11:36 How could the government require circumcision? After a son is born, it is customary to ask the parents if they would like to have the baby circumcises, and a majority choose the option. In the US it is usually done for aesthetic purposes, though doctors report that circumcision prevents penile cancer.

Just another way that the goverment is trying to run your entire life for you. This generation today doesn't remember the cold war. They are taught in school that communism and socialism are great. They don't remember communist Russia.
Sfrosixo they are easily persuaded when the government wants to take over your entire life.
So how will that work with your insurance companies I wonder? I am currently fighting with my insurance company....my sons circ was botched and not enough foreskin was taken...he has had infections and irritations, let alone it does not look right. I wanted it done at 2 months when I knew of the problem but no urologist would touch it until 2. He is now 2 and my insurance is calling it plastic surgery and denying the claim.
How ignorant do you have to be to think the government could REQUIRE anything be done to our dicks? This is why Obama is president.
