Route 1 and Route 9 Overpass Project Will Require Nighttime Lane Closures
Dover -- As part of the Route 1 and Route 9 overpass project, the Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces northbound lane closures on Route 1 from the Barker's Landing Bridge to Tilcon entrance (across from Dover Air Force Base) in Dover for milling and paving.
The nighttime lane closures will be from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. beginning on Tuesday, September 8 and ending on Tuesday, September 15, weather permitting.
Motorists are advised to expect delays and lane shifts.
