ten communities in Maryland, Virginia and
Pennsylvania have been selected to receive Green Streets grants to
protect the environment as well as create green jobs.
The Environmental Protection
Agency, the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and the Maryland
Department of the Environment plan to announce the grants Wednesday in
Baltimore.
