Nokia has finally designed a cell phone for people who need to make a cell phone calls while visiting in the following cities: Charlotte, Cincinnati, East Saint Louis, Memphis, South Chicago,South Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles,Miami,Detroit, Washington D.C.,parts of New York City, New Orleans,and much of Atlanta.
