Joe, how about for once you man up and try to make the world a better place! Can you?

You just sit back and post negative pictures about our elected leader. It is pretty sad actually! You rooted for McCain (and even Palin) but you lost, and you've never seemed to grow up and move on.

No profanity in this post and it is a readers thoughts, so it should be posted. Thanks

I noticed that the cartoonist depicts the Police Sargent as an overweight balding baffoon.
In reality, the Police Sargent is fit and trim.
All he was doing was trying to protect the owner of the house being reported as robbed.
The chip on the shoulder rasist Professor couldn't remain calm for 5 minutes while the Sargent conducted his investigation.
When a report of 2 individuals are breaking into the house and the Sargent arrives to only one person, his duty is to get the identified owner of the house outside to a sfety zone to establish that he isn't being held hostage.
The only person that doesn't understand race relations is the professor who acted like an idiot to the cop.

I am an absolute Obama supporter, he made a big mistake here. I am not afraid to say when he is wrong.

Joe does a whole lot more than, in your own words, "just sit back and post negative pictures about our elected leader". Sure Joe has a point of view that obviously doesn't coincide with your happy place, but isn't this still a free society? doesn't your "leader" stand for free speech? isn't free speech something we should all embrace? i may be wrong. you tell me. its your right to tell me so. (and to remain anonymous, or.....to be so brave as to create an alias and at least attach something identifiable such as "EMOSUXANDIHATEHISRESPONSE" to your thread of rebuttals)

would you care to begin a debate in which you/we cite actual facts about what Joe has done either positively or negatively to impact/help/hinder us locally as a whole?

or is it your wish to continue and anonymously throw darts and hide?

You should take advantage of Capitalism while it still exists and compete with Joe by expressing your point of view by using a blog and standing behind your expressions as he does so freely.

most kind regards,

Eric

As one who supports the cop in that episode, I say "please give it a rest" because the cartoon makes them all look funny or otherwise unreal. These drawings are often done quickly to meet deadlines to go to press.

Eric, what in the world are they feeding you?

You are a complete IDIOT!

I am an Obama supporter, always has been. However, I completely agree with 6:58. Mr. Obama should not have said anything at the press conference without knowing the facts.
As for this blog, it is Mr. Albero's blog and he has a complete right to post anything he wants, if you don't like it don't read. I personally find this blog rather interesting, especially when it comes to politics. What does not amuse me however here are racist remarks. Get over it! Obaman is not a muslim and he is a natural born US citizen. Oh by the way, if he was a muslim, what is the problem? I realize most of you on Eastern Shore are still living in 1950s. Please be more open minded, even if you are a right wing hard liner. Trust me Republican does not mean racist, but racist sure as heck means Republican.
Take a trip to Baltimore or Annapolis, believe it or not things are improving. Places are hiring people. Home sales are up.
I understand that more remote places like ES may not be doing as well just yet, but please do not judge political and economic situation in the country based on the political and economic situation on Delmarva Peninsula. Stop hating! Obama will be in the office at least 3.5 more years whether you like it or not. Remarks of Senator Demint of SC, which I am sure most of you loved, do not help the situation. They only make it worse.
Thank you.

Funny cartoon. 8:43, I agree. I'm also an Obama supporter but in this case he should have STFU. Either way, he's human. And I'm sure his mind was on issues alot bigger when he commented on the situation. As for his plans, I seem to remember conservatives calling anyone who questioned Bush's actions (especially in his first term) and questioning his service record unpatriotic. Hmmmm.
Lets judge our new president after we see how his plans work out; i.e. job creation over the next two years, controlling health care costs and expanding coverage, government revenues/debt management, status of 2 wars and foreign relations. I'll be glad to debate either side of the issue then once the facts are out.

sign your name and say that again. if that's all you have to say, you are the idiot. nice intelligent remark.

I enjoy a well balanced diet these days. thanks for asking. my remarks don't state that i agree with everything Joe posts here. it does however defend his right to post his opinion, or in this case, simply repost a cartoon he either saw on the internet or was emailed to him. if defense of free speech is idiotic, I'll gladly wear that name tag.

i also have been witness to Joe using his site to provide outreach to help the community. again, if defending him for such an ignorant comment made by 6:02 is idiotic, then that is me. coming from a coward such as yourself, it bears no meaning whatsoever.

emo, my name is Doug. Now what are you going to do?

i stand behind my posts Doug (assuming that is in fact your name). get a valid opinion and post it. then grow up and get a life. seems you have shown that you are actually the idiot. petty, childish name calling without an opinion of substance. nice job. you're pitiful.
