When reading the SPD press releases, it seems to me, the majority of the releases are juveniles or shoplifters. Is this a way of acting like something is being done when in fact they are being released to the parents who don't parent them to start with or on personal recognizance so that those people can just move to another store?

Come on Salisbury, let the officers do the jobs they are trained and hired to do and get this filth off of our streets and out of our homes. We are becoming hostages in our own homes and then take the risk of our doors being kicked in.

If the top can't stand the heat then get out of the kitchen and let's put another chef (chief) in charge.
