Donations Keep Rolling In For Christine Sheddy Search

Bill Bennet and Kathy French at the Pocomoke Walmart have stepped up to the plate to donate Doughnuts, Coffee and Fried Chicken for Saturday's search. Additionally, they have recruited about 40 members of regional Walmart employees to come out themselves and help out with the search.

Lankford Sysco, Hardee's, Subway, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, the Greene Turtle and dozens of yet to be known individuals have been so generous in donations of food and time.

The Moose Lodge in Westover, has made a monetary donation to Flatland Search and Rescue to help in their search efforts and Sondra Daisey, deceased Delegate Bennet Bozman's daughter who trains cadaver dogs will be coming with transportation equipment, and is donating 20 cases of water.

What an outstanding community that we live in!

Thank you to everyone who is donating their time and resources to this effort, and thank you to Brenda Ward donating her time to ask for the donations!

Remember, the search is Saturday morning at 9:00 am at 2911 Byrd Road, in Pocomoke. If you are interested in participating, try and share a ride with someone else who is coming, as the ground has been wet, as we want to be sure there will be plenty of room for all the cars that we need to park. Billy will be putting up directional signs on Friday night, so please follow the signs and park in the designated areas.

Don't forget your mud boots, and we'll see you Saturday morning!

Joe,

Please post this ASAP.

RE: Christine Sheddy Search

I hope that all who attend do so knowing that the Flatland Search and Rescue Team will be in charge, and their directions need to be followed to the letter.

This will help insure the safety of all involved, and help to make the search a success.

To all who are planning to help out, and to all who have donated, thank you for your assistance.
