County Executive Rick Pollitt was your Waiter inside serving food as well as busing tables. Councilwoman Stevie Prettyman arrived to show her support for this event and I wish we had time to sit down and eat because the unbelievable smell of the food was driving us nuts.
This was our first detour on the Poker Run we participated in yesterday and I'm glad we stopped in.

I am a former member and President of the Allen Lions Club. I remember well what an undertaking this event was. The Lions and community members of Allen should be commended for this fundraiser and all the good it does. I am still in the Lions Club, a Past District Governor and a great fan of Allen Lions Club.
