Stocks are at their session lows Thursday around midday, retreating on a host of concerns, primarily growing fears that global economies are on the cusp of recession. Oil and gold are plunging, while Treasury yields are near record lows. The Dow is down 400 points, or 3.6%, at 10723, and financial stocks are plunging.
