Why rebuild when nothing has ever been there? And what little has been, it wasn't taken care of and destroyed. Just like everywhere else africans reside.

They couldn't even hold onto Harlem.

2:24 another clown.

I've got folks in construction who have went over there and made big money dealing with these same types of firms. It's help them not just get by, but actually prosper during this recession. Way to go B.O. Finding new customers in the global market is a win-win for everyone.

7:26 Your opening statement makes it clear,"I've got folks in construction who have went over there". You are brilliant?

Yes 9:13, perhaps you are unaware that people (construction workers, oil rig workers) do actually travel out of the country to earn their pay checks and use them to support their families here on the Shore. Oh I forgot, the only job you are qualified for is shoveling the crap out of the chicken house.

Our government gave 2 billion dollars to develop off shore oil drilling off the coast of Brazil. Our leader said he hopes we will be their best customer. That's a brilliant way to create jobs for Americans.Same deal in Libya.I can only hope for change,or is it hope and change?

4:09 another eastern shore genius. The Brazilians received a loan guarantee that purchased....gasp...oil extraction equipment made in the USA. As in supporting American manufacturing jobs.
